Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the proceedings of the session of the District Court, that is, after being completed in a courtroom consisting of a single Judge or Judge of the Assembly, the Prosecutor / Prosecutor, the Clerk and the Defendant and or accompanied by his legal counsel. Then the trial of the case is announced by the Judge or the Chief Justice of the Assembly declaring that the hearing is opened declared open to the public and / or closed, with the systematic event as follows: The prosecutor is welcome to read the indictment before the defendant; Witness examination; The examination of the defendant; Requisitoir Prosecutor; Pledoi from the Legal Counsel; Replication of the Prosecutor; Duplication from the Legal Counsel; Decision. The exception is actually less effective, since almost every defendant or his legal counsel who filed an exception may be rejected by the Judge at a first instance court. This is because before the trial begins, the Prosecutor may request judgment to the Judge and the Prosecutor may change the indictment before the trial begins. And if the exception is rejected then the case continues. And if the exception is accepted it does not mean the criminal case is over, because the decision of the exception is not a final decision. In the case of the decision of the exception, both the Prosecutor, the defendant and his legal advisor may file a resistance (verzet) or an appeal. And if the exception is accepted, the Prosecutor may make an indictment and send it back to the District Court.

Abstract

An accounting system is necessary to ensure the company running consistently and efficiently to produce a good performance. One way that can be applied to achieve the goal or objective is to be a synergy with the accounting system of quality management systems (ISO 9001: 2008) which is usually referred to by the Intemational Standard Organization (ISO). Standards become mandatory for many manufacturers or companies to be able to compete in the intemational market, by demonstrating the consistency of the product quality. The purposes of this paper, are to recognize the payroll accounting system implementation at PT. Rahayu Santosa, and identifiy the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2008) at PT. Rahayu Santosa. The result show that the application of payroll accounting system does not have a direct relation with the quality management system (ISO 9001: 2008), but the quality management system (ISO 9001: 2008) ensures the procedure of a good payroll system. Abstract

ABSTRACT            Bivalve Anadara antiquatameat has a potential use as a raw material for producing protein hydrolyzate because it contains quite high protein. However, it has not been utilized optimally in its processing, so that it is necessary to do research on producing protein hydrolyzate fromthe bivalve with the addition of bromelin enzymes. It is hoped that it will provide the opportunity as an alternative source of animale protein and will increase the added value of the bivalve. The purpose of this study was to produce protein hydrolyzate from the bivalve using the bromelin enzyme. The method use was experimental composed as a non-factorial completely randomized design. It was contained 4 treatment levels of different enzyme concentrations(0%, 3%, 6%, and 9%). Parameters observed were the yield and the degree of hydrolysis. The addition of Bromelin enzyme at different concentrations has a very significant effect on the yield value and the hydrolysis degree. The addition of 9% enzyme was the best treatment. The best yield value on the hydrolyzate protein of bivalve after freeze drying15.62% and the value of the degree of hydrolysis was 14.68% and was the optimum condition for hydrolyzing bivalve meat. Keywords: Bivalve, Bromelin Enzyme, HydrolyzateProtein

Abstract

Community involvement in the development of the Dolli Tukamasea Tourism Village, located in Tukamasea Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency, is a crucial component in efforts to achieve sustainable development. This study aims to assess the extent of community participation in the development of the Dolli Tukamasea Tourism Village. A descriptive qualitative method is employed, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The theoretical framework is based on Josef Riwu Kaho's (2007:127) model of community participation, which encompasses four types of participation: (1) Participation in decision-making, (2) Participation in implementation, (3) Participation in evaluation, and (4) Participation in benefit-sharing. The findings of the study indicate that community participation in the development of the Dolli Tukamasea Tourism Village is highly effective. Firstly, participation in decision-making is conducted through deliberative processes where community members share their opinions and input on program decisions related to the village's development. Secondly, participation in implementation involves the active engagement of all community members in the development efforts. Thirdly, participation in evaluation is evident as the community collectively strives to innovate and assume responsibility for the village's progress. Lastly, participation in benefit-sharing is realized as the economic benefits of the tourism village are felt by the local community, contributing positively to their livelihoods.
