Abstract

Kelompok tani Juragan Muda mempunyai fokus mengembangkan agrowisata kopi secara terpadu dan komprehensif. Namun minimnya pemahaman tentang manfaat dan adanya nilai tambah agrowisata menjadi permasalahan dari kelompok tani ini. Petani belum mengetahui tentang apa yang layak jual dari area kebun kopinya selain menjual hasil panen biji kopi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman anggota kelompok tani juragan muda terhadap manfaat dan nilai tambah agrowisata serta memperkenalkan berbagai bagian dari area kebun kopi yang dapat dijadikan paket agrowisata. Metode dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan pemahaman petani tentang manfaat dan adanya nilai tambah kegiatan agrowisata kebun kopi terjadi peningkatan sebesar 80% serta tersusunnya satu paket agrowisata yaitu pengunjung melihat kebun kopi, memetik buah kopi, menanam kopi, dan melihat proses roasting biji kopi. Kesimpulan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah efektif meningkatkan pemahaman petani terhadap potensi ekonomi agrowisata dan menghasilkan model paket wisata edukatif berbasis kebun kopi.

Abstract

The agriculture and tourism sectors are the country's major economic contributors. The growing intersection between agriculture and tourism presents a unique opportunity to enhance rural development and sustainability. Traditional farming is facing numerous challenges. These include fluctuating market prices, climate change and the pressures of urbanization. In this context, it is clear that agrotourism offers farmers a way to diversify their income stream and increase their resilience. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the consumer decision-making and the factors that influence consumers to visit agrotourism. This study aims to describe the characteristics of agrotourism consumers and analyze the factors that influence customers' decisions to visit agrotourism farms. We surveyed 182 respondents in Kubu Raya, Sintang, and Singkawang City. The results showed a number of factors formed from several variables that influence consumer decisions to visit agritourism, namely Social, internal, psychological and motivation factors.

Abstract

Karkas ayam broiler berfungsi sebagai sumber protein hewani yang berharga berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan manusia. Konsumen mengkonsumsi karkas karena kandungan proteinnya yang tinggi, kandungan lemaknya yang rendah, harganya yang terjangkau, dan aksesibilitas pasarnya. Wilayah Kalimantan Barat merupakan rumah bagi Kios XYZ yang terdiri dari satu kios utama dan 15 cabang pembantu. Kios-kios ini terutama fokus pada pemasaran karkas ayam broiler beku yang disimpan dalam freezer. Secara spesifik, terdapat 6 kios yang berlokasi di Kota Pontianak. Meskipun sukses besar, kios XYZ tidak memiliki banyak pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji signifikansi kualitas kinerja penting dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap karkas ayam panggang beku di Kios XYZ Kota Pontianak. Pendekatan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk menilai tingkat kepentingan kinerja, sedangkan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) digunakan untuk analisis yang komprehensif. Sampel berjumlah 96 konsumen dikumpulkan dari 6 kios di Kota Pontianak untuk penyelidikan ini. Berdasarkan temuan analisis IPA, kuadran I terdiri dari lima kualitas yang dianggap prioritas tinggi, kuadran II terdiri dari tiga unsur yang dianggap mempertahankan prestasi, kuadran III terdiri dari empat atribut yang dianggap prioritas rendah, dan kuadran IV terdiri dari empat sifat yang dianggap berlebihan. Riset CSI mengungkapkan, tingkat kepuasan pelanggan karkas ayam panggang di Kios XYZ Kota Pontianak sebesar 75,37 persen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen merasa puas saat melakukan pembelian karkas ayam panggang beku. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan layanan untuk atribut yang menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan rendah namun memiliki tingkat relevansi tinggi, khususnya dalam dimensi promosi, dengan tujuan mencapai kepuasan optimal.

Abstract

The economy, including micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) actors who significantly contribute to enhancing people's welfare and the national GDP, will always be the subject of discussion. The necessity of developing Lynda Snack SMEs in a way that makes them competitive by putting in place appropriate strategies tailored to their circumstances Using SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), the purpose of this study is to determine the development strategy for Lynda Snack Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ngabang District, Landak Regency. Descriptive qualitative research is used in this study. Purposive sampling was used to select the informants. Guidelines for interviews and questionnaires were used to conduct structured in-depth interviews for the purpose of data collection. The EFAS score is 2.66, and the combined IFAS score is 1.75. The development strategy is in quadrant I (growth-oriented strategy) or S-O, which indicates that Lynda Snack's MSMEs are in a very advantageous position. with their strengths and opportunities, allowing them to take advantage of current opportunities. Expanding the reach of product marketing in order to boost sales volume, creating business and employment opportunities, increasing collaboration and promotion of MSME Lynda snack products, and increasing the quality and quantity of sales products are all methods of carrying out the strategic focus.

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Mandong Kecamatan Tayan Hulu berusahatani kelapa Sawit sebagai sumber mata pencaharian yang dilakukan secara swadaya.Untuk dapat tumbuh dan berproduksi kelapa sawit membutuhkan faktor- faktor produksi secara optimal.Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produksi kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive), dengan pemilihan lokasi penelitian bertempat di Desa Mandong Kecamatan Tayan Hulu Kabupaten Sanggau. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan secara langsung dengan menggunakan metode survei yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner penelitian dan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari artikel, laporan serta penelitian terdahulu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglass dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 18 untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi kelapa sawit petani swadaya di Desa Mandong Kecamatan Tayan Hulu Kabupaten Sanggau yang secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh umur tanaman, Tenaga kerja, Luas lahan, pupuk NPK, Pupuk urea dan Pestisida dengan nilai R2 sebesar 96,9% dan sisanya 3,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model. Sedangkan hasil efisiensi alokatif fungsi produksi kelapa sawit petani swadaya di Desa Mandong dalam kondisi tidak efisien yaitu 0,802 < 1.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the level of production risk faced by coconut farmers and the factors influencing production risk in coconut farming in Teluk Pakedai District. Therefore, this study takes a sample of 67 farmers. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative analysis is used to describe and explain the conditions and phenomena occurring in the study, while the quantitative analysis is used as a tool to analyze the factors affecting production using the Just and Pope model. Additionally, the level of production risk faced by coconut farmers is identified using the Coefficient of Variation (CV).The results of the analysis show that the production risk level of coconut farmers in Teluk Pakedai District is relatively low, with a coefficient of variation (CV) value of 0.46, indicating that coconut production is relatively stable. Furthermore, the variables of land area, farmer’s age, farming experience, number of family dependents, and seedlings do not have a significant effect on coconut production. However, labor has a significant influence on the production risk of coconut farming in Teluk Pakedai District.

Abstract

The increase in internet users and the trend of online food shopping have created risks that affect consumer purchase decisions when buying food products online. This research aims to examine how risk perception influences the purchasing decisions of online food products. This study was conducted in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. The region's expanding digital infrastructure offers significant e-commerce growth opportunities in the food sector. However, uncertainties and perceived risks may pose challenges for both consumers and the local industry. The sample was determined using convenience sampling. The data collected was primary data obtained from a questionnaire completed by 150 consumers of online food products. The variables involved in this research were financial risk, product risk, time risk, delivery risk, and consumer purchase decisions. The data analysis utilized Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) within a quantitative framework to explore and validate relationships between key variables. This included descriptive analysis to summarize data characteristics and Partial Least Squares (PLS) testing with SmartPLS 4 software. This approach will offer a thorough overview of the data and a detailed analysis of structural relationships. The research shows that delivery risk, financial risk, and product risk significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions, with delivery risk being the most influential. Changes in delivery risk will notably impact buying behaviour. In contrast, time risk does not significantly impact purchasing decisions, as evidenced by a path coefficient (0.069), t-value (1.007<t-table 1.96), and p-value (0.314>0.05).

Abstract

The rapid development in the world of tourism has become a special attraction for research, especially for agro-tourism businesses with a lot of potential. Therefore, a business model and strategy are needed that are appropriate and suitable for agro-tourism businesses by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats currently being faced as well as developing a business model that will be implemented in the future based on the business model canvas. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with the research location at the Rekadena agrotourism business, which is located in Jeruju Besar Village, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The variable consist of customer segmnets, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. The result of the research are segmented consumer segmentation, channels run by agro-tourism in the form of communication, distribution, and direct selling, as well as providing personal assistance and relying on service quality. Rekadena's agro-tourism motivation in establishing partner relations is the acquisition of resources and activities. In addition, the cost structure of rekadena's agro-tourism shows that the biggest cost factor in the company is employee salaries.

Abstract

Pengembangan kawasan agroeduwisata di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura memunculkan persepsi mahasiswa baik dalam bentuk positif maupun negatif. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat kawasan agroeduwisata di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura terhadap pengunjung yang berdasarkan indikator manfaat agroeduwisata. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Skala yang digunakan dalam penilaian persepsi terhadap manfaat agroeduwisata adalah skala likert. Penulisan ini menggunakan sumber data primer. Penelitian ini sengaja dilakukan di Agroeduwisata Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura,  hasil rata-rata indeks manfaat agroeduwisata adalah 25,06. Berdasarkan aspek konservasi lingkungan, nilai estetika dan keindahan alam, nilai rekreasi, dan nilai kegiatan alamiah dan pengembangan teknologi rata-rata memiliki manfaat dalam kategori netral belum mendekati kategori baik (positif) dan cenderung memiliki manfaat kurang (negatif), hal tersebut dikarenakan potensi daya tarik agroeduwisata belum diiringi oleh ketersediaan infrastruktur dasar dan sarana prasarana wisata yang cukup, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi agroeduwisata saat ini belum tergarap secara optimal.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide solutions to the problems faced by the Dharmaputra Farmers Group on Jl. Budi Utomo, Gg. Dharmaputra1, North Pontianak District, who wants a change in cultivating vegetable crops on peatlands that is more profitable and environmentally friendly through the application of more efficient technology, so that it is hoped that farmer groups can prepare planting media for cultivating vegetable crops. The problems faced by farmer groups are: 1) The productivity of vegetable crops is still relatively low, 2) They do not yet understand how to apply environmentally friendly vegetable cultivation technology by utilizing agricultural waste, 3) The PKM implementing team provides solutions to existing problems, namely through several methods include: 1) Providing training in preparing planting media that is environmentally friendly and can increase soil fertility 2) Providing training in making organic fertilizer using agricultural waste 3) Exposure to technology for cultivating vegetable crops on peatlands. The implementation of PKM is carried out through counseling, demonstrations and direct training regarding the preparation of planting media for cultivating vegetable plants on peatlands with organic fertilizer processing, evaluation and monitoring of activities that have been carried out, and reporting
