Abstract

Iklim merupakan kondisi umum secara statistik dari berbagai parameter cuaca, yaitu curah hujan, suhu, tekanan, angin, kelembaban, dan penguapan yang terjadi di suatu daerah dalam kurun waktu yang panjang.Artikel ini menginvestigasi dampak perubahan iklim terhadap produktivitas pertanian di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur, kami menyoroti berbagai aspek perubahan iklim yang mempengaruhi sektor pertanian di Indonesia. Hasil analisis ini memberikan wawasan yang penting bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pemangku kepentingan untuk mengembangkan strategi adaptasi dan mitigasi guna meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di tengah tantangan perubahan iklim yang semakin nyata.

Abstract

WHO atau biasa disebut World Health Organization  menetapkan pandemi internasional untuk virus corona, atau Covid-19. Pada penelitian ini penulis ini bertujuan untuk mengenalisis klasifikasi sentiment masyarakat terhadap penurunan Covid-19 menggunakan metode Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine pada platform X App. Pandemi Covid-19 telah menjadi perhatian seluruh dunia, dan media social seperti X App mejadi sumber data yang kaya untuk memahami pandangan dan perasaan masyarakat terkait penurunan kasus Covid-19. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari X App sebanyak 5000 pada periode juni 2023,data yang belum melalui tahapan preprocessing. Dalam analisis penurunan kasus Covid-19, penelitian ini membandingkan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwasanya algoritma Support Vector Machine memiliki kinerja lebih unggul dari akurasi presisi serta recall yaitu 95%, 96%,96% sedangkan kinerja algortima Naïve Bayes menghasilkan Akurasi,presisi serta recall yaitu 85%, 94%, 86%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui  Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa fakultas agama Islam Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara, mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi guru dalam upaya pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran Al Quran. Salah satu bentuk upaya tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Ustmani. Metode ustmani ini merupakan metode yang menggabungkan antara tiga metode yaitu metode riwayah, metode belajar membaca Al-Qur‟an dan metode dirayah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini diharapkan Masyarakat dan tenaga pendidik bisa memahami metode lain yang bisa digunakan dalam belajar Al Qur’an, dan merasakan hal baru dalam belajar al Quran sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas membaca al-Quran

Abstract

Increasing student participation in the learning process and improving their involvement in learning activities are important steps to make students more active and involved in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to increase student participation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in elementary schools using the snowball throwing model. The classroom action research (CAR) method used consisted of two cycles with two meetings each. The subjects of the study were 25 fifth grade students at Talaga Raya Elementary School. The researcher also acted as a teacher who implemented this learning model, with subject teachers as collaborators. Data were collected through observation of student learning activities. The results showed an increase in student participation from 69% in cycle I to 89% in cycle II. The snowball throwing model has proven effective in increasing student learning participation in PAI subjects.

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip surat di Kantor Keuchik belum sepenuhnya sesuai prosedur dan masihdilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem InformasiAgenda Surat berbasis website dengan pendekatan Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) gunameningkatkan efisiensi dan pelayanan publik di Pemerintah Gampong Cot Baroh. Denganmemanfaatkan prinsip HCI, sistem ini telah dirancang untuk memberikan pengalamanpengguna yang lebih intuitif dan efisien dalam mengelola agenda surat. Metode pengembanganmelibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka yang responsif, danimplementasi berbasis web. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasilmeningkatkan aksesibilitas data, efisiensi kerja, dan kolaborasi antara berbagai unit dilingkungan pemerintahan Gampong Cot Baroh. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadimodel bagi pemerintahan daerah lainnya yang berusaha meningkatkan efisiensi administrasimereka dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip HCI dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the usability of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in OKU RSUD Timur through the application of Heuristic Evaluation and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) methodologies. The implementation of SIMRS began in 2018 with the aim of improving the operational efficacy of the healthcare facility. However, various technical challenges, including system malfunctions and inaccuracies in data entry, continue to hinder the effectiveness of its utilization. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive, utilizing data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 78 personnel in OKU RSUD Timur. Data analysis revealed that the average user satisfaction score on EUCS was 81.74%, while the Heuristic Evaluation produced an average score of 82.58%. Both evaluative methodologies indicate that the usability of SIMRS can be categorized as commendable, although the Heuristic Evaluation showed slightly superior results. Given these findings, usability improvements can be directed at refining aesthetic and minimalist features, as well as strengthening system controls and security measures. This investigation contributes to the body of empirical evaluations related to the usability of MIS in health care institutions, thereby encouraging improvements in the quality of health information systems.

egal protection provided by a country as a host country for investors in the business world is essential. Along with the rapid pace of economic turnover, discourse on foreign investment is increasingly in the spotlight considering the importance of investment in encouraging economic development for a country. But unfortunately, the ideal conditions are inversely proportional to the reality of the investment mechanism through the Join Venture Agreement. The problem that will be examined by the author is to focus on the incompatibility of the articles of association with the laws and regulations that have been applied in Indonesia. Moreover, another problem in the Join Venture mechanism in Indonesia is that there is regulatory differentiation with the implementation of joint ventures between foreign companies and local companies that can hamper the pace of the Indonesian economy. The role is so large related to investment for national development, it is natural that capital determination receives special attention from the government, especially presenting juridical efforts that can overcome investment problems in a country.  Perlindungan hukum yang diberikan oleh suatu negara sebagai host country bagi para investor dalam dunia bisnis merupakan hal yang esensial. Seiring dengan pesatnya laju perputaran ekonomi, diskursus perihal penanaman modal asing semakin mendapat sorotan mengingat pentingnya investasi dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi bagi suatu negara. Namun sayangnya kondisi yang bersifat ideal itu berbanding terbalik dengan realita mengenai mekanisme penanaman modal melalui Join Venture Agreement (Perjanjian Perusahaan Patungan). Persoalan yang akan diteliti oleh penulis yaitu menitikberatkan pada ketidaksesuaian anggaran dasar dengan aturan perundang-undangan yang selama ini telah diterapkan di Indonesia. Terlebih, permasalahan lainnya dalam mekanisme Join Venture di Indonesia yaitu terdapat diferensiasi regulasi dengan pelaksaan join venture antara perusahaan asing dengan perusahaan lokal yang dapat menghambat laju perekomonian negara Indonesia. Peranan yang begitu besar terkait penanaman modal bagi pembanunan nasional, maka sudah sewajarnya penenaman modal mendapat perhatian khusus dari pemerintah, terutama menghadirkan upaya yuridis yang dapat mengatasi persoalan investasi pada suatu negara.

Abstract

The current study attempts to analyze the effect of the reward system (intrinsic and extrinsic) on job satisfaction and in-role performance. Moreover, the expected effect of job satisfaction and in-role performance was also tested. This research focuses on all permanent lecturers at private universities in Makassar under the Institute for Higher Education Services Region IX (LLDIKTI IX). Self-administered online questionnaires were designed and distributed to respondents who met the judgment sampling criteria. The 220 respondents were determined as primary data and then tested with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis based on partial least squares (PLS). The founding statistically stated that intrinsic rewards positively and significantly affect lecturer in-role performance and job satisfaction. Extrinsic rewards have a significant effect on in-role performance but are not significant on lecturer job satisfaction. Furthermore, the mutual relationship between in-role performance-job satisfaction was confirmed and supported. These findings provide the latest insights into productive human resource planning strategies in higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify and analyze the indicators of multiple intelligence theory as depicted in the movie The Karate Kid (2010). The researchers employed a documentation method for data collection and applied Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, proposed in 1983, to validate their findings. To introduce innovative approaches for enriching educational materials, the study also reviewed previous research on multiple intelligence theory. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative methodology, the research thoroughly examined the movie’s content. The results indicated that six out of Gardner's nine intelligence indicators were illustrated in various scenes: spatial (visual) intelligence, musical (audio) intelligence, bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, and naturalistic intelligence. These findings underscore the diverse ways in which multiple intelligences can be represented and recognized within cinematic narratives, providing a valuable framework for educational and psychological applications. The research highlights the potential of films like The Karate Kid as effective tools for demonstrating and teaching the principles of multiple intelligences, thereby enriching educational practices and supporting holistic development.

Abstract

The problem occurs in the learning process, where elementary school students are less motivated to understand material in the form of stories without pictures. Therefore, the researcher conducts this study to develop digital fairy tale media that is applied to second grade of elementary school students. This research is a type of research and development (R&D) or research and development according to Bord and Gall. The steps taken in this research and development, namely: research and data collection, planning, initial product development, initial field trials, revision of trial results, field trials, product enhancements that have been refined, field implementation trials, product improvement final, cementation and implementation. The research subjects were elementary school students. The product produced in this research is digital fairy tale learning media which was developed to add a variety of media. The results of the study show that the digital fairy tale learning media developed using the Bord and Gall model has been declared valid. Based on the material assessment it obtained a percentage of 75% with valid criteria, language assessment obtained a percentage of 95.45% with very valid criteria, and the media assessment obtained a percentage of 86.45% with very valid criteria. From students obtained through product trials in small groups, namely obtaining a score percentage of 90.52% with very valid criteria, and large group field trials obtaining a score percentage of 95.40% with very valid assessment criteria, and has a level of effectiveness of 93.63%.
