Literatures discussed include concepts and hypotheses related to salesperson performance. The research approach applied in this study is quantitative, involving one of the largest Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in Indonesia, PT. Rodamas. Samples were determined using the sampling formula, resulting in 291 respondents that was selected based on Java Island’s. To analyse data according to the research model, we apply regression analysis with a specific technique to explore the effect of moderation. The results obtained indicate that two of the three hypotheses are supported, while one is not. The implication of this research result is that the company needs to follow up on this research result to apply it to policies and implement it in the company to improve salesperson performance.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive and globalized business environment, procurement has evolved from a transactional function to a strategic driver of organizational efficiency and competitive advantage. The quality and service performance of suppliers are critical, yet their pathway to influencing overall procurement success requires further empirical exploration. This research aims to analyze the influence of supplier quality and supplier services on procurement competitive advantages and their impact on procurement performance. In an increasingly competitive business environment, procurement functions play a strategic role in supporting operational efficiency and a company’s competitive edge. This research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through surveys of procurement managers across various industry sectors. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used for data analysis. The results indicate that both supplier quality and supplier services have a positive and significant impact on procurement competitive advantages. Furthermore, procurement competitive advantages significantly enhance procurement performance, particularly in terms of cost efficiency, responsiveness, and internal stakeholder satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of building strategic relationships with high-quality and responsive suppliers to achieve superior procurement performance.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe the characteristics of algebraic problem solving based on students' learning styles on PISA content type questions change and the study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a population of students at SMA Negeri 1 Kediri. Subjects were selected using a learning style questionnaire, resulting in three research subjects, each representing visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. The research instruments included a learning style questionnaire, PISA-type content questions, and a questionnaire change and relationship Level 4 with a moderate level of difficulty, along with interview guidelines. The analysis of problem-solving characteristics is based on Polya's problem-solving indicators: understanding the problem, planning a solution, implementing the plan, and reexamining the solution. The results showed that subjects with a kinesthetic learning style were able to complete all stages of problem-solving and achieved the highest score compared to other learning styles. These findings also indicate that PISA content-type questions change, and relationships reveal the characteristics of students' algebraic problem solving based on learning styles.

Abstract

This research investigates how compensation, workload, and job satisfaction impact work performance. Adopting a deductive methodology, the study tests seven hypotheses examining the direct effects of compensation and workload on performance, as well as their indirect effects mediated by job satisfaction. Data were gathered from 144 employees at the BRIN Main Inspectorate using questionnaires and subsequently analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). The results highlight job satisfaction's crucial role in bridging the gap between compensation, workload, and work performance. The study concludes by emphasizing the significance of equitable compensation, manageable workloads, and high job satisfaction for enhancing work performance and achieving organizational objectives, offering practical suggestions for improving organizational effectiveness.
