Abstract

The aimed of this research is to compare two algorithms, Wiener and Lucy-Richardson in order to restore blurred image. The tested image that is used in the experiment is randomly chosen from a set of images that is often used in digital image processing. Then the chosen image is given two kinds of blur effect which are Gaussian and motion blur which have different level of blur. After the blur effect is given, the degradation image is restored using Wiener and Lucy-Richardson algorithm. The restored images are compared with the original images to calculate the pixel error. From the experiment, it is found that Wiener algorithm is better than Lucy-Richardson in order to restore blurred image in case of Motion and Gaussian Blur.

Abstract

Peran pemerintah daerah yang merupakan instansi yang bertanggung jawab terhadap UKM di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota sangat penting untuk ikut serta menyelesaikan permasalahan UKM tersebut guna mencapai keberhasilan dan pembangunan jangka panjang. Organisasi organisasi bisnis mendukung layanan yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan produk dan layanan anggota, baik individu maupun kelompok. Banyak staf pendukung kini terkena dampaknya. Angka tersebut merupakan aset yang harus dijaga dan diperkuat agar dapat terus bertambah untuk membantu pemerintah mengentaskan kemiskinan dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Dalam kondisi seperti ini, penting untuk memiliki media yang dapat memberikan informasi, promosi dan layanan terkait penerapan media bisnis di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota Kota Payakumbuh untuk mendukung konsumen dari dalam dan luar negeri. Proses yang digunakan untuk membuat sistem ini adalah proses cair. Sistem cair mempunyai sistem yang sangat mudah dipahami dan sistem-sistemnya tidak saling berhubungan. Pada proses ini, proses harus diselesaikan untuk melanjutkan proses berikutnya. Diharapkan untuk pengembangan selanjutnya dapat dijadikan sistem yang kompleks dengan menambahkan banyak fitur atau menu dan dapat digabungkan dengan sistem yang sudah ada sehingga membentuk suatu sistem pengetahuan perizinan bagi para pelaku. Sistem perizinan bagi pelaku ekonomi diharapkan dapat memberikan izin publik bagi penyelenggara di 50 negara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi perizinan berusaha berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan perizinan berusaha di 50 negara yang menggunakan sistem berbasis web ini.

Abstract

In today's digital era, computer network projects are crucial for companies as they provide the infrastructure for communication, data exchange, and sharing. Effective project management, which requires strong leadership, is essential for success. Leadership management plays a key role in influencing the outcomes of computer networking projects by fostering creativity and entrepreneurship. Innovative leadership encourages risk-taking, creativity, and experimentation, which are vital for developing new products, services, or processes. Entrepreneurship promotes proactivity, flexibility, and responsiveness to changing market conditions. This study explores the relationship between leadership and innovation, highlighting that leadership style, behavior, and abilities are critical in driving innovation and entrepreneurship. However, the specific challenges and opportunities in computer networking projects necessitate further research. This research aims to fill the gap by investigating how management leadership influences innovation and entrepreneurship in computer networking projects and identifying the key leadership competencies required. Using a quantitative approach and correlational research design, the study finds a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and entrepreneurial innovation (path coefficient 0.75, p < 0.01), and between transactional leadership and entrepreneurial innovation (path coefficient 0.42, p < 0.05). However, no significant relationship is found between field leadership and entrepreneurial innovation. The findings suggest that both transactional and transformational leadership contribute to groundbreaking innovation in computer networking projects. Therefore, project leaders should enhance their leadership skills to achieve higher levels of innovation in these projects.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a VR-based quantum physics laboratory to visualize quantum physics phenomena and support more interactive and efficient learning. The research method follows the stages of needs analysis, design and development, and implementation. The needs analysis stage involved 97 students to gather information about the challenges in quantum physics learning.The needs analysis results showed that quantum physics was a difficult subject to understand due to its abstract nature, and there was a need for media that could help students understand the material through simulations and experiments in a virtual environment. The design and development stage produced scenarios and storyboards encompassing all the necessary elements for VR implementation. During the implementation stage, the design was realized in the form of a VR laboratory presenting various quantum physics experiments, including black body radiation, the Compton effect, the photoelectric effect, and X-ray production. The results of the implementation of the use of VR through validity testing and practicality tests obtained a score of 0.92 in the valid category and 92.25% in the very practical category. This research contributes to supporting the availability of quantum physics experimental equipment in schools and makes it easier for students to understand abstract quantum physics concepts through interesting virtual interactivity. The VR-based quantum physics laboratory was successfully developed as an innovative solution for quantum physics learning. Future research suggests that VR can be developed for other learning areas and that further studies explore the effects of VR on skills and health.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and telecommunications has driven companies and MSMEs to adopt desktop, mobile, and web-based applications to enhance operational performance. PT HPS Painan Padang, previously relying on manual ticket bookings, faced challenges in efficiency and susceptibility to brokering practices. To address this, a web-based travel ticket booking application was developed, enabling customers to book tickets online more practically, quickly, and conveniently, anytime and anywhere. The integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology in the form of a chatbot further enhances service efficiency and responsiveness. This feature provides real-time information on departure schedules, seat selection, and payment transactions while also supporting sentiment analysis and swift responses to customer feedback, ultimately improving service quality. The application, built using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter with a Prototype development approach, adapts to changing market demands. Testing via GTmetrix on the https://desistravel.xyz/backend page demonstrated excellent performance with an 88% Performance score, 95% Structure score, and optimal Web Vitals metrics, indicating a fast, responsive, and stable platform. The final product is a user-friendly web-based ticket booking application supported by an intelligent chatbot, offering a seamless user experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining the travel booking process efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk: Mengklasifikasikan penerima beasiswa Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) dengan mempertimbangkan status sosial ekonomi orang tua, lokasi tempat tinggal, dan jumlah tanggungan orang tua di SD Negeri 01 Balai Ahad melalui teknik data mining yang dikenal sebagai C4.5. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 299 siswa dari SD Negeri 01 Balai Ahad. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan dokumentasi data siswa. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik pohon keputusan dan algoritma C4.5 menggunakan pendekatan data mining. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan 90 data testing dan 209 data training, algoritma C4.5 dapat mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 84.27% dalam klasifikasi. Penerapan teknik data mining dengan algoritma C4.5 dalam studi ini terbukti efektif dalam mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan terkait klasifikasi siswa penerima PIP. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa C4.5 termasuk dalam kategori Klasifikasi yang Sangat Baik. Dengan cara ini, pohon keputusan dapat memberikan prediksi yang tepat mengenai penerima beasiswa Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP).

Abstract

Vocational High Schools provide knowledge of skills, interests, and talents according to vocational fields to face the world of work. The phenomenon that occurred in February 2022 stated that most SMK graduates were ready to work. Because of this, the data from the Central Bureau of Statistics on SMK graduates have a total score of 10.38%. So there is unemployment and a lack of interest and talent in choosing a vocational field. Based on information in determining vocational fields based on interests, talents, and colleagues there is no discrepancy between the major one chooses and personality. In measuring products, the Simple Additive Weighting method can be used to select the best alternative in the ranking process which totals the weight values ​​of all criteria.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi di era modern ini memberikan kesempatan kepada guru untuk mengembangkan kemampuannya dalam penggunaan media dan bahan ajar. Mengubah paradigma yang digunakan oleh instruktur dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di sekolah sangat penting untuk menyelaraskan proses modernisasi dan kualitas pembelajaran. Saat ini, guru juga harus mahir dalam menggunakan dan mengoperasikan teknologi informasi sehingga mereka dapat menggunakannya untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran di kelas. Pengetahuan kewirausahaan ditemukan dalam mata pelajaran seperti kerajinan dan kewirausahaan, antusiasme yang besar untuk memahaminya. Oleh karena itu, media pembelajaran perlu didukung dengan media yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran kerajinan dan kewirausahaan. Penelitian dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Google Classroom terhadap motivasi belajar, minat belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik, kemudian Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Tualang Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 95 peserta didik. Data dikatakan valid dan reliabel pada pengaruh Google Classroom terhadap motivasi belajar, minat belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Sedangkan hasil penelitian melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 33 orang diperoleh data variabel Google Classroom dengan skor sebesar 40. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan Mean yaitu 33,18, Median adalah 33, dan Modus berjumlah 29. Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecenderungan penggunaan Google Classroom berbanding lurus dengan skor yang diperoleh. diketahui bahwa tanggapan responden tentang Minat belajar sebelum pembelajaran, dimana dari 33 responden yaitu 21 responden atau sebanyak 63,6% responden menyatakan sangat setuju, 12 responden atau sebanyak 36,4%.Hal ini ditunjukkan menggunakan regresi linear berganda diperoleh nilai r 0.847, Nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0.688, dan nilai thitung ttabel (2,357 2,045) dengan signifikansi 0.025 (pengujian dua sisi), Penggunaan Google Classroom berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan menggunakan regresi logistik ordinal diperoleh nilai R2 (Nagelkerke) sebesar 0.746, dan nilai estimate sebesar 0.892 yang dieksponensialkan menjadi 2.44 dengan signifikansi 0.016 0.05. Pada penggunaan Google Classroom maka akan semakin baik motivasi belajar dan minat pula hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Tualang Kabupaten Siak.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly advanced so as to increase the use of computer laboratories in higher education, especially in the learning process. However, this is not matched by the completeness of adequate infrastructure, which causes problems when using the laboratory. This study aims to develop and update a local area network with net support for learning in computer labs 5 and 6. This research uses the network development life cycle (NDLC) method. Data collected by questionnaire technique. The results of this study indicate that the validator test assessment from the innovation aspect of the IT infrastructure component is 89.17% so that the level of validity can be interpreted as valid in use, from the information system aspect it is 93.55%, so it can be interpreted as valid in use, practicality (group A) practicality test of 92.60%, so that it can be interpreted as practical to use, practicality (group B) practicality test is 94%, so the level of practicality can be interpreted as practical to use, practicality (Lecturer) practicality test is 95.23%, so that the practicality level can be interpreted as practical used, the effectiveness (group A) of the effectiveness test was 94.55%, so that the level of effectiveness could be interpreted as effectively used, the effectiveness (group B) of the effectiveness test was 93.70%, so the level of effectiveness could be interpreted as effectively used, effectiveness (labor assistant ) effectiveness test of 93.58%, so that the level of effectiveness can be interpreted as effectively used. So that it can be concluded that the development of a local area network network with netsupport in computer laboratory learning is feasible to use.
