Abstract

In this 4.0 era, the development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) cannot be separated from every area of ​​life. The role of science and technology is to participate in facilitating and building every implementation of the ideals of independence, one of which is in the field of education. This article aims to empower and improve teachers' ability to master Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a support for learning, considering that the limited ability to master technology among teachers in Indonesia is still a problem. The research method used is through literature studies that are conceptual in nature and related to ideas and theoretical studies. The ICT capabilities possessed by teachers will help in the process of creating all the components needed for teaching in order to improve the quality of learning in the era of globalization. This article uses a literature study method through collecting library data to produce an idea or thoughts. It is hoped that this article can be an effort to improve teachers' ability to utilize technology in their role as educators, because massive technological advances would be a shame if they were not balanced with the readiness of human resources regarding mastery skills.

Abstract

One of the key factors that influences the quality of education is financing and budget management, especially in the context of managing school infrastructure. This research aims to optimize financing and budget management in order to increase the effectiveness of school infrastructure management. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through library research or literature review using journals appropriate to the research topic with the aim of producing output based on available data and providing an explanation of the findings which can be used as a reference for further research studies. The research results show that optimizing financing and budget management can increase the effectiveness of infrastructure management. Concrete steps such as increasing the allocation of funds for maintaining infrastructure, increasing the capacity of school administrators in budget planning, and implementing an effective monitoring system can make a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki beragam tantangan dalam peran dan pengelolaan mengintegrasikan Pendidikan inklusif dalam konteks multikultural. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini, pendidikan inklusif merupakan konsep pendekatan dalam konteks multikultural. Siswa memiliki budaya, bahasa, latar belakangnya, yang berbeda-beda. Pendidikan Inklusif menerapkan prinsip persamaan, kebutuhan, sehingga guru harus mengintegrasikan pendidikan multikultural ke dalam metode, media, dan strategi pengajaran mereka.Mereka harus beradaptasi dengan karakteristik unik siswa dan memastikan bahwa mereka memiliki kemampuan intelektual, fisik, serta mental yang diperlukan.Guru harus memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional dalam pendidikan multikultural, karena beberapa guru mungkin kurang memiliki kemampuan literasi dan komunikasi. Guru harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengajar di lingkungan multikultural, memahami dunia, berpikir, bertindak, berkomunikasi, dan belajar. Mereka perlu memahami konsep multikultural dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif bagi siswa.

Abstract

BUMDes or Village-Owned Enterprise (VOE) as the spearhead of the Indonesian Government's extension in solving poverty problems in rural areas is still not performing optimally because it has faced many problems for which solutions have not yet been found. A holistic strategy is needed to cover various aspects and involve various parties to achieve VOE goals. This research examines various community empowerment strategies based on social entrepreneurship values through VOE. This is qualitative descriptive research. The data used is primary data from the in-depth interviews with informants by determining informants using the snowball sampling method, observation, and documentation. Secondary data was obtained from research results published in journals indexed by Dimension, Sinta, and Google Scholar as well as news from the official websites of credible institutions. The unit of analysis for this research is 6 VOE in the Special Region Provinces of Yogyakarta and Central Java, Indonesia. The research results show that there are 5 strategies for community empowerment based on social entrepreneurial values through VOE, namely 1) economic-based empowerment; 2) environment-based empowerment; 3) arts-culture and local wisdom-based empowerment; 4) community-based empowerment; and 5) village asset management-based empowerment. The research results can be adapted and adopted by other VOE as an effort to empower the community by choosing one of the strategies that is most relevant to the problems that occur, available resources, and the characteristics of the local community.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of holistic education at Sekolah Alam Sukahaji in Tasikmalaya and how it impacts student development. The study used a qualitative case study design and employed participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data were collected over a period of six months from various stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and students. The results showed that Sekolah Alam Sukahaji successfully integrated the national curriculum with a nature-based learning approach and the institution's core values. Sekolah Alam Sukahaji created a learning environment that supports the overall growth of students by using an experiential learning model and the surrounding environment as a medium for learning. This model has been shown to improve students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. The active involvement of parents in the learning process reinforces the idea that education is holistic and has a positive impact on students' cognitive and socio-emotional development. Thus, Sekolah Alam Sukahaji offers a viable option for the education system and contributes significantly to the diversification of learning methods and education models in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha yang dilakukan seseorang untuk dapat mengembangkan potensi dalam dirinya baik berupa pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan nilai-nilai moral kehidupan. Setiap manusia berhak mendapatkan pendidikan tanpa membeda-bedakan berdasarkan latar belakang sosial, ekonomi, atau budaya. Melalui pendidikan, seseorang dapat mencapai kemerdekaan dalam hidupnya sehingga mampu untuk membuat keputusan dalam hidupnya, mengelola waktu dengan baik, mandiri, serta profesional ketika menjalani pekerjaan. Dalam mewujudkan generasi bangsa yang berakal budi dan memiliki kebijaksanaan dalam berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai luhur kebudayaan di tengah era globalisasi sekarang ini, maka perlu adanya upaya-upaya konkret berupa pengajaran budi pekerti pada peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui relevansi nilai-nilai luhur kebudayaan terhadap budi pekerti peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPS. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur (Library research), dimana peneliti menggunakan beberapa literatur untuk memperoleh data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi relevansi nilai-nilai luhur kebudayaan terhadap budi pekerti peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan budaya tepo seliro dengan pembelajaran IPS yang telah dirancang oleh pendidik, sehingga pembelajaran mencangkup nilai-nilai budaya yang luhur meliputi pengajaran kearifan lokal, tradisi, adat istiadat, dan etika yang ada dalam budaya masyarakat. Pembelajaran melalui penerapan nilai-nilai budaya bertujuan untuk membentuk peserta didik yang bertanggung jawab terhadap perkembangan budi pekerti mereka sehingga dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat mereka dapat memberi dampak positif di lingkungannya. Hal tersebut selaras dengan tujuan dari pembelajaran IPS yaitu untuk menjadikan peserta didik sebagai warga negara yang baik (good citizen).

Abstract

Socio-creative entrepreneurship competencies are essential for learners to have as life skills. Socio-creative entrepreneurship competence can be promoted through projects. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of social action projects in improving learners' social-creative entrepreneurship competencies. This research is a quasi-experimental posttest-pretest non-equivalent control group design involving 57 learners in a junior high school. Data on socio-creative entrepreneurship competencies were divided into three aspects: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Data on cognitive aspects were collected using test techniques and instruments in the form of essay test sheets. In contrast, affective and psychomotor aspects were collected using survey techniques and instruments in the form of questionnaire sheets. The results were analyzed using inferential descriptive statistics and the Mann-Whitney U test. The pre-test, post-test, and N-gain scores were compared. The statistical analysis results showed that social action projects affect socio-creative entrepreneurship competencies. The scores achieved by students in the class that used the social action project model were higher. Therefore, the social action project model is declared "effective" and can be applied in learning to improve social-creative entrepreneurship competencies. The learners' socio-creative entrepreneurship competence increased with the challenging atmosphere of social action projects in social studies learning. It is recommended that teachers use the social action project model to improve learners' entrepreneurial competencies as a preparation for the 21st century. Teachers should carefully adjust the social action project to the topic of the material to make it more contextual to life.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the integration of Pancasila and Islamic values in the context of futuristic educational transformation in Indonesia with a multicultural approach. Facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, Indonesian education needs to transform without losing the roots of the nation's noble values. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The research results show that there is harmony between the values of Pancasila and Islamic teachings which can be integrated into futuristic education. Soft skills development based on these two value systems is very important in preparing future generations. The integration model can be implemented through the development of an integrated curriculum and innovative learning methods such as project-and role-based learning, and the formation of cross-cultural communities. This multicultural approach in the integration process strengthens understanding of diversity while maintaining unity. Although there are challenges in implementation, strategies such as intensive teacher training and multi-stakeholder collaboration can be a solution. This research contributes to the development of an educational model that integrates national and religious values to face the challenges of the digital era in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang dijalankan oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan sosial melalui kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya BUMDes dalam menangkap peluang kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak sebagai bentuk implemetasi prinsip-prinsip kewirausahaan sosial. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya mengidentifikasi strategi kolaborasi sosial yang dapat mendukung BUMDes dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan sosial. Novelty penelitian ini adalah pengungkapan strategi kolaboratif yang dapat digunakan BUMDes untuk mengintegrasikan aspek sosial dan bisnis, yang belum banyak dibahas dalam literatur sebelumnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan teknik snowball sampling, serta observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, interpretasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat raggam kolaborasi sosial antara BUMDes dengan pihak A (Academics), B (Business), C (Community), dan G (Government) memainkan peran kunci dalam keberhasilan implementasi social entrepreneurship. Strategi tersebut disebut dengan strategi kolaborasi ABCG.Kata kunci: BUMDes, kewirauahaan sosial, kolaborasi, strategi AbstractThe objective of this research is to explore the strategies undertaken by Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs) in implementing social entrepreneurship values through collaboration with various parties to improve the welfare of village communities. The problem raised in this research is the inability of VOEs to integrate the principles of social entrepreneurship consistently. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of identifying social collaboration strategies that can support VOEs in overcoming resource limitations and achieving broader community welfare. The novelty of this research is the disclosure of collaborative strategies that VOEs can use to integrate social and business aspects, which has not been widely discussed in previous literature. This research is a descriptive with a qualitative approach, primary data was collected through interviews with snowball sampling techniques, as well as observation and documentation. Data analysis was conducted in three stages, namely data reduction, interpretation, and conclusion drawing.The results showed that there is a range of social collaboration between VOEs and parties A (Academics), B (Business), C (Community), and G (Government) play a key role in the successful implementation of social entrepreneurship.
