Abstract

Develop a concept that enables proprietors of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to enter international markets more environmentally consciously, building upon the author's blueprint. A systematic literature review (SLR) investigates the complexity associated with the Internationalization of SMEs. The author complies with the following procedure: retrieve metadata from the top 35 papers tagged with the keywords internationalization, competitive advantage, and SMEs in Scopus (April 2024), sort the articles by citation count, and select reviews and SMEs as the focus of the discussion. Key players and determinants of competitive advantage for the Internationalization of SMEs are subsequently identified through bibliometric visualization and qualitative data analysis software (Biblioshiny, R Studio). The findings uncover the primary theories of Internationalization, prominent authors, reviews, and sources, and supplement Werner's determinant with several illustrative tables and graphs. The findings mentioned above demonstrate the growing significance of theories concerning competitive progress. Much work remains to be done regarding the Internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), specifically about the factors contributing to a company's success in foreign markets and its establishment in the domestic market. For the future successful Internationalization of SMEs, a contribution to science is an update on pertinent topics and the identification of specific trends and gaps, including inter-theoretical integration, discourse variables, strategic fit versus opportunism, network theories concerning niche marketing, born-glocal strategies, and disruptive technologies

Abstract

Previous studies have emphasized the influence of the school environment on students' prosocial behavior. However, few studies still concentrate on alternative mechanisms that contribute to developing students' prosocial behavior. This study aimed to investigate how moral identity plays a role as a mediator in the relationship between school climate and students' prosocial behavior in inclusive schools. A cluster random sampling technique was used to select participants. This study included 872 children attending inclusive schools in Surabaya City. The research instrument used a scale of moral identity (α=0.918), prosocial behavior (0.740), and school climate (0.889). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The study's findings indicate a positive relationship between the overall school climate and the tendency of regular students in inclusive schools to engage in prosocial activities. This relationship is influenced by the role of moral identity as a mediator. These findings enhance our understanding of the importance of moral identity and have practical implications for intervention programs aimed at improving prosocial behavior among regular students in inclusive schools.

The results of the study show that information technology plays an important role in various aspects of MSME internationalization, including digital marketing, supply chain management, and international payments. The challenges faced by MSMEs in adopting information technology include resource constraints, lack of technological knowledge, and cybersecurity issues. Effective strategies for utilizing information technology for internationalization include investing in technology training, collaborating with technology companies, and utilizing easily accessible and usable digital platforms. Abstract

The increasing use of ICT and the tendency for media multitasking among students have raised concerns about their negative impact on attention and the challenges they pose to regulation strategies. This study aimed to adapt and validate the Indonesian version of the Online Learning Motivated Attention and Regulatory Strategies (OL-MARS v.2) scale among undergraduate university students. The OL-MARS v.2 is a 24-item scale measuring two main constructs: perceived attention problems (PAP) and self-regulatory strategies (SRS). PAP includes three subscales: perceived attention discontinuity (PAD), lingering thoughts (LT), and social media notifications (SMN), while SRS comprises behavioral strategies (BS) and outcome appraisal (OA). The scale was administered to 1,360 undergraduate students at a private university in Indonesia. Alpha coefficients for the total scores ranged from 0.463 to 0.800, indicating overall good to acceptable reliability, although the LT subscale showed the lowest alpha (0.463), which was acceptable but not ideal. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed to evaluate the model fit. The OL-MARS v.2 shows potential as a valuable tool for assessing students' attention states and self-regulation strategies in online learning environments.

Abstract

Online reviews continue fostering a renewed word-of-mouth spread in the food and beverage industry. Consumers increasingly use online reviews to inform them about food and beverage products. Therefore, it is critical to enhance comprehend of the behavioral consequences of e-WOM. This study examines the role of heavy/light social media user in the relationship between e-WOM on social media platforms, attitude toward information, and information usefulness. We adopt the conceptual model to identify what influences consumers to adopt information from online reviews in their decision-making. A self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data from 300 respondents. Data analysis has been conducted using PLS-SEM, which measures the influence of e-WOM, attitude, and subjective norms on information usefulness and purchase intention. The results of this study reveal that e-WOM, attitude, subjective norm, and information usefulness are strong predictors of consumers' purchase intention. These outcomes suggest that high-involvement consumers adopt online review information when they make decisions about making purchases. Keywords: E-WOM, Information usefulness, Attitude towards information, Subjective norm, Purchase intention
