Abstract

This research explores evidence of the conceptual model related to principals' leadership, learning organization, and teachers' innovative work behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research applied a survey method in which participants employed selections through the purposive sampling technique. There were 1243 respondents in this sample. Subsequently, 1200 were then used to elicit further data. The data collection procedure was carried out online by distributing questionnaires to teachers in Indonesia via the Google Form application. The questionnaire was made based on theoretical studies, expert judgments, and readability assessments, where the analysis of research data employs the so-called path analysis with SMART PLS. The findings of this research evidence the following cases. First, principals' leadership has a positive and significant direct influence on teachers' innovative work behavior. Second, principals' leadership has a positive and significant direct influence on learning organizations. Third, learning organization has a positive and significant direct influence on the teachers' innovative work behavior. Fourth, principals' leadership through learning organization has a positive and significant indirect influence on the teachers' innovative work behavior. These findings support the notion that is improving teachers' innovative work behavior, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, requires improvement of principals' leadership and the learning organization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) model supported by concrete media on science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of SDN Mekarsari, Bekasi. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 67 students, divided into an experimental class (34 students) and a control class (33 students), selected by purposive sampling. The experimental class used the CTL learning model with concrete media, while the control class used conventional learning methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, pretest-posttest, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 21, with normality, homogeneity, N-Gain, and t-test tests. The results showed that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. The average N-Gain value in the experimental class was 44.52%, higher than the control class of 29.22%. The t-test confirmed a significant difference (p <0.05) between the two groups. These findings indicate that the application of contextual learning models with concrete media is effective in improving students' science learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of domino card media assisted byAugmented Reality (AR) in learning plant body parts in class IV SDN Cimanggu 01with 34 students. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD)research method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development,Implementation, and Evaluation). This research begins with analyzing theproblems, curriculum, and characteristics of students, then making productdesigns, developing products, then validating products with expert validators whoare qualified in their fields, followed by conducting limited trials with respondentsand conducting an overall evaluation. The results of the product validation test getan average score of 93.33%, so the product is very feasible to use. The N-Gaintest results get an average value of 0.60 so that the product is proven to increasestudents&#39; understanding of material with the criteria “Moderate” and the N-Gaintest results also get a percentage of 60% so that the learning process after usingthe product runs “Quite Effective”, and the results of the response of students andteachers reach 95%, so the product is very good to use.

Abstract

Organizational trust is essential so that members of the organization can continue to contribute to the progress of the organization. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the variables of leadership behavior and organizational justice on improving organizational trust. The research method used is associative quantitative causal method, and the testing hypothesis research using path analysis technique. The population in this study is 707 permanent lecturers who have the National Lecturer Number (NIDN). The sample is 130 respondents. The instrument test was conducted to 30 respondents outside the sample. The findings of this research indicate that the higher the leadership behavior in directing subordinates, providing support to subordinates; increase member participation in achieving organizational goals, and rewarding the achievers, the higher the trust in the organization. Other findings show that the higher the organization's justice the higher the trust in the organization.

Abstract

  This research aims to address the lack of engagement in learning activities in a specific elementary school classroom by developing interactive learning media. The focus of this study is to create an application-based interactive multimedia on the topic of the human digestive system for fifth grade students. The research follows the R&D approach with the ADDIE model, involving analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data was collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The developed media was validated by experts in the field, and a trial was conducted with 21 students. The results showed high percentages of validation and trial success, media validation that have been carried out obtained a percentage of 96%, 100% language validation, and 85% material validation, with 93% overall average, indicating that the developed interactive multimedia is highly suitable for learning activities and considered "very worthy" by the participants. Thus, it can be concluded that the smart apps creator application is an effective tool for engaging students in learning about the human digestive system.

Abstract

This research aims to create teaching materials on energy conversion for fourth graders at SDN Cilangkap 08 Elementary School in Depok. The development of these materials uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). It started with analyzing the needs, studying the students, designing the product, developing the e-module, getting expert validation, and then testing the e-module on energy transformation. The results from the experts in media, language, and subject matter showed that the e-module using Heyzine flipbooks was valid for use, with an average percentage of 96%. In the testing phase, 32 students provided responses that were highly suitable for use, with an average percentage of 96%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the e-module learning material using Heyzine flipbooks on the topic of energy transformation developed in this study is proven to be valid, easy, and engaging for students to use, and highly suitable for study.

Abstract

Abstrak Dengan perkembangan zaman pendidikan berbasis teknologi merupakan suatu pendekatan dalam dunia pendidikan yang menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar, salah satunya dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran menggunakan software Articulate Storyline 3 sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran di sekolah. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan dengan desain ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran menggunakan Articulate Storyline 3 pada materi Pola Hidup Gotong Royong pembelajaran bab 5 di SD Negeri 03 Cicadas. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi lembar validasi ahli media, bahasa, dan materi yang berjumlah 3 orang, instrumen pre-test dan post-test, kemudian kuesioner respon guru dan peserta didik untuk mengetahui presepsi sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan media pembelajaran menggunakan Articulate Storyline 3 pada materi Pola Hidup Gotong Royong pembelajaran bab 5 memenuhi kriteria valid dan sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas IV Tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD). Produk hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran dinyatakan layak dan mampu menarik pehatian peserta didik yang berpengaruh kepada penilaian kognitifnya. Hasil validasi oleh dua orang dosen dan satu guru kelas IV-A dengan memperoleh rata-rata 99,3 % dengan kriterian “Sangat Layak” diperkuat dengan perolehan skor N-Gain mencapai 0,83, dengan kategori “Tinggi”. Demikian pula dengan hasil kuesioner hasil respon guru sebesar 100%, dan peserta didik yang memperoleh hasil yang sangat baik dengan presentasi sebesar 98,32%. Untuk respon peserta didik dan guru yang keduanya tergolong dengan klasifikasi “Sangat Layak” diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Kata kunci: Pendidikan, Validasi, Pengembangan Media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline 3.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika kelas V di SDN kecamatan Gunung Kaler kabupaten Tangerang (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika kelas V di SDN kecamatan Gunung Kaler kabupaten Tangerang (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika kelas V di SDN kecamatan Gunung Kaler kabupaten Tangerang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh kedisiplinan dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SDN Kecamatan Gunung Kaler yang berjumlah 104 siswa serta Sampel dari penelitian ini berdasarkan rumus slovin didapatkan sebanyak 51 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengukapkan bahwa antara variabel Kedisiplinan Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika siswa berpengaruh positif secara signifikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,04 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan variabel minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar didapatkan hasil nilai sig (0,045) lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Dan variabel kedisiplinan belajar dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar dengan hasil uji Simultan (Uji F) didapatkan nilai F hitung = 3,124 lebih besar dari F tabel = 2,798 pada taraf signifikansi 5%, dan nilai sig (0,003) lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kedisiplinan belajar dan minat belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar. Kedisiplinan belajar dan minat belajar memiliki pengaruh kontribusi sebesar 45% terhadap variabel terikat hasil belajar dan 55% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel bebas.

Abstract

Efforts of Classroom Teachers in Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes Using Picture Media in Mentally Disabled Children Thesis for Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Teaching and Education Faculty, Pakuan University, Bogor, 2023. The research aims to find out the results of learning mathematics using picture media in children mentally disabled. Taking place at SDN Perwira, Bogor City, it will be held in the even semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This type of research is a case study qualitative research, the research subject is one of the second grade students at SDN Perwira Bogor City who has difficulty in counting. This research data collection technique by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis by reducing irrelevant data, presenting data systematically, and drawing conclusions on research findings. The results showed that students who had difficulty in counting.

Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP AND ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION ON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER PERFORMANCEThis study aims to: 1) Determine the relationship between the leadership of the school principal and the performance of teachers in Tapos District, Depok City. 2) Knowing the relationship between achievement motivation and teacher performance in Tapos District, Depok City. 3) Knowing the relationship between the principal's leadership and achievement motivation together on teacher performance in Tapos District, Depok City. This research is a quantitative research type of correlation with the survey method. The data in this study were taken using a questionnaire. considering matters in sampling, the researchers took a sample that was used as a respondent by 20% of the total population, totaling 648 people. So the sample results with a total of 129.6 are rounded up to 130 people. The analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis is a simple linear regression analysis technique and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a significant influence between the Principal's leadership on teacher performance, indicated by a significant value probability or 0.001 0.05; 2) There is a significant influence between achievement motivation on teacher performance, indicated by a significant value probability or 0.000 0.05; 3) There is a significant influence between the Principal's leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously (together) on teacher performance, indicated by a significant value probability or 0.000 0.05. The simultaneous effect is 55.2% and the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or other variables not examined.
