Abstract

Perubahan batas minimal usia kawin bagi perempuan ditujukan untuk melindungi hak-hak anak perempuan dengan menutup peluang praktik perkawinan di bawah umur yang selama ini diakomodasi oleh UU Perkawinan. Penelitian ini berupaya mengintepretasi hal tersebut dalam perspektif maslahat dengan teknik library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun patut diapresiasi dan mengandung maslahat, namun ada celah yang dapat dianggap kabur atau dapat diperdebatkan, yaitu pada dasarnya salah satu penyebab dari tingginya praktik perkawinan di bawah umur adalah pergaulan bebas yang permisif hingga praktik perzinaan yang menimbulkan kehamilan yang tidak dinginkan,bukan hanya terkait regulasi usia kawin, kurangnya pertimbangan terkait hal ini dalam perubahan regulasi tersebut menjadi ancaman yang nyata dimana praktik perzinaan akan semakin tak terbendung terutama pada kalangan di bawah umur karena perkawinan terkesan dipersulit.Kata Kunci : Batas Usia, Perkawinan, MaslahatChanges to the minimum age of marriage for women are intended to protect the rights of girls by closing opportunities for underage marriage practices that have been accommodated by the Marriage Law. This research seeks to interpret this in the perspective of maslahat with library research technique. The results showed that although worthy of appreciation and contain maslahat, there are gaps that can be considered vague or debatable, which is basically one of the causes of the high practice of underage marriage is permissive promiscuity to adultery practices that lead to unwanted pregnancies, not only related to the regulation of the age of marriage, the lack of consideration related to this in the regulation changes into a real threat where adultery practices will be increasingly unstoppable, especially among minors because marriage seems to be complicated.Keywords: Age Limit, Marriage, Maslahat

Abstract

The birth of Supreme Court Regulation No. 5 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Trying Marriage Dispensation Applications aims to provide clear rules regarding the procedure for determining or granting marriage dispensation by judges. However, it is considered that it has not made a significant change in the high number of marriage dispensation cases that have entered the judiciary, which at the same time shows the ineffectiveness of limiting the practice of child marriage. The courts that are trying to stem the surge in the practice of child marriage do not seem to have yielded satisfactory results, even with the presence of these guidelines. In reviewing the effectiveness of the law, there are problems with the legal factors themselves, namely the guidelines and Law No. 16 of 2019, which still opens up opportunities for the practice of child marriage for urgent reasons that are still multi-interpreted. Apart from that, on societal factors, the low level of public understanding of the dangers of child marriage can be seen from the rise of permissive free association, and on cultural factors, there are still members of the public who practice child marriage for reasons justified by their culture.

Abstract

KKN or Real Work Lectures is a program implemented by universities as a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of higher education. Students in KKN activities interact directly with the community and help solve problems in the village. One of the problems found in Sampurna Village is the lack of house identification, namely house numbers, in all residents' houses. The number of residential houses in Sampurna Village is 212 houses. Houses that don't have numbers will have impacts such as making it difficult for village officials to register residents' houses and making it difficult for village and non-village residents to find out the exact address of a house because it doesn't have a clear identity. Therefore, this program for arranging and creating house numbers was carried out as a KKN activity to help the residents of Sampurna Village so that their houses have a clear identity. In this activity, 212 house numbers were produced which were installed directly into the homes of Sampurna Village residents.  The existence of this resident's house number can become a house identity which is expected to help village officials in collecting data and make it easier for all parties to find the location of residents' home addresses

Abstract

Tujuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan pada perusahaan-perusahaan sub telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2023 dengan menggunakan model Altman. Metode. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga didapat 5 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode sebagai alat analisis untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan suatu perusahaan, yaitu: model Altman. Hasil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada perusahaan sub telekomunikasi menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 (lima) perusahaan ada 2 (dua) perusahaan yang memiliki hasil bervariatif, sedangkan 3 (tiga) perusahaan mempunyai prediksi sama pada tahun 2019-2023 dengan menggunakan Model Altman Z-Score. Implikasi. Dua dari tiga perusahaan yang memiliki prediksi sama dengan hasil Z-Score >2,60 artinya perusahaan dalam kondisi baik atau tidak bangkrut dan satu perusahaan yang memiliki nilai Z-Score berkisar antara 1,10-2,60, artinya perusahaan dalam kondisi abu-abu atau rawan bangkrut. Manajemen perusahaan, investor dan kreditor diharapkan dapat mempertimbangkan hasil analisis ini.

Abstract

Suatu bangsa pasti menggunakan sebuah bahasa. Bahasa memiliki berbagai perkara dalam kehidupa seperti prinsip, falsafah dan norma kehidupan yang diakui dan diterima secara bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ungkapan metafora yang bersumberkan “Air” dengan pembahasan dikhususkan pada jenis-jenis metafora dan skema citra. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif serta proses analisis menggunakan kajian semantik kognitif. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah teori semantik kognitif mengenai jenis-jenis metafora menurut Lakoff dan Johnson (2013) serta teori mengenai skema citra menurut Cruse dan Croft (2004). Kajian ini menganalisis 10 peribahasa Melayu yang terdapat dalam Kamus Peribahasa Melayu (2015) dengan menjadikan pendekatan Semantik Kognitif (2008) sebagai sandaran. Berdasarkan dapatan kajian ini juga mendapati bahwa unsur air lazimnya dipetakan kepada suatu yang suci seperti nasihat dan pengajaran serta dipetakan juga kepada sifat dan sikap manusia. Pengkaji mengenal pasti dan membahaskan empat makna teras dan 10 makna pinggiran yang terhasil daripada leksikal air.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tighter, nowadays entrepreneurs are required to be able to develop their business in order to develop, progress, grow and become successful entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study was to determine how the income of broiler farmers compares in Semi Closed House and Closed House in Attangsalo Village, Ma'rang Kecamatam, Pangkep Regency. The research was conducted in June 2024. The method used is descriptive method with observation, interview, survey and documentation techniques. The profit obtained in the first period amounted to Rp.95,182,489 in the second period of Rp.85,110,261, the third period amounted to Rp.80,248,972, in the fourth period amounted to Rp.166,780,136, in the fifth period Rp.125,964,691, in the sixth period Rp.87,759,266, in the seventh period Rp.74,914,884, in the eighth period Rp.39,188,492. Comparison of farmer profits over the past 2 years with a population of 14,000 heads in close house cages that do not apply technology, the income earned decreases in each period while cages with a population of 24,000 heads in close house cages by applying technology increases in each period. This shows that farmers who use technology are much better.

Abstract

This paper assess the documentation barriers for handling refugees during Covid-19, including vaccination with reference to refugees in City of Lhokseumawe, Aceh Province, Indonesia. Equally, the roles of UNHCR, the government, and the health office also be taken into account. The results showed that the role of UNHCR, the government, and the health service in handling refugees has not optimally run because the shelter provided was not adequate, while conducting PCR tests, distributing masks and hand sanitizer, and even vaccinating refugees is limited. The national rules related to the vaccination of Rohingya refugees are contained in Article 27 of the 2016 Presidential Regulation on Handling Refugees from Abroad. However, there are barriers and challenges for vaccinating refugees such as the documentation barriers and the shotage of logistics. There are suggestions to add adequate shelters, provide masks and hand sanitizer, and carry out PCR tests in every activity carried out by refugees under the public health principle. So it should be there is no documentation barriers when public health is demonstrating

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of National Defense awareness on leadership style, taking into account the moderation of digital transformation. The research method uses a mixed approach by analyzing quantitative data through questionnaires and qualitative data. The research results show that a strong understanding of National Defense is significant in influencing leadership style among Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) leaders, even though it is not supported by digital transformation as a moderating variable.

Abstract

Abstrak—Dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, salah satu tugas pokok Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Statistik dan Persandian Provinsi Banten adalah manajemen bandwidth untuk seluruh jaringan pada kawasan KP3B, permasalahanya adalah manajemen bandwidth pada saat ini yang rasanya masih perlu ditingkatkan kembali mengingat adanya pemakaian bandwidth yang berlebihan sehingga mengakibatkan lag pada seluruh kawasan KP3B. Dalam Proyek Akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan dan melakukan perbandingan manajemen bandwidth melalui router management dengan metode Queue Tree, Simple Queue dan HTB Untuk mendapatkan metode yang sesuai, agar masing-masing user bisa menggunakan internet dengan lancar, walaupun dengan jatah kapasitas bandwidth yang sama dari ISP, untuk itu. Hasil dari perencanaan dan perbandingan manajemen bandwidth ini diharapkan pengguna jaringan mendapatkan bandwidth secara adil dan merata, serta untuk hasil tes perbandingan menggunakan parameter QOS dengan metode Simple Queue dan HTB lebih unggul dan lebih stabil daripada menggunakan metode Queue Tree.Kata kunci—bandwidth, simple queue, PCQ, QOS, HTB.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze excellent service in Madrasahs based on the perspective of social reconstruction by examining public perceptions and expectations of the quality of Madrasah services. This phenomenological research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. To meet the needs of this study, researchers collected data by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The informants in this study included the head of the madrasa, integrated service staff, students, alums, and the madrasah committee. The results of the study indicate that there is urgency in implementing excellent services in madrasas, perceptions of community satisfaction with madrasa services, and the suitability of community expectations with the implementation of madrasa services. This study implies the importance of service in madrasa development activities that focus on customer satisfaction to survive and win the competition amid competition between educational institutions.
