Abstract

Abstrak Recruitment activities are very important to find new potential employees who have potential in the company. Given the very importance of the recruitment process for the company, it is hoped that a selective selection process will have an impact on the company's future development to obtain quality resources. Some employees of PT. IngcoTeknika Indonesia Medan whose education is not linear and even too far related to the position occupied at this time. The low level of employee education can be proven by the last formal education that the employee has taken. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of selection and education on the recruitment of PT. IngcoTeknika Indonesia Medan. The research method used is a survey approach analysis method, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research method is carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The population is employees of PT. IngcoTeknika Indonesia Medan. The sample in the study to be tested is 35 people. The data analysis technique used is the reliability validity test, the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Keywords: Selection, Education, Employee Recruitment

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees who work at PT. Mega Wisata Tour & Travel. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of leadership and organizational commitment on employee work competencies. The population and sample in this study were found to be 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the work competence of employees of PT. Mega Wisata Tour & Travel. Partially, leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work competence of employees of PT. Mega Wisata Tour & Travel. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the work competence of employees of PT. Mega Wisata Tour & Travel. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square is: 0.265 means Leadership and Organizational Commitment is able to explain employee competence by 26.5% while the remaining 73.5% is determined by variables that are not studied such as: Training, Job Performance, Career Development, and etc. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Work Competence

Abstract

In running a business, every company definitely needs funds to help develop its business. The funds obtained can come from the company itself or from outside parties who invest in the company. Therefore, in managing the existing funds in the company, it is necessary to have wisdom in deciding whether the funds needed within the company can then be used in accordance with the operational needs needed by the company itself. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Tax Expense, Non Debt Tax Shield, Interest Expense and Asset Growth on the Capital Structure. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were obtained from literature related to the research topic. This can be in the form of financial statements of tax expense, non-debt tax shield, interest expense, asset growth and capital structure that affect the company. The results showed that Tax Expense has a negative effect on the Capital Structure of Alam Company, Non Debt Tax Shield has no effect on the Capital Structure of Alam company, Interest Expense has a negative effect on the Capital Structure of Alam Company, Asset Growth has a positive effect on the Capital Structure of Alam Company and the Tax Expense, Non Debt Tax Shield, Interest Expense and Asset Growth have an effect on the Capital Structure of Alam Company.

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers who work at PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of distribution channels and marketing information systems on sales effectiveness. The population and sample in this study amounted to 42 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously distribution channels and marketing information systems have a positive and significant effect on the sales effectiveness of PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. Partially, the distribution channel has an effect on the sales effectiveness of PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. Partially, the marketing information system has a positive and significant effect on the sales effectiveness of PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value is: 0.341 means that Distribution Channels and Marketing Information Systems are able to explain Sales Effectiveness by 34.1% while the remaining 65.9% is influenced by variables not examined such as: product discounts, market segmentation, product prices, and so on.

Abstract

Capital structure, return on invested capital (ROIC), fixed assets, and net operating profit after tax (NOPAT) are the factors that affect economic value added (EVA). Understanding the potential effects of the independent factors on the dependent variable, which is economic value added (EVA), is the goal. Descriptive statistics, the traditional hypothesis tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), the t-test and F-test, and coefficient of determination were all used in this work. According to descriptive statistics, the data is normal and passes the traditional assumption test. Capital structure largely has no effect on EVA. Significant effects of ROIC, Fixed Assets, and NOPAT on EVA. EVA is impacted simultaneously by the capital structure, ROIC, fixed assets, and NOPAT. The capital structure, ROIC, fixed assets, and NOPAT are independent variables that have an impact on 35.2% of the dependent variables, while other variables have an impact on 64.8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to test and analyze the influence of Organizational Climate and Emotional Intelligence on Work Motivation at PT. Benua Nusa Indonesia Medan. This method research uses descriptive quantitative research with 64 respondents of the total population. Multiple linear regression analysis, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, also the test of coefficient determination (R2) are used in data analysis methods. The conclusion from the results of this study is that Organizational Climate and Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on employee Work Motivation at PT. Benua Nusa Indonesia Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program), Good Corporate Governance, Interest Rates, Exchange Rates, Inflation, Deferred Taxes on Financial Performance in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 65 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. The sample of this research is 27 financial statements of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program) had no effect on the Financial Performance of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. INSD has no effect on the Financial Performance of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. INST has no effect on the Financial Performance of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Public ownership has no effect on the Financial Performance of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Exchange Rates have no effect on Financial Performance in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Inflation has no effect on the Financial Performance of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Deferred Tax has no effect on the Financial Performance of Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Rekayasa Primatech Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian bahwa secara simultan komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT. Rekayasa Primatech Medan. Secara parsial komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja PT. Rekayasa Primatech Medan. Secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja PT. Rekayasa Primatech Medan. Besarnya koefisien determinasi terlihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,316 yang artinya menjelaskan bahwa stres kerja karyawan sebesar 31,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 68,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti seperti: rotasi kerja, konflik, gaji, dan sebagainya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the internal control system to control cash at PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, TBK. Data analysis technique used is the descriptive method that is by doing direct observation and interview with the object under investigation. While secondary data obtained from the literature review that is data that already exist in the form of written reference and internet search.Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the internal control system (internal control) applied by PT. Maspion Indonesia Bank, TBK is sufficient in the company's cash control although in some cases still need improvement. As for some things to do improvements in cash control at PT. Maspion Bank Indonesia, TBK, among others, in the expenditure of bank branch cash that require approval from the center to make the operational activities of the bank to be disturbed. Keywords : internal control system, internal control, cash control, cash

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of swot analysis toward the achievement of the sales target, to analyze the influence of market segmentation toward the achievement of the sales target and to analyze the influence of swot analysis and market segmentation toward the achievement of the sales target.  The method used in this study is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the characteristic of research is explanatory research. The population of this research is all employees at PT. Seltech Utama Mandiri with a population of 45 persons and the samples are 45 persons. The methods of collecting data are interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentary studies. The variables are examined with a Likert scale. The model analysis of the data used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regressions. Research result indicates swot analysis and market segmentation jointly and significantly affect on the achievement of the sales target at PT.
