Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, work experience, and wages on employee productivity. The sample of this study was 75 employees of UMKM Convection in the Tegal Regency with a purposive sampling technique. This research uses descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that job training partially had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work experience partially had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, wages partially had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and training, work experience, and wages simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on work productivity of the Convection UMKM employees in Tegal Regency. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, pengalaman kerja dan upah terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 75 karyawan UMKM Konveksi di Kabupaten Tegal dengan teknik pengambilan sampel bersyarat (purposive sampling). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pengalaman kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, upah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produkvitas kerja, dan pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, dan upah secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan UMKM Konveksi di Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development and workload on job satisfaction in employees of PT X. This study took a sample of 86 employees of PT X. This study used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Data analysis techniques use the IBM SPSS Statistical 25 program to process and analyze research data. The results of this study show that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a significant negative influence on job satisfaction, and career development and workload have a significant effect on job satisfaction. ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT X. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 86 karyawan PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistik 25 untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian, Hasil pada penelitian ini menjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan karir dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the description of career development, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, to determine the effect of career development on organizational commitment to employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment to employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, to determine the effect of career development and job satisfaction on organizational commitment to employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri. Data collection techniques using survey methods, namely by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the IBM SPSS Statistics 19 program to process and analyze the research data. This study uses descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between career development and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survey yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 19 untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to find out the description of motivation, work discipline and performance employees, to find out the effect of motivation on the performance employees and to find out the effect of work discipline on the performance employees. This research was conducted on 56 employees of PT Garuda Muthia Shandy. The data collection technique used a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires and processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results obtained from the regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The research model of motivation and work discipline has a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance and significance value obtained less than 0.05. Practical implications, the company needs to maintain and increase motivation and give rewards to employees who have good performance. The company needs to improve and pay more attention to employees so that employees remain disciplined. Employees already have a fairly good quality of work, but the company still needs to improve and confirm the existing regulations so that employee performance will increase. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui deskripsi dari motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh dari motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui pengaruh dari disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 56 karyawan PT Garuda Muthia Shandy. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Model penelitian motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan nilai signifikansi yang didapat lebih kecil dari 0,05. Implikasi Praktis, perusahaan perlu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan motivasi dan memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang memiliki kinerja baik. Perusahaan perlu meningkatkan dan lebih memperhatikan karyawan agar tetap disiplin. Karyawan sudah memiliki kualitas hasil pekerjaan yang cukup baik, namun perusahaan tetap perlu meningkatkan dan menegaskan peraturan-peraturan yang sudah berlaku agar kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the description of self-efficacy, quality of work life and organizational commitment at company "X". 2) To determine the effect of self-efficacy on the organizational commitment of the company "X". 3) To determine the effect of the quality of work life on the organizational commitment of the company "X". This research was conducted on 113 employees of company "X". The data collection technique used a survey method through distributing questionnaires and processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 25 as software for processing and analysis. This research uses descriptive analysis. The results obtained from the regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect between self-efficacy and quality of work life on organizational commitment. The self-efficacy model and the quality of work life simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment to employees of Company "X" with a value of Fcount > Ftable 19,830 > 3,079 and the significance value obtained is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari efikasi diri, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada perusahaan “X”. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari efikasi diri terhadap komitmen organisasi perusahaan “X”. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi perusahaan “X”. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 113 orang karyawan perusahaan “X”. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solutions) versi 25 sebagai perangkat lunak dalam pengolahan dan analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Model efikasi diri dan kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan Perusahaan “X” dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel 19,830 > 3,079 dan nilai signifikansi yang didapat lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi beban kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. 4) Untuk mengetahui prediksi beban kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 175 karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebarann kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 28. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan kausal. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover intention; (2) Job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap Turnover intention; (3) Beban kerja dan Job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap Turnover intention pada karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia, dengan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel yaitu 90,682 > 3,049 dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui deskripsi dari motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan PT Garuda Muthia Shandy. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh dari motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Garuda Muthia Shandy. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh dari disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Garuda Muthia Shandy. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 56 karyawan PT Garuda Muthia Shandy. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Model penelitian motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Garuda Muthia Shandy dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 14,482 > 3,17 dan nilai signifikansi yang didapat lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Employee performance determines the performance of an organization or company. However, now it is also important to ensure a work-life balance for employees. They must also make maximum contributions to the company. This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership style and education level on employee performance controlled by work-life balance in the case of PT Celebes Railway Indonesia. This study is a quantitative study and found that 1) Work-life balance and employee performance have a significant impact, 2) There are differences in employee performance based on leadership style, and 3) There are differences in employee performance. The research results show that there is. Based on education level, 4) There is no interaction between leadership style and education level in determining employee performance. This study focuses on employee performance based on leadership style and employee level while continuing to use work-life balance  as a control variable for employees

Abstract

The consumption pattern of housewives in several things has already changed. Recently, there are so many housewives are switching to use liquid soap for cleaning their kitchen utensils. This is due to the ease of use of product and the affordable price. Regarding to this community service activity which has aims to improve the skills and knowledge of housewives, especially in IKADANA groups at Srengseng, West Jakarta, through the production of simple liquid soap in order to make savings in household consumption expenditure. This activity is performed by using the survey and demonstration method. The result show almost all participants have understood the process of making simple liquid soap and so far they are interested to try further in their own home, where one of the benefits of making this liquid soap is to save household expenditure, especially the consumption of liquid soap. More addition, the housewives become open-minded and motivated to make their skills as a side business or home industry to improve their household economy.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study emphasizes the role of the application of e-government on the performance of public services in government agencies. The method used in this study is literature research using secondary data in the form of books and related journals. The main source of data for this research is scientific articles published in various journals and indexed by google scholar. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that human resources are needed who have adequate competencies on top of technological developments so that implementing E-Government will be easier. Furthermore, it is necessary to have a budget and maximum facilities and infrastructure which can help government workers in providing services. The government must develop e-government, in which there must be channels that are able to answer the challenges of technological developments so that officials can easily adapt to existing developments.
