Salah satu upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru adalah dengan meningkatkan intensitas guru dalam melalukan penelitian. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru ekonomi dalam bidang penelitian yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran di SMKN 1 Kota Batu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui dua tahapan kegiatan, yakni tahap penyampaian materi prinsip riset dan tahapanya termasuk aplikasi SPSS, Stata, dan Eviews dan tahap pendampingan penyusunan proposal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti 25 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, penugasan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan adalah terdapat peningkatan wawasan dan semangat guru dalam melakukan penelitian bagi kepentingan pembelajaran, keterampilan guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi pengolahan data serta terdapat proposal yang telah layak untuk ditindaklanjuti dalam bentuk penelitian.Kata kunci—Profesionalisme Guru, Pendampingan Pelatihan Metode Penelitian, SMKN 1 Kota BatuAbstractOne effort to improve teacher professionalism is to increase the intensity of teachers in conducting research. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability of economic teachers in the field of research related to the learning process at SMK 1 Batu. The implementation of community service activities is carried out through two stages of activities, namely the stage of delivering the material of research principles and the stages including the application of SPSS, Stata, and Eviews and the assistance stage of preparing the proposal. This community service activity was attended by 25 teachers. The methods used are lectures, discussions, assignments, assistance and evaluation. The result of the activity is that there is an increase in teachers' insights and enthusiasm in conducting research for the sake of learning, teacher skills in using data processing applications and there are proposals that have been feasible to be followed up in the form of research.Keywords—Teacher Professionalism, Research Method Training Assistance, SMK 1 Batu

The National Standard of Education (NSE) in Indonesia is a legitimate instrument to reach the best achievement. Yet, there are still the other positive factors, especially on economics subjects. This research aimed to find out the direct effect of the national standard of education (NSE) involving in a standard of content (SC), standard for educator and education staff (SEE), standard of facilities (SF), standard of assessment (SA), standard of the process (SP) and competence graduate standard (CGS) on achievement motivation (AM) and economics learning achievement (ELA), and to find out the indirect influence of SC, SEE, SF, SA, SP, and CGS on ELA through AM. This descriptive quantitative research used a survey to collect the data. The population is Indonesian senior high school students who have learned the economy for, at least. A total of 1065 students were selected through using proportional stratified random sampling with the Slovin formula (error=1%). The data in this study were collected through The data were subsequently analyized using Structural Equation Modeling (Partial Least Square approach). The result of this research showed that there was a direct effect of SC, SEE, SF, SA, SP, and CGS and AM on ELA. Then, there was an indirect effect of SC, SEE, SF, SA, and CGS on ELA through AM as a mediating variable.

Teachers need to organize learning that is contextual, innovative, and interesting so that students are more motivated to learn and they get better learning outcomes. The research was aimed to examine the effectiveness of role-playing model to improve the twelfth-grade social students’ learning motivation and their learning achievements on accounting subject with basic competence of practicing accounting cycles of service companies. The research was conducted with a quasi experiment for 3 public high schools in Sleman Regency. There were 206 total respondents for this research. Research data was gathered by using two methods: tests and questionnaires. Independent sample t-test was used for data analysis techniques. The result of this research showed that t-test for equality of mean of learning motivation was significant (sig. = .000 α = .05) and learning achievement was also significant (sig. = .000 α = .05). At the treatment class, students’ learning motivation was very high and their learning achievement was high. Thus, it was concluded that the role playing model was effective to improve the twelfth-grade social students’ learning motivation and their learning achievements on accounting subject with basic competence of practicing accounting cycles of service companies.

This paper investigates the mattering predictor of students’ entrepreneurial attitudes and intentions among Indonesian university students. The research involves some variables, including subjective norms, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial environment as a predictor of attitudes and intentions for entrepreneurship. To understand the relationship between variables, this study incorporates explanatory research using structural equation analysis. The data were gathered undergoing online questionnaires, which were provided in Google form and distributed to participants via WhatsApp. The findings indicate that students’ entrepreneurial attitude can be performed by entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial environment and subjective norms. This finding also points out a significant link between entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial intentions. Additionally, students’ intention for entrepreneurship can be explained by subjective norms and the entrepreneurial environment. However, this finding confirms that entrepreneurship education failed in determining students’ intention for entrepreneurship. Lastly, this study also confirms the role of entrepreneurial attitudes in mediating entrepreneurship education, subjective norms and intention for entrepreneurship. Dewasa ini perkembangan jasa konstruksi banyak mengalami kemajuan yang pesat terutama dibidang pembangunan infrastruktur. Karena kebutuhan akan infrastruktur ini akan banyak membantu dari segi perekonomian bangsa kita. Dengan kondisi seperti ini maka dibutuhkan perusahaan jasa konstruksi yang mempunyai skala nasional serta memiliki pengalaman yang baik dibidangnya. Dalam hal ini PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) merupakan salah satu perusahan di bidang jasa konstruksi yang memiliki skala nasional harus mempunyai daya saing yang baik dengan jasa konstruksi lainnya. Dengan adanya daya saing inilah PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) hendaknya meningkatkan kualitas kinerja daripada sumber daya manusianya pada umumnya dan terhadap kompetensi Manajer Proyek pada khususnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi Manajer Proyek terhadap kualitas pekerjaan, serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhinya. Dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tersebut pihak perusahaan akan dapat menentukan strategi yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja Manajer Proyek tersebut. Dimana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi Manajer Proyek terhadap kualitas pekerjaan secara signifikan adalah faktor pengetahuan, keahlian, sikap dan perilaku serta manajemen.

This research is motivated by the productive behavior of underprivileged families in utilizing social assistance from the Hope Family Program or PKH. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. The location of this research is in Sindetayar Village, Besuk District, Probolinggo Regency. The selection of these informants used a snowball sampling approach with 10 informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work owned by underprivileged families is only sufficient for basic needs and the PKH assistance provided by the government does not change the behavior patterns of underprivileged families who are more likely to use the social assistance to cover debts or buy consumptive goods

This research is motivated by the development of today's increasingly advanced technology that makes teenagers use money at will to buy goods online without thinking about their use so that women have such an important contribution to teaching economic education that has been taught from generation to generation. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. The local people in this research are in Donowarih Village, KarangpIoso District, Malang Regency. The selection of informants carried out in the study was using the snowball technique. The data collection technique was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that women internalize economic education from an early age by applying things by using money with care, saving, and living frugally so that children become wise economic actors. Women internalize financial management by giving pocket money so that children can be responsible for the trust given. The perceived barriers include being lazy to help parents work, tending to behave conservatively, and having different opinions in terms of consumption patterns

Purpose: Most economic education students at STKIP PGRI Nganjuk feel that the large selection of products when shopping online makes them monitor the product they will buy every day. If they don't buy the item they have seen in the online shop, there will be a feeling of regret, so they decide to buy the item even though not a need at that time. Therefore, research was conducted on financial literacy, amount of pocket money, and lifestyle on the consumption behavior of STKIP PGRI Nganjuk economics students. This study aimed to analyze the effect of financial literacy, amount of pocket money, and lifestyle on the consumption behavior of STKIP PGRI Nganjuk economics students. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative approach to the explanatory method. This research was conducted in the economic education study program STKIP PGRI Nganjuk with a population of 275 students from semesters 1, 3, 5, and 7, while the sample in this study was 163 students who were calculated using the slovin formula with proportional sampling technique. The data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 26. Findings: The results of the analysis in this study show that: 1) Financial literacy affects consumer behavior, 2) The amount of pocket money affects consumer behavior, 3) Lifestyle influences consumer behavior, 4) Financial literacy, amount of pocket money, and lifestyle significantly affect the consumption behavior of STKIP PGRI Nganjuk Economic Education. Practical implications: The benefits of research results can be input for economic education students, further researchers, Universitas Negeri Malang campus, and the reader. This research is motivated by the importance of learning programs as the first step made by schools, especially teachers to serve as guidelines in one school year. In addition, the learning program is also an important aspect of the learning system to be used as the basis for the implementation process and assessing learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of phenomenology. The research was conducted at Santa Maria Catholic High School and Saint Albertus Catholic High School Malang. The informant collection technique in this study was a purposive sampling technique, namely class XI economics teachers. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are economic learning programs in both schools including program planning as environmental input; and instrumental inputs such as determining Basic Competency (KD), Operational Verbs (KKO), content, and learning methods; preparation of learning tools; the availability of media and learning resources, as well as the establishment of an assessment program and Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), where teachers attend Work Meetings (Raker) and hold Study Field Teacher Consultations (MGBS) in planning, establishing, and compiling learning programs at the beginning of the school year. The purpose of this study is to describe economic learning programs that support the learning process and student learning outcomes as well as to be used as material for evaluating planning, determining and compiling next year's learning programs
