Abstract

The demands of teaching materials today lead to digital forms. One of the things that can be pursued is through the development of a digital supplement book. This study aims to produce a digital Geography supplement book that is correlated with the Qur'an on solar system material that is practical and easy for Madrasah Aliyah students. This research method is the development of the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Using quantitative and qualitative data types. Quantitative data acquisition through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. While qualitative data obtained through criticism and suggestions from material experts, media, Al-Qur'an and research subjects. This digital supplement book was tested on 25 students covering grades X, XI, and XII IPS 1 MA Plus Al Amin Abung Surakarta, North Lampung. The results of the development of digital geography supplement books from material experts got a percentage of 88 percent, media experts 98 percent, and Al-Qur'an experts 92 percent. While the teacher's response got a percentage score of 92 percent and students with a score of 91 percent. These results show that the development of a digital geography supplement book containing verses of the Qur'an on solar system material is very feasible so that it can be used in Geography learning. Tuntutan bahan ajar saat ini mengarah pada bentuk digital. Salah satu yang bisa diupayakan yakni melalui pengembangan buku suplemen digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan buku suplemen Geografi digital yang dikorelasikan dengan Al-Qur’an pada materi tata surya yang praktis serta mudah untuk siswa Madrasah Aliyah. Metode penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Perolehan data kuantitatif melalui angket dengan skala likert. Sementara prolehen data kualitatif didapat melalui kritik dan saran dari ahli materi, media, Al-Qur’an dan subjek peneliti. Buku suplemen digital ini diujicobakan pada 25 siswa yang mencakup kelas X, XI, serta XII IPS 1 MA Plus Al Amin Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara. Hasil pengembangan buku suplemen Geografi digital dari ahli materi mendapat persentase sebesar 88 persen, ahli media 98 persen, serta ahli Al-Qur’an 92 persen. Hasil tersebut memperlihatkan bahwasannya pengembangan buku suplemen digital geografi bermuatan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an pada materi tata surya sangat layak sehingga dapat dipergunakan dalam pembelajaran Geografi.

Abstract

Geography learning teaches students to be able to think critically. Critical thinking is one of the thinking skills that students must have in 21st-century learning. However, the critical thinking skills of high school students in Indonesia are proven to be lacking. The study aimed to determine the effect of the Group Investigation (GI) model assisted by interactive media Lectora Inspire on high school students' geography critical thinking skills. The research design used a quasi-experimental design with a posttest-only control group design. The location of the research was carried out at the Laboratory Senior High School Universitas Negeri Malang. The research subjects were XI IPS 3 students as the experimental group and XI IPS 1 as the control group. Data on students' critical thinking skills were obtained from six essay test questions arranged according to indicators of critical thinking skills. Data analysis techniques for critical thinking skills using the Mann-Whitney test show that the GI model assisted by interactive media Lector Inspire affects high school students' critical thinking skills. Comparison of the post-test scores of the experimental group is much better than the control group. The steps of the GI model and interactive media Lectora Inspire during learning to make students productive in critical thinking.

Abstract

The basic concept material of geography is the first material that must be mastered by high school (SMA) students, but in reality in schools, especially students of SMAN 1 Wongsorejo, students still have difficulty understanding the basic concepts of geography. This research is to describe the difficulties and factors that cause students to have difficulty understanding the material. The research was qualitative in nature with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research subjects consisted of 10 students of class X MIPA/IPS and two geography teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews, documentation, and recap of students' daily test results. The results showed that SMAN 1 Wongsorejo students experienced difficulties in sub-material concepts, principles, geographic approaches, which were most dominant in principles and geographic approaches. The factors that cause learning difficulties are external factors and internal factors. External factors in the form of learning methods that are less attractive, the teacher does not reflect on learning, the abstract character of basic geography material, high demands for an independent curriculum, teaching materials and media used are less contextual and do not make use of geospatial information. While the internal factors are independence, cooperation, attention, and poor study habits. In improving the quality of learning on these materials, teachers need to conduct classroom action research, carry out peer tutoring, collaborate with colleagues, guidance and counseling teachers, and parents, carry out learning innovations and improve their professionalism

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that geography teachers are still found in making geography lesson plans that are not in accordance with the predetermined process standards. In addition, the 2013 curriculum will end, so an evaluation of planning is needed. This research aims to evaluate the planning of geography learning in the 2013 curriculum. This type of research is descriptive research. The evaluation model used is gap evaluation. The research subjects were all teachers of geography, with sampling using cluster random sampling methods. Collecting data using a document with percentage analysis. The results of this study were obtained from the quality of high school geography learning planning in the form of syllabus learning tools and lesson plans. In the syllabus of geography teachers in Malang Regency, the categories are very consistent with the percentage, consisting of SMAN 1 Lawang, SMAN 1 Singosari, SMAN 1 Tumpang, SMAN 1 Kepanjen, SMAN 1 Dampit, SMAN 1 Turen and SMAN 1 Sumberpucung. Meanwhile, geography teachers with categories according to the percentage of 22 percent consisting of SMAN 1 Gondanglegi and SMAN 1 Bululawang. In the lesson plans categories are very consistent with the percentage 11 percent of SMAN 1 Kepanjen. Geography teachers in the appropriate category with a percentage of 45 percent are at SMAN 1 Sumberpucung, SMAN 1 Lawang, SMAN 1 Singosari and SMAN 1 Tumpang. Geography teacher in the quite conisisten with the percentage 33 percent of SMAN 1 Bululawang, SMAN 1 Dampit dan SMAN 1 Turen. Geography teachers in the less appropriate category 11 percent are at SMAN 1 Gondanglegi. Penelitian ini didasari ditemukan guru geografi dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran geografi yang belum sesuai dengan standar proses yang ditentukan. Selain itu kurikulum 2013 akan berakhir sehingga diperlukan adanya evaluasi perencanaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kesesuaian perencanaan pembelajaran geografi dengan kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian adalah evaluasi. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi kesenjangan. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh guru geografi, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumen dengan analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran geografi SMA berupa perangkat pembelajaran silabus dan RPP. Pada silabus guru geografi di Kabupaten Malang kategori amat sesuai dengan persentase 22 persen terdiri dari SMAN 1 Lawang, SMAN 1 Singosari, SMAN 1 Tumpang, SMAN 1 Kepanjen, SMAN 1 Dampit, SMAN 1 Turen dan SMAN 1 Sumberpucung. Sedangkan guru geografi kategori sesuai dengan persentase 22 persen terdiri dari SMAN 1 Gondanglegi dan SMAN 1 Bululawang. RPP guru geografi kategori amat sesuai persentase 11 persen berada di SMAN 1 Kepanjen. Guru geografi kategori sesuai persentase 45 persen berada di SMAN 1 Sumberpucung, SMAN 1 Lawang, SMAN 1 Singosari dan SMAN 1 Tumpang Guru geografi kategori cukup sesuai dengan persentase 33 persen berada di SMAN 1 Bululawang, SMAN 1 Dampit dan SMAN 1 Turen. Guru geografi kategori kurang sesuai 11 persen berada di SMAN 1 Gondanglegi.

Abstract

Discovery Learning is a learning model that intend training spatial of thinking skills because in the learning process each student are given the opportunity to independent active role such as problem identification, data collecting, data processing, looking for proof, until conclude the acquisition data that makes them have ability to solve problems in learning material. The study aims to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning model on students spatial thinking skills. This research is a quasi-experimental study with two classes there are the experimental class and the control class which were determined by random sampling. The subjects in this study were students of class XII IPS 1 and XII IPS 2. The data collection technique used (posttest), the data was obtained by analyzed of the independent sample t-test. The effect of learning was tested with the Levene test. The analysis made final result that shows the Discovery Learning Model has an effect on the spatial abilities of students, and the experimental class is better than the control class.The results can be proven from the hypothesis test to obtain a significance of 0.00, which means smaller than 0.05, then H0 is rejected, meaning H1 is accepted. The results of these findings prove that the experimental class experienced a greater increase. Discovery Learning merujuk pada model pembelajaran yang bertujuan melatih peserta didik agar memiliki kemampuan berpikir secara spasial karena dalam prosesnya setiap peserta didik memperoleh kesempatan untuk aktif dan mandiri dalam melakukan kegiatan interaktif seperti mengidentifikasi masalah, mengumpulkan data, mengolah data yang diperoleh, mencari pembuktian, hingga menyimpulkan data-data perolehannya yang mana akan membuat mereka memiliki kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai masalah dalam materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan memahami pengaruh yang ditimbulkan model Discovery Learning pada kemampuan peserta didik untuk berpikir spasial. Penelitian menerapkan penelitian kuasi eksperimen terdiri dari dua kelas yakni, kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang dilakukan berdasarkan random sampling. Peserta didik kelas XII IPS 1 dan XII IPS 2 adalah subjek penelitian yang peneliti gunakan. Proses pengumpulan data dengan teknik (postest) dimana data dihasilkan dari hasil analisis uji independent sample t-test. Kemudian pengaruh pembelajaran menggunakan uji Levene test. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan Model Discovery Learning terdapat pengaruh pada kapabilitas spasial di kalangan peserta didik.serta kelas eksperimen berbanding baik daripada kelas kontrol. Pembuktian hasil menggunakan uji hipotesis didapati nilai signifikansi 0,00 berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka H0 ditolak artinya H1 diterima. Hasil dari temuan tersebut membuktikan kelas eksperimen meningkat lebih besar.

Abstract

Geographical Inquiry is a mindset with which students can identify geographical phenomena through learning models to train students to think analytically. This research was conducted to know the effect of the geographical research learning model on analytical patterns. The research conducted is included in pseudo-experimental research with two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, which is in accordance with the results of the UTS scores in the even semester. The subjects in this study were students of grade 11 Social Studies Department 1 as the control class and 11 Social Studies Department 2 as the experimental class at MA AL UMM. Data collection used by researchers is pre-test and post-test testing techniques. The resulting data can be analysed using an independent sample t-test. The results of the analysis obtained from the t-test show that the sig value (2-tailed) of the average Gain Score in the experimental class is 12 while in the control class it is 4.5 The difference in the average Gain Score between the experimental and control groups is 7.5 which means that everyone increase in variable X (geographical inquiry model), the value of variable Y (learning outcomes) will increase. So, the experimental class has a more excellent average than the control class, so Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that learning geographical inquiry has an effect on the geographical analytical thinking of Grade 11 social studies students at MA AL UMM. Geographical Inquiry merupakan pola pikir yang dengannya siswa dapat mengidentifikasi fenomena geografis melalui model pembelajaran sehingga dapat melatih siswa untuk berpikir analitis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar tahu akan pengaruh model pembelajaran penelitian geografi pada pola analitis. Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk dalam penelitian eksperimen semu dengan dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang sesuai dengan hasil nilai UTS pada semester genap. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 11 Jurusan IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan 11 Jurusan IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen di MA AL UMM. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah teknik pre-test dan post-test testing. Data yang dihasilkan dapat dianalisis menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan dari uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) hasil rata-rata Gain Score pada kelas eksperimen adalah 12 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 4,5 Selisih rata-rata Gain Score antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol sebesar 7,5 yang artinya setiap kenaikan satu variabel X (model geographical inquiry) maka nilai variabel Y (hasil belajar) akan naik. Sehingga kelas eksperimen memiliki rata-rata lebih besar dari kelas kontrol, sehingga Ho ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran penelitian geografi berpengaruh terhadap pemikiran analitik geografis siswa Kelas 11 Jurusan IPS di MA AL UMM.

Abstract

Penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan cyber crime merupakan tantangan yang kompleks dalam konteks perkembangan teknologi informasi dan transaksi elektronik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tinjauan yuridis serta menganalisis implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dalam penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan cyber crime. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis dokumen dan studi pustaka untuk mengumpulkan data tentang peraturan hukum yang berkaitan dengan kejahatan cyber crime serta studi implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kejahatan cyber crime, termasuk tindak pidana yang kompleks, memunculkan berbagai tantangan dalam penegakan hukum. Meskipun demikian, Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 memberikan landasan hukum yang penting untuk menangani kejahatan tersebut. Penegakan hukum cyber crime juga memerlukan kerjasama erat antara pihak kepolisian dan penyedia layanan internet (ISP) serta kesadaran hukum masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan cyber crime memerlukan pendekatan yang holistik dan terpadu, dengan penguatan peraturan hukum yang relevan dan upaya preventif yang efektif. Implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 menjadi landasan yang penting dalam membangun kerangka kerja untuk penegakan hukum yang lebih efektif terhadap kejahatan cyber crime.

Abstract

In Sultan Imanuddin Hospital's central surgical room, analyzing the cooling load is essential to maintaining optimal working conditions for medical procedures. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of the cooling system in the surgical room according to the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Health Regulation Number 7 of 2019. The investigation measured the cooling load required to maintain the room temperature within established health standards. The central surgical room was found to have a cooling load of 4301.462 kcal/h, equivalent to 17059.60 Btu/h. The hospital's air conditioning system, with a capacity of 2 PK or 18000 Btu/h, was determined to be sufficient to handle this load, providing a margin of 940.4 Btu/h. These findings enhance our understanding of the hospital's cooling system and offer recommendations to ensure that patients and medical personnel receive high-quality, safe care.

Abstract

Tosari Village is one of the tourist support villages in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS) area and has a tourist village known as Sanja Village. Sanja Village tourism is a form of ecological conservation, which utilizes the potential of the land with the presence of various vegetation supporting the land which is arranged and this potential is used as an ecotourism area. Based on survey results, observations and interviews with Sanja Desa managers, it is clear that there are still shortcomings in packaging content and tourism branding in the current digital era. So in this case there is a need for technological innovation that is in line with tourism trends, one of which is Virtual Exploration which is able to fully explore tourist destinations virtually. The development of virtual exploration is able to build smart eco-tourism in Sanja village. The development stages in this research start from planning, preparation, implementation and reporting. Through virtual exploration of vegetation conservation, Sanja Desa is able to support the development of smart ecotourism in Tosari village. The development of virtual exploration is a form of digitalization by exploring the diversity of vegetation conservation, ecology and culture in 360°, capable of creating a tourist experience that is realistic to visit before Sanja Village. The digitalization of Sanja village ecotourism is able to create sustainable development of Tosari village.

Abstract

Abstract The global pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) has had a profound impact on the economic sector, particularly in the tourism industry. This study aims to evaluate the effects of the pandemic and analyze communication strategies for the Sido Luhur Coffee Bunker Education attraction during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research employs a case study methodology, gathering data through a literature review, observation, documentation, and interviews with business stakeholders. The findings indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic led to a reduction in visitor numbers and a decline in revenue. To navigate the challenges posed by the pandemic, tourism managers implemented several marketing strategies. (1) The establishment of a tourist environment in accordance with the Sapta Pesona guidelines, (2) The enhancement of tourism facilities at the site, (3) The reduction of admission prices, (4) The avoidance of an increase in employee numbers, (5) The assurance of visitor safety during the pandemic through offline marketing, and (6) The utilization of online marketing.
