Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease caused by the pancreas gland being unable to produce glucose-regulating hormone (insulin) and causing hyperglycemia. PERKENI attaches that Indonesia has experienced an increase in ranking from 7th to 5th with the highest number of diabetics in the world. If diabetes mellitus is not treated seriously, there will be microvascular complications that trigger coronary heart disease due to the buildup of cholesterol in the blood vessels. This study aims to determine whether there is a long-standing relationship with type 2 diabetes mellitus and blood sugar levels with total cholesterol levels in the outpatient polyclinic of Pertamina Bintang Amin Husada Hospital Bandar Lampung in 2021. The type of this study was observational analytic with cross sectional method using purposive sampling. as many as 83 samples of type 2 DM patients who met the inclusion criteria. Based on the results of the study with a total of 83 samples, the majority of the sexes were female 48 people (57.8%), age >45 years were 59 people (71.1%), duration of suffering >1 year were 57 (68.7%), levels of blood sugar when (GDS) <200 mg/dl as many as 42 people (50.6%). And cholesterol levels > 200 mg/dl as many as 62 people (74.7%). The results of the Spearman correlation between the length of suffering from type 2 diabetes and total cholesterol obtained p = 0.037 and r = + 0.229. In the results of the Spearman correlation, the relationship between blood sugar levels and total cholesterol obtained a value of p = 0.000 and r = + 0.394, because the value of p = 0.000 and p = 0.037 <0.05 so that it can be stated that there is a significant relationship between variables

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 or also called COVID-19 is an infectious disease, caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of coronavirus that has never been identified before in humans. COVID-19 vaccination aims to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 transmission, reduce the number of pain and death due to COVID-19, achieve herd immunity and protect pregnant women to remain socially and economically productive. Knowing the differences in attitudes of pregnant women who are vaccinated and non vaccinated for COVID-19 at public health center simpur Bandar Lampung city in 2021. Design methods used are descriptive analytics with a Case Control approach. Sampling technique with Quota Sampling research technique. The results showed from a sample of 30 that pregnant women who had done the vaccine, with a good attitude as much as 14 (46.7%), and with a bad attitude as much as 1 person (3.3%). While pregnant women who do not vaccinate with good attitudes as much as 2 (6.7%), and with bad attitudes as many as 13 people (43.3%). Based on differences in attitudes of pregnant women that the number of attitudes of pregnant women who have been vaccinated as many as 15 people and the number of pregnant women who are not vaccinated as many as 15 people. After the T-TEST test, the attitude of pregnant women who have been vaccinated and the attitude of pregnant women who are not vaccinated get a result of p value = 0.000 this means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected where there is a significant difference  in the attitude of vaccinated pregnant women and the attitudes of pregnant women who are non vaccinated for COVID-19. There is a difference in the attitude of pregnant women who are vaccinated and not vaccinated against COVID-19 at the Simpur Health Center in Bandar Lampung City in 2021 with a signification level of 0.000 obtained by P<0.05

Abstract

Cancer has a unique characteristic, which consists of malignant cells that can spread to other parts of the body. This spread is called metastasis and can occur through blood vessels or lymph vessels.This research is observational descriptive by using a cross sectional method approach using purposive sampling technique with a total of 105 samples. Data collection began in November 2019. This research was conducted at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung. Statistical data chi-square test using SPSS 25. The research respondents obtained totaled 105 samples obtained 88 subjects. Respondents with > 40 years are as many as 66 people (75.0%), family history of breast tumors as many as 4 people (4.5%). radiation history as many as 3 people (3.4%). history of using hormonal family planning as many as 26 people (29, 5%). tumor size >5cm as many as 52 people (59.1%). Types of malignant tumors as many as 57 people (64.8%). The majority of respondents were > 40 years old, had a family history of breast tumors, and a history of radiation, a history of using hormonal contraception.
