Abstract

Fungsi Legislasi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat kabupaten  Aceh Barat dalam Perspektif Siyasah Syar’iyyah. Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat memiliki fungsi legislasi, fungsi anggaran, dan fungsi pengawasan. Implementasi hukum Islam dalam hukum nasional ialah melalui proses legislasi yaitu pembentukan peraturan Perundang-undangan atau pembentukan Qanun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama, Fungsi legislasi DPRK Aceh Barat berpedoman pada Qanun Aceh No. 5 Tahun 2011 tentang Tata Cara Pembentukan Qanun, dan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 12 Tahun 2018 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Tata Tertib Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi, Kabupaten, dan Kota. Penyusunan Naskah Akademik merupakan penentuan isi materi muatan yang akan diimplementasikan dalam pembentukan Qanun. Selama periode Tahun 2014-2018, usulan pembentukan Qanun hanya berasal dari pihak Eksekutif, maka fungsi legislasi Dewan perwakilan rakyat kabupaten  Aceh Barat belum seluruhnya dapat terimplementasikan dalam pembentukan Qanun. Kedua, Perspektif Siyasah Syar’iyyah terhadap fungsi legislasi Dewan perwakilan rakyat kabupaten  Aceh Barat yang berpedoman pada Qanun Aceh No. 5 Tahun 2011 tentang Tata Cara Pembentukan Qanun, Asas-asas materi muatan pembentukan Qanun berkaitan dengan Prinsip-prinsip Siyasah Syar’iyyah dan Maqasid Syari’ah (tujuan syari’at Islam). Dari segi Formil, adanya Badan Musyawarah merupakan bagian dari penerapan Prinsip Musyawarah dan adanya Rapat Dengar Pendapat Umum juga merupakan Prinsip dari AlAdalah/Keadilan dalam Siyasah Syar’iyyah. Dari segi Materil, penerapan Prinsip Siyasah Syar’iyyah dapat diterapkan dalam pembentukan Naskah Akademik dengan memperhatikan landasan Filosofis, Sosiologis, dan Yuridis.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) dan computational thinking telah membuka peluang transformasi dalam pembelajaran Geografi berbasis data dan teknologi. Namun, sebagian besar guru Geografi, khususnya di wilayah dengan keterbatasan akses seperti Kabupaten Banyuwangi, belum memiliki kompetensi yang memadai. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dalam literasi AI dan computational thinking guru Geografi melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu workshop klasikal dan ekskursi lapangan, dengan materi (1) Workshop literasi AI: pengenalan dan praktik perangkat lunak dengan studi kasus geospasial, serta ekskursi lapangan secara langsung (2) Pelatihan computational thinking, dan (3) Pendampingan langsung guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis AI. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest-posttest pada variabel literasi AI dan computational thinking, serta survei persepsi. Hasil analisis Wilcoxon Signed-Rank menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor literasi AI (rata-rata pretest 4,00 menjadi 7,98) dan computational thinking (dari 3,57 menjadi 7,73) dengan p-value < 0,001. Selain itu, 90% peserta menyatakan kesiapan untuk mengimplementasikan pendekatan berbasis AI di kelas. Hasil ini menunjukkan pelatihan berbasis konteks dan praktik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru secara efektif. Rekomendasi program pengabdian yaitu adanya pendampingan lebih lanjut, terutama dalam aspek teknis untuk memastikan implementasi dan keberlanjutan inovasi pembelajaran berbasis geospasial, AI, serta praktik lapangan.

Abstract

The guided inquiry (GI) model is one of the scientific learning models that is student centered and designed to stimulate spatial thinking skills through discovery activities under the guidance and direction of the teacher. In addition to the learning model, geoliteracy is another factor that influences students spatial thinking skills. This study aims to determine the effect of the GI model on spatial thinking skills and to examine the effect of the GI learning model on spatial thinking skills in terms of students geoliteracy. The research method is a quasi experimental design with a post test only design. The population of this study consists of eleventh grade students at SMAN 5 Malang and SMAN 6 Malang, with purposive sampling used to determine the control and experimental classes at each school. Data were collected using a test instrument to obtain spatial thinking ability scores and geoliteracy scores. Data analysis was carried out using independent sample t tests and two way anova. The results show that the GI model can affect the spatial thinking skills possessed by students, even though both experimental classes received the GI model treatment. Further results indicate that the GI model can affect spatial thinking skills in terms of students geoliteracy. However, there is a significant difference in spatial thinking skills based on geoliteracy between students at SMAN 6 Malang and students at SMAN 5 Malang, even though both experimental classes received the GI model treatment.

Abstract

This article presents the design of the User Interface (UI) for the DSL Global Partnership (DSLGP) system, a Web-GIS–based educational platform developed to support disaster literacy and digital learning. The study focuses on translating the Software Requirements Specification into structured UI components, including the Home page, role-based dashboards, and key transactional workflows such as guest registration, assessment distribution, resource validation, and data import operations. The UI is designed using a user-centered approach, emphasizing clarity, accessibility, and role separation to ensure intuitive navigation for research teams, teachers, students, administrators, and public users. This work provides a concise and systematic overview of the UI structure that can guide subsequent implementation and evaluation stages within the DSLGP development cycle.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendekatan deep learning dalam pembelajaran geografi menekankan keterlibatan aktif siswa serta pengembangan berpikir kritis dan reflektif. Namun, pada tahap awal penerapannya, persepsi siswa terhadap pendekatan ini belum diketahui secara jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap penerapan deep learning dalam pembelajaran geografi di SMA Maarif Lawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 30 siswa kelas XI yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert empat tingkat melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sebagian besar siswa memiliki persepsi sangat baik terhadap penerapan deep learning. Berdasarkan aspek penilaian, aspek afektif menunjukkan hasil tertinggi dalam persepsi, diikuti aspek konatif, sedangkan aspek kognitif menunjukkan persentase terendah. Secara keseluruhan, pendekatan deep learning dinilai memberikan manfaat terhadap pengalaman belajar siswa, meskipun belum sepenuhnya optimal dalam meningkatkan pemahaman kognitif secara merata. Abstract:  The deep learning approach in geography learning emphasizes active student involvement and the development of critical and reflective thinking. However, in the early stages of its implementation, students' perceptions of this approach are not yet clearly known. This study aims to determine how students perceive the application of deep learning in geography learning at Maarif Lawang High School. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a survey design. The research sample consisted of 30 eleventh-grade students selected using total sampling technique. Data were collected using a four-point Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form. The results showed that most students had a very good perception of the application of deep learning. Based on the assessment aspects, the affective aspect showed the highest results in perception, followed by the conative aspect, while the cognitive aspect showed the lowest percentage. Overall, the deep learning approach is considered to provide benefits to students' learning experiences, although it is not yet fully optimal in improving cognitive understanding evenly.

Abstract

Background: The need for learning media continues to grow in accordance with students' learning needs, including in geography subjects. Geography material that still has difficulties in understanding is the phenomenon of the geosphere (Atmosphere). It is necessary to develop learning media that can solve problems in geography learning, namely media based on mobile learning simulation. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a geography learning media product for atmospheric material based on mobile learning simulation in the form of a website with the product name AtmoLearn. Method: The development method used is a modification of ADDIE, namely ADD. Researchers are aware of limitations in implementing it.  Findings: The results of this study are to produce learning media products that are ready to be implemented. Thus, AtmoLearn products can be applied to students to determine their effectiveness, usefulness, and can increase student motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines political education in increasing the political participation of the younger generation through collaboration between educational institutions and the West Aceh KIP. The study used a qualitative approach to analyze the research results. The informants who served as the main source of information were ten people consisting of three members of the West Aceh KIP, five teachers of SMAN and two lecturers of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. The selection of informants for this study was based on considerations of the competency of the informants in providing the research data information needed by the researcher. This study was conducted for three months. Data collection techniques used interview and documentation techniques. To analyze the findings in the field using triangulation techniques. The results of the field study indicate that collaboration between educational institutions and the West Aceh KIP can increase political participation through political education for the younger generation in West Aceh Regency through a collaborative program between educational institutions and the KIP. Conclusion The collaborative program between KIP and educational institutions in increasing political participation through political education for the young generation of West Aceh is a new breakthrough in providing political education. This activity is also very effective in providing political understanding to the young generation and can increase their participation in political events in West Aceh Regency. Therefore, this program is very good and can be adopted by related institutions in providing political education in a broader context.

Abstract

(EFFECTS OF DIGITAL LEARNING AND DIGITAL GAMES TRAINING ON THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS' TECHNOLOGICAL PEDAGOGY CONTENT KNOWLEDGE SKILLS) The development of digital technology requires teachers to present a sustainable learning process without the limitations of space and time. The presentation of digital learning provides opportunities for students to prepare for work competencies in the 21st Century and provides learning experiences that generate enthusiasm and a positive learning environment for students. This study aims to reveal the effect of digital learning and digital games in education training on the technological pedagogical content knowledge of teachers at SMAN Kepanjen Malang Regency. This type of research is experimental research packaged in a training program with pretest and posttest to measure the competence of TPACK teachers. The implementation method is carried out in stages, namely (1) needs and situation analysis, (2) program socialization and training implementation, (3) evaluation. The research subjects were SMAN 1 Kepanjen teachers with different scientific backgrounds. The analysis in this study used the N-gain score test, which was carried out by calculating the difference between the pretest and posttest scores. The training facilities use gamification media and the Learning Management System (LMS). The results of this training influence knowledge, competence, and capability related to technological pedagogical content knowledge. This is because teachers are getting used to and taking advantage of modern features in the LMS, namely user management, course management, forums, lessons, big blue buttons, and others. Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut guru untuk menghadirkan proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu. Penyajian pembelajaran digital memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mempersiapkan kompetensi kerja di abad 21 dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang membangkitkan semangat dan lingkungan belajar yang positif bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh pembelajaran digital dan permainan digital dalam pelatihan pendidikan terhadap pengetahuan konten pedagogik teknologi guru di SMAN Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang dikemas dalam program pelatihan dengan pretest dan postest untuk mengukur kompetensi guru TPACK. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara bertahap, yaitu (1) analisis kebutuhan dan situasi, (2) sosialisasi program dan pelaksanaan pelatihan, (3) evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru SMAN 1 Kepanjen dengan latar belakang keilmuan yang berbeda. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes skor N-gain yang dilakukan dengan menghitung selisih skor pretest dan postest. Fasilitas pelatihan menggunakan media gamifikasi dan Learning Management System (LMS). Hasil pelatihan ini mempengaruhi pengetahuan, kompetensi, dan kapabilitas terkait dengan technological pedagogical content knowledge. Hal ini karena para guru mulai terbiasa dan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur modern di LMS, yaitu manajemen pengguna, manajemen kursus, forum, pelajaran, tombol biru besar, dan lain-lain.
