Abstract

Based on the observations of researchers in the field, it can be seen that the application of self-discipline must still be improved and evaluated to be even better because self-discipline is one of the character education that is quite difficult to apply, especially in the discipline of school lesson tasks. This study aims to determine the evaluation of the implementation of self-discipline in students of SMK Taruna Pekanbaru. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach using the CIPP method (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The instruments used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study were found in terms of the context of program implementation as expected. This suitability can be seen from the background of the problem of evaluating this implementation which is clearly carried out, namely to improve the implementation of character education, especially in an attitude of respect, solidarity, tolerance, love for the motherland, nationalism, and responsibility. In terms of inputs, which include the resources owned, plans, and strategies in implementing self-discipline that has been applied in the environment of SMK Taruna Pekanbaru well.The Process aspect is as expected. This is due to the side of the person in charge, namely the principal, vice principal, and related teachers, as well as the TNI and Polri who are used as partners. There are many products and even all students come on time, enter classes according to the study hours schedule, wear full school attributes, and are neat in dressing.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, motivasi guru PJOK Kecamatan Padang Barat Kota Padang dalam menulis artikel karya ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ilmiah. Metode kegiatan pelatihan karya ilmiah ini dengan ceramah, praktik mendelay, pembuatan karya ilmiah yang siap diterbitkan dalam jurnal ilmiah. Adapun materi (1) standar riset dan struktur artikel ilmiah, (2) template artikel dan mencari references berbasis teknologi, (3) references mendelay dan praktik menulis artikel dan (4) cara submit artikel (5) praktik menulis artikel masing-masing peserta. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 25 orang guru PJOK Padang Barat Kota Padang. Tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian di ruang sidang Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan UNP. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan dapat simpulkan hasil pengabdiab beriku: (1) adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan motivasi guru PJOK se Kec. Padang barat, (2) Peningkatan keterampilan guru PJOK SD Padang Barat Kota Padang dalam penulisan artikel sebanyak 25 artikel yang dihasilkan oleh peserta berupa produk dari kegiatan pengabdian ini. Abstract

The aim of the study was to see the effect of nutritional status, physical fitness, and learning motivation on PJOK learning outcomes. This type of research is path analysis. The research population is students of SMPN 1 Tungkal Ulu. Sampling used purposive sampling, with a total of 30 female students. The research instrument used the Body Mass Index test, the Fitness Test for Indonesian Students, the Likert Questionnaire, and the results of the PJOK report cards. The results showed that:  (1) There is a direct influence of nutritional status on students' PJOK learning outcomes (2) There is a direct influence of physical fitness on students' PJOK learning outcomes (3) There is a direct influence of learning motivation on students' PJOK learning outcomes (4) There is an indirect influence of nutritional status on students' results learning PJOK through students' learning motivation (5) There is an indirect influence of physical fitness on PJOK learning outcomes through students' learning motivation (6) There is an indirect influence of nutritional status on PJOK learning outcomes through students' physical fitness.

Abstract

Starting with online learning requires a lot of attention such as focus, comfortable sitting, and avoiding distractions such as noise. A noise questionnaire instrument is an evaluation tool designed to identify the experience of students in the online learning process. This instrument was developed based on a literature review on noise and online learning. The instrument first stage was given to 110 students and the instrument second stage was given to 460 students in seven universities in Indonesia, 99 male and 361 female respondents aged 18-30 years. The instrument was designed based on DeVito’s noise theory: physical noise, physiological noise, psychological noise, and semantic noise. The statistical test of the instrument used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to find the goodness of fit index model. The results of the noise instrument factor analysis show a fit model, acceptable validity, and high internal consistency (α=0.86). The findings of this study produce valid and reliable instruments for identifying noise indicators that are dominant in online learning activities. The results of identifying noise in online learning can be used to design guidance and counseling programs or plan actions to deal with noise in online learning according to the data obtained.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) learning model to learning outcomes and learning motivation for Islamic Religious Education in class VII SMPIT Dar El Iman. This research is experimental. The research design uses a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Posttest Only Control Design research design. The population in this study was class VII students at SMPIT Dar El Iman for the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 62 students. Sampling uses saturated samples. Two classes are research subjects, namely class VII Makkah as the experimental class and class VII Medina as the control class. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the manual t-test method, the data value = 5.8 > the value = 1.679. So it can be concluded that it was rejected and accepted. The number of test participants in the experimental class was 31 people with an average score of 89 and test participants from the control class were 31 with an average of 72. This means "The learning outcomes of students who use the SAVI learning model are better than the learning outcomes of students who apply the learning model. commonly used by teachers.” The magnitude of the influence of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) learning model on the learning motivation of class VII students at Dar El Iman Middle School is 68.43% which is classified as good.

Abstract

A learning strategy is a method chosen to convey lesson material. For this reason, strategy has a very influential position in the learning process. In this research, the author tested the Everyone Is A Teacher Here Strategy in Increasing Students' Learning Activeness and Independence in Islamic Religious Education and Character Subjects in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in learning activeness and learning independence of students in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects in class VIII SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci after implementing the everyone is a teacher here strategy. The type of research carried out is quasi experiment. The research subjects were students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci who were registered in semester 2 (even) of the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 134 people. The research sample was chosen randomly consisting of an experimental class and a control class with a sample size of 34 people for each class. The research variables consist of one independent variable, namely; The Everyone Is A Teacher Here strategy and the two dependent variables, namely, Learning Activeness and Independence used are questionnaires. Hypothesis testing is carried out to determine the significant effect of the strategy implemented. The results of data analysis show that (1) There is a significant increase in students' learning activeness in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character in class VIII SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci after implementing the Everyone Is A Teacher Here strategy. The results of hypothesis testing are statistically significant because the tcount value (5.683) > ttable value (1.669), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted; (2) There was a significant increase in students' learning independence in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects in class VIII of SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci after implementing the Everyone Is A Teacher Here strategy. The results of hypothesis testing are statistically significant because the tcount value (5.148) > ttable value (1.669), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Konseling pada pendidikan Islam bertujuan untuk membantu siswa memperoleh pemahaman atas dirinya dan mampu memecahkan masalah yang dihadapinya. Bagi guru di lembaga pendidikan Islam, tujuan ini mengharuskan mereka memahami dahulu tentang hakikat manusia dalam Islam untuk dapat melaksanakan konseling yang komprehesif kepada peserta didik. Artikel ini ditulis untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana hakikat manusia sesungguhnya serta bagaimana implikasinya dalam kegiatan konseling pendidikan Islam pada saat sekarang ini. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga istilah yang digunakan dalam Al-Qur’an untuk penyebutan manusia, yaitu: al-insân (manusia yang berkebutuhan dan memiliki potensi yang dapat dikembangkan), al-basyar (manusia secara jasmani yang tampak indah dan sempurna jika dibandingkan dengan makhluk lainnya), dan Banî Âdam (bahwasanya semua manusia adalah anak keturunan adam, baik itu laki-laki maupun perempuan. Di mana ini termasuk seluruh umat manusia di muka bumi). Manusia memiliki dua potensi dasar yaitu akal dan hati, serta fitrah. Tujuan dari penciptaan manusia adalah sebagai khalifah dan untuk beribadah kepada Allah SWT. Dalam kehidupan, manusia juga memiliki problematika mendasar terkait dengan akal dan nafsu yang sering berjalan tak beriringan. Manusia memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab di muka bumi sebagai ‘abd (pengabdi kepada Allah SWT) dan sebagai khalifah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka implikasinya dalam konseling pendidikan Islam bahwa konseling harus mendorong: pemahaman tujuan hidup, pengembangan fitrah, pembentukkan karakter islami, pemahaman tugas sebagai khalifah, pengintegrasian ilmu dengan keimanan, pembentukkan kesadaran sosial dan kemanusiaan, pendidikan itu sebagai ibadah, pemahaman cinta dan ketakwaan kepada Allah, pendidikan yang holistik, dan penanaman semahgat kritis dan kreatif.

Abstract

Integrasi islamic studies sebagai upaya pendekatan lintas disiplin ilmu. Artinya setiap disiplin ilmu saling menyapa, dialog dan menyatu antara satu keilmuan dengan keilmuan yang lainnya. Meminjam istilah integrasi-interkoneksi yang di gagas oleh Amin Abdullah, bahwasanya permasalahan yang kompleks di tengah-tengah masyarakat untuk problem solvingnya tidak cukup dengan monodisiplin ilmu. Perlu sebuah ikhtiar untuk melihat perspektif tersebut dengan interdisipliner, transdsipliner dan multidisipliner keilmuan. Dengan hal tersebut dalam tulisan ini akan memfokuskan tentang tunarungu, problematika dan solusi. Pada hakikakatnya membutuhkan pendidikan khusus dan pelayanan terkait yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak tunarungu, yang pada gilirannya untuk mencapai potensinya secara maksimal. Salah satu anak berkebutuhan khusus yakni anak tunarungu yang menunjukkan kesulitan untuk mendengar, dalam hal ini bisa saja terjadi akibat gangguan fisik maupun non fisik. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, anak tunarungu bisa saja terkategorikan pada pada gangguan ringan hingga berat. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi pustaka (library research) dimana penelitian pustaka ini dilakukan dengan peneliti tidak terjun langsung ke lapangan tetapi penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penelurusan terhadap karya-karya tulis dan berbagai macam literature yang tersedia, baik itu melalui buku, jurnal, dan lain sebagainya. Hasilnya dapat di simpulkan untuk mengatasi kebutuhan anak tunarungu diantaranya : Melalui media pembelajaran dengan menunjukkan foto-foto, video, kartu huruf, kartu kalimat, anatomi telinga, miniatur benda, puzzle buah-buahan, puzzle binatang, ataupun sejenisnya. Selain itu, dukungan keluarga juga sangat penting diberikan kepada anak tunarungu, peran orang tua sangat membantu kemudahan untuk menjalani kehidupan sehari-har bagi anak penyandang tunarungu.

Abstract

Abdullah Ahmad's worked as a figure in the modernization of Islamic education by establishing two educational institutions in the form of private schools in 1915, namely the Adabiah School and Association of Islamic Teacher. This research explores the renewal of Islamic education carried out by Abdullah Ahmad in the education system in Indonesia, namely at Adabiah and Association of Islamic Teacher. This research uses qualitative methods with an individual life history approach. All data is collected through character biographies, literature, documents, and evidence of relics in terms of written and physical data. Data collection is carried out by collecting, reducing, and presenting data followed by conclusions. Overall, the results of the research show that there were four reforms in Islamic education carried out by Abdullah Ahmad in Adabiah. Then there are also four reforms in Islamic education at Association of Islamic Teacher. Meanwhile, the realization of Abdullah Ahmad's renewal of Islamic education in Adabiah prioritized the vision of creating a generation with civilized, ethical character in the content of akhlaqul karimah with faith and sincerity to shape the etiquette of the nation's generation and Association of Islamic Teacher. In contrast to Association of Islamic Teacher the dynamics Association of Islamic Teacher, which was founded from 1978-1983, developed, in 1988-1993 it began to decrease, then in 1993-1998 it began to increase again, entering the 2000s Association of Islamic Teacher began to decrease, both in terms of school quality and graduate, the number of students and the latest realization from Association of Islamic Teacher schools has also experienced a setback with a small number of students.

Abstract

The humanitarian paradigm in Islamic education is a pattern or outlook on human education. In essence, Islamic education views humans as creatures who need to get guidance, in this case, of course, education. Therefore, Islamic education aims to glorify human humanity and is based on the humanity that humans possess. Because human humanity will not be able to develop without educational services. This type of research is library research or literature study, namely research that focuses on literature studies by analyzing existing literature collections related to this research, both from primary and secondary sources. The purpose of this research is to understand the importance of Islamic education in order to realize a complete human being in accordance with the potential possessed both physically and spiritually in order to create a harmonious relationship for each individual with the Creator, humans and the universe. The results of this study indicate that by understanding the humanitarian paradigm in Islamic education, it is hoped that educators can advance Islamic education to the fullest. If there are technical problems, an evaluation can be carried out and if there are problems in the process, psychology and Islamic education counseling can help.
