Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors influence the purchasing decisions of consumers of srikaya Suka Hati in Pontianak. The population in this study are all consumers who buy the product. Sampling is taken using the method Convenience /Accidental Sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents. This study used survey method with factor analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are nine new factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions on the products of  srikaya Suka Hati namely product, distribution, motivation, social, perception, promotion, price, personal, and lifestyle. Keywords: Factor analysis, purchasing decision, srikaya Suka Hati.

Abstract

A Cooperative is a business entity that has a common social goal, namely to improve and improve the economy of people's lives which is based on the spirit of helping its members. This study aims to analyze the Role of the Mentibar Cemerlang Multi-Business Cooperative on the Welfare of Members in Mentibar Village, Paloh District, Sambas Regency. This research was conducted at the Mentibar Cemerlang Multi-Business Cooperative in Mentibar Village, Paloh District, Sambas Regency, the method of determining areas and objects was carried out purposively. The sample used in this study were 38 people who were members of KSU Mentibar Cemerlang and whose main job was as an oil palm farmer. This study used the SPSS analysis tool with the Rank-Spearman test. The results of this study show that there is a very strong relationship between the role of KSU Mentibar Cemerlang on the welfare of members with a correlation coefficient of 0.808 which is also positive, namely the type of relationship that is in the same direction, and a significant value of 0.000 is obtained.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the average abnormal return, the average trading volume of activity, and the average bid-ask spread on the stock of oil palm companies in Indonesia before and after the announcement of New Normal in Indonesia and the opening of lockdown in the country export destination. In this study, three countries were taken by the Netherlands, Malaysia, and Singapore. 13 companies sampled in this study are determined using purposive sampling techniques. The data used in this study are secondary data accessed by researchers through the Yahoo Finance website and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used in this study are abnormal returns, trading volume activities, and bid-ask spreads. The testing carried out in this study used a paired t-test and tested Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate: (1) The results of statistical testing on the average abnormal return during the event, there is a difference in the normal new event in Indonesia, the opening of lockdown in the Netherlands and Singapore. The average value of the abnormal return is positive, so it can be concluded that this event is categorized as good news. (2) The results of statistical testing on the average trading volume activity during the event show a difference in the opening of the lockdown in Malaysia. (3) The results of testing at the average bid-ask spread during the event show a difference in the opening of the lockdown in Malaysia. Abstract

The development of oil palm plantations in Indonesia is increasing because oil palm is one of the most important plantations in the economy of Indonesia. Sustainable management of oil palm is vital because it could reduce threats to natural resources, deforestation, expansion of land in ways that are not environmentally friendly such as by burning, and damage to peat ecosystems. The study aimed to determine farmers' readiness level in implementing ISPO certification for independent oil palm plantations in Kapuas Hulu Regency and to determine the right strategic priorities for managing independent oil palm plantations based on sustainable palm oil (ISPO) in Kapuas Hulu Regency. The data were analyzed descriptively with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The data was collected from 100 respondents taken by purposive sampling. The results show that overall the application level of compliance with laws and regulations is 24.8%, implementing good plantation practices is 31.33%, environmental management of natural resources and biodiversity is 42.5%, implementing transparency of 28.5%, and sustainably increasing business by 40%. Overall the average level of ISPO implementation achievement among the independent oil palm smallholders in Kapuas Hulu District is low, with a percentage of 30.8%. The optimal top priority for the strategy of independent oil palm plantations is mediation between conflicting parties, independent oil palm farmer groups, transparency regarding environmental impacts, extension agents in the plantation division and quality improvement of production. Abstract

Consumer behavior is behavior exhibited by people in terms of planning, buying and using economic goods and services. Fruit is a horticultural product that has bright prospects so that it can be developed as a source of economic growth in the agricultural sector.  The CoronaVIrus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) lpandemic lhas lchanged many things such as cleanliness, health and changing human consumption patterns. lSince the lCovid-19 lpandemic entered lIndonesia, the fruits consumption campaign has continued to be intensified. Pontianak City is a city that enforces Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Seeing this situation, it is necessary to further investigate how consumer behavior towards purchasing fruits during emergency PPKM. The ldata in lthis study was lsecondary ldata with 133 respondents netted by purposive lsampling lmethod. The lvariables in lthis lstudyl are Cultural, Social, Personal and Psychological. Based on lthe lresults of research using factor analysis, it lcan be concluded lthat the lfactors that influenced consumer behavior towards purchasing fruits during the Imposition of Emergency Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) in Pontianak City consisted of 4 factors namely 4 in 1, Psychological, Individual, and Reference and Family. The most dominant factor is the Universal Factor. The indicators included in this factor are Geographic Area, Role and Status, Occupation, Perception, and Confidence and Establishment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian produk olahan keripik singkong makros di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Pontianak dalam waktu kurang lebih 3 bulan. Dengan total populasi yang tidak diketahui sehingga untuk sampel penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan pengukuran yang ditetapkan pada penelitian yang menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) yaitu 100 responden, pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada analisis structural equation modelling dilakukan dua kali pengujian, dengan hasil uji pertama diketahui bahwa terdapat lima indikator penelitian dalam kondisi tidak valid dan reliabel sehingga indikator variabel tersebut harus dikeluarkan untuk memperoleh hasil valid dan reliabel dengan ketentuan CR ≥ 0,70 dan AVE ≥ 0,50. Setelah dilakukan pengujian kembali diperoleh hasil bahwa secara keseluruhan indikator variabel penelitian dalam kondisi valid dan reliabel. Analisis hubungan antar variabel structural equation modelling (SEM) diketahui bahwa keputusan pembelian produk olahan singkong keripik makros dipengaruhi oleh variabel content creation, dan content sharing dengan nilai T-value masing masing variabel 3,02 1,98 dan 2,77 1,98.

Abstract

All of these factors"”economic, social, environmental, legal, and market-related"”are part of the financial feasibility analysis. Because of inflation and other price shocks, businesses must regularly do sensitivity analyses to account for the ever-changing cost and revenue components. This study aims to assess the oil palm nursery company in Landak Regency in terms of its financial viability using sensitivity analysis and investment criteria such as net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), net benefit to cost (NB/C), and payback period. The method used in this research is a survey method by interviewing respondents with purposive sampling technique. In the NPV Criteria, a value of Rp. 279,800,862 was obtained; In the IRR Criteria, a value of 109% was obtained; In the Net B/C Criteria, a value of Rp. 3.4 was obtained; In the Payback Period Criteria, a value of 1.57 years was obtained; Sensitivity analysis was carried out on the five respondent businesses with a scenario if : There is a 10% decrease in selling prices, a 5% increase in fertilizer prices and even if there is a 10% decrease in selling prices and a 5% increase in fertilizer prices. Of all the criteria analyzed, the results show that the oil palm nursery business in Paloan Village is feasible to run and even developed.

Abstract

Aktifitas pertanian menghadapi berbagai sumber-sumber yang dapat menimbulkan risiko kerugian. Kondisi tersebut membutuhkan pengelolaan risiko yang baik agar petani dapar terhindar atau mengurangi risiko yang mungkin dapat terjadi. Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan agar keterampilan petani dalam mengidentifikasi sumber risiko dapat ditingkatkan dan menganalisis upaya pengelolaan risiko yang sesuai dalam menghadapi risiko usahataninya serta merumuskan kegiatan yang dapat mengurangi dampak risiko. Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Adapun tahapan pengelolaan risiko usahatani meliputi identifikasi sumber risiko, pengukuran risiko dan pengendalian risiko. Dari tahapan pengelolaan risiko petani dapat merumuskan keputusan manajemen dalam upaya memitigasi risiko usahatani meliputi strategi mitigasi dari risiko produksi, risiko harga, risiko keuangan, risiko manusia dan risiko kelembagaan. Perlu adanya dukungan dari pihak pemerintah maupun pihak akademisi untuk melakukan pendampingan dan pembinaan terhadap kelompok masyarakat tani sebagai upaya memitigasi risiko usahatani dengan cara salah satunya menerapkan Biosaka pada lahan pertaniannya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of marketing channels and evaluate the profitability of local small-scale snakefruit farmers. The research was conducted in Kecamatan Teluk Keramat, Kabupaten Sambas. Purposive sampling was used to collect data and determine the samples. Data analysis employed marketing margin, farmer's share, profitability index, and marketing channel efficiency analysis. The results of the study indicate that marketing channel pattern III, involving large merchant collectors with a margin of Rp. 9,515/kg, had the highest margin among the three marketing patterns, while the lowest margin was observed in marketing channel pattern I, involving retailers with a margin of Rp. 0/kg and a farmer's share of 100%. On the other hand, marketing channel pattern II had the highest farmer's share at 33.33%, and marketing channel pattern III had a farmer's share of 42.38%. Based on the criteria, where FS>MP, it means that marketing channel pattern I is the most efficient among the three channels. The profitability index for marketing channel pattern I was 99, for pattern II it was 7.06, and for pattern III it was 4.85. This indicates that all marketing channels had values greater than 1, which is classified as profitable. The highest profitability index was observed in marketing channel I with a value of 99. This means that if the marketing expenses incurred were Rp. 100, the total marketing profit would reach Rp. 9,900. Therefore, the most efficient marketing channel is channel pattern I, due to its lower total marketing costs, which amount to IDR 100/kg compared to other marketing channels. Keywords: farmer's share; marketing margins; Salak marketing channel INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas saluran pemasaran dan mengevaluasi profitabilitas petani buah salak skala kecil lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Teluk Keramat, Kabupaten Sambas. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan data dan menentukan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan margin pemasaran, farmers share, profitability indexs, dan analisis efisiensi saluran pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola saluran pemasaran III, pedagang besar dengan margin sebesar Rp. 9.515/kg memiliki nilai tertinggi di antara ketiga pola margin pemasaran, sementara nilai terendah adalah pada pola saluran pemasaran I, yaitu pedagang eceran dengan nilai Rp. 0/kg dan bagian petani sebesar 100%. Di sisi lain, pola saluran pemasaran II memiliki bagian petani sebesar 33,33% sebagai nilai tertinggi dan pola saluran pemasaran III memiliki bagian petani sebesar 42,38%. Berdasarkan kriteria, FS>MP berarti bahwa pola saluran I adalah yang paling efisien di antara ketiga saluran ini. Profitability Indeks di saluran pola I adalah 99, saluran II adalah 7,06, dan 4,85 di pola saluran III. Ini menunjukkan bahwa semua saluran pemasaran memiliki nilai >1 yang diklasifikasikan secara positif sebagai keuntungan. Profitability indexs tertinggi ada di saluran pemasaran I dengan nilai 99, yang berarti bahwa jika biaya pemasaran yang dikeluarkan adalah Rp. 100, maka total keuntungan pemasaran mencapai Rp. 9.900. saluran pemasaran yang paling efisien adalah saluran pemasaran I, karena biaya pemasaran total yang lebih rendah, yaitu IDR 100/kg. Kata Kunci: farmer's share, margin pemasaran, saluran pemasaran salak

Abstract

The productivity of sweet corn in Kubu Raya Regency is still low even though sweet corn is one of the most profitable cultivation groups. This research aims to analyze the influence of age, education, experience and family support on swet corn productivity. This research was conducted from February to June 2024. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 sweet corn farmers in Rasau Jaya Satu Village and Rasau Jaya Dua Village, Rasau Jaya District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and filling out questionnaires directly. Testing research instruments uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis by testing classical assumptions first with SPSS version 23 software. The results of the research show that the four variables, namely age, education, experience and family dependents, have an effect on sweet corn productivity. Experience in farming sweet corn has a positive effect because experience will make farmers understand the environmental conditions where they are farming and know the problems and be able to find solutions when carrying out farming activities. The longer someone does their job, the more skilled, diligent, painstaking and qualified they will be. There is a need to improve skills and strategies for allocating time working outside the agricultural sector and continuing to work side jobs in the agricultural sector so that productivity can increase with more efficient time.
