The purpose of this research are: To analyze and find out 1) The description of work stress, work-life balance, and employee job satisfaction of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia, 2) The influence of work stress on employee job satisfaction of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia, 3) The influence of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia, 4) The research model of work stress and work-life balance in predicting employee job satisfaction of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia. This research was conducted on 199 employees of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia. Data collection techniques used interview and survey methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using the SPSS 21 program. This research used descriptive and causal analysis. The results of regression indicate that there is a negative and significant effect between work stress on employee job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect between work-life balance on employee job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment to the employees of PT. Karya Sakti Sejahtera, which is a company engaged in the construction sector in Indonesia. The population of this study was 103 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 103 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods in analyzing research data. The results showed that both Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction had a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, both partially and simultaneously. This implies that the higher the employee's job involvement and job satisfaction, the higher the employee's organizational commitment to the company.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. X. The subject of this research is PT. X, a company engaged in housing construction located in Bogor. The population of this study was 101 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 101 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method in analyzing the research data. The results showed that the work environment and work discipline had a significant positive effect on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

This study aims to explore the effects of Organizational Culture on organizational commitment of Civil Servants in an Indonesia context. The sample comprised of 71 Civil Servants working at Cilegon City Government in Indonesia which were selected by a multistage stratified sampling method. A scale that aimed to measure the Civil Servant's Organizational Culture and their organizational commitment was used to collect data. Mean scores, Pearson moment correlation coefficients, and simple linear regression analyses were carried out to analyze data. The Findings Short that Positive relationships between organizational culture and organizational commitment. The results indicated that organizational culture was a significant predictor of organizational commitment.

The aim of this study is to identify the characteristic differences between academic researcher and academic lecturer using an application of multiple discriminant analysis. Results show that there are three characteristics distinguish both of group, that is: 1) searching call for papers/conference/seminar schedules via internet, 2) buying new books with own money, and 3) alocating much more time for doing research rather than teaching. The last finding revealed that 86.4% of observations were correctly classified.

Besides that this research is expected to have tangible benefits toward the process of achieving Startup goals that owned by business performers. This study will test five hypotheses of direct influence (effect) and two hypotheses of mediating influence (indirect effect). This study will use 339 respondents as sample with a Startup analysis unit that operates and is affiliated with a local Startup development business incubator located in Jabodetabek, West Java Province (excluding Depok & Bekasi), Central Java and Bali. The intended startup on this research is Person In Charge (PIC) / company founder / owner. The PIC / founder / owner of the company here is not limited by age, gender and position at the Startup. The company's PIC / founder / owner is only limited towardStartup which is built by the business incubator. The research method used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to test path analysis by operating AMOS 22. The results of this study indicate that all proposed hypotheses can be accepted statistically, both direct side and indirect effects (mediation) side

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and interpersonal communication on work effectiveness with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study are subjects related to the research that the author did at PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia. The sample size uses indicator calculations multiplied by 5 so that 205 respondents are obtained. The analytical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between leadership style on work effectiveness, interpersonal communication had a significant positive effect on work effectiveness, leadership style had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, interpersonal communication had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on work effectiveness. , leadership style has an indirect effect on work effectiveness through job satisfaction, interpersonal communication has an indirect effect on work effectiveness through job satisfaction
