Abstract

As an agricultural-based village, wives in Mojorejo village located in Ponorogo, East Java have been supporting the family income from occasional production of bamboo handicrafts, e.g., ‘besek’, ‘tumbu’, and ‘rinjing’ for generations. Despite its great potential, this bamboo handicraft is still produced individually with one family produced only one type of product, resulting in low economical impact for the family and the village. This community service program aimed to establish a ‘bamboo handicraft center’ with the final goal of increasing the income of the community in Mojorejo Village. This community service program employs a participatory rural appraisal (PRA) approach, which in the implementation of the program, several methods were used, in the form of focus group discussions, training, technology introduction, counseling, and mentoring. As a result of this community development program, the community's economy has increased through the development of new products and management of the micro-businesses from production to marketing

Abstract

Pergumulan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta dalam diskursus integrasi keilmuan, berujung pada pembangunan paradigma keilmuan yang berciri-khas, yaitu integrasi-interkoneksi. Satu dasawarsa berjalan, universitasitu telah mengembangkan tradisi akademik baru, yang ditandai denganpola pengembangan bidang penelitian dan produk-produk karya ilmiah sivitas akademikanya. Artikel ini mengungkap pengembangan keilmuan sebagaimana ditunjukkan pada karya dosen-dosennya. Dengan perspektif filsafat ilmu, kajian ini melihat implementasi paradigma UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta pada tataran pola pengembangan ilmu. Oleh karena itu, objek kajiannya adalah buku-buku karya dosen melalui metode survei kritis, satu model penelitian dengan melakukan pembacaan, memahami maksud, membandingkan dan mengindentifikasi aspek-aspek tertentu dalam kerangka pembacanya. Secara umum, karya-karya dosen bercorak memperkokoh, mengembangkan, dan mem-breakdown paradigma keilmuan yang dikembangkannya. Meski demikian, ada beberapa karya yang merupakan penerapan dari empat model aplikasi pengembangan keilmuan,yaitu komplementasi, konfirmasi, kontribusi, dan komparasi. Pola ini ternyata menempatkan al-Qur’an dan al-Sunnah pada posisi yang sejajar dengan konsep, teori, dan temuan sains padahal hingga di bangunan paradigma “spider web”-nya, kedua sumber itu berposisi sebagai “sentral keilmuan”.The involvement of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta in the integration of scientific discourse, led to the development of distinctively scientific paradigm, namely integration-interconnection. A decade running, the university has developed a new academic tradition, characterized by patterns of development in the field of research and the products of scientific work of the academic community. This article reveal the scientific development as shown in the workof the lecturers. With the perspective of philosophy of science, this study sees the implementation of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta paradigm on the level of science development pattern. Therefore the object of the study is the books of lecturers through critical survey methods, a model of research by reading, understanding the purpose, comparing and identifying certain aspects in the frame of the reader. In general, the works of the lecturers is to strengthen, develop, and detailing the scientific paradigm, which he developed. However, there are some works which is the application of the four models of the application of scientific development, namely complementation, confirmations, contributions, and comparisons. This pattern turns placing al-Quran and al-Sunnah in a position parallel with the concepts, theories, and scientific findings, while in the paradigm building of “spider web”, both sources playsas “central of science”.

Abstract

Carbon Emission Disclosure adalah salah satu bagian Carbon Accounting, yaitu keharusan sebuah perusahaan untuk mengukur, mengakui, mencatat, menyajikan dan mengungkapkan carbon emission. Carbon emission disclosure adalah bagian pengungkapan lingkungan pada sustainability report yang diungkapkan oleh perusahaan terutama tipe industri high profile. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan pengaruh dari growth (pertumbuhan), firm size (ukuran perusahaan), profitability (profitabilitas) dan environmental performance (kinerja lingkungan) pada carbon emission disclosure. Populasi yang diteliti pada penelitian yaitu perusahaan pada industri high profile dan listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2017-2020. Sampel pada penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan ditemukan 23 perusahaan selama periode 4 tahun, sehingga menghasilkan 92 sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini adalah Regresi Data Panel. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa growth, firm size, profitability dan environmental performance berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap carbon emission disclosure. Secara parsial environmental performance dan firm size mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif, profitability mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan negatif. Sedangkan growth tidak mempengaruhi carbon emission disclosure (pengungkapan emisi karbon).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan manajemen keuangan dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Manajemen keuangan pendidikan merujuk pada proses profesional dan proporsional dalam mengatur pengelolaan keuangan yang diperuntukkan bagi program-program pelaksanaan operasional pendidikan. Manajemen keuangan merupakan bagian integral dari pengelolaan sekolah yang memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan jalannya kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam manajemen keuangan serta bagaimana penerapannya dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui penelitian perpustakaan yang bertujuan untuk memahami pesan yang terkandung dalam suatu teks. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan dalam pendidikan Islam melibatkan proses alokasi sumber daya untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional pendidikan, yang mencakup perencanaan pendanaan, implementasi anggaran pendidikan, serta pencatatan dan pemeriksaan atau pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan anggaran pendidikan. Tujuan utama dari manajemen keuangan pendidikan adalah penggunaan dana atau anggaran secara efisien dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Dhikr is a form of communication between humans and God through spiritual practices in the form of dhikr. The dhikr activity that was tried by a group of Jamiyah thoriqoh Tijaniyah was to find an activity that was tried by carrying out Allah's commands and avoiding the prohibitions and getting closer to Allah by practicing Sufism according to the example of the Prophet Muhammad who was brought by a Sufi of the Tijaniyyah tribe named Sheikh Ahmad At-Tijani. The purpose of this research is to identify how the process of applying dhikr thoriqoh At-Tijaniyah is seen from a communication perspective, and to recognize the phenomenon of the dhikr ritual of thoriqoh Tijaniyah congregation in perspective communication. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the instrument used as a method of in-depth interviews with research subjects and conducting participatory observations in Pasawah Village, Susukan Lebak District, Cirebon Regency. The results of this study prove that the process of Thoriqoh At-Tijaniyah's dhikr activity has two ways of doxologi, there are common doxology and ikhtiyari, common doxology has 3 doxology factors: general doxology, wadzifah doxology, doxology salamalah. Dhikr wadzifah is tried every Thursday afternoon and doxology salamalah is tried every Friday afternoon.

Abstract

This study examines the extent to which the application of power point assisted by the demonstration method for Islamic religious subjects at the Cirebon Maritime Academy. This research is based on the problem of the rapid development of the technological era in the era of globalization, of course the world of education will be affected, education now must refer to the pattern of 21st century education which focuses on students to think critically and be able to use information technology. Lecturers must be able to properly apply the PowerPoint-assisted demonstration method to Islamic religious subjects. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of the PowerPoint assisted demonstration method was carried out in the eyes of the Islamic religion at the Cirebon Maritime Academy. This research was conducted with the following procedures: data collection, data compaction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data collection techniques by observing, interviewing and documentation. The conclusion from this study is that the application of powerpoint assisted by the demonstration method by lecturers can help the student learning process, so that students can receive good learning in class. The results of this study consist of the application and support of PowerPoint-assisted demonstration methods in Islamic religious subjects. At the implementation stage it is quite good, as evidenced by the presence of lecturers who carry out learning using PowerPoint media, lecturers who actively teach using several teaching methods and lecturers who always lead discussion groups. However, the support stage is not yet perfect because the media and facilities on campus are inadequate, such as limited computers on campus, limited projector equipment in class and the current lack of electrical installations or electrical connectors in class.

Abstract

Some countries much use English as an international language all over the world. Unfortunately, the use of English in some countries is different from each other.  In this case, Indonesia uses English as a foreign language. There are four English skills, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The mastery of vocabulary is a vital aspect in learning a language; we will not be able to speak to read, and write any language if we do not master it in vocabulary. Therefore, vocabulary has an essential role because it is his primary instrument of language. The student's mastery of English vocabulary is still low. Some factors that cause why the students' vocabulary is still low are the teacher's technique that does not motivate students in learning English. Instrument of the collecting data used by the writer is observation, interview, and test. In doing research, the writer uses a quantitative approach. It means that the data being obtained are presented by number and then interpreted by using statistical analysis. The conclusion of the research is the application of mastery of vocabulary on ability in making paraphrase. It is is know the result the student' of the mastery of vocabulary (X variable) in the average of 71.142 and the result the students' of ability in making paraphrase (Y variable) in the average of 68.00. Correlation of C variable on Y variable showing 0.418%. It means that 0.418 is enough to influence the correlation between applying the students' mastery of vocabulary on their ability to make paraphrase.

Abstract

Online loans are one of the financing business models organized using applications on the internet, the online loan business is currently developing so fast because it offers loans that can reach a sufficiently large amount with easy terms, procedures, and transaction processes, all intended to improve people's economic conditions. However, its implementation still sparks many legal problems and presents challenges for digital law in Indonesia. This study aims to study the challenges faced by Indonesian digital law due to the growth of the online loan business and to explore how the prospects of the online loan (fintech) business in improving the economic conditions of the Indonesian people. This research used empirical juridical methods, a case, and a statutory approach. The results showed that the challenges faced by Indonesian law in anticipating the growth of online businesses tainted by various legal cases require a more comprehensive rule of law in the form of legislation, thereby supporting the growth of prospects of the online loan business in an effort to improve the economy of the people of the state.

Abstract

Pengawasan mutu terkain pangan olahan berbasis ikan penting untuk dilakukan karena ikan merupakan bahan yang mudah rusak dari segi fisik dan kandungan gizinya. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui pengawasan mutu pada proses produk Baby Fish Crispy di UMKM Suhada Food, Cianjur.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah kerja nyata, pengamatan dengan melihat langsung aktivitas di lapangan disertai wawancara, pencatatan, diskusi, dan telaah pustaka. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan mutu pada UMKM Suhada Food produk baby fish di Cianjur secara keseluruhan telah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih ada beberapa aspek yang harus diperbaiki, seperti halnya masih belum menerapkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang telah ditetapakan secara terstruktur disetiap prosesnya. Kajian selanjutnya dapat memfokuskan pada perbaikan mengenai prosedur operasional baku dalam pengolahan baby fish crispy.

Abstract

This article aims to describe a community service program by establishing a village library to increase the literacy of the people of Bawu village, Batealit, Jepara. There are two problems studied in this paper, namely 1) How to establish a village library to increase the literacy of the Bawu village community? 2) what are the results of the program? This program is implemented using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method with stages: a) problem identification b) planning c) implementation d) monitoring e) evaluation. The result of this program was the establishment of the Bawu Batealit Jepara village library, which was named the "Balai Pintar" library. This library is located in the office complex of Bawu officials and has a collection of 270 book titles. The existence of this new library has been quite successful in attracting public interest, especially elementary school-age children, in reading. The monitoring results, it was found that the average number of library visitors every day is around 15-20 people.
