Abstract

Pengolaan pangan tradisional bisa menjadi sebuah produk yang memiliki nilai tinggi jika ada unsur kebutuhan serta kretifitas di dalamnya. Pangan tradisional seperti pisang sering kali kita jumpai di pasar-pasar dengan harga yang murah. Pisang akan memiliki nilai lebih jika sudah diolah menjadi barang yang baru.

Abstract

Tubers, one of which is sweet potato, is one of the local food production from plantations and agriculture in Bengkulu City.The potential of sweet potato as a raw material for the food industry is very large, given the abundant material resources available, due to easy cultivation and a short harvest period.Purple sweet potato is a food ingredient that has a high content of carbohydrate nutrients and a source of calories. Therefore, in some areas sweet potatoes are also used as a staple food. Sweet potatoes are also a source of vitamins and minerals. Vitamins contained in sweet potatoes are vitamin C and rich in vitamin A (beta-carotene), thiamin (vitamin B1) and riboflavin. While the minerals in sweet potatoes include iron (Fe), phosphorus (P) and calcium (Ca). The purpose of this activity is to process purple sweet potato into klepon which has a unique variation. Because klepon is generally green and filled with brown sugar and topped with grated coconut, various types of klepon made with several ingredients certainly have their own charm, especially regarding color. Purple sweet potato will give the klepon a natural purple color, and we also vary the klepon filling with chocolate bars and topped with chocolate mesis and grated cheese.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to present innovations in the culinary field by utilising local ingredients, namely cassava, to create unique and attractive modern food products. Through the programme "Innovation of Cassava-based Food into Modern Food (HOTKONG) in Bengkulu City", it is hoped that it can increase appreciation for the potential of local food ingredients and introduce new variations in food consumption to the community on Jalan Kinibalu 8 RT 12 RW 2 Kel. Kebun Tebeng, Kec. Ratu Agung Bengkulu City. In addition, this activity also aims to provide opportunities for students to develop their creativity and skills in the culinary and business fields. With this business, it is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of the local culinary industry and the regional economy by utilising the potential of local raw materials in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Desa Belitar Seberang merupakan salah satu desa yang didominasi oleh sektor pertanian serta pariwisata alam. Ketergantungan petani terhadap pupuk berbahan dasar kimia masih sangat tinggi. Hal ini akan menjadi ancaman bagi keberlanjutan pertanian di desa tersebut. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dari UNIVED Bengkulu mencoba melakukan upaya sinergi dan merumuskan solusi berupa pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC), Padat dan eco-enzyme. Rumusan tersebut didukung pula oleh ketersediaan limbah organik (sayur dan buah) dari lahan pertanian dan limbah rumah tangga yang belum dimanfaatkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kali ini adalah demonstrasi, yakni praktik langsung bersama perwakilan petani, Bank Sampah Belirang, BUM Desa dan pemerintahan desa. POC dan eco enzyme dibuat dengan langkah mudah dan sederhana. Aplikasi daripada kedua produk tersebut lebih ditekankan pada lahan pertanian atau tanaman warga. Eco-enzyme juga direkomendasikan sebagai disinfectan dan hand sanitizer warga sekitar untuk meminimalisir tumbuh-kembangnya membran Corona Virus. Dosis yang digunakan untuk aplikasi dapat ditingkatkan sesuai kebutuhan. Produk disarankan tidak digunakan untuk balita dan didekatkan dengan barang elektronik beradiasi seperti; WiFi, Handphone, Kulkas, Mesin Cuci dan jauhkan dari api, sebagainya. Kata Kunci: Limbah Organik; Pupuk Organik Cair; Pupuk Organic Padat, Komposter; Eco-enzyme

Abstract

Agrowisata The Nickrisnally Strawberry Park  yang berlokasi di Desa Sumberbening Kecamatan SelupuRejang, Kabupaten RejangLebong merupakan contoh jenis inovasi dalam budidaya buah stroberi yang membalut budidaya buah stroberi  dengan konsep wisata berbasis pertanian (budidaya stroberi).  Sebagai salah satu Agrowisata yang sudah cukup lama berdiri, Agrowisata The Nickrisnally Strawberry Park harus membuat rancangan strategi pemasaran yang  baik untuk keberlangsungan usaha, memenangkan persaingan serta mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang terbatas agar tercapainya target pasar yang diinginkan.  Adapun tujuan akhir dari penelitian ialah untuk menentukan rumusan strategi pemasaran yang dapat diaplikasikan sesuai dengan faktor yang mempengarui  pemasaran pada Agrowisata The Nickrisnally Strawberry Park.Penelitian dilakukan secara secara sengaja (Purposive) menggunakan pendekatan deskripif kualitatif dengan metode analisis SWOT, dimana data diperoleh menggunakan metode obserasi, wawancara serta kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian  Rumusan strategi yang dapat diterapkan ialah rumusan Strategi Agresif

Abstract

Pergeseran pola hidup masyarakat akan pentingnya lingkungan dan kesehatan telah meningkatkan minat terhadap produk organik, termasuk dalam konsumsi sayur-mayur. Sebab, penggunaan pestisida pada budidaya sawi pahit an-organik dapat menghasilkan residu yang kurang aman dan berdampak negatif pada kesehatan dan keberlanjutan pertanian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dimaksudkan untuk mengimplementasikan budidaya secara organik pada tanaman sawi pahit menggunakan eco enzyme. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasi dengan tahapan penyediaan alat, pupuk organik cair, penanaman benih, pengaplikasian eco enzyme, pemeliharaan tanaman, dan pemanenan serta analisis pendapat usaha. Hasil pengukuran berat basah menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan rasio E5 memberikan hasil terbaik, yakni 80 ml EE pada 1 liter air. Hasil analisis pendapatan usaha pertanian organik sawi pahit menujukkan bahwa total pendapatan usaha pertanian organik sawi pahit sebesar Rp. 226.700 atau 68,38% dari total biaya produksi. Budidaya organik dengan eco enzyme merupakan solusi nyata menuju pangan sehat dan sebagai model pertanian yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan pendapatan kelapa sawit setelah meminjam Kredit Usaha Rakyat  (KUR). Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Pagar Dewa sampel yang diambil menggunakan sensus yakni 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yakni menggunakan analisi pendapatan. Pendapatan petani kelapa sawit sebelum meminjam  Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebesar Rp 104.953.051 dengan rata – rata Rp 5.247.653. Sedangaka total Pendapatan yang diperoleh petani kelapa sawit setelah meminjam Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebesar Rp 206.052.366 dengan rata – rata Rp 10.302.618. dan  peningkatan yang diterima petani kelapa sawit setelah meminjam Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebesar Rp 101.099.315 dengan rata – rata Rp 5.054.966.

Abstract

Most of the residents in Central Bengkulu Regency work as farmers, in addition to raising livestock and as fish cultivators. This condition needs serious attention from the local government and related stakeholders. The issue of feed has a large proportion of the sustainability of livestock businesses. On the other hand, palm fronds as post-harvest agricultural waste and bran as post-processing waste have not been utilized optimally. Even though the nutritional content contained in it is quite high. Agricultural and plantation waste by-products have good potential for use as animal feed. In order to guarantee safety and suitability, further processing and analysis is needed. Processing of raw materials is carried out in a combination (physical, chemical and biological). Preparation of feed formulations using Pearson's Quadrilateral Method. Testing is carried out in laboratories that consistently apply ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 from the National Accreditation Committee (KAN), namely the Animal Husbandry Service Service of East Java Province. The test result standard refers to SNI 01-4087-2006 concerning Artificial Feed for Catfish (Enlargement). Fish feed (pellets) that meet SNI 01-4087-2006 contain 3 types of content including ash content, crude fat, and aflatoxin. Types of content that do not meet SNI are crude protein, crude fiber, phosphorus, buoyancy and pellet diameter. The estimated cost of making fish food (pellets) costs around IDR. 6,100,- per kilogram. Cost analysis is relevant to feed quality and daily requirements without reducing nutritional value. Further research is needed to ensure that artificial feed is more cost efficient than conventional feed.

Abstract

Purpose : The aim of this research is to determine the advantages and acceptance obtained by each owner of home-based tempeh industries located in Sukaraja District. Method: The research conducted in Sukaraja District used a sampling method that took certain considerations into account, namely the duration of the business (10 years) and the production volume (500 kg per month). After consideration, the number of respondents obtained was 5 (five) respondents. Quantitative research, the data obtained in the field is processed using Microsoft Excel. Results: This study presents the revenue of home-based tempeh industries in Sukaraja District for the month of April, with an average revenue of Rp.23,325,000. Poernomo's tempeh industry generated a revenue of Rp.29,935,000, Randat earned Rp.24,450,000, Salim Rp.22,960,000, Saumi Rp.21,480,000, and Agil's industry earned Rp.17,800,000. The profits obtained from the five home-based tempeh industries are as follows: Poernomo's Rp.11,890,698, Randat's Rp.7,371,032, Salim's Rp.7,806,869, Saumi's Rp.6,085,774, Agil's Rp.4,295,209, with an average profit of Rp.7,489,916. Findings: Success acceptance highest can be attributed to several key factors, including operational efficiency and greater economies of scale and greater economies of scale Novelty: This study provides new insights into the profits earned by tempeh artisans in Sukaraja sub-district. Sukaraja sub-district. Originality: This study offers an analysis of the profitability of the household-scale profit analysis of the household-scale tempeh industry in Sukaraja District.
