Abstract

This research aims to determine the principal's strategy in realizing madrasa competitiveness through an analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Ponorogo. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study research design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Source triangulation and technical triangulation were used to ensure the validity and reliability of the data. Data analysis was carried out by referring to the concepts of Milles, Huberman and Saldana; data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Ponorogo has implemented well strategic management in achieving madrasa competitiveness. This is proven by the achievement of madrasa targets in accordance with the prepared plans. Apart from that, it can be seen from the results of the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis through detailed internal and external factor analysis in the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) matrices. The results of the matrix shows that Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Ponorogo is in quadrant 1. This position shows that the madrasa is in development and growth position. Therefore, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Ponorogo is advised to use a progressive strategy by utilizing the internal strengths of the madrasah to take advantage of opportunities so that the madrasah's global competitiveness is realized.

Abstract

Children with special needs need more attention in education, because they also have potential within themselves. Parents, teachers and the government are resources that are expected to support the implementation of the curriculum for children with special needs. This research seeks to explore the role of parents, schools and government in implementing the curriculum for children with special needs, as well as any weaknesses in its implementation. Data was obtained from resource room observations, interviews with school principals and special support teachers and documentation. The results of the research show that parents, schools and the government have supported the implementation of the curriculum for children with special needs well, although there are several weaknesses in its implementation. From these results it can be concluded that parents and schools play an active role in implementing the curriculum for children with special needs, while the government is still not optimal for several reasons. Therefore, government policies must be properly enforced in their implementation.

Abstract

Curriculum renewal influences not only educational content, but also overall school management practices. In this study, we investigate the impact of curriculum reform on school management practices with an interdisciplinary approach. Through a literature review, we identified various forms of impact, including changes in management paradigm, organizational structure, school culture, teacher skills, education quality, community involvement, management skills, resource quality, student involvement, and service quality. Our findings suggest that school management must adapt planning, training, resource provision, and community involvement to manage change. Regular evaluations are needed to develop more effective education policies and school management practices, with policy adjustments based on evaluation findings. Good communication and involvement of all stakeholders is the key to implementing significant changes in increasing educational effectiveness.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of (a) Can the application of the inquiry learning model improve the learning outcomes of ablution material for class 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko (b) How can the application of the inquiry learning model improve the learning outcomes for ablution material for class 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko? Meanwhile, the objectives The results of this research are (a) To find out whether the application of the inquiry learning model can improve the learning outcomes of ablution material for class 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko (b) To find out the application of the inquiry learning model in improving the learning outcomes for ablution material for class 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko . This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: Planning, Action, observation and reflection. The target of this research is grade 1 students for the 2023-2024 school year. The data obtained is in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely, pre-cycle (35%), cycle I (65%), cycle III (85%). The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Inquiry learning model has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of grade 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko and this learning model can be used as an alternative PAI learning Abstrak Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan (a) Apakah penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi berwudhu peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko (b) Bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar materi berwudhu peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (a) Untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi berwudhu peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko (b) Untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar materi berwudhu peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu : Perencanaan, Tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 Tahun pelajaran 2023-2024. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu, pra siklus (35%), siklus I (65%), siklus III (85%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini Penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

Bagi masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran kebijakan perubahan kebijakan biasanya penuh dengan kesulitan. Seperti halnya perubahan kebijakan kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini. Perubahan kurikulum ini merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan guna menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan kompeten. Penelitian ini berupaya mengeksplorasi dampak perubahan kebijakan kurikulum terhadap guru. Data diperoleh melalui observasi kelas, wawancara kepada kepala kurikulum dan juga guru serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa unsur yang berbeda dalam kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum mandiri. baik dalam kerangka dasar, kompetensi sasaran, struktur kurikulum, proses pembelajaran, perangkat pengajaran dan perangkat kurikulum yang termasuk dalam kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum mandiri. Dampak langsung perubahan kebijakan kurikulum terhadap guru adalah pertama, persepsi guru, kedua, metode pengajaran, dan ketiga, dampak terhadap profesionalisme guru. sedangkan dampak tidak langsungnya terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru.

Abstract

Case self-harm in children is believed to be caused by trauma which triggers stress, and the lack of safe and comfortable conditions for children, one of which is in the school environment. This research aims to explore cases of self-harm in elementary school-aged children so that we can understand the triggering factors and the role of child-friendly schools in reducing this tendency. The method used is a case-study in qualitative research. The results of the research stated that cases of self-harm at the Rumah Belajar Cendekia Surabaya were generally caused by psychosocial factors. Due to the urge to conform to what his friends are doing, the child injures his wrist to prove that he is brave enough to feel pain so that he is not considered weak because he succeeds in following the trend. The child's social environment, especially the group of school friends, is the main trigger for self-harm in this case. Therefore, through it, schools can create a safe and comfortable school environment, so that children can grow and develop well, remembering that schools also ensure that children's rights are fulfilled and protect them from acts of violence, discrimination, or mistreatment. Not only does it affect children's academic achievement, but it also has a positive impact on children's mental health at school because the risk of self-harm behavior as a child's coping mechanism for dealing with emotional stress decreases. So it can be concluded that child-friendly schools have an important role in reducing self-harm tendencies in elementary children. ABSTRAK Kasus perusakan diri atau menyakiti diri sendiri (self-harm) pada anak diyakini disebabkan oleh trauma yang memicu stress, dan belum terciptanya kondisi yang aman dan nyaman bagi anak salah satunya di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami kasus self-harm pada anak usia SD/MI, sehingga dapat memahami faktor-faktor yang memicu kecenderungan self-harm pada anak dan peran Sekolah Ramah Anak dalam mengurangi kecenderungan self-harm pada anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dalam penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa kasus self-harm di Rumah Belajar Cendekia Surabaya sebagian besar disebabkan oleh faktor psikososial. Karena adanya dorongan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh teman-temannya, anak melukai pergelangan tangannya untuk membuktikan bahwa dirinya berani merasakan rasa sakit, sehingga dia tidak dianggap lemah karena berhasil mengikuti tren. Lingkungan sosial anak terutama kelompok teman sekolah menjadi pemicu utama terjadinya self-harm dalam kasus ini. Maka dari itu, melalui Sekolah Ramah Anak, pihak sekolah dapat menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan nyaman, sehingga anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik, mengingat sekolah juga memastikan terpenuhinya hak-hak anak dan melindunginya dari tindak kekerasan, diskriminasi maupun perlakuan yang salah. Tidak hanya berpengaruh pada prestasi akademis anak, hal tersebut juga berdampak baik terhadap kesehatan mental anak di sekolah karena beresiko munculnya perilaku self-harm sebagai mekanisme koping anak untuk mengatasi tekanan emosi yang menurun. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Sekolah Ramah Anak memiliki peran penting dalam rangka mengurangi kecenderungan self-harm pada anak usia SD/MI.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap manajemen kurikulum di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Murozza untuk membentuk santri berjiwa religius. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan kegiatan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini menerapkan tiga proses kegiatan yaitu kondensasi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa tahapan manajemen kurikulum diantaranya: (1) Perencanaan: menyusun tujuan dan program, menyusun jadwal kegiatan, (2) Pengorganisasian: membagi struktur organisasi pesantren, membagi struktur organisasi kurikulum, (3) Pelaksanaan: pendidikan formal, pendidikan diniyah, pengajaran al-Qur’an, (4) Pengawasan: secara langsung (mengamati proses pembelajaran didalam kelas, mengamati kinerja para ustadz/ustadzah) dan tidak langsung (mengamati statistik hasil belajar para santri melalui aplikasi SIPond).

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in culture, religion and ethnicity. This diversity gives strength but also poses challenges, especially in maintaining harmony. Multicultural education in Islamic Religious Education lessons has long been discussed, but applying these values is still not optimal. So, it is very important to integrate the values of multicultural education at all levels of education in Indonesia, including at the junior high school level, as a foundation for character building in early adolescence. This research aims to explore more deeply how multicultural values are implemented in SMPN 13 Malang and how multicultural values can be integrated into the context of Islamic Education. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The subjects in this research are the vice curriculum, Islamic Education teachers and student representatives. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation methods, while the data were analysed with descriptive qualitative through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this research shows that SMPN 13 Malang applies multicultural values such as tolerance value, equality value, and freedom value. Meanwhile, multicultural values in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMPN 13 Malang are integrated through various aspects such as the materials, methods, and teaching media.

Abstract

School principals are essential in shaping the Qur'anic character of the educational institutions they lead. This research is categorized as multi-case field research with data described descriptively. The main instrument of this research is the researcher, who explores data using three methods: interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out in two stages: individual case data analysis and cross-case data analysis. The researcher draws the following conclusions: First, the principal leadership model in two institutions: a) inclusive low profile model, b) social helpful model, and c) equilibrium structure model. Second, the school principal's strategic steps in forming Qur'anic character: a) integration of subjective spiritual and objective skills, b) implementation of organic spiritual collectivity strategies, and c) internalization of active, positive religiosity values. Third, students' Qur'anic character is formed through the leadership of the school principal: a) assimilation of spiritual values, b) exploration of dimensions of faith, c) contextualization of the Qur'an, d) planned disciplinary management, and e) religious inspiration in education This research provides the following theoretical implications: a) through the leadership model that is built, the principal, spiritual leader influences school culture in the formation of student character, b) the leadership model of the two school principals becomes a role model in the formation of students' Qur'anic character through the program. joint school activity program.
