Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi, struktur dan tingkat keragaman vegetasi di Hutan Kota Baruga, Kota Kendari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Data dianalisis untuk memperoleh Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) dan Index Keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener (H'). Software Sexi-FS digunakan untuk mendapatkan visualisasi distribusi vegetasi dan stratifikasi lapisan tajuk yang menyerupai kondisi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi vegetasi disusun oleh 76 spesies yang terkelompok dalam 29 famili dengan jumlah total 8.296 individu untuk semua spesies. Alstonia macrophylla, Gironniera subaequalis dan Nephelium lappaceum adalah spesies yang mendominasi komunitas vegetasi. Distribusi vegetasi menunjukkan pola distribusi mengelompok, dengan stratifikasi terdiri 4 lapisan tajuk, yang menunjukkan bahwa lokasi-studi disusun oleh lapisan tajuk yang relatif lengkap. Indeks keragaman tergolong tinggi, dengan nilai lebih dari 3 pada tingkat pertumbuhan pohon, tiang dan pancang, kecuali pada tingkat semai dengan H'= 2,89. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ketahanan ekosistem hutan cukup baik.Kata Kunci : Komposisi vegetasi, Keanekaragaman, Struktur vegetasi, Hutan Kota.

Abstract

Abstract Traffic flow is a unique interaction between drivers, vehicles, and roads. This research entitled The Road Traffic Performance of Jalan M.T Haryono Kendari. (Construction of bridge times wanggu Kendari city). Therefore, Parameter is needed which can show the condition of road segment to the construction of bridge times wanggu city kendari or which will be used for the design. Parameters used include Speed Volume, LHR and Degree of Saturation.The purpose of this research is to analyze the speed, LHR, side barrier with type of road 2/2 UD to new market bridge construction time wanggu with type of road 4/2 D at peak hour. Peak in road segment M.T Haryono Kendari. (Construction of bridge times wanggu Kendari city). Methods of data collection is a direct survey by recording the number of vehicles, the speed of travel time and the number of side barriers.The results obtained are the average speed of traffic flow on Sunday is MC 8.76, LV 7.38, HV 3.75 Km / hour type of road 2/2 UD. And the average speed of the traffic flow of Art day is MC 9.79 LV 8.46 HV 4.48 Km / hour. Road capacity for Sundays and Mondays total of both directions with road type 2/2 UD, for week day 1970,6 SMP / hour at intervals 16.00-17.00 and for Monday 1579,4 junior / hour. At 13.00-14.00 intervals. And for street capacity for Sunday and Monday total of both directions with type of road 4/2 D, for the day of week 1726 SMP / hour at intervals 13.00-14.00 and for Monday 1379,8 junior / hour. At intervals of 17:00 to 16:00 Class side barriers (SFC) ie (L) LOW. The degree of saturation (DS) for the 2/2 UD road type on Sunday is 0.82, and on Monday 0.68. And for value of saturation degrees (DS) with type of road 4/2 D at week 0.74, and on Monday 0.53.  Abstrak Arus lalulintas merupakan interaksi yang unik antara pengemudi, kendaraan, dan jalan. Penelitian ini berjudul Tinjauan Kinerja Lalu lintas Ruas Jalan M.T Haryono Kendari. (Pembangunan jembatan kali wanggu Kota Kendari). Dengan demikian diperlukan Parameter yang dapat menunjukkan kondisi ruas jalan terhadap pembangunan jembatan kali wanggu kota kendari atau yang akan dipakai untuk desain. Parameter yang digunakan antara lain Volume Kecepatan, LHR dan Derajat Kejenuhan.Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kecepatan, LHR, hambatan samping dengan tipe jalan 2/2 UD terhadap pembangunan jembatan pasar baru kali wanggu dengan tipe jalan 4/2 D di jam puncak pada jalan M.T Haryonono Kendari. (Pembangunan jembatan kali wanggu Kota Kendari). Metode pengumpulan data adalah survei secara langsung dengan mencatat jumlah kendaraan, kecepatan waktu tempuh serta jumlah hambatan samping.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh kecepatan rata-rata pada tipe jalan 2/2 UD arus lalu lintas hari Minggu adalah (MC 8.76/LV 7.38/HV 3.75 Km/jam). Dan Kecepatan rata-rata arus lalulintas hari Senin adalah (MC 9.79/LV 8.46/HV 4.48 Km/jam). Kapasitas ruas jalan untuk tipe jalan 2/2 UD yaitu 2401.2 dan untuk Kapasitas ruas jalan untuk dengan tipe 4/2 D yaitu 2677.8, untuk arus lalulintas pada jam puncak total kedua arah dengan tipe jalan 2/2 UD pada hari minggu 1970.6 SMP/JAM, dan untuk hari senin 1579.4 SMP/jam dan analisa dari data kinerja ruas jalan tipe 2/2 UD terhadap tipe jalan 4/2 D total kedua arah yaitu 1726 untuk data hari pertama 1379.8 untuk data hari kedua Kelas hambatan samping (SFC) yaitu (L) RENDAH. Derajat kejenuhan (DS) untuk tipe jalan 2/2 UD pada hari Minggu adalah 0.82, dan pada hari Senin 0.66. Dan untuk nilai perbandingan derajat kejenuhan (DS) dengan tipe jalan 4/2 D yaitu 0.64 pada hari pertama dan untuk hari kedua yaitu 0.51.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to examine the effect of giving African leaf juice (Vernonia amygdalina) on cholesterol, uric acid and blood glucose of broiler chickens. The research was carried out in August-September 2021 at the broiler chicken coop unit of the Poultry Livestock Unit Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Science, Halu Oleo University, Kendari. The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) using 100 broiler DOCs with 4 treatments and 4 replications and there were 16 experimental units. The treatments used in this study were P0 = without African leaf juice (control), P1 = 2cc of African leaf juice/1 liter of water in drinking water, P2 = 4cc of African leaf juice/1 liter of water in drinking water, P3 = 6cc of African leaf juice /1 liter of water in drinking water. The variables observed were cholesterol, uric acid and blood glucose. The results of the study showed that administration of African leaf juice with levels of 2cc, 4cc, 6cc had no effect (P>0,05) on cholesterol, uric acid and blood glucose of broiler chickens. Thus, it was concluded that the administration of African leaf juice had no effect on cholesterol, uric acid and blood glucose of broiler chickens.

Abstract

Kecamatan Puuwatu merupakan salah satu wilayah sentra pengembangan budidaya ternak itik di Kota Kendari. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh peternak itik adalah tingginya biaya pakan komersil. Pengabdian kepada masyarakatbertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi pakan lokal ampas sagu melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Internal (PKM-I) Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Halu Oleo kepada Kelompok Wanita Tani Kasaiseha di Kelurahan Punggolaka Kecamatan Puuwatu Kota Kendari.  Program ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, yaitu pada bulan 9 September – 9 Desember 2022. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan dalam bentuk Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) dan Penyuluhan yang dilakukan dalam 2 tahap, yaitu: (1) Kegiatan non fisik meliputi: sosialisasi, penyuluhan dan bimbingan teknis (pendampingan) sebagai media transfer informasi pengetahuan dan teknologi; (2) Kegiatan fisik melalui: pengadaan alat/bahan, demonstrasi plot (demplot) dan kegiatan praktek pembuatan pakan dengan bahan baku ampas sagu.  Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan hasil yang telah dicapai pada program PKM-I UHO yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peternak itik terhadap pemanfaatan dan pengolahan pakan dari limbah hasil pertanian berupa ampas sagu, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas peternak dan mengurangi ketergantungan peternak pada pakan komersil serta dapat mengurangi dampak pencemaran dari limbah ampas sagu

Abstract

This literature review is carried out systematically and aims to identify and analyze research trends, data collections, methods, and frameworks used in estimating forest stand volume (VTH) research with sentinel and (machine learning) ML from 2014 to 2021 so that it can provide answers. on the research questions of this study. The results of the analysis of 24 selected articles based on inclusion-exclusion criteria showed that VTH studies with sentinel and ML generally combine sentinel with other images, such as ALOS-2 L Band, Landsat, ALOS DSM and DEM data. S2-spectral band, S2-vegetation index, slope, S1-backscatter, elevation, are the variables most widely used as predictors. RF (random forest regression), SVR (support vector regression), MLR (multi linear regression) and kNN (k-nearest neighbor) algorithms are the most widely used algorithms. The potential for significantly increasing the accuracy of VTH estimation results can be done by adding environmental factors as a predictor variable.The study of Mauya et al, Reis et al and Chen et al which combines optical, SAR and topographic data, reported a significant increase in the accuracy of VTH estimation.Furthermore Mauya et al suggested that the weighted average approach of pixels in extracting variables from image based on the position of the field plot produces a better estimation model than using the centroid approach Optimizing the use of red edge bands in VTH estimation conducted by Jiang et al, Ahmadi et al and Hu et al, shows a more significant correlation between red edge bands and VTH than other S2-derived features s proves that the modification of the vegetation index formula by replacing the band (NIR) with a red edge band is proven to significantly increase its correlation with stand volume and performs very well on the RF, SVM and MLR algorithms in estimating VTH. The kriging geostatistical method by Chen et al and Bolat concluded that SVR-kriging and Regression-kriging each outperformed SVR and had better accuracy in predicting VTH. AbstrakTinjauan literatur ini dilakukan secara sistematis dan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis tren penelitian, kumpulan data, metode, dan kerangka kerja yang digunakan dalam penelitian pendugaan volume tegakan hutan (VTH) dengan sentinel dan machine learning (ML) tahun 2014 sampai 2021 sehingga dapat memberikan jawaban atas pertanyaan penelitian kajian ini. Hasil analisis terhadap 24 artikel terpilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi-eksklusi menunjukan bahwa kajian VTH dengan sentinel dan ML, umumnya mengkombinasikan sentinel dengan citra lain, seperti ALOS-2 L Band, Landsat, ALOS DSM dan data DEM.  Band S2-spektral, S2-indeks vegetasi, slope, S1-backscatter, elevation, adalah variable variable yang paling banyak digunakan sebagai prediktor. Algoritma RF (random forest regression), SVR (support vector regression), MLR (multi linear regression) dan kNN (k-nearest neighbor merupakan algotirma yang ditemukan paling banyak digunakan. Potensi peningkatan akurasi hasil pendugaan VTH secara signifikan dapat dilakukan dengan menambahkan faktor lingkungan sebagai variabel prediktor. Studi Mauya et al, Reis et al dan Chen et al yang mengkombinasikan data optis, SAR dan topografi, melaporkan adanya peningkatan akurasi pendugaan VTH yang signifikan. Selanjutnya Mauya et al mengemukakan bahwa pendekatan rata rata tertimbang dari piksel dalam mengekstraksi variabel dari citra berdasarkan posisi plot lapangan menghasilkan model pendugaan yang lebih baik dari pada menggunakan pendekatan centroid. Optimalisasi pemanfaatan band red edge dalam pendugaan VTH yang dilakukan oleh Jiang et al, Ahmadi et al dan Hu et al, menunjukan koleasi yang lebih signifikan antara band red edge dengan VTH daripada fitur lain yang diturunkan dari S2. Chyrysafis membuktikan bahwa modifikasi rumus indeks vegetasi dengan mengganti band (NIR) dengan band red edge terbukti meningkatkan korelasinya dengan volume tegakan secara signifikan dan berkinerja sangat baik pada algoritma RF, SVM maupun MLR dalam menduga VTH. Metode geostatistik kriging yang dilakukan Chen et al dan Bolat, menyimpulkan bahwa SVR-kriging dan Regresi-kriging masing-masing mengungguli kinerja SVR dan memiliki akurasi yang lebih baik dalam memprediksi VTH. Katakunci: Citra Sentinel, Machine Learning, Tegakan Hutan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the support of greenery and the results of oil palm plantations as feed for Balinese cattle in Watubangga Sub District. The research method is done by observing the green potential of animal feed. Samples were obtained from the tiling of fodder greens. The research material is a group of grasses, pods, riddles, and the results of oil palm plantations. The research method analyzes weed dominance's carrying capacity and summed dominant ratio (SDR) in a specific area. The results showed nine types of greenery, two types of pods, two types of technical puzzles, and four types of plantation results as a source of livestock feed in Watubangga Sub District. The production of green dried material can meet the needs of 255.33 livestock units, and the effects of oil palm can meet the consumption needs of Balinese cattle 351,516 livestock units.

Abstract

Faktor penentu dalam pengembangan usaha peternakan khususnya untuk ternak ruminansia adalah ketersediaan hijauan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas rumput Pennisetum purpereum cv. Mott menggunakan dosis pupuk kandang sapi berbeda yang dimulai pada bulan Juni–Agustus 2022. Penanaman rumput dilakukan pada Laboraturium Unit Agrostologi serta uji nilai kandungan nutrisi pada Laboratorium Nutrisi dan Pakan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Halu Oleo. Penelitian disusun berdasarkan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian dengan pemberian pupuk kandang sapi dosis berbeda hingga 15 ton/Ha tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan bahan kering dan bahan organik Pennisetim purperium cv. mott, tetapi berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kandungan serat kasar dan protein kasar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential development of beef cattle in Muna Regency by looking at the potential in several districts, which are the centers of beef cattle development. Parameters supporting the development of the area in the Muna Regency are the availability of grazing land and the availability of forage. The method of data collection uses a survey method through sampling in each predetermined area, then mapping the areas that have the potential for the development of forage in the area of plantations and food crops. The results of this study were obtained that the Districts of Muna Regency as the development of beef cattle-based estate crops and food crops.Keywords: area development; beef cattle; land resources

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the carrying capacity of forage and the by-product of oil palm plantations as feed for Bali cattle in Tanggetada District. This research method was carried out by observing the forage potential of feed ingredients based on the production of feed ingredients multiplied by the harvested area and expressed in dry matter (BK). Sampling was carried out by sampling / tiling for animal feed. Forage as research material is grasses, leguminous pods and by-products of oil palm plantations. The method of data analysis uses regional capacity analysis. The results showed that there were 9 types of forage, 2 types of leguminous pods, 2 types of puzzle puzzles and 4 types of plantation waste as animal feed identified in Tanggetada District The production of forage dry materials and by-products of palm oil could meet the consumption needs of Bali cattle in Tanggetada District. The results of the capacity analysis show that Tanggetada District has the ability of the area to accommodate 28,292 Bali cattle from a total population of Bali cattle of 2,338.Keywords: carrying capacity forage; results of oil palm plantation; Tanggetada

Abstract

Balitnak Superior Kampong Chicken is a type of kampong chicken resulting from research innovation from the Livestock Research Institute, Ciawi, Bogor which is popular with the community and can be cultivated by the community. This study aimed to analyze the performance of balitnak superior kampong chickens given chicory flour and to find out the best treatment for the addition of chicory flour in feeding the performance of balitnak superior kampong chickens. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications so that there were 20 experimental units and each replication consisted of 5 chickens. The parameters observed consisted of feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion. The results of observations from the addition of chicory flour did not have a significant effect (P0.05) on feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion with a ration consumption value of 58,47-59,46 g/head/day, the average weight gain body 17,70-18,62 g/head/day, and feed conversion 3,20–3,36
