Abstract

Ketrampilan tenaga adminitrasi perkantoran bukan hanya kompetensi konvensional. Namun juga harus mempunyai bekal pengetahuan dan kompetensi digital, terutama dalam pengelolaan naskah. Kompetensi ini harus dibangun sejak di bangku sekolah khususnya sekolah kejuruan. SMK Dharma Siswa 2 Sidoarjo adalah salah satu penyelenggara sekolah kejuruan yang menghasilkan lulusan dengan kompetensi siap kerja. Permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa/i SMK tersebut adalah penguasaan aplikasi office khususnya MS-Word terutama optimalisasi fitur aplikasi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa/i SMK tersebut dalam hal penguasaan aplikasi MS-Word dengan mengoptimmalkan penggunaan fitur yang jarang digunakan. Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan reference untuk efisiensi manajemen naskah dan artikel ilmiah. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Literasi peserta meningkat dari level 2 ke level 6 pada skala 1-10 dalam penggunaan fitur tersebut

Abstract

Basic programming training and assistance for Elementary School at SD Kr. Anak Panah are an urgent need. This is caused by the demands of students to develop their potential. Elementary students Kr. Anak Panah requires an increase in skills in terms of making or coding basic games. This training aims to improve the basic abilities of elementary school (SD) in terms of information technology. Training for students to meet the need for basic and high-level coding mastery for elementary school age children. The training was conducted online for 5 (five) months involving 200 Elementary School (SD) students. The final result of the training showed an increase in students' competence in terms of game programming coding. Basic level. Meanwhile, the average ability of the trainees increased from level 4th (four) to level 8th (eight) from a scale of 1 – 10.

Abstract

This study offers a theoretical follow-up discussion on the implementation of public finance strategies and policies used to help the creative industry from the disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic. This article also presents various policies that have been taken by the government with a fiscal approach. The policies used by the government have also been replicated by countries in the Southeast Asian region that are members of ASEAN. This research focuses on the integration of research on the pattern of the creative industry economy with the contemporary paradigmatic discourse of the creative industry. This study proves that the fiscal policy strategy used by the government is able to reduce the slump in the national economy. This study found that there was uniformity in the pattern of economic recovery policies in the Southeast Asia region to respond to COVID-19. This uniform pattern is related to stimulus policies in 6 (six) important sectors, one of which is the creative industry. This research also finds that the pattern used in the policy is to focus on incentives for creative industry players, creative industry roadmap, creative economy training, legal protection of creative economy products, and investors for development.

Abstract

One solution to reduce unemployment is by creating many job vacancies. Creating job opportunities must be started as early as possible at school. Therefore, the government instituted the structured model for education within entrepreneurship class. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of students&rsquo; internal factors, such as interest, self-empowerment, and motivation, influencing them on making decision to be an entrepreneur. This study took the sample from the students of Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya who have run a business or who have planned to start their own business. The total of collected sample was forty-two respondents. This study employed cluster random sampling to choose the respondent. Conclusion: This study proved that the internal factors, such as interest, self-empowerment, and motivation contributes 50,8% for influencing students to decide to be an entrepreneur. F statistics test result showed 0,000 < 0, 05; thus, it can be implied that variable X (Interest, Self-empowerment, and Motivation) influenced Y (students&rsquo;s decision to be an entrepreneur.) Abstract

While promotion strategies such as emphasizing natural attractions, the arts, and culture may be used to sell their tourist goods, their commodities in the shape of natural attractions, the arts, and culture are good, and the entire spectrum of tourist options is available.. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of tourist-friendly natural sites and to investigate potential marketing applications for this target group using various promotional strategies. This study used a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, focusing on natural attraction marketing strategies. Domain analysis was used to analyse the data. The approach verifies the data's validity by using a variety of data verification methods, one of which is triangulation and data verification on the interview and documentation. To create a successful marketing plan, they needed to gather all they could about the topic. Tourism Marketing Model: A promotion strategy to draw people in. Arts and culture visits as well as nature tourism may all be part of an extended vacation. An aggressive technique called the Promotion Mix helps boost domestic and international visits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy for developing the potential of tourism places in Jember Regency, East Java. This study focuses on activities to analyze strategies that can be used by the Jember Regency Government so that it can focus on the main strategy, namely tourism development in Jember Regency, East Java. The survey subjects were all tourists and residents around tourism sites in Jember Regency who participated in the development of tourism sites in Jember Regency, and the survey sample was obtained from directly. Data collection uses previous research review techniques and theoretical concepts that underlie tourism strategies, surveys, and in-depth interviews. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis. The results and findings in this study show that tourism places in Jember Regency have the potential of a very worthy area to get more attention in terms of sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix terhadap keputusan berkunjung di wisata Bahari Jawa Timur. Marketing mix dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 7 (tujuh) dimensi yang terdiri atas: produk, harga, promosi, lokasi, orang, proses, bukti fisik. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada pengunjung wisata bahari (pantai dan wisata buatan bertema bahari) khususnya di daerah Pasuruan dan Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk kepentingan survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program sarjana manajemen yang berdomisili di Surabaya, Pasuruan dan Probolinggo. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model CFA. Model ini ini dilengkapi dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa marketing mix yang terdiri atas 7 (tujuh) dimensi yang menjadi variabel produk, harga, promosi, lokasi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bukti bahwa ketujuh variabel yang digunakan menunjukkan pengaruh simultan dalam pengambilan keputusan berkunjung.

Abstract

Pendampingan dan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali siswa/i SMK meningkatkan kompetensi keahlian akuntansi & keuangan lembaga menggunakan Microsoft Access. Kompetensi ini menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing lulusan SMK menghadapi dunia kerja. Pelatihan terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) sesi yang terdiri atas peningkatan motivasi belajar; pengenalan dasar Microsoft Access; dan Microsoft Access for Accounting. Peserta pelatihan terdiri atas 100 siswa/i SKM Negeri 1 Grati, Pasuruan jurusan Akuntansi & Keuangan Lembaga (AKL). Evaluasi penilaian menggunakan skala 1 sampai dengan 10. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dasar sebesar rata-rata 20% sampai dengan 40%. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan rekomendasi pelatihan lanjutan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi. Pelatihan lanjutan hasil rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini adalah Pelaporan Keuangan; Teknis Pelaporan pajak; Analisa Kebangkrutan; dan Analisa Arus Kas. Pada akhirnya, pelatihan ini membawa manfaat lanjutan bagi siswa/i SMK Negeri Grati, Pasuruan beserta jajarannya.

Abstract

This study examines and reveals that digital marketing strategies using SOSTAC are more effectively applied to startups during the post-pandemic compared to strategies that are already mainstream. The novelty of this research lies in the application of the SOSTAC strategy for start-up businesses. The research method used is SOSTAC or short for Situation Analysis, Objective, Strategy, Tactic, Action, and Controlling. In the early days before implementing SOSTAC, the startup had difficulty increasing merchants. Even though the number of merchants who join this startup is one indication of the success of the business. The Key Performance Indicators used are 12 digital marketing dimensions plus 1 target increase in merchants. The results showed a significant increase in each component of the indicators used. Performance improvement based on the smallest percentage is 14% and the highest is 500%. This study at the same time reinforces previous research that the application of SOSTAC is more effective when compared to using the usual strategy.
