Abstract

Dalam perspektif Barat, terdapat begitu banyak metode pemilihan yang ditawarkan oleh para tokoh pendidikan. Namun perlu dicatat bahwa terkadang metode tersebut tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik fitrah manusia. Secara khusus, metode pendidikan Islam harus relevan dengan fitrah manusia sebagai makhluk berdimensi ganda, yang terdiri dari jasmani dan ruhani, serta sesuai dengan konsep Islam tentang cara masuknya ilmu ke dalam diri manusia melalui pendengaran (sam‘a), penglihatan (bashar), dan hati (qalb). Jika hal ini tidak diperhatikan, maka sebaik apa pun metode yang dipilih, bisa jadi tetap tidak mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan.

Abstract

As stipulated in Islam, marital responsibilities will remain even after the marriage ends. Therefore, the term "maintenance" is known. The provision of maintenance is divided into two types: maintenance provided within marriage and maintenance provided outside of marriage. One type of maintenance provided outside of marriage is the iddah maintenance, which is the mandatory maintenance provided to the wife during her iddah period. However, its implementation deviates from the rules. The purpose of this study is to confirm the obligation of iddah maintenance for husbands. This type of research is an empirical juridical study with a case study approach. The research technique was conducted through observation and interviews with informants in Demangan Village, Bangkalan, using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. Analyzing the applicable regulations, it is clear that the provisions of maintenance are well-regulated. However, in reality, many residents of Demangan Village deviate and refuse to fulfill their maintenance obligations. This study contributes to strengthening the sense of responsibility of providing iddah maintenance for husbands to their ex-wives during the iddah period of divorce

Abstract

Arabic language book used by a student of of the first state islamic senior hight school Malang city head for commanding every language skills, there are listenig, reading, speaking, and writing. However the content within a book is not complete yet with arabic grammatology materials that it was agreeable by scientific approach in curriculum 2013. So, the book need supplementary learning materials to complete teaching complement. This research is development research use Borg and Gall model that it consist of 10 steps. This reserach use observation, interview, questioner, and test even gotten the data such quallitative and quatitative data. Research findings: (1) researcher was produced supplementary learning materials called by “al-mutammim” because it was be complement based on student needs. (2) based on produc validation values by the book design validator and the content of the nahwu material, this teaching material worthy of use at The Islamic State Senior High School. (3) this teaching materials able to upgrade student’s understanding and using this teaching materials was be effective for him

Abstract

. تناولت هذه الدراسة عن تصميم البرنامج التأهيلي لمعلمي اللغة العربية في المدارس الإسلامية في باسوروانالهدف الأساسي لوضع هذا البرنامج التأهيلي هو اإعداد هؤالء المعلمين من ناحية التدريب, ليكونوا أساتذةاإ ّ نذوي كفاءة علمية في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية, وكذلك تذليل الصعوبات التي تقابلهم في مسيرتهم التدريسية, وكان.من أهداف هذه الدراسة كذلك وضع برنامج مكثفة للتربية العلمية لهؤالء الأساتذة الذين سسيلتحقون بهذا البرنامجمن خلال هذه الدراسة قام الباحث بتوزيع الاسستبيانات على الأساتذة لمعرفة آرائهم حول هذا البرنامج حالياً فيالمدارس المتوسطة الإسلامية. وأراد الباحث عن معرفة آرائهم ومقترحاتهم حول العمليات التدريسية التي يقومونبها, وكان الهدف كذلك من توزيع هذه الاسستبيانات معرفة النقص الذي يقابل هؤالء الأساتذة من ناحية تدريسهماللغة العربية. تقديم اختبار عينة الدراسة خمسة وثلاثين مدرساً ومدرسةً, واسستخلاص عدة آراء والمقترحات, كماأجريت بعض المقابلات مع مدراء هذه المدارس والموجهين في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية, وكانت المشاركة فعالة من.قبلهم, وتمت ملاحظة عدة أشياء من خلال الزيارة لهذه المدارس وبعد نهاية الدراسة تم التوصل اإلى النتائج التالية : ال توجد في باسوروان اإلى الآن برنامج التأهيل التي تقوم بإعداد وتدريب معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسطة الإسلامية. كثيراً من الأساتذة يعملون في هذه المدارس وينقصهم في جانب الكفاءة المهنية والتربوية في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية. عدم توفير الوسائل والطرق التعليمية الجديدة في اللغة العربية، مما يؤدي اإلى عدم الحصول على تحقيق الأهداف وعدم اإهتمام التلاميذ بمادة اللغة العربية اقترح معظم الأساتذة بإنشاء البرنامج التأهيلي الخاصة لإعداد معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسطة الإسلامية .حتى يلتحقوا بها

Abstract

The Walagara tradition in Tenggerese weddings in Ngadas Village, Malang Regency, is a form of local wisdom that serves as a customary legalization of marriage. This tradition involves two main elements: the recitation of mantras and the presentation of offerings, understood as a medium of spiritual communication with the gods, water maidens, and ancestral spirits to request safety and blessings for the bride and groom. This study aims to analyze the symbolic meaning of the Walagara tradition and its legal implications from an Islamic legal perspective through an 'urf' approach. The method used is qualitative-descriptive with Clifford Geertz's symbolic-interpretive analysis. The results indicate that the mantras serve as a spiritual medium, recited by traditional shamans in the ancient Tenggerese language, accompanied by offerings containing cosmological meaning. Although the Tenggerese Muslim community continues to participate in this tradition, interpreting it as a form of cultural respect, under Islamic law, this practice is categorized as 'urf fāsid' due to its potential to contain elements of polytheism. Therefore, a wise approach to da'wah is needed to ensure that cultural preservation remains in line with the principles of monotheism.

Abstract

The use of digital tools such as Kahoot! in Arabic language examinations opens up new opportunities to improve assessment efficiency, increase student participation, and align assessment practices with contemporary educational demands. This study examines the validity, reliability, and implementation of a Kahoot-based assessment in the Arabic final exam at Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu. The aim is to evaluate the quality of the test items and understand how students respond to the use of Kahoot in a formal exam setting. Using a descriptive quantitative method, the study analyzed item validity, reliability, and student perceptions through expert review, statistical tests, and a questionnaire. The findings show that the exam instrument achieved very high validity (94%) and strong reliability (α = 0.834). The student perception questionnaire also showed high validity (91%) and good internal consistency (α = 0.845). Students reported feeling more motivated, less anxious, and more comfortable during the test when using Kahoot, suggesting that digital game-based assessments can make Arabic exams more engaging and less stressful. However, several challenges were found, including unstable internet connections and limited time for answering questions. It indicates that Kahoot need more careful calibration of time limits, infrastructural readiness, and other supplementary assessment to achieve a balanced evaluation tools. Overall, the study shows that Kahoot has strong potential to help schools adopt digital assessment.

Abstract

Indonesia’s multicultural society, characterized by religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity, presents both opportunities and challenges for social cohesion. In recent years, increasing tendencies toward intolerance and exclusivist religious attitudes among students have raised concerns regarding the effectiveness of religious education in fostering peaceful coexistence. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam/PAI) in shaping tolerant attitudes among students within a multicultural social context. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach to explore how PAI contributes to the formation of students’ tolerant and peaceful attitudes. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with Islamic education teachers and students, and analysis of instructional documents. The findings indicate that PAI plays a significant role in cultivating students’ tolerance when learning processes emphasize dialogical interaction, contextual understanding of religious teachings, and appreciation of diversity. Students who engage in reflective and inclusive PAI learning demonstrate greater openness toward differences and a stronger commitment to peaceful social relations. The study concludes that Islamic Religious Education, when implemented through contextual and dialogical pedagogical approaches, functions not merely as a medium for transmitting religious knowledge but as a transformative educational space for developing tolerant attitudes in multicultural societies. These findings underscore the importance of reorienting PAI learning toward inclusivity and social harmony to address contemporary challenges of diversity and pluralism.
