Abstract

Fire is a disaster that can come suddenly, so efforts to handle it need to be prepared. Disaster mitigation, especially fire, needs to be taught to children early to prevent more significant impacts. Community service aims to educate and assist Baitul Maal Plus Islamic Primary School, South Tangerang, in handling fire disasters. The methods used are education and outreach on fire disaster mitigation, Fire simulation, and education on the types of fire handling equipment that can be reached nearby. Community service activities will be carried out in August 2023. The results obtained through the pretest and posttest were that students' understanding of the previous fire disaster was 63%, increasing to 92%. Also, knowing the fire evacuation process in various situations and conditions, which was 34%, increased to 93%. Furthermore, knowing the function of tools that can be used to handle fire disasters, both small and large scale, previously 35%, there was an increase in understanding of 87%. Based on these results, understanding was significantly increased after carrying out community service activities.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran brand image dalam meningkatkan penjualan turbo sakti yang lokasinya ada di daerah manding daya sumenep. Turbo sakti adalah usaha cemilan keripik singkong yang dimana terdapat 2 varian rasa yang pertama rasa bawang putih yang kedua pedas manis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah warga atau masyarakat khusus nya daerah sumenep karena masyarakat sumenep sangat suka dengan cemilan keripik singkong, dan metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah brand image sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan apakah sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh nenek moyang kita sejak dahulu kala. Kegiatan pertanian yang lebih spesifik di sektor pertanian dapat menunjang kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat/petani. Petani sudah terbiasa dengan sistem pertanian konvensional, yaitu mengolah tanah terlebih dahulu, kemudian menunggu hujan reda adalah waktu yang tepat untuk menanam. Tentu saja, itu bukan operasi yang efisien jika membandingkan zaman kuno dengan zaman modern seperti sekarang ini. Dimasakini sudah banyak terjadi alih fungsi lahan yang kemudia dijadikan perkebunan sawit yang tentu saja berdampak untuk tanah dan lingkungan sekitar. Teknologi bercocok tanam dengan sistem hidroponik dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif bagi mereka yang memiliki keterbatasan lahan atau lahan kebun, untuk dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai sumber pendapatan yang memadai. dengan fokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi tanaman, atau dalam arti konvensional pertanian tanpa lahan. Teknologi hidroponik dimulai dengan meningkatkan perhatian manusia akan pentingnya kebutuhan pupuk bagi tanaman. Pertumbuhan tanaman tetap dapat berkembang secara normal jika unsur hara yang diperlukan selalu tersedia. Dalam konteks ini, fungsi pendukung tanah untuk tanaman digantikan oleh pupuk

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of tax audits at the Kendari Pratama Tax Service Office in 2022. The theory used in this research refers to the opinion of Musaroh (2010).The research method used is descriptive qualitative by interviews, observation and documentation, measure the level of effectiveness, and then analyze the obstacles and efforts to resolve the problem. The results obtained during the research show that the tax audit at KPP Pratama Kendari 2022 is very effective with an effectiveness ratio of 104.37%. Then, the obstacles faced by tax auditors and taxpayers include limited knowledge of taxpayers regarding applicable regulations/regulations, limited taxpayer profiles, availability of audit data and raw materials, as well as the condition of the audit object. In order to minimize the various obstacles faced, these include providing outreach and education regarding tax rights and obligations to taxpayers; increasing the capacity of tax auditors; provide quality and accountable data; and increase taxpayer awareness of their tax obligations.

Abstract

This study examines how philosophy is practiced within the context of Islamic higher education by mapping the theories, methodologies, and approaches found in undergraduate theses at the Faculty of Ushuluddin, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The research aims to provide an overview of how students engage with classical and contemporary philosophical frameworks to address issues such as globalization, modernity, and pluralism. Adopting a qualitative descriptive design, this study analyzes a corpus of student theses to identify dominant theoretical orientations and methodological tendencies. The findings reveal that Islamic epistemology, ethics, and metaphysics are the most frequently applied theoretical domains. Methodologically, textual analysis and doctrinal approaches dominate, while comparative and hermeneutical methods appear as complementary strategies. Other approaches, including historical, socio-cultural, and ethnographic perspectives, are less common, yet normative-philosophical analysis remains the most prevalent overall. These results suggest that while students demonstrate awareness of contemporary challenges, their engagement is mediated through traditional Islamic philosophical frameworks. This study contributes to discussions on philosophy pedagogy in Islamic higher education and highlights the need for broader methodological diversity to respond effectively to current intellectual and societal issues.

Abstract

Starting from the background of this study, the supervision of the management of regional property carried out by the Equipment Section so far in the author's observation is still considered ineffective due to various problems found in the use of BMD in several OPDs, sub-districts and sub- districts. Some of these problems include records and findings from the Inspectorate on the use of computers in OPDs that are not in accordance with the standards according to applicable regulations, some official vehicles are not immediately returned after the expiration of their term of office, damage to BMDs without maintenance. This shows that the supervision carried out by the Equipment Section is still considered technically and administratively negligent. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection through interviews and observations. The theory used in this study is the supervision theory from Pasaribu (2011) where supervision will run well if there are four key indicators, namely monitoring, examination, guidance, disciplinary action and corrective action. From the results of the research analysis conducted by the researcher, based on this theory, most of the supervision carried out by the Equipment Section is in accordance with the rules, it's just that due to several factors, the supervision does not run less than optimally. However, the Equipment Section continues to strive to overcome these obstacles through the direction and guidance of the leadership

Abstract

The impact of drought on agricultural production is currently a major problem. Efforts to increase agricultural productivity are with modern agricultural systems that are efficient in the use of water, such as Soilless Culture System (SCS). This study was intended to identify the effectiveness and optimal dose of SCS planting media with the addition of bromelain compost induced by Aspergillus sp. to increase the growth of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) plants. This study used a completely randomized design method involving 4 SCS media treatments. The treatments applied involved the use of SCS media consisting of husks, vermicompost, and compost in the ratio of 3:2:1. Each treatment was differentiated by the addition of bromelain compost, namely P0= control (soil), P1= 3:2:1:2, P2= 3:2:1:3, and P3= 3:2:1:4, which had also been enriched with 1% Aspergillus sp. fungal inoculum. This study was conducted using 6 replications and involved 24 polybags with a volume of 1 kg/polybag. Parameters measured included leaf area and chlorophyll content. The findings of this study showed that bromelain compost induced by Aspergillus sp. inoculum had a significant impact on leaf area and leaf chlorophyll. The best result was P3 (3:2:1:4) treatment of 400 g/polybag which was better than other treatments on leaf area and leaf chlorophyll parameters.    Key words: Aspergillus sp.; compost; pakcoy; Soilless Culture System (SCS); growing media.

Abstract

The dominance of 3D games has contributed to the fast growth of the video game industry in recent decades. Since 3D games have become so popular, 2D games might offer an intriguing alternative. Using the "Prisoner's Dilemma" game theory, this research attempts to construct a 2D game that will provide players with an engaging gaming experience. This work was developed using agile methodologies because of its flexibility, which enables rapid responses to evolving software development requirements. Black Box Testing and surveys revealed that the Prisoner's Dilemma is a fun, participatory game with branching narratives and conflict. Furthermore, player feedback was integrated through a survey with 28 respondents. The findings indicate that this video game has an appealing user interface (UI), a manageable difficulty level, is easily playable on a computer, has simple controls, and can entice players to attempt additional 2D video games.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowadays, almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia, are still facing and struggling with COVID-19 pandemic. In Indonesia, the first case was confirmed by the president on March 2nd, 2020. Since then, Indonesia has been fighting against COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic is affecting all aspects of human life including language. There is an interesting phenomenon dealing with the emergence of new words during COVID-19 pandemic. As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, the number of ‘new’ or ‘re-emerge’ terms will also be increasing. Most of the terms’ meanings are discoverable through news articles published massively on the internet. The terms that are occurring are not only caused by the new virus that needs certain terms for the medical or scientific matters, but it is also because of the ‘new normal’ that people are being forced into. This research entitled “Word Formation that Occur in Indonesian Language during COVID-19 Pandemic” is aimed to find out what types of word formation that occur in Indonesian language during COVID-19 pandemic. This research employed a descriptive analysis method which belongs to qualitative research. This method was chosen because the researchers described the linguistic phenomenon dealing with word formation. The object of this research was the official website https://covid19.go.id/ which is Indonesian official website that provides any information about COVID-19. The data were collected by reading several sections in https://covid19.go.id/. Therefore, the technique used to collect the data were reading and note taking techniques. The researchers used several steps in collecting the data: (1) reading several sections in https://covid19.go.id/ ; (2) identifying words containing word formation process; and (3) collecting the words in the table. After collecting the data, the researchers went to the next step which was analyzing the data. There were several steps that the researchers took in analyzing the data: (1) data collection; (2) data display; (3) drawing and verifying conclusion. The results of this research showed that there are three types of word formations that occurred which are initialism, blending, and borrowing. Keywords: COVID-19, Morphology, Word Formation

Abstract

This community service aims to increase clarity and beauty for all guests who head to the hall in RW 06 Kelurahan Tasikmadu Malang. The method used is deliberation with residents and building managers to determine the design/technique of the construction model for the posts to be installed in the Hall, making posts from stainless steel in the form of plates (stainless steel) and installing stainless steel letters on the west side of the outer wall of the Hall, assessing the robustness and the beauty of the placement, and submission to the Head of RW 06 where the installation of the writing is in his working area. By installing stainless steel letters in the Hall, it is hoped that identity can be made clear to all guests or all parties who pass in front of it. Thus there is a synergy between State Polytechnic of Malang and community members in obtaining satisfaction of the usefulness of assistance and the beauty of the environment in RW 06 Tasikmadu, Lowokwaru, Malang city.
