Abstract

The problem in this final project is bidding tender project at the Department of Public Work of South solok works manually. The manually process like registering company and all participants who have registered will be collected in a room so it would make any difficult for participants who are outside the area. The development of information technology has a lot of influence in various fields. One of the information technology is growing rapidly is a web-based information systems. The utilization of this web-based information technology within an organization can be implemented on the Victory Decision Support System Project Tender, the incoming data will be stored in a database and the database as data processing. Tender decision support system project is using Analytical Hierarchy Proces method is to determine the criteria that will be used to calculate the weights. The criteria used in this system is the administrative, technical and price. Abstract

Padang City, as one of populous city in West sumatera province, well known as their wandering culture. This wandering culture causes the number of people using public transport to go out increased, especially the Inter-City Inter-Provincial bus (AKAP) users. Unfortunately, high public interest in using AKAP buses has not been supported by the adequate system of AKAP bus companies. Current system affect prospective passengers into problems while searching for the location of a transport company. It caused by limited source of information media, such as banners or word-of-mouth information. This lack of information reducing the user's comfort in using AKAP bus. This Information system of rental and booking bus and travel tickets in Padang City was created using the PHP programming language using the CodeIgniter framework and MYSQL for the database. The design of this information system is done to produce a web-based information system that provides information of transportation companies location to facilitate passengers and prospective passengers to come, and facilitate the process of booking tickets. The design of this information system displays the location information, prices, facilities, and transportation fleet that available in each company.                                                    Keywords: Information system, AKAP bus, transportation.

Abstract

The most important thing in the medical world is entering a history of the patient’s health, and this is known as the medical records. The medical records patients are used as references to the doctor for examination of the patient’s health, as well as records of a diagnosis of a disease patients and medical services. According to with the purpose of this final task, to provide design data supporting the medical records is complete and structured to facilitate action. The design of this web based information system using the codeigniter framework, programming PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) with XAMPP as a Database Management System (DBMS), and sublime Text 3 as editor. Medical record service information system providing data supporting a complete medical record and structured in order to facilitate doing of medical, simplify data searches of patient medical record along with its report. The design of this information systems is performed to produce an information system that can create your medical record is tored neatly and securely in a database, facilitate the search process patient medical record data when data is needed, minimize errors in data processing of patient medical record. Abstract

Learning is more interesting and helps foster a sense of enthusiasm for learning is the role of multimedia. This study aims to design multimedia learning on the subject of Computer Networks and Data Communication for informatics education students. This type of research uses a development research approach, this research will only focus on stage I, namely designing multimedia learning. Designing multimedia learning in computer networking and data communications subject using Lectora Inspire Software. Furthermore, validation is carried out based on expert trials, on aspects of software engineering, aspects of application design, aspects of visual communication. The results of designing multimedia learning in the subject of Computer Networks and Data Communication for informatics education students are valid, feasible, easy to use, and very friendly. So that with this multimedia learning design greatly contributes to learning in informatics education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of practicality, effectiveness, and influence of the application of learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) in the Computer Network Installation course using a mobile application called AR_JARKOM_INFORMATIKA_UNP. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with research subjects, namely students in class 2F3 and 2F4 of the Informatics Engineering Education Department of Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University who attended the Computer Network Installation lectures for the January-June 2020 semester. The results of this study indicate that AR-based learning media has a practicality level of 88.40% with a very practical category, then in the effective category based on the post-test score of the experimental class (2F3) which is 73.16 which is higher than the control class (2F4) which is 69.25 and provides 33.6% contribution to the learning outcomes of Computer Network Installation based on the r square value of 0.336. So it can be concluded that AR-based learning media has a good level of practicality, effectiveness and influence to be used in the learning process of Computer Network Installation.

Abstract

The quality of education is largely determined by good school management by supervisors for a better quality of learning, not least in Vocational High Schools. This type of research is qualitative with a case study research design. The main target of this research is supervisors of vocational schools in Padang city. This research is limited to describing qualitatively the supervision process and identifying the constraints that occur in supervision. The data source of this research is from key informants, purposively. Data collection techniques with interview and observation techniques. Data analysis by coding, linking and, interpreting themes. The results of the research are the low professionalism of school supervisors and the low appreciation of the school supervisor profession. The conclusion is that the constraints were basically the result of improper recruitment patterns and were exacerbated by weak control mechanisms.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan pemuda dalam pariwisata merupakan sebuah langkah yang tepat untuk mencapai dampak positif kegiatan tersebut. Identifikasi dimensi utama dari pemberdayaan pemuda adalah, seperti: (1) lingkungan yang aman dan lebih ramah; (2) partisipasi aktif; (3) pembagian peran dalam masyarakat; dan (4) upaya mencapai perubahan. Upaya melakukan pengembangan pariwisata melalui pemberdayaan pemuda mulai dilakukan karena pemikiran jangka panjang kelompok dewasa untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih optimal. Pemuda dianggap memiliki kemampuan yang lebih besar dalam melakukan pengembangan atraksi untuk menarik kedatangan wisatawan. Permasalahan adalah sejauh mana inisiatif pemuda di Nagari Tabek Panjang untuk mengembangkan atraksi wisata Ikan Sakti Sungai Janiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan terkait kebutuhan pemuda dalam melaksanakan pengembangan dan siapakah yang dibutuhkan untuk membantu terlaksananya kegiatan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif untuk memperoleh data dari informan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawacara, data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan sehingga lebih mudah dipahami oleh pembaca. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemuda memerlukan pemicu untuk menghasilkan inisiatif bagi atraksi wisata Ikan Sakti Sungai Janiah. Program pengabdian masyarakat dari Universitas Negeri Padang merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memberdayakan para pemuda.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan pada pendidikan vokasional adalah tingginya angka pengangguran pada lulusan vokasional. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena guru dalam mengembangkan modul lebih berfokus kepada hardskill dibanding softskill seperti keterampilan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan kreatifitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang konten modul pelajaran mikrokontroller terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Penelitian yang dilakukan berfokus kepada pengaruh konten modul terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas siswa SMK. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah angket. Subjek penelitian adalah guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran mikrokontroller. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah mixed method. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis dan Kreativitas siswa SMK N 1 Sumatera Barat berada pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu konten modul pelajaran yang digunakan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas siswa SMK N 1 Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran dan pengelolaan mahasiswa magang di LLDikti Wilayah X masih menggunakan cara manual dengan menggunakan media kertas yang mengakibatkan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan informasi surat, pencarian surat dan penyimpanan surat. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kemudahan LLDikti dalam proses penerimaan mahasiswa magang, pengelolaan data mahasiswa, penilaian magang, pengelolaan kehadiran mahasiswa dan pemberian sertifikat magang. Sistem informasi magang mahasiswa menggunakan bahasa PHP, MySQL, dan Framework Codeigniter. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode prototype, dimana proses awal yang dilakukan sebelum aplikasi dibuat adalah melakukan analisis kebutuhan sistem, membuat prototype atau rancangan sementara, evaluasi prototype, mengkodekan sistem, pengujian sistem dan evaluasi perangkat lunak sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau tidak, sehingga sistem dilakukan pengujian untuk dapat digunakan. Sistem informasi magang mahasiswa ini dapat mengubah sistem manual menjadi sistem digital yang dapat mengirimkan surat secara daring, melakukan penerimaan mahasiswa magang secara online, dan sistem dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan mahasiswa magang. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap rancangan menunjukan aplikasi ini dapat digunakan sesuai tujuan.Kata kunci : Perancangan, Pengelolaan, Sistem Informasi, CodeIgniter. The process of registering and managing internship students at LLDikti Region X still uses the manual method using paper media which results in frequent errors in recording letter information, searching for letters and storing letters. This study aims to provide convenience for research in the process of admitting internship students, managing student data, assessing internships, managing student attendance and granting internship certificates. The student internship information system uses PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter Framework. The design of this system uses the prototype method, where the initial process carried out before the application is made is to analyze system requirements, make prototypes or temporary designs, evaluate prototypes, code systems, test systems and evaluate software as expected or not, so the system is carried out. testing for usability. This student internship information system can change the manual system into a digital system that can send letters online, accept online student internships, and the system can assist in managing student internships. Abstract

This study aims to describe the context, input, process, product of the fieldwork practice program at SMK Negeri 6 Padang City. Fieldwork practice is a mandatory program that must be carried out by schools, especially vocational and non-school education, and must be followed by students. Fieldwork practice activities help students to apply the learning outcomes obtained at school as well as a means for students to gain real experience working in accordance with conditions in the industry. This research is evaluation research with the CIPP model. The methodology used is a combination method (Mixed Methods) with a Sequential Explanatory design. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 Padang City. The subjects in this study were students who had carried out fieldwork practices, the head of the working group, and several supervisors. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The research findings show the context component in the good category with a percentage of 83 %, the input component obtained an average percentage of 76 % in the good category, the process component obtained an average percentage of 78% in the good category and the result component obtained an average percentage of 75 % with good category. It can be concluded that the fieldwork practice program at SMK Negeri 6 Padang City is good with a percentage of 77 %, but still needs improvement in several indicators to get good results.
