Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan cara dan strategi baru untuk meningkatkan inovasi guru dengan mengkaji variabel lain yang berhubungan positif dengan inovasi guru. Variabelnya adalah motivasi berprestasi, kerjasama kelompok, dan iklim organisasi. Cara dan strategi baru dalam meningkatkan inovasi guru yang ditemukan kemudian dijadikan rekomendasi kepada pihak terkait yaitu Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Pengawas Sekolah, Kepala Sekolah, dan Guru. Sampel yang dipilih berjumlah 183 orang melalui multistage random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan pemodelan Analisis Korelasi dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis SITOREM. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan positif langsung antara motivasi berprestasi dengan inovasi guru dengan nilai ry1 0,991, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif langsung antara kerjasama kelompok dengan inovasi guru dengan nilai ry2 = 0,982, (3) Terdapat hubungan langsung Terdapat hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan inovasi guru dengan nilai ry3 = 0,986, (4) Terdapat hubungan langsung positif antara motivasi berprestasi dan kolaborasi kelompok dengan inovasi guru dengan nilai ry12 = 0,992, (5) Terdapat hubungan positif langsung antara motivasi berprestasi dan iklim organisasi dengan keinovatifan guru dengan nilai ry13 = 0,992, (6) Terdapat hubungan positif langsung antara kolaborasi kelompok dan iklim organisasi   Kata Kunci : Motivasi berprestasi, Team work, Iklim Organisasi, Keinovatifan guru, Merdeka Belajar.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low motivation and learning outcomes of students in elementary schools and aims to determine trends in artificial intelligence-based research and implementation as well as the influence of artificial intelligence on students' motivation and learning outcomes in elementary schools. The research method used is the SLR method by the PRISMA. This research was conducted through the PoP application with the database used is Google Scholar 2018-2023 with the keyword "artificial intelligence, elementary school". The subjects of this study are articles that have screening and have been included. The stages of research was identification, screening, Eligibility Process, include, and analysis. The collection technique uses excel application analysis table. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the kecenderungand of research on AI in elementary schools 2018-2023 found that the number of article publications in that span of years has increased, while the number of citations applies the opposite. The use of AI applications can significantly improve the motivation and students learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the digital leadership of school principals in terms of measurement and leadership characteristics that are difficult to realize in schools. The research method uses a mixed research approach: quantitative followed by qualitative. Quantitative data was obtained through instruments filled in by teachers with a total of 623 respondents in Indonesia. The instrument before deployment has been confirmed to meet the test of readability and validity of the content. Quantitative data analysis using the Rasch Model. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with ten respondents to deepen the essential findings of quantitative data. The results of this study show that the research instrument has been able to measure precisely and reliably the digital leadership of school principals. Three characteristics of digital leadership are challenges to be realized: digital competitive intelligence, digital communication, and digital resilience. Strategic interventions such as those proposed in this study are needed to improve the digital leadership of school principals.

Abstract

Abstract.  This article aims to understand the significance of multicultural education studies and to what extent its application is in the educational perspective in Indonesia. The method used in making this article is a literature study or library research by taking relevant reference sources and interpreting them in our own language. Multicultural education uses the constructivism learning theory approach, which has features relevant to multicultural education activities that are active, adaptive, and contextual. In general, it can be concluded that with the broad scope of areas and diversity in Indonesia compared to other countries, multicultural education studies are very important to continue and be studied. On the other hand, multicultural education needs to be continuously implemented integrally in the national curriculum, providing space for each region to apply it more contextually according to its conditions. Indonesia is believed to have adapted to multicultural education for a long time. Although the curriculum often changes, the uniqueness of the Indonesian curriculum, which always carries the character and values of the nation's cultural heritage, is evidence of continuous implementation.Keywords: Multikultural Education, Constructivism, Education in Indonesia Abstrak. Artikel ini dibuat dengan tujuan memahami seberapa penting kajian pendidikan multikultural dan sejauh mana penerapannya dalam perspektif pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan artikel ini adalah kajian literatur atau penelitian pustaka dengan mengambil sumber-sumber referensi yang relevan dan ditafsirkan dengan bahasa sendiri. Pendidikan multikultural menggunakan pendekatan teori belajar konstruktivisme yang memiliki ciri yang relevan dengan aktivitas pendidikan multikultural yang aktif, adaptif, dan kontekstual. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan luasnya lingkup wilayah dan keberagaman di Indonesia dibanding negara lain, maka kajian pendidikan multikultural menjadi sangat penting untuk terus dilakukan dan dipelajari. Disisi yang lain pendidikan multikultural perlu terus diimplementasikan secara integral dalam kurikulum nasional, dengan memberi ruang bagi masing-masing daerah untuk menerapkannya secara lebih kontekstual sesuai kondisi daerahnya. Indonesia sendiri diyakini telah mengadaptasi pendidikan multikultural sejak lama. Meskipun kurikulum kerap kali berganti, namun kekhasan kurikulum Indonesia yang selalu mengusung karakter dan nilai luhur budaya bangsa menjadi bukti implementasi yang berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Multikultural, Konstruktivisme, Pendidikan di Indonesia

Abstract

Organizational trust is essential for members of the organization can continue to contribute the progress of the organization. The purpose of this research was to find out how far the variables of leadership behavior and organizational justice on improving organizational trust. The research method used is associative quantitative causal method, and the testing hypothesis research using path analysis technique. The population in this study is 707 permanent lecturers who have the National Lecturer Number (NIDN). The sample is 130 respondents. The instrument test was conducted to 30 respondents outside the sample. The findings of this research indicate that the higher leadership behavior in directing subordinates, providing support to subordinates; increase member participation in achieving organizational goals, and rewarding the achievers, will significantly higher the trust in the organization. Other finding showed that the higher organizational justice will close to the higher of the trust in the organization

Abstract

Teacher's job satisfaction is a crucial factor in maintaining the quality of education. The research aims to demonstrate the principal's transformational leadership role and organizational justice perceptions to improve teacher's job satisfaction. The quantitative design with survey methods used in this research. The research was conducted in Indonesia with a sample of 256 private high school teachers. Data analysis uses the analysis path on SMART PLS. Research findings: Teacher's job satisfaction can be improved by optimizing principal transformational leadership's role and enhancing the perception of organizational justice in schools. In this research, strengthening proposals based on transformational leadership indicators and organizational justice can prepare private school strategies and action plans to improve teacher's job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance teacher competency in developing differentiated learning modules at SMP Negeri I Kemang. The study used a school action research method, involving 28 subject teachers, with data collected through observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The collected data was processed and analyzed descriptively statistically to assess the teacher competence level in each research cycle. Findings revealed that some teachers had not prepared learning modules or followed the module flow. To address these issues, coaching, counseling, and mentoring were provided. Results showed an overall improvement in teacher performance, with notable competency increases from cycle I to cycle II. Despite this progress, some teachers still require further attention. The study highlights the need for ongoing support and supervision of differentiated teaching modules to enhance learning quality and student outcomes. The research demonstrates that improving teacher competency in module development positively impacts learning quality and student achievement. Continuous efforts and support are essential for sustained improvement. These findings can guide schools and stakeholders in enhancing educational quality.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is a learning model designed to accommodate individual differences among students in terms of learning styles, ability levels, interests and needs. It aims to provide appropriate and relevant learning experiences for each student, recognizing that each individual is unique and has different potentials. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of differentiated learning and its contribution to improving the quality of education. The research method chosen in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Data collection is done by documenting articles that accommodate and review articles in the period 2019 to 2023. The articles used in this study were 30 national and international journal articles obtained from the Google Scholar directory through Publish n Perish. Based on this research, it was found that the implementation of differentiated learning by utilizing technology and information can improve the quality of education in the future.

Abstract

Kreativitas guru diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal dalam proses pendidikan di sekolah. Hasil observasi di SD Negeri di kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan kompetensi pedagogik dan efikasi diri dengan kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. Desain penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey, dengan variabel bebas kompetensi pedagogik dan efikasi diri dengan variable kreativitas guru. Penelitian survey ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional, yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan suatu variabel-variabel lain. Variabel kompetensi pedagogik dalam penelitian ini dirancang sebagai variabel bebas pertama dan efikasi diri dirancang sebagai variabel bebas kedua, sedangkan kreativitas guru dirancang sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi adalah seluruh guru ASN SD Negeri yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Cibinong berjumlah 179 orang. Semua populasi merupakan sampel dan responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan berbentuk Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif secara signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor ditunjukan dengan korelasi sebesar 0,017. Artinya, semakin baik kompetensi pedagogik maka kreativitas akan semakin tinggi. Adanya hubungan positif secara signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kreativitas guru SDN di Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor ditunjukkan dengan korelasi sebesar 0,026. Artinya semakin tinggi efikasi diri guru maka semakin tinggi kreativitas guru. Adanya hubungan positif secara signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama dengan kreativitas guru SDN di Kecamatan Cibinong   Kabupaten Bogor ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji Fhitung > Ftabel atau sig. 0,004 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan efikasi diri yang dimiliki memberikan kontribusi positif dengan kreatifitas guru

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of learning motivation and students' perceptions of teacher performance on the learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) among fourth-grade students at SDN Kebon Bawang Complex, Tanjung Priok. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of 101 students from SDN Kebon Bawang 3 and SDN Kebon Bawang 7. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple regression. The results showed that learning motivation has a significant positive impact on students' IPAS learning outcomes (Y = 0.336X1 + 53.380, rx1y = 0.320, r2x1y = 0.102). Additionally, students' perceptions of teacher performance also positively contribute to IPAS learning outcomes (Y = 0.340X2 + 56.694, rx2y = 0.316, r2x2y = 0.100). Together, learning motivation and students' perceptions of teacher performance have a significant impact on IPAS learning outcomes (Y = 0.308X1 + 0.310X2 + 37.361, Ry (1,2) = 0.430, R2y (1,2) = 0.185). Based on the data analysis results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of learning motivation and students' perceptions of teacher performance on the IPAS learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Kebon Bawang Complex, Tanjung Priok. These findings underscore the importance of considering learning motivation and students' perceptions of teacher performance in efforts to improve IPAS learning outcomes. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for developing more effective teaching strategies in elementary schools, particularly in the context of IPAS learning for fourth-grade students.
