Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to measure digital marketing and brand image that can affect the purchase intention of pure flavored implant products (Sura's). Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a survey research model Research Finding : The results of the study show that digital marketing and brand image have a significant effect on purchase intention. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research also proves that digital-based marketing activities through Marketpalce and social media are very effective during the pandemic. Practitionel/Policy implication : digital marketing and brand image play a role in increasing sales. to increase the sales intention of these products, the management must improve digital marketing. Research limitation : This research only focuses on two variables, namely digital marketing and brand image.

Abstract

This paper examines the impact of financial literacy on tax compliance in Indonesia, particularly focusing on the upcoming increase in Value Added Tax (VAT) to 12% scheduled for 2024. As a developing nation with as substantial population, Indonesia faces challenges in increasing state revenue through taxation. Financial literacy, defined as the ability to understand and effectively manage financial concepts, plays a vital role in enhancing tax compliance among the populace. The study highlights that individuals with higher financial literacy are more likely to comprehend the importance of paying taxes, understand their rights and obligations as taxpayers, and accurately calculate their tax liabilities. Conversely, those with lower financial literacy levels often struggle to grasp tax regulations and may be less compliant. The findings underscore that boosting financial literacy among the Indonesian population could lead to improved tax compliance, which is essential for increasing government revenue and promoting economic growth. Furthermore, this research emphasizes the need for educational programs aimed at enhancing financial literacy, thus fostering a culture of compliance. A qualitative approach was adopted, involving literature reviews and thematic analyses to explore taxpayer perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors regarding the 12% VAT increase. Ultimately, the success of tax policy initiatives in Indonesia is contingent upon the level of financial literacy within the community.

Abstract

The Nyongkolan tradition is a distinctive marriage procession within the Sasak community in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, which combines elements of customary law with Islamic law. This study aims to examine how the integration of Islamic law and Sasak customary law occurs in the implementation of Nyongkolan, as well as the challenges faced in harmonizing the two. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving religious leaders, customary figures, and members of the Sasak community involved in the marriage procession. The findings of the study show that although there is potential conflict between the principle of simplicity in Islam and some customary elements considered excessive, both Islamic law and customary law play important roles in strengthening the relationship between the two families of the bride and groom, as well as preserving local cultural values. Dialogue and mutual understanding between religious leaders and customary figures are necessary to achieve harmonious integration between the two. This study reveals the importance of maintaining a balance between tradition and religious teachings to preserve the essence of a marriage that is legitimate both in terms of religion and culture, as well as enriching the identity of the Sasak community.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Article 7 of Bandar Lampung City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2022 on Market Administration, which obliges the local government to maintain accessibility and traffic flow around traditional markets. The research is motivated by the continued use of public roadways as trading areas at Pasar Tani, Kemiling Subdistrict, which disrupts public order and compromises collective interests. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Article 7 and to examine its implementation from the perspective of fiqh siyasah tanfidziyyah. Employing a qualitative method with a juridical-empirical approach, data were obtained through semi structured interviews with five traders and three officials of the Bandar Lampung City Trade Office, as well as analysis of statutory regulations and classical and contemporary fiqh siyasah literature. The findings reveal that the regulation’s implementation remains suboptimal due to inconsistent law enforcement, limited administrative capacity, and low legal compliance among traders. From a fiqh siyasah tanfidziyyah perspective, this condition indicates the insufficient role of local government as ulī al-amr in realizing justice, public welfare, and harm prevention.

Abstract

The practice of child marriage in Indramayu Regency remains a complex social issue, despite various efforts being made to address it. This study aims to analyze the convergence between Islamic Law and the Child Protection Law in handling child marriage cases in the region, as well as to identify the factors that influence the success or failure of the implementation of both legal systems in protecting children's rights. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews with relevant informants, field observations, and document and secondary data analysis. The research findings show that although Islamic Law allows child marriage under certain conditions, the Child Protection Law explicitly prohibits it to safeguard children's rights. However, the implementation of both legal systems is often hindered by social, cultural, and economic factors, such as poverty, arranged marriages, and the mental and physical unpreparedness of children for marriage. The synergy between the two in the local context has not been fully optimized, although there have been efforts to strengthen policies from the local government, including the enhancement of education and supervision. Therefore, this study recommends the need to strengthen policies, raise public awareness, and foster synergy between the government, legal institutions, and civil society organizations to prevent child marriage practices and protect children's rights in Indramayu Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran kelas yang masih berpusat pada pendidik, kurangnya antusias dan keaktifan, serta kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik terhadap struktur teks surat resmi. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya model pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses implementasi, hasil belajar, dan respons peserta didik terhadap model pembelajaran TGT (Teams Game Tournament) berbasis Baamboozle dalam pembelajaran struktur teks surat resmi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 dan 31 Juli 2025 dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas 7E SMP Negeri 53 Surabaya sebanyak 34 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan berjalan sangat baik dengan persentase observasi pendidik sebesar 89,77% dan persentase observasi peserta didik sebesar 83,92%. Rata-rata hasil belajar juga meningkat antara pretest (52) dan posttest (81,26), ditambah hasil uji t menunjukkan =13,907 < =2,035  dan signifikansi (two tailed) 0,001 < 0,05 yang menyatakan ditolak dan diterima sehingga model pembelajaran TGT berdampak efektif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Respons peserta didik menunjukkan persentase sebesar 88,82% sehingga termasuk dalam kategori respons yang sangat positif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran TGT efektif terhadap hasil belajar struktur teks surat resmi peserta didik.

Abstract

Modern social developments have led to the increasing use of daycare services as an alternative form of childcare, particularly among dual-income families. This phenomenon raises juridical issues concerning the position of hadhanah (child custody in Islamic law) and the limits of parental responsibility when certain caregiving functions are delegated to childcare institutions. This study aims to analyze daycare practices from the perspectives of Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, as well as to examine their relevance to the concept of hadhanah and parental obligations. This research employs a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach, encompassing the statute approach, conceptual approach, and comparative approach. Data were collected through library research, including statutory regulations, classical fiqh literature, scholarly journals, and relevant court decisions.The findings indicate that Islamic law permits the involvement of third parties in childcare, provided that it does not eliminate the primary responsibility of parents and continues to ensure the welfare of the child. Under Indonesian positive law, daycare practices are allowed as long as they comply with the principles of child protection and the best interests of the child. This study concludes that daycare can be regarded as a legally acceptable form of modern collective childcare, as long as parents remain the primary subjects responsible for the child’s growth and development

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of smart tourism as an innovative strategy in increasing regional economic capacity, with a focus on case studies in the coastal areas of East Java, namely Banyuwangi, Situbondo, and Gresik. A qualitative-descriptive approach was used through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies to explore the practice of implementing tourism digitalization and its impact on local communities. The results of the study show that the integration of information and communication technology in the management of tourist destinations is able to expand promotion, encourage service innovation, and empower MSMEs and local communities. However, digital infrastructure gaps, low technological literacy, and lack of synergy between stakeholders remain significant challenges. This research contributes theoretically to expanding the understanding of the concept of smart tourism in the context of developing countries and practically provides a strategic model that can be adopted by local governments and tourism industry players. These findings confirm that the success of smart tourism is highly dependent on multi-sector collaboration, participatory approaches, and the inclusive and sustainable use of technology to drive the economic growth of coastal areas

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh SMK, khususnya dalam program keahlian akuntansi, adalah rendahnya kompetensi siswa dalam penguasaan aplikasi akuntansi digital seperti Accurate, yang berdampak pada kesiapan mereka menghadapi uji kompetensi dan dunia kerja. Rendahnya nilai rata-rata siswa, partisipasi, serta tingkat kepuasan dan kelulusan menunjukkan perlunya inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan praktis dan pengetahuan siswa melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan langsung penggunaan aplikasi Accurate. Penyelesaian masalah dilakukan melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik yang melibatkan simulasi transaksi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan digital. Pelatihan disusun dalam 4 sesi berdurasi 200 menit, mengadopsi pendekatan konstruktivisme dan experiential learning agar siswa aktif membangun pemahaman melalui pengalaman nyata. Hasil terukur dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan: nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 55 menjadi 75, tingkat kelulusan UK naik dari 75% menjadi 98%, dan kepuasan peserta melonjak dari 2,1 menjadi 3,65 dalam skala Likert 1–4. Selain itu, waktu pembelajaran menjadi lebih efisien, dan tingkat retensi materi juga meningkat. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi aplikasi Accurate dalam pembelajaran mampu menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akuntansi digital siswa SMK serta mempersiapkan mereka lebih baik dalam menghadapi uji kompetensi keahlian.

Abstract

One solution to reduce unemployment is by creating many job vacancies. Creating job opportunities must be started as early as possible at school. Therefore, the government instituted the structured model for education within entrepreneurship class. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of students&rsquo; internal factors, such as interest, self-empowerment, and motivation, influencing them on making decision to be an entrepreneur. This study took the sample from the students of Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya who have run a business or who have planned to start their own business. The total of collected sample was forty-two respondents. This study employed cluster random sampling to choose the respondent. Conclusion: This study proved that the internal factors, such as interest, self-empowerment, and motivation contributes 50,8% for influencing students to decide to be an entrepreneur. F statistics test result showed 0,000 < 0, 05; thus, it can be implied that variable X (Interest, Self-empowerment, and Motivation) influenced Y (students&rsquo;s decision to be an entrepreneur.)
