Abstract

This study explores the profound impact of digital technology on educational research management through a comprehensive qualitative literature review. The research aims to analyze how digital infrastructure transforms knowledge production, collaboration, and dissemination in educational research communities. Utilizing systematic literature review methods, the study examines academic databases from 2010-2023, employing qualitative meta-synthesis techniques to identify emerging patterns and themes. The findings reveal three critical transformations: (1) the emergence of dynamic, networked research ecosystems that transcend traditional institutional boundaries; (2) the democratization of knowledge through digital platforms that enable more inclusive and participatory knowledge production; and (3) the complex ethical challenges arising from digital research infrastructures. Theoretical perspectives from Social Network Theory, Actor-Network Theory, Digital Public Sphere Theory, and Critical Pedagogy provide nuanced insights into these transformations. The study demonstrates that digital technology is not merely a tool but an active mediator reshaping epistemological practices, social relations, and research governance. Recommendations include developing adaptive ethical protocols, creating flexible research infrastructures, and fostering digital literacy among researchers. The research contributes to understanding the fundamental shifts in educational research management in the digital age.

Abstract

This study explores the sociological dynamics of knowledge production in educational research, focusing on institutional barriers and management strategies for creating inclusive research practices. Utilizing a comprehensive qualitative literature review methodology, the research critically analyzes the epistemological mechanisms that shape knowledge construction in educational contexts. Through systematic data collection and critical content analysis, the study reveals three primary findings: (1) the complex knowledge regimes that structure epistemological boundaries, (2) the power dynamics in knowledge construction, and (3) transformative epistemological strategies. The research demonstrates how academic institutions perpetuate systemic exclusion through sophisticated knowledge selection mechanisms, marginalizing alternative perspectives and knowledge from peripheral communities. By employing postcolonial, critical, and liberation theory frameworks, the study exposes the hidden political dimensions of educational research knowledge production. Key recommendations include developing participatory research methods, creating dialogic spaces across diverse perspectives, and redistributing academic capital more democratically. The study advocates for a fundamental redesign of research practices that challenge existing epistemological hierarchies and promote more inclusive, socially just knowledge production in educational research.

Abstract

This study examines the ethical management of educational research, focusing on social responsibility and cultural sensitivity. It aims to address challenges in balancing academic goals with ethical principles, particularly in diverse cultural contexts. The study employs a qualitative literature review method, analyzing theoretical and empirical sources to explore the intersection of research ethics and cultural awareness. The findings highlight three main issues: low awareness of research ethics, neglect of cultural sensitivity, and minimal integration of social responsibility. Researchers in remote areas often lack knowledge of ethical guidelines, leading to practices that compromise participants' rights. Cultural insensitivity is prevalent due to a universalistic approach that overlooks local values, creating tensions between researchers and communities. Additionally, research outcomes often fail to address community needs, as they are more focused on academic achievements than tangible societal benefits. This study recommends integrated ethics training, participatory research approaches that respect local values, and the adoption of transformative paradigms emphasizing community empowerment. These strategies aim to enhance the relevance, ethical integrity, and social impact of educational research. By addressing these challenges, researchers can contribute to more inclusive and socially responsible practices, bridging the gap between theory and practice in diverse educational settings.

Abstract

This research aims to examine: (1) the implementation of school-based management at SD Inpres Kema II, (2) the role of the principal in implementing school-based management at SD Inpres Kema II, (3) the role of the community as a stakeholders in the implementation of school-based management at SD Inpres Kema II. SD Inpres Kema II, (4) Obstacles encountered in implementing school-based management at SD Inpres Kema II, (5) How to overcome obstacles in implementing school-based management at SD INpres Kema II. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. The data collection techniques used were: (1) Observation, (2) In-depth Interviews, and (3) Documentation Study. From the results of data analysis, the following findings were obtained: (1) SD Inpres Kema II is ready to implement School-Based Management by forming a school committee, (2) The Principal has a very important role in implementing School Based Management, (3) Attitude of Stakeholders in the implementation of School-Based Management at SD Inpres Kema II is positive, (4) Obstacles in the form of differences of opinion, not involving themselves in every school work program are still inherent in a small portion of the school community, (5) Two-way communication between leaders and subordinates is needed in Overcoming obstacles that occur can take the form of motivation and training.

Abstract

Perencanaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di zaman kompetitif adalah elemen krusial dalam strategi organisasi untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki berbagai pendekatan, praktik terbaik, dan faktor-faktor kunci yang terlibat dalam perencanaan SDM di lingkungan bisnis yang berubah secara dinamis. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi penelitian kepustakaan (studi literatur). Melalui tinjauan terhadap literatur yang relevan, artikel ini menganalisis konsep perencanaan SDM, mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja, strategi rekrutmen dan seleksi, pengembangan karyawan, serta retensi bakat. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi, tren pasar, dan lingkungan kerja yang berubah cepat. Tinjauan literatur ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa perencanaan SDM yang sukses dalam era kompetitif melibatkan integrasi strategi manajemen talenta, penggunaan teknologi dalam manajemen SDM, pembentukan budaya kerja yang inovatif, dan keterlibatan aktif pimpinan dalam mengimplementasikan strategi SDM yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk < em>m< em>engetahui < em>pengaruh pengetahuan produk dan sikap konsumen terhadap niat beli Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan menjaring 75 responden dengan metode purposive sampling dimana kriteria responden adalah pengguna produk kosmetik halal Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan produk dan sikap konsumen mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen dan adanya peran mediasi yang ditunjukkan oleh sikap konsumen Berdasarkan temuan ini perusahaan sebaiknya memperhatikan pembentukan sikap konsumen sebagai landasan kebijakan strategi pemasaran < em>< p> < em>< strong>< p> This study aims to determine the influence of product knowledge and consumer attitudes on purchase intentions This current study used a descriptive quantitative approach and netted 75 respondents with a purposive sampling method where the criteria for respondents were users of halal cosmetic products The results showed that product knowledge and consumer attitudes influenced consumer purchase intentions and the mediating role shown by consumer attitudes Based on these findings companies should pay attention to the formation of consumer attitudes as the basis for marketing strategy policies < em>< p>

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil melalui website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia www idx co id< a> dan menggunakan metode asosiatif yang bersifat kuantitatif sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 16 perusahaan sektor aneka industry yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 6 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2015 2020 Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan Random Effect Model < em> REM sebagai model yang terpilih Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal DER berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen DPR hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh teori keagenan Pertumbuhan perusahaan Aset Growth< em> berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen DPR hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh signalling Theory < em>< p> < strong>< p> The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of capital structure and company growth on dividend policy The data used in this study is secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www idx co id and using quantitative associative methods The sample in this study consisted of 16 companies in the various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 6 years The analytical method used in this study uses panel data regression analysis with the Random Effect Model REM as the chosen model The results show that capital structure DER has a negative and significant effect on Dividend Policy DPR The results of this study are supported by agency theory Company growth Assets Growth has a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy DPR The results of this study are supported by signaling theory < em>< p> < p>

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, kebijakan hutang, dan free cash flow terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021-2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif yang bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel ditentukan melalui metode purposive sampling sehingga mendapatkan 140 dari 35 perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2024. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan bantuan software eviews 12. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan hutang berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Free Cash Flow berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Dengan demikian, dalam penelitian ini, kebijakan dividen yang berlaku pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan tidak berdasarkan ukuran perusahaan, kebijakan hutang, maupun free cash flow. This research aims to analyze the influence of company size, debt policy, and free cash flow on dividend policy in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2021-2024 period. The data used in this research is secondary data using quantitative associative methods. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling method to obtain 140 of the 35 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2024 period. The analytical method used in this research is using panel data regression analysis techniques using EViews 12 software. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that company size has a positive but not significant effect on dividend policy. Debt policy has a negative but not significant effect on dividend policy. Free Cash Flow has a positive but not significant effect on dividend policy. Thus, in this research, the dividend policy that applies to mining sector companies is not based on company size, debt policy, or free cash flow.
