Cash management as a fundamental function within a company. Similarly, in an educational institution, cash management is not as important as academic administration or other administration. Operational agencies will not run smoothly if not backed up with good cash management. Cash management is needed because cash is the most liquid assets so it is easy to transferable without leaving a trace. Departing from educational institutions operating revenues primarily from student tuition which means life or death depends on the ability of educational institutions / purchasing power at that time. Therefore cash management should be set as well - it's good to anticipate the cash deficit in the current period.

Peranan mikoriza arbuskula (MA) dalam bidang pertanian telah terbukti sangat signifikan, namun terkendala dengan ketersediaan inokulum berkualitas untuk diaplikasikan di lapang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari karakteristik inokulum MA dan pemanfaatannya sebagai pupuk hayati tanaman Gandum (Triticum aestivum L). Parameter yang diuji pada tanaman gandum (T. aestivum L.) ialah pertumbuhan cendawan mikoriza arbuskula yaitu persen kolonisasi, jumlah entry point, hifa internal, arbuskula dan vesikula, dan pertumbuhan tanaman yaitu tinggi tajuk, berat basah dan kering tajuk, dan berat basah akar. Kolonisasi akar dan struktur cendawan yaitu entry point, hifa internal arbuskula dan vesikula menunjukkan hasil meningkat sehingga bisa dijadikan sebagai jumlah inokulum yang akan diinokulasikan ke tanaman gandum. Peningkatan kolonisasi juga berkorelasi positif dengan pertumbuhan gandum yaitu tinggi tajuk, bobot basah, bobot kering tajuk, dan bobot basah akar. Respon terbaik kolonisasi MA untuk pertumbuhan tanaman gandum diperoleh pada gandum galur Oasis dan SBR, sedangkan respon terendah kolonisasi MA pada tanaman gandum galur S03.

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada mahasiswa belajar dari rumah secara online (daring) selama masa karantina dapat menurunkan motivasi mahasiswa karena kepuasan belajar menjadi terganggu akibat literasi digital yang rendah dan penyesuaian belajar saat di rumah. Masalah-masalah psikologis juga timbul, sehingga dibutuhkan ketahanan psikologis menghadapi situasi yang tidak menyenangkan dan kemampuan beradaptasi, yaitu resiliensi akademik untuk menjadi faktor kepuasan belajar online pada mahasiswa selama pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan resiliensi akademik dengan kepuasan belajar online pada mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Metode penelitian dibagi dalam dua tahap yakni secara kualitatif melalui 19 buah pertanyaan terbuka kepada 11 orang mahasiswa untuk merumuskan konstruk pengukuran dan secara kuantitatif menguji validitas aitem pengukuran tersebut dengan program SPSS pada 116 mahasiswa melalui survei google form. Dari hasil uji korelasi pearson sebesar 0.473 dan P<0.000 , maka diperoleh hubungan antara resiliensi akademik dengan kepuasan belajar online, sehingga kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu hipotesa diterima. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan faktor-faktor kepuasan selama belajar dari rumah, salah satunya melalui faktor resiliensi, yang akan dibahas pada tulisan ini.

Masyarakat Nagari Gasan Gadang sebagian besar bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan, petani, dan buruh, sehingga ketika ingin melaksanakan acara baralek (pesta pernikahan) mengalami kesulitan apabila ditanggung dengan biaya sendiri. Meskipun masyarakat ada yang hidup dengan ekonomi lemah, namun mereka masih bisa melaksanakan acara baralek secara utuh. Hal ini karena adanya solidaritas yang kuat terjadi dalam masyarakat, yaitu melalui pengumpulan “uang panggilan”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalis pentingnya pengumpulan uang panggilan sebagai wujud solidaritas sosial dalam masyarakat Nagari Gasan Gadang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif tipe etnografi. Adapun teknik dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi literature. Pemilihan sampel sebagai informan dilakukan secara Puposive Sampling sebanyak 23 orang dengan kriteria orang yang pernah menerima dan memberi uang panggilan dalam pelaksanaan acara baralek di Nagari Gasan Gadang. Adapun kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pengumpulan uang panggilan sangat perlu dilakukan pada pelaksanaan acara baralek di Nagari Gasan Gadang karena dapat digunakan sebagai modal biaya baralek, membayar uang jemput marapulai (mempelai laki-laki), membayar hutang, dan untuk modal usaha bagi kedua mempelai pasca pernikahan. Masyarakat yang hidup dengan ekonomi menengah ke bawah tidak ada alasan untuk tidak bisa melaksanakan acara baralek secara adat yang berlaku, karena kebersamaan dan solidaritas sosial dalam masyarakat masih tinggi sehingga bisa mengumpulkan uang untuk pelaksanaan acara baralek secara utuh.Kata kunci: Pengumpulan, Uang Panggilan, Solidaritas, Masyarakat

Law Number 32 Year 2004 on Regional Government article 4 stated that the formation of regions could be in the form of merging or splitting one area into two or more regions. The implementation of the splitting or extension will effect the improvement of community welfare, acceleration of public services, and management of regional potential. This study is aimed (1) to describe the consideration of Sungai Penuh City extension from Kerinci Regency; (2) to analyze the influences of city extension in increasing economic growth and potential development of Sungai Penuh City Area; and (3) to understand the impact of city extension on development of Sungai Penuh periphery area. This study conducts case study research with using qualitative and quantitative method, and determines informant using purposive sampling technique. Qualitative analysis is used to achieve the first and the third research purpose, and quantitative analysis is used to achieve the second research purpose. Results stated that the implementation of Sungai Penuh City extension is implemented by considering physical condition, regional function, economy, and social community. Economic growth of Sungai Penuh City after city extension increased 3.13% during 2010 to 2016. The economic growth was also supported by the increase of Human Development Index. The trade sector becomes a potential sector to be developed in Sungai Penuh City. City economic growth has an impact on development of its periphery area through the availability and accessibility of educational, health and agricultural infrastructure.

Stigma is something that refers to attitudes and beliefs that encourage somone to reject, avoid or fear people they think are different. He purpose of this research is to know the description of teh stigma of health workers towards people with mental disorders. This study used a simple descriptive design ith a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study wre 83 rspondents who were taken using cluster sampling techique. The measuring instrument used ia a questionnare that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is univariate to determine the frequency distribution. This study describs the age range of the most respondents is 26-35 years (42,2%), the majority of he sex is famele (90,4%), the latest education is S1 (47%), the majority of the repondent’s profession is a nurse (38,6%), and all respondents do not have family members whit mental disorders. The stigma of healt workers towards people whit mntal disorders is low. The results of this study can be used as material for consideration and sources of information for the development of nursing science, health workers in rducing stigma, especially in people whit mental disorders. Pandemic Covid-19 impact on a human life one of the food. The policy of the pandemic Covid-19 PSBB (large-scale social restrictions) and PPKM (implementation of restrictions on community activities), disturbed and access to food especially at the global level. However, the local food North Pagai have non rice to replace prime food such as rice. By using the method ethnography to uncover and understand and local food commodities and accessibility of households stayed at the pandemic Covid-19.This is done to see food security that relies on local food non rice as an alternative food. The results show food security in the household level can survive by relying on local food that is non rice, taro, bananas and the natural result of the results of the sea and the forest. Local food commodities had grown up in the fields, the garden around shelter. Then, modifying the food of subbet gettek and subbet bagok and tekgi’ consumed dayli. So, even in the pandemic, food security in the household level well remain unfulfilled.

This study aims to examine the contribution of influence quality of service, trust, and consumer satisfaction in creating consumer loyalty.The object of this research is JNE Apartment Gading Nias. This study used a causal study using a questionnaire for data collection. For sampling, the method used is non probability sampling with judgment sampling technique The procedure used for model testing and data processing is the structural equation modeling using Linear Structural Relationship (Lisrel) method through software Lisrel 8.80.This research resulted the finding that the service quality have positive and significant effect to the trust, the quality of service have positive and significant effect to the consumer satisfaction, the quality of service have positive and significant influence to consumer loyalty, trust not influence to consumer loyalty, and consumer satisfaction have positive and significant influence to loyalty consumer.Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty

The research conducted at the district office Anggeraja with the aim of wich is to determine the effect of leadership style camat the performance of employees at the district office Anggeraja Enrekang and the factors that effect performance. This study bused quantitative descriptive research by presenting a depiction of a situation or a social phenomenon in detail. This type of research is the survey fieldwork to collect data information from respondents through questionnaires as data collection directly at the sites. In this study which is the independent variable (x) is the leadership style, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The sample is determined as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques are the steps most strategicof observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The results showed that : 1) the effect of leadership style on the employee performance at the district office Anggeraja Enrekang, which is very influential in the category with a score of 3,31 and the percentage is 81, 67%, and 2) factors that effect the performance of employees, namely : a) the ability to be on a score of 3,47 (86,67%) or a category of higly influential, and b) the motivation is at a score of 3,57 (89,17%) or very influential category.

Gadgets can emit several rays, including ultraviolet rays, X-rays, low-frequency electromagnetic radiation that can cause eye damage. Using gadgets for too long can affect eye health. One of the health impacts that can be caused by the duration of using gadgets is more than the maximum limit, one of which is eye complaints. This study aims to determine the relationship between the duration of gadget use and subjective complaints of eye health problems in students of the Faculty of Nursing, Riau University. Methods: This research is quantitative with a coss sectional design. The research location is at the Faculty of Nursing, Riau University. The sample technique of this research is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 30 people who meet the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate chi-square test. Results: Bivariate analysis The results of statistical tests using the chi square test, obtained p value 0.072 > 0.05, which means Ho failed to be rejected. Conclusion: There is no relationship between the duration of gadget use and subjective complaints of eye health problems in students of the Faculty of Nursing, Riau University.
