Abstract

QRIS, or Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard, represents one of the key evolutions in the payment system in Indonesia, utilizing QR Code technology to enhance payment system efficiency. QRIS has gained popularity in supporting payment systems in Indonesia and ensuring the velocity of money within the country. The velocity of money plays an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of monetary policy through its influence on the predictability of major monetary aggregates and money demand. This study aims to analyze the impact of QRIS usage on the velocity of money in Indonesia. The study employs a quantitative approach, using quarterly time series data (2019 Q1 - 2023 Q4) and incorporating several additional variables that can influence the velocity of money. The findings indicate that QRIS affects the velocity of money in the long term, as demonstrated through the Error Correction Model, a method capable of analyzing both short-term and long-term economic phenomena and evaluating the consistency of empirical models with economic theory. Based on these empirical results, it is recommended that the government of Indonesia enhance QRIS infrastructure to foster greater confidence and trust among citizens, thereby accelerating transactions.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada PT Pegadaian  Cabang Keutapang, Aceh Besar. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 32 responden Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t dimaksud untuk mengetahui secara simultan dan secara parsial pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel Gaya kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT Pegadaian di Cabang Keutapang, Aceh Besar. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel Gaya kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT Pegadaian Cabang Keutapang, Aceh Besar dan variabel Gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai PT Pegadaian  Cabang Keutapang, Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Background: Aloe  vera (Aloe vera L) and honey (Calliandra calothyrsus)  have many benefits, especially in Indonesia, aloe vera and honey are also often used as drugs for various diseases because of their content which has many health benefits.  Objective: This study aims to determine the comparison between aloe vera (Aloe vera L)  and honey (Calliandra calothyrsus)  as an inhibitor of the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.Method: This study uses true experimental design  in microbiological test with post test only control group design. With the treatment of aloe vera gel (Aloe vera L) and kaliandra honey (Calliandra calothyrsus) and ciprofloxacin antibiotics as a positive control and aquades as a negative control against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria  to see antibacterial effectiveness using diffusion methods in thelaboratory.Results: The most effective variable was kaliandra honey (Calliandra calothyrsus) with concentrations of 50%, 75% and 100% with p values of 0.03, 0.01, and 0.03 respectively when compared to using aloe vera gel (Aloe vera L) with concentrations of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% which obtained the results could not at all inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Conclusions and Suggestions:  This research can be used as a theoretical basis, so that people can choose a more appropriate ingredient, namely kaliandra honey (Calliandra calothyrsus) rather than using aloe vera gel (Aloe vera L) to be used as herbal medicine by people who experience Staphylococcus aureus  bacterial infections. Other researchers are also advised to be able to use other variables or other types of aloe  vera (Aloe vera L) and honey from the nectar of other flowers to conduct similar studies.

Abstract

This article aims to find out, analyse, and offer a time management model for female students in the midst of dual roles in dealing with academic procrastination at the Islamic State University. Procrastination is an academic term used for students who delay doing coursework. The act of procrastination can be seen from the delay in completing studies, the inability to manage time, and the inability to manage oneself. This research uses qualitative research methods which are field research. There are two data sources that are the reference for this research. The first is primary data which is key data in the form of interview results. Second, secondary data obtained from research results in the form of scientific articles, books, and other library materials related to the research topic. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study found that the learning model for dual-role female students in dealing with academic procrastination with proportional time management is very important to be implemented as an effort to avoid procrastination of academic tasks. Female students as self-controllers must have the strength to keep procrastination behaviour away in order to be able to complete academic tasks in a timely manner. The ability of self-control will have a positive effect on the realisation of a balanced academic atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the implementation of the pick-up program for the Padang Pariaman permit, which is presumed to be a problem in the implementation of the permit pick-up program. This research is a qualitative research. The technique used in determining informants in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Informants in this study were (1) Head of the Integrated Services and Industry Services Investment Office (2) Head of the Health Office. (3) Head of the Education Office (4) Head of the Office of Environment and Spatial Planning (5). The results showed that (1) the factors that influenced the implementation of the Padang Pariaman Licensing Shuttle Program were quite successful but there were some that were still not maximal from the indicators of implementation factors (a), communication (b) Resources, (c) Disposition, (d) Bureaucratic Structure. (2) Government Efforts to improve shuttle performance in the field of licensing Efforts to Implement Public Services through the Padang Pariaman Licensing Shuttle Program (AJEP PAPA) In Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, we have always sought to maintain coordination with the relevant dinas. And when the recommendations are a problem, we always take the initiative to invite related agencies to coffee mornings and find solutions to make the program effective.

Abstract

Wastewater treatment using traditional systems is considered expensive because it requires considerable energy and installation. The current study assessed the existence of a combination process that can reduce costs and is easy to operate. This study evaluates the performance of an anaerobic-aerobic biofilter system to treat industrial wastewater from cracker production. The combination of anaerobic and aerobic biofilters can significantly reduce Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), which are important parameters for wastewater quality. Sampling was carried out on the influent channel of the fish cracker industry. Sampling uses the SNI 6989.59:2008 regulation in the form of a wastewater test sampling method. The results showed that the biofilter achieved BOD removal of up to 84.90% and COD reduction of more than 89.02% when operated with an extended Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT) of up to 24 h. The results also showed that in wastewater treatment, HRT optimization should be considered for maximum pollutant removal, as shorter retention times proved less effective in reducing COD and BOD organic loads. These findings suggest that anaerobic-aerobic biofilter systems are viable and scalable solutions for industries seeking efficient and environmentally friendly wastewater treatment options.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh transformasi digital dan innovation capability terhadap kinerja pegawai DUKCAPIL Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, sektor publik harus beradaptasi dengan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Transformasi digital yang efektif dan kemampuan inovasi yang tinggi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas kinerja pegawai di lembaga pemerintahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur tiga variabel utama, yaitu transformasi digital, innovation capability, dan kinerja pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai p-value 0.000, dan innovation capability juga berpengaruh positif dengan p-value 0.002. Analisis regresi linier berganda mengungkapkan bahwa kedua variabel independen ini secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai DUKCAPIL Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Temuan ini mendukung pentingnya penerapan teknologi digital yang efisien serta pengembangan kemampuan inovasi pegawai untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal dalam sektor publik. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar DUKCAPIL terus memperkenalkan teknologi baru dan meningkatkan pelatihan inovasi untuk pegawai guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini juga mencakup perlunya menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung inovasi dalam organisasi untuk mendorong pegawai berinovasi dalam pekerjaannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kesenjangan dalam implementasi standar penilaian pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Aceh Tenggara. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi penerapan standar penilaian, termasuk perbedaan pemahaman di kalangan guru, keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, dan beban kerja administratif yang tinggi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan dua guru, yang dianalisis melalui tahap kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan yang bermakna dalam penerapan standar penilaian akibat interpretasi yang berbeda di antara guru, terutama terkait metode evaluasi siswa. Guru senior cenderung kesulitan mengadaptasi teknologi, sementara guru muda lebih responsif terhadap perubahan berbasis digital. Selain itu, keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi dan beban administratif memperburuk kesenjangan ini, sehingga memengaruhi keadilan dan konsistensi penilaian siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, pendampingan teknis intensif, serta penyediaan fasilitas pendukung untuk menciptakan proses penilaian yang lebih adil dan merata sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Nutrition is one of the determinants of the quality of human resources who are qualified, intelligent, healthy, and productive Continuous monitoring of the nutritional status of children is essential for the early detection of children with dietary problems. One way to monitor a child's growth is to screen for nutritional status. The purpose of this service activity is that KKM group 170 can participate in Posyandu activities and assist in carrying out healthy status checks to determine the nutritional status of children in the village of Responsibility. The method of examining the nutritional status of children is by measuring their weight and height. Some measure weight using dacin or stepping scales while measuring height using a length board or microtoise. Thirty-four children came to this Posyandu. The results of this service related to the examination of the nutritional status of children found that the majority who came to Posyandu were 20 men and 14 girls. For nutritional status, the majority are well nourished 79.42%, at risk of nutrition 2.94%, Obesity 5.88%, Overnutrition 2.94%, Undernutrition 5,88%, and suffering from malnutrition 2.94%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of leadership support and workplace friendship on employees' innovative behavior, as well as the mediating effect of cognitive dependency. This study utilizes 200 responses from employees at global ride-hailing firm, Grab. The partial-least-square structural-equation modelling (PLS-SEM) method is executed to analyze the hypotheses. The findings suggest the positive correlation between workplace friendship and innovative behavior, with cognitive dependency acts as a mediator between these two constructs. In particular, the role of cognitive reliance might be regarded as a significant determinant of employee behavior. This paper is a valuable resource for academics studying cognitive reliance, a topic that is often overlooked in past researches.
