Abstract

As a solution to the problems of the Cost Recovery production sharing contract system, the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources issued Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 08 of 2017 concerning Gross Split Production Sharing Contracts. This new regulation is motivated by the low number and length of time of the discovery of oil and gas reserves, along with the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) which continues to decline in the upstream oil and gas sector. The Gross Split profit sharing scheme also offers bureaucratic cuts in investment that are expected to attract investors to carry out exploration and exploitation in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the legal rules related to Gross Split regulation in the aspect of improving the upstream investment climate of oil and gas and analyze the new role of the Special Oil and Gas Working Unit as an institution appointed by the state to control and supervise the activities of the PSC’s Company in Production Sharing Contract.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the factors that contributed to the judge's lenient sentence towards a defendant charged with domestic violence at the Majene District Court. Additionally, the study sought to examine the maslahah value inherent in the judge's decision. The study conducted was normative research that involved analyzing the decisions made by judges. Additionally, interviews were conducted with multiple judges to gain insights into their decision-making processes. The study employed a normative syar'i approach to examine judges' decisions by utilizing maslahah analysis from Islamic legal theory. According to the study's findings, the judge's decision was influenced by the maslahah value, which prioritized the restoration of the perpetrator's household. This was due to the perpetrator's expression of regret and the establishment of peace between the involved parties. The statement suggests that there is a comparison between the obligation of maintaining a household and the imposition of prison sentences ranging from 1-10 years on perpetrators who are responsible for victimizing their wives. The imposition of prison sentences can have negative consequences for both the offender and society as a whole, as it impacts their ability to meet basic needs.

Abstract

Implementation of a learning platform that provides digital evaluation features is urgently needed at this time, one of them is Nearpod which provides a digital learning outcome evaluation feature but can provide fun for students. Generally, teachers still do some evaluations in the old way that uses paper and pencil. Even though implementation of digital evaluation will give teachers a lot of profit. The purpose of this research is to determine student cognitive learning outcomes with the implementation of Nearpod as an evaluation tool. The type of research is experimental research with true experimental design. Based on the results of the independent sample t-test, the results showed that there is a significant difference based on the post-test between an experimental class that uses Nearpod and a control class that uses conventional evaluation tools. Besides that, there is a difference between the results of the independent sample t-test on the pre-test and the results of the independent sample t-test on the post-test, this indicates a difference after the implementation of Nearpod as an evaluation tool in the experimental class. This research also shows that there is an increase in average cognitive learning outcomes of experimental classes from 55.56 to 79.52. Based on the results of the research, can be concluded that cognitive learning outcomes with the implementation of Nearpod as an evaluation tool in fifth-grade elementary school students have increased significantly.

Abstract

Education in the Qur'anic Education Park (TPQ) has an important role in shaping the younger generation who have Qur'anic expertise. this study aims to explore the positive influence of the positive reinforcement approach and storytelling method in increasing the enthusiasm of children at TPQ Al-Hikmah Surowono in memorizing the Qur'an. the research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving participatory observation and in-depth interviews with teachers and TPQ students. the results of this study can show that a positive approach can strengthen the liveliness that affects the achievement of students and the use of creative storytelling methods has a significant positive impact. The children can show increased enthusiasm in learning the Qur'an, getting more enthusiastic and actively involved in learning activities. in This approach also helps in building good relationships between teachers and students, creating an effective, fun, and supportive learning environment. In conclusion, the positive approach and storytelling method not only increase the spirit of the santri in memorizing the Qur'an but also create their learning experience at TPQ. This article advocates the use of this approach as an effective strategy in Qur'anic education at TPQ Al-Hikmah Surowono, promoting Santri-oriented learning and binding Islamic values in the local community.

Abstract

Panas atau kalor merupakan energi yang dapat berpindah dikarenakan perbedaan temperatur. Dalam melakukan perpindahan panas, dibutuhkan sebuah alat agar mendukung terjadinya perpindahan panas. Alat perpindahan panas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger (STHE). Penelitian ini menggunakan program SCADA yang dapat melakukan proses akusisi data dan kontrol terhadap variabel dependen yaitu laju alir fluida panas sehingga diharapkan data yang ditampilkan pada program SCADA dapat merepresentasikan pengaruh laju alir dan arah aliran terhadap analisis performa alat penukar panas tipe STHE. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memvariasikan laju alir fluida panas pada rentang 0.8 L/min – 1.8 L/min, dimana pada alat ini memiliki maksimum laju alir 2,1 L/min. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa efektivitas tertinggi sebesar 0,44 pada laju alir fluida panas 1.8 L/min dengan aliran fluida berlawanan arah. Dari hal ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa laju alir fluida dan arah aliran fluida mempengaruhi efektivitas alat penukar panas, namun bukan hanya mempengaruhi efektivitas alat penukar panas, laju alir dan arah aliran fluida juga mempengaruhi analisis yang lainnya seperti bilangan Reynold, perubahan temperatur rata-rata logaritmik, Number of Transfer Unit (NTU), dan juga efektivitas NTU. Laju alir pada alat penukar panas berpengaruh terhadap besarnya panas yang akan diserap maupun dikeluarkan sehingga, ketika laju alir mengalami peningkatan maka efektivitas alat penukar panas juga akan mengalami peningkatan dikarenakan hal ini dipengaruhi oleh besarnya panas yang dikeluarkan maupun yang diterima.

Abstract

The basic concept of transportation is to facilitate mobilization from the Point of origin towards to the point of destination. One of element of that is quite important in transportation users that refer to the riders. It is need to be done a research about that to improve riding safety.This study used Traffic Conflict Technique method (TCT) Near-Missed Accident discovered and developed by Lund Swedish University. TCT refers to the relationship between road user behavior in the event of an accident generally be able to produce classifications Related to factors that cause a conflict or accident. This research conducted in Jambi City, at the junction connecting Jln. Sentot Ali Basa-Lrg. Marene-Jln. Raya Kasang Pudak-Jln. Lingkar Timur II. The location is quite representative with a focus of research, because the intersection has a fairly heavy volume of traffic flow, so that sometimes traffic jams and past violations often occur to the other cross.Based on results, the Average of Time to Accident (TA) that needed to evade or evasive for about 0,1 seconds; Whole conflict that is occurs included in the classification of Serious Conflict; the type of conflict that occurs is crossing and, from four conflicts that occurred at the location research on the majority of road users who are often involved in conflict Bentor riders who subsequently fall into the category of vehicle type motorized or MC.

Abstract

This study discusses the adoption of children abandoned by their husbands from the perspective of Islamic law at the Sungguminasa Religious Court. The discussion in this study is (1) what are the legal considerations by the judge in determining the adoption of a child whose husband has died? (2) What is the review of Islamic law regarding the adoption of children by parents who have been left behind by their husbands? This research includes field research, namely qualitative field research with a research approach used is a normative-juridical approach, namely a research based on a legal provision and phenomena or events that occur in the field. Furthermore, to obtain data on this issue, the data collection methods used were interviews, documentation, library research and field research. Then, the data obtained was then analyzed and concluded. The results of this study indicate that legal considerations by judges in determining the adoption of children whose husbands have died (a case study at the Sungguminasa Religious Court), granting custody of their own children to applicants is a matter of the jurisdiction of the district court and religious court, which have been decided by the judge of the religious court based on evidence who had been asked to then be used as a basis and saw from both parties the applicant and the respondent whose child was later adopted by his own brother. The judge of the religious court refers to the rules and KHI of Islamic law to give a decision to the applicant so that the request is granted on the basis of the factor that the applicant has never been blessed with children until then her husband dies and a child is married as the heir of the family.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan pembuatan prototype CNC machine pengambaran pola jalur PCB  terkendali mikrokontroler yang didasarkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mendesain rangkaian elektronika. Sasaran penelitian ini, yaitu (a) membuat sebuah prototpe sistem, (b) memrograman sistem berbantuan Arduino IDE, GRBL, dan (c) mengukur kinerja sistem. Metode penelitian dimulai dari pembuatan prototipe, dan pengukuran kinerja sistem. Hasil pengukuran kinerja sistem ditunjukkan tegangan pada motor stepper ketika bergerak menghasilkan 4,94 Vdc untuk sudut X, sedangkan 4,95 untuk sudut Y dan Z. Waktu pencetakan hasil gambar mengikuti masukan gambar dan ukuran gambar yang sudah di setting. Secara keseluruhan alat dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Saran untuk penelitian lanjutan, dapat ditambahkan pengeboran pada jalur PCB.

Abstract

Banking is one of the vital sectors that plays a role in the economic of a country. Bank Muamalat, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Bank BTPN Syariah, and Bank Mega Syariah are the four islamic banks in Indonesia, which have the opportunity to enchance their contriution to syariah product services to the Indonesian people. This study aims to analyze the influence of BOPO, NPF, CAR and Infation on ROE at Bank Muamalat, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Bank BTPN Syariah, and Bank Mega Syariah for the period 2013-2022. The method used in this research is quantitative with secondary data sourced from the official company website. Data is processed using panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that BOPO, NPF, CAR, and Inflation simultaneously have a significant impact on ROE.
