Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find the items of the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument during the Covid 19 pandemic and recommend several things to improve it. The teacher's innovative work behavior instrument was developed through a study of concepts and theories of innovative work behavior until a draft instrument was obtained that met content validity, logical validity, examination by experts to obtain expert validity, and testing of 10 teachers. Instruments that have been corrected based on input from the teacher are then distributed via google-form. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling. In this study, researchers chose teachers as respondents with a sample size of 1200. Data analysis used the Rasch model. The findings of this research are that the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument  during the  Covid 19 period, which consists of 11 indicators based on the Rasch model, has met the requirements for use in research. This study recommends 5 things to improve PKIG, namely: (i) making scientific papers, (ii) learning that exceeds the standard, (iii) mentoring other teachers, (iv) pioneering the use of ICT for learning, and (v) struggling to get new ideas/products accepted by others. Based on these recommendations, the implications of this research are that teachers need to be encouraged to conduct research in schools, teach exceeding standards, monitor each other among teachers, cultivate a culture of using learning technology, and promote all teacher innovation products to other parties.

Abstract

This study describes teachers’ perceptions of implementing education transformation after the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The research method uses a mixed-method approach: quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of quantitative data using the Rasch model. Qualitative data analysis through the collection, reduction, and presentation. The respondents of this research are 389 teachers in Indonesia. The questionnaire instrument contains 21 items of statements. Before being sent to teachers via the Google form, the questionnaire had met the readability test by 10 teachers. This research found that the most effortless education transformation is related to the education ecosystem. However, implementations still challenging to implement are related to pedagogy, especially the implementation of differentiated learning. Therefore, this study implies that the educational ecosystem needs to be maintained. Meanwhile, pedagogics, especially those related to differentiated learning, must be improved with various training to recognize student learning styles, multiple intelligences, learning readiness, teacher socio-emotional, and student socio-cultural.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher needs in Indonesia regarding the development of multicultural learning models based on local wisdom and integrated gamification. This research uses a mixed method that begins with a quantitative approach and continues qualitatively. The quantitative process starts with a literature review to synthesize research indicators and research instruments and distribute instruments to 301 teachers as respondents (urban teachers = 42%, rural teachers = 58%). Quantitative data analysis used the Rasch Model. This qualitative approach uses in-depth interviews with teachers and experts to explain quantitative research findings. The results of this study show a high need for teachers at all levels of education to develop a multicultural learning model based on local wisdom integrated gamification. The need is even greater for public schools and female teachers. This research implies that there must be further efforts to develop multicultural learning models so that they can be implemented in various schools.

Abstract

Teachers are a central part of the education process. Without teachers, education would not run smoothly. It is the most important asset in human resource development. Therefore, teachers' competencies need to be further improved to support their professional skills. The purpose of this study is to review and describe the results of research on differentiated learning in Indonesia, especially in the context of primary education in order to find new ways for education, especially in primary education. This research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis technique. Data analysis is carried out with the stages of concept examination, examination of critical matters. Teachers as one of the main actors in the implementation of education must certainly equip themselves with different skills and competencies in accordance with the times. In the learning process, teachers must use the right learning strategy, one of which is differentiated learning. There is a new way that teachers can take in improving teacher competence in accordance with what is regulated in the Teacher and Teacher Law, namely the fulfillment of four components in differentiated learning, namely content, process, product, and learning environment, to facilitate student learning activities according to their uniqueness and diversity.

Abstract

Thesis of Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pakuan University, Bogor, 2022. This research is a quantitative study through a causal approach, the purpose of the study is to determine the effect of social interaction on student learning independence. This research was conducted to test the validity of the instrument variables of social interaction and student learning independence using Pearson's Product Moment formula and reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha formula. The population in this study were students in grades III A and III B at SDN Kedung Waringin, Bogor City, for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 60 students. The sample used was 37 students, which was obtained using the Taro Yamane formula. Furthermore, research data was taken and analyzed using the Normality, Homogeneity, and Linearity Test. The results of this study indicate that it can be shown from the regression equation = - 86.10+(1.87X). This means that every one unit increase in the Social Interaction variable will cause an increase in the Learning Independence variable of 1.87 units.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of the environmental sub-theme where I live. This type of research is quantitative research, the type used is quasi-experimental research. The N-Gain calculation for the Problem Based Learning model is 62 with moderate criteria and the N-Gain value for the conventional model is 51 with moderate criteria. So that the N-Gain in the experimental class with the Problem Based Learning model is greater than the control class with the Conventional model. Researchers also carried out a normality test with the Lilliefors test for both samples with normal distribution. Then in the homogeneity test the data is homogeneous because it is smaller than X2 table, the value is 1.092 ≤ 5.991. Furthermore, in the hypothesis test, it was found that tcount of 2.606 was greater than ttable of 1.99714 indicating that Ho (null hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) was accepted. Based on the results of the research above, it can be stated that the Problem Based Learning model has an influence on the learning outcomes of the environment sub-theme where I live in class IV at SDN Sampora 01, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional, kurangnya unsur permainan dalam pembelajaran, dan karakter peserta didik yang terbiasa dengan melakukan kecurangan ketiga mengerjakan soal. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu: (1) mengembangkan evaluasi pembelajaran berbantuan Wordwall, (2) mengetahui kepraktisan dan kelayakan evaluasi pembelajaran berbantuan Wordwall pada materi balok dan kubus kelas IV SD, (3) mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap media yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas 4 SD Negeri Roda Bogor dengan jumlah 27 orang, sedangkan objeknya adalah evaluasi pembelajaran Wordwall yang dikembangkan. Hasil dari validasi ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan ahli materi medapatkan interpretasi yang cukup tinggi, (validasi ahli media 90%), (validasi ahli bahasa 100%), dan (validasi ahli materi 98%). Secara keseleruhan hasil validasi ahli masuk ke dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Sedangkan uji coba instrumen mendapatkan hasil respon peserta didik dengan rata-rata persentase 97%. Evaluasi pembelajaran berbantuan Wordwall yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan kelayakan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kreativitas guru diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal dalam proses pendidikan di sekolah. Hasil observasi di SD Negeri di kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan kompetensi pedagogik dan efikasi diri dengan kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. Desain penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey, dengan variabel bebas kompetensi pedagogik dan efikasi diri dengan variable kreativitas guru. Penelitian survey ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional, yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan suatu variabel-variabel lain. Variabel kompetensi pedagogik dalam penelitian ini dirancang sebagai variabel bebas pertama dan efikasi diri dirancang sebagai variabel bebas kedua, sedangkan kreativitas guru dirancang sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi adalah seluruh guru ASN SD Negeri yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Cibinong berjumlah 179 orang. Semua populasi merupakan sampel dan responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan berbentuk Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif secara signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor ditunjukan dengan korelasi sebesar 0,017. Artinya, semakin baik kompetensi pedagogik maka kreativitas akan semakin tinggi. Adanya hubungan positif secara signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kreativitas guru SDN di Kecamatan Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor ditunjukkan dengan korelasi sebesar 0,026. Artinya semakin tinggi efikasi diri guru maka semakin tinggi kreativitas guru. Adanya hubungan positif secara signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama dengan kreativitas guru SDN di Kecamatan Cibinong   Kabupaten Bogor ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji Fhitung > Ftabel atau sig. 0,004 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan efikasi diri yang dimiliki memberikan kontribusi positif dengan kreatifitas guru

Abstract

Inclusive education at the basic education level is very important in order to optimize the development of children with special needs according to their potential. However, the implementation of inclusive education at the basic education level still experiences many problems. The aim of this research is to describe the results of research related to the implementation of inclusive education at the basic education level. The method applied in this research is a literature review of articles in Indonesian and English in 2019-2023 sourced from the Google Scholar search site, scopus.com and ERIC. Through an inductive analysis approach, a match of data was found related to the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools so that 15 relevant articles were selected. The data analysis procedure was carried out based on a qualitative approach. Research findings show that inclusive education can be implemented at the basic education level by involving all elements of education and the school community to be able to provide education and services to children with special needs so that they can develop based on their potential and socialize normally with their peers in regular schools. The new path or recommendation which can be implemented is that implementing inclusive education at the basic education level requires dedication from all elements of education and the school community to create comfortable and friendly education for children with special needs.

Abstract

In this study, researchers aim to develop an innovation in video learning media based on Filmora in technology topics for elementary students. This product is developed using the Research and Development (RnD) method, and using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Research begins by finding out what needs the school needs, especially grade 3 by analyzing the curriculum, students, then making product designs, developing the product, then validating the product with experts in their fields, finally conducting limited trials with 29 elemenatry students as respondents. The finished product validated by experts’ states that the feasibility level of the product is very feasible with an average value of 91.67%. When conducting a limited trial with 29 students, video learning media fell into the very good category because it scored with an average of 86.72%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that filmora-based video learning media is suitable for use in elementary school.
