Abstract

Abstrak: This research aimed to describe the child-friendly school policy in two child-friendly pilot primary schools. This research concern: “How does the implementation of child-friendly school policy based child rights at primary school?” The method that used in this research was a qualitative type of phenomenology. The data were collected by observation method, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique that used was phenomenology research data analysis of Burke Johnson and Larry Christensen. The results showed that there were 3 discoveries related to child-friendly school policies in primary schools. First, the child-friendly school policies were designed and implemented to ensure children's rights were fulfilled. Second, the child-friendly school policies were implemented in learning area, the school social environments, the school’s physical environment, and infrastructure facilities. Third, the child-friendly school policies were applied to create condition conducive and fun in school.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan pemerintah pada pelayanan kesehatan  yang berbasis keadilan sosial bagi penerima bantuan iuran di kota Yogyakarta. sebagaimana diamanatkan pada peraturan Presiden nomor 82 tahun 2018 tentang jaminan kesehatan, serta peraturan Walikota Yogyakarta nomor 69 tahun 2018 tentang penyelenggaraan kesehatan daerah.  Metodologis : Jenis penelitian yang digunakana adalah yuridis empiris, atau disebut dengan penelitian lapangan yaitu mengkaji ketentuan hukum yang berlaku serta apa yang terjadi dalam kenyataan di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian yuridis empiris adalah penelitian hukum mengenai pemberlakuan atau implementasi ketentuan hukum normatif secara in action  pada setiap peristiwa hukum tertentu yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. Temuan : Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk menghadirkan pelayanan kesehatan yang paripurna dari sudut pandang hukum administrasi perlu kebijakan pemerintah, kebijakan pemerintah pusat yaitu dengan lahirnya peraturan presiden nomor 82 tahun 2018 tentang jaminan kesehatan dan hal tersebut terwujud juga dalam  peraturan walikota yogyakarta, nomor 69 tahun 2018 tentang penyelenggaraan jaminan kesehatan daerah. Dengan adanya peraturan tersebut maka seluruh penerima bantuan iuran yang berada diwilayah kota yogyakarta dapat merasakan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik serta merata. Kegunaan : Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah agar dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan dapat mengedepankan nilai yang berbasis keadilan sosial bagi penerima bantun iuran sehingga tercipta pelayanan kesehatan yang merata. Bagi penerima bantuan iuran fakir miskin dan orang tidak mampu, agar bisa merasakan pelayanan kesehatan yang layak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.  Kebaruan/Orisinalitas : beberapa penelitian yang membahas tentang kebijakan hukum pemerintah pada pelayanan kesehatan, masih banyak kekurangan dan juga tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman yang mana hampir tiap tahunnya pemerintah mengeluarkan perpres tentang jaminan kesehatan. maka penelitian ini lebih terbaru, dan mengarah langsung pada peraturan presiden nomor 82 tahun 2018, dan juga setingkat dibawahnya peraturan walikota yogyakarta nomor 69 tahun 2018 tentang penyelenggaraan jaminan kesehatan daerah, yang menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO), Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on the level of profit-sharing at Mudharabah Banks Syariah with Case Study of BNI Syariah Bank in Indonesia. The data used is using the data recorded in the Financial Services Authority and financial reports published in 2016-2018. The data analysis method that will be used is Ordinary Least Square OLS after a series of Classical Assumptions tests. This research results that were partially finding the independent variables ROA, BOPO, FDR, and CAR have a significant effect. Meanwhile, the NPF variable does not have a significant effect on the Mudharabah Profit Sharing variable. This study shows that the NPF ratio is a picture of non-performing loans that do not significantly affect mudharabah profit-sharing, emphasizing the superiority of sharia contracts, especially mudharabah contracts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence and relationship as a form of conformity between the application of material and learning media in sex education in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in child protection efforts. The research sample was 34 teachers in Surabaya who were randomly selected. This research uses an ex post facto quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression because this study did not do anything so only wanted to find out whether there is an influence and the relationship between the application and sex education material in learning media in PAUD. The results of this study are tcount> t table and p value (sig) of 0.036 (<0.05) means that Ho is rejected and Ha is not rejected (accepted). Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant conformity (13.1%) between the application of material and media, especially about social problems in sex education in early childhood education which is most important and urgent to give to children.

Abstract

AbstrakPara guru selama era new normal masih mengadakan pembelajaran dengan sistem jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk strategi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran selama era new normal khususnya di jenjang TK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 9 guru dari 5 TK di Kota Yogyakarta yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama era new normal proses pembelajaran didominasi dengan dua strategi yaitu pembelajaran di rumah dalam bentuk pemberian tugas dan pembelajaran online menggunakan bantuan aplikasi WhatsApp, Zoom Meeting, dan Google Meet. Kendala yang dihadapi para guru yaitu masih ada orang tua yang enggan untuk mengirimkan foto atau video sebagai bukti anak telah melakukan kegiatan di rumah dan pembelajaran online yang telah dijadwalkan sering kali tidak tepat waktu. Guru dalam mengatasi kendala dengan cara selalu berkomunikasi dan menjalin kerja sama dengan para orang tua agar selama pembelajaran di era new normal tetap bisa mengoptimalkan dimensi perkembangan anak.AbstractTeachers during the new normal era still conducted distance learning. This study aims to determine the forms of teacher strategies in implementing learning during the new normal era, especially at the kindergarten level. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were 9 teachers from 5 kindergartens in Yogyakarta City who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The research findings show that during the new normal era the learning process was dominated by two strategies, namely learning at home in the form of assigning assignments and online learning using the help of the WhatsApp application, Zoom Meeting, and Google Meet. The obstacles faced by the teachers are that there are still parents who are reluctant to send photos or videos as proof that the child has been doing activities at home and online learning that has been scheduled is often not on time. Teachers in overcoming obstacles by always communicating and cooperating with parents so that during learning in the new normal era they can still optimize the dimensions of child development.

Abstract

The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 28 H states that every person has the right to live in physical and mental prosperity, to have a place to live, and to have a good and healthy living environment and the right to obtain health services. This study aims to 1). Describe the policy for handling and overcoming the pandemic - Covid-19; 2). Describe the village government-based policies for handling and overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was a normative legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The approach used was a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The type of study in this research was more descriptive in nature, because it intends to clearly describe various things related to the object under study. The policy for handling and overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic is marked by the formation of a Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid-19 through Presidential Decree Number 7 of 2020. However, until now the number of positive cases of Covid-19 continues to increase to 1,505,800 people positive for Covid-19 cases in Indonesia as of March 30, 2021. In fact, the government has issued a new policy namely the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) and intensified the Covid-19 vaccination program. Therefore, the government needs to optimize the village government-based Covid-19 handling policy that better understands the environment by empowering all stakeholders in an effort to reduce the growth rate of Covid-19. Abstract

The objective of this study was to identify the model of legal liability for the budget from the students’ parents in the international program of state junior high school level. The specific obtives of this study include three issues, namely: (1) the implementation of legal liability model for budget management derived students’ parents, (2) the compli- ance of legal liability model with the normative provisions rule of Regional autonomy legislation, education system law, and the provision of local financial management, (3) how to formulate the legal liability model is so applicable and in accordance with the provisions. This research was conducted at SMPN I and II Boyolali. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and predictive. The research findings are as follows: ( 1) there is no basic standards in the financial management legislations, ( 2) management of the funds do not have compliance with the rules of regional autonomy laws, and provision of local financial management, (3) the legal liability model used is a model of financial management in one way through the establishment of local regulation on APBD and accountability of budget legislation (APBD) by the Bupati, which is based on the involvement of parents partisipation either directly or through a committee, in the plan- ning stages.

Abstract

Objective: This article aims to find out the legal accountability of recording transparency in village fund reporting, especially in Gatak Village and Krecek Village, Delanggu District, Klaten Regency, knowing what obstacles are hamper to realizing transparency in recording and reporting village funds.Method: This type of research is empirical or sociological research. Empirical research is a type of research that is used to solve problems by examining secondary data first and then proceeding with conducting primary data research in the field and the application of law in society. The writing method used in this research is descriptive research. Findings: Transparency of Recording and Reporting of Village Funds of Gatak and Krecek Villages, to realize good governance, this has been proven by the accountability reports and the results of interviews that have been carried out by the authors in accordance with existing mechanisms based on Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, and Minister of Home Affairs number 113 of 2014. About Guidelines for Regional Financial Management. From the interviews, it was found that there were weaknesses in terms of delays in funds coming down from the center, and this would also result in a delay in activities along with existing recording and reporting, in addition to the lack of maximizing technology resources in order to fulfill transparency to the public of existing human resources, but these obstacles are still able to be resolved and do not interfere with the performance of the village government for the better.Purpose: This research is expected to be able to contribute ideas in the development of legal science, especially state administrative law, especially regarding the implementation of good governance at the village level. This research can know the recording and reporting mechanisms to achieve transparency in village fund financial reporting, and can provide the views of readers and writers who have problems with similar problems, also determine the author’s ability to apply the knowledge that has been obtained.Novelty: Different from previous research, this paper has differences that emphasize more on the role of village officials in legal responsibility in the transparency of recording and reporting village funds.

Abstract

The phenomenon of deteriorating the quality of legislative membersbecomes a problem in this paper. This happens because of the lack of qualityof screening and competence of candidates in the electoral system, and thelow standards of criteria and criteria of candidates in the election regulation,thus affecting the poor quality of legislative members generated . To makecorrections to the weaknesses of the legislative election system can be done byintegrate the values of choosing the leader (caliph) in Islam into the legislativeelectoral system in Indonesia.Abstrak: Fenomena memburuknya kualitas anggota legislatif menjadipermasalan dalam tulisan ini. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the efficiency of Islamic Banking in 2015-2016 period. Samples both input and output from 4 Islamic Banking were used in this research included deposit, asset, personnel load, financing, and operational profit. Every changes of variable in that data can show the condition of Islamic Banking. The method uses in this research is called by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with intermediation approach. The result shows that only Bukopin Islamic Banking and BNI Islamic Banking who have reached 100 percent efficiency during this research period. The highest inefficiency is experienced by Mandiri Islamic Banking. Mandiri Islamic Banking was insufficiency during this research period. Meanwhile, the BCA Islamic Banking underwent inefficiency three times in 2016
