Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of tax audits at the Kendari Pratama Tax Service Office in 2022. The theory used in this research refers to the opinion of Musaroh (2010).The research method used is descriptive qualitative by interviews, observation and documentation, measure the level of effectiveness, and then analyze the obstacles and efforts to resolve the problem. The results obtained during the research show that the tax audit at KPP Pratama Kendari 2022 is very effective with an effectiveness ratio of 104.37%. Then, the obstacles faced by tax auditors and taxpayers include limited knowledge of taxpayers regarding applicable regulations/regulations, limited taxpayer profiles, availability of audit data and raw materials, as well as the condition of the audit object. In order to minimize the various obstacles faced, these include providing outreach and education regarding tax rights and obligations to taxpayers; increasing the capacity of tax auditors; provide quality and accountable data; and increase taxpayer awareness of their tax obligations.

Abstract

This study examines how philosophy is practiced within the context of Islamic higher education by mapping the theories, methodologies, and approaches found in undergraduate theses at the Faculty of Ushuluddin, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The research aims to provide an overview of how students engage with classical and contemporary philosophical frameworks to address issues such as globalization, modernity, and pluralism. Adopting a qualitative descriptive design, this study analyzes a corpus of student theses to identify dominant theoretical orientations and methodological tendencies. The findings reveal that Islamic epistemology, ethics, and metaphysics are the most frequently applied theoretical domains. Methodologically, textual analysis and doctrinal approaches dominate, while comparative and hermeneutical methods appear as complementary strategies. Other approaches, including historical, socio-cultural, and ethnographic perspectives, are less common, yet normative-philosophical analysis remains the most prevalent overall. These results suggest that while students demonstrate awareness of contemporary challenges, their engagement is mediated through traditional Islamic philosophical frameworks. This study contributes to discussions on philosophy pedagogy in Islamic higher education and highlights the need for broader methodological diversity to respond effectively to current intellectual and societal issues.

Abstract

The impact of drought on agricultural production is currently a major problem. Efforts to increase agricultural productivity are with modern agricultural systems that are efficient in the use of water, such as Soilless Culture System (SCS). This study was intended to identify the effectiveness and optimal dose of SCS planting media with the addition of bromelain compost induced by Aspergillus sp. to increase the growth of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) plants. This study used a completely randomized design method involving 4 SCS media treatments. The treatments applied involved the use of SCS media consisting of husks, vermicompost, and compost in the ratio of 3:2:1. Each treatment was differentiated by the addition of bromelain compost, namely P0= control (soil), P1= 3:2:1:2, P2= 3:2:1:3, and P3= 3:2:1:4, which had also been enriched with 1% Aspergillus sp. fungal inoculum. This study was conducted using 6 replications and involved 24 polybags with a volume of 1 kg/polybag. Parameters measured included leaf area and chlorophyll content. The findings of this study showed that bromelain compost induced by Aspergillus sp. inoculum had a significant impact on leaf area and leaf chlorophyll. The best result was P3 (3:2:1:4) treatment of 400 g/polybag which was better than other treatments on leaf area and leaf chlorophyll parameters.    Key words: Aspergillus sp.; compost; pakcoy; Soilless Culture System (SCS); growing media.

Abstract

The dominance of 3D games has contributed to the fast growth of the video game industry in recent decades. Since 3D games have become so popular, 2D games might offer an intriguing alternative. Using the "Prisoner's Dilemma" game theory, this research attempts to construct a 2D game that will provide players with an engaging gaming experience. This work was developed using agile methodologies because of its flexibility, which enables rapid responses to evolving software development requirements. Black Box Testing and surveys revealed that the Prisoner's Dilemma is a fun, participatory game with branching narratives and conflict. Furthermore, player feedback was integrated through a survey with 28 respondents. The findings indicate that this video game has an appealing user interface (UI), a manageable difficulty level, is easily playable on a computer, has simple controls, and can entice players to attempt additional 2D video games.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowadays, almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia, are still facing and struggling with COVID-19 pandemic. In Indonesia, the first case was confirmed by the president on March 2nd, 2020. Since then, Indonesia has been fighting against COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic is affecting all aspects of human life including language. There is an interesting phenomenon dealing with the emergence of new words during COVID-19 pandemic. As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, the number of ‘new’ or ‘re-emerge’ terms will also be increasing. Most of the terms’ meanings are discoverable through news articles published massively on the internet. The terms that are occurring are not only caused by the new virus that needs certain terms for the medical or scientific matters, but it is also because of the ‘new normal’ that people are being forced into. This research entitled “Word Formation that Occur in Indonesian Language during COVID-19 Pandemic” is aimed to find out what types of word formation that occur in Indonesian language during COVID-19 pandemic. This research employed a descriptive analysis method which belongs to qualitative research. This method was chosen because the researchers described the linguistic phenomenon dealing with word formation. The object of this research was the official website https://covid19.go.id/ which is Indonesian official website that provides any information about COVID-19. The data were collected by reading several sections in https://covid19.go.id/. Therefore, the technique used to collect the data were reading and note taking techniques. The researchers used several steps in collecting the data: (1) reading several sections in https://covid19.go.id/ ; (2) identifying words containing word formation process; and (3) collecting the words in the table. After collecting the data, the researchers went to the next step which was analyzing the data. There were several steps that the researchers took in analyzing the data: (1) data collection; (2) data display; (3) drawing and verifying conclusion. The results of this research showed that there are three types of word formations that occurred which are initialism, blending, and borrowing. Keywords: COVID-19, Morphology, Word Formation

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the role of consultants in improving taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Telanaipura Jambi in 2022. This research aims to understand how tax consultants contribute to enhancing taxpayer compliance and identify the challenges and efforts faced by tax consultants in improving taxpayer compliance. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that tax consultants can influence taxpayer compliance by providing sound advice and solutions to their clients. Challenges faced by tax consultants include encountering taxpayers unwilling to pay after determining their tax liabilities and taxpayers lacking understanding of tax regulations. Efforts made by tax consultants involve staying updated on prevailing tax regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between meaning and words in Arabic and Indonesian and their correlation. This research falls under the category of a literature review. Various books, dictionaries, and scholarly journals were used as data sources. Data was obtained through documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman approach. The study results indicate that this linguistic phenomenon provides deep insights into the interaction between meaning and word forms within different cultural contexts. The findings reveal that the linguistic structure and dynamics of Arabic and Indonesian are influenced by phonotactic and semantic factors and the pressure to communicate efficiently. Furthermore, analyzing loanwords and meaning changes across languages enhances understanding of linguistic adaptation processes and semantic shifts

Abstract

Chikungunya merupakan penyakit yang berpotensi mawabah di masyarakat. Berdasarkan laporan masyarakat pada tanggal 9 Mei sampai dengan 10 Mei 2022 terdapat 20 kasus chikungunya yang terjadi di kelurahan penaraga Rt 03 Kota Bima. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi factor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi terjadinya wabah chikungunya di masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitattif dan juga menggunakan instrument kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam terhadap responden dengan mengambil data dari kasus 20 orang warga yang terjangkit chikungunya. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat 20 orang warga dikelurahan penaraga Rt 03 yang terjangkit chikungunya. Di ketahui juga factor kebersihan lingkungan yang menjadi faktor resiko timbulnya chikungunya, karena terdapat kendang ternak di tengah lingkungan di perparah lagi dengan cuaca hujan di sertai panas yang menimbulkan virus cepat tumbuh. Diperlukan adanya penyuluhan atau kegiatan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan kebersihan lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

PUI-PT BLasTS fokus melaksanakan penelitian, pengembangan dan diseminasi yang mengarah kepada sinkronisasi atau formulasi jalan tengah pengelolaan sumberdaya alam berbasis lahan yang lestari secara produksi, ekologi dan sosial serta menghormati hak-hak sosial masyarakat. PUI-PT BLasTS didirikan tidak hanya bermodalkan pemahaman bahwa rekonsiliasi fungsi ekologi, sosial dan produksi harus dicapai pada suatu pengelolaan sumberdaya alam berbasis lahan yang lestari tetapi telah memiliki berbagai kriteria untuk menjadi PUI-PT yang berorientasi pada sains (PUIPTOS). Pada tahun 2022 dan 2023, PUI-PT BLasTS mendapatkan pendanaan Program Peningkatan Ekosistem Riset Dan Inovasi Pusat Unggulan Iptek Perguruan Tinggi dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi. Modalitas berupa pengetahuan, teknologi, infrastuktur, jaringan kerjasama (networking) yang dimiliki oleh PUI-PT BLasTS tersebut selayaknya cukup untuk membawa PUI-PT BLasTS sebagai PUI-PTOS yang diakui secara nasional guna mempercepat transformasi PUI-PT BLasTS menjadi salah satu Science and Technology Campus di Indonesia. Untuk meningkatkan peran PUI-PT BLasTS dan mendukung capaian  IKU sekaligus mendukung capaian IKU PUI-PT BLasTS. PUI-PT BLasTS mengusulkan kegiatan kegiatan diseminasi dan pengembangan kelembagaan pada level nasional dan pembangunan kampus Lapangan untuk mendukung MBKM. Pelaksanaan kegiatannya adalah survey pendahuluan, rekognisi mata kuliah dan pembekalan mahasiswa MBKM yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa dari 3 Program Studi yaitu Agribisnis, Agroekoteknologi dan Kehutanan. Hasilnya adalah semua kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstract

Abstract: The microbial distribution pattern or dispersion of microbes in a water environment was the primary focus of this research. The study aimed to analyze the total density of Vibrio sp., coliform, and plankton in seawater, as well as the relationship between microbes and the hatching of vanamei shrimp larvae. The research was conducted from April to August 2022 at Pantai Ketang, Kalianda, Lampung, in the Microbiology and Zoology laboratory of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Lampung University. The research employed an exploratory survey method, including the calculation of total Vibrio, coliform, plankton, and survival rates. Data analysis was carried out using analysis of variance, followed by the Duncan test (? = 0.05) for identifying significant differences among groups. Additionally, the microbial relationship was analyzed using Pearson correlation (? = 0.05). The results revealed that the highest Vibrio density occurred in May (3 CFU/ml) and in larval shrimp rearing water (M) (5 CFU/ml). Coliform density was less than < 3 MPN/100ml, and the highest plankton density was observed in August (2×102 ind/L) and in high tide seawater (P) (1×104 ind/L). However, there was a very low correlation between microbial density and the survival rate of vanamei shrimp larvae.
