Abstract

The competitiveness among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) remains an important issue for stakeholders among various sectors. Unfortunately, businesses in the tourism sector have received less attention, particularly in terms of the social capital and innovation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between social capital and innovation and their impact on the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Indonesia’s super-priority tourism areas. Using a sample of 40 enterprises, the study reveals that dimensions of social capital, namely trust, networks, and norms, along with innovation, contribute significantly to fostering competitiveness. Furthermore, networks play a crucial role in driving innovation within micro, small, and medium enterprises in the tourism sector. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers in fostering a more sustainable business climate, particularly by emphasizing the importance of social capital and innovation in enhancing MSME competitiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah tentang pembelajaran inovatif di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Ternate, pembelajaran inovatif disekolah merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang menekan pada penyampaian materi pembelajaran kepada siswa, berupa ekspositori, inquiri, pembelajaran berbasisi masalah, peningkatan kemampuan berfikir, pembelajaran koperatif, pembelajaran kontekstual, pembelajaran afektif, dan pendekatan ilmiah . Sebuah pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah membutuhkan perbaikan atau pembaruan yang dapat membantu proses pembelajaran menjadi menarik dan tidak konvensional, karena peserta didik membutuhkan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan mudah dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru sesuai pembahasan yang ada.Pembentukan krakter peserta didik juga harus dikembangkan,antar lain krakter toleransi dan cinta damai untuk lebih ditonjolkan,karna dengan kemajemukan bangsa dan negara Indonesia . Metode pembelajaran inovatif ini bertujuan agar peserta didik merasa nyaman dan senang dalam pembelajaran, namun tidak melupakan aspek terpenting yaitu materi yang dapat dipelajari dalam kehidupan sehari-hari .Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi Kata Kunci :Pembelajaran inovatif pembentukan karakter Peserta didik dalam pembelajaran ABSTRACT This research raises the issue of innovative learning at SMP Negeri 5 Ternate City. Innovative learning at school is a learning strategy that emphasizes the delivery of learning material to students, in the form of expository, inquiry, problem-based learning, improving thinking skills, cooperative learning, contextual learning, affective learning. , and scientific approach Learning carried out at school requires improvements or updates that can help the learning process become interesting and unconventional, because students need a learning atmosphere that is fun and easy to understand the material presented by the teacher according to existing discussions. The formation of students' character must also be developed. Among other things, the character of tolerance and love of peace must be emphasized more, because of the pluralism of the Indonesian nation and state. This innovative learning method aims to make students feel comfortable and happy in learning, but not forgetting the most important aspect, namely material that can be studied in everyday life. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dan pengaruh secara bersama kompetensi profesional guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dengan subyek penelitian SMP se-Kecamatan Waelata Kabupaten Buru Provinsi Maluku tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk menguji teori-teori tertentu dengan cara meneliti hubungan antar variabel. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Se Kecamatan Waelata yang terdiri atas 3 sekolah yakni SMP Negeri 7 Buru, SMP Negeri 10 Buru, dan SMP Negeri 16 Buru. Jumlah populasi seluruh SMP sebesar 146 dan sampel sebanyak 107 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat pengaruh yang positif atau siginifikan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA dan besarnya sumbangan kompetensi profesional guru adalah 55%. Kemudian, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan siginifikan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA dan besarnya motivasi belajar siswa adalah 57,1%. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi professional guru dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan besarnya sumbangan variabel kompetensi professional guru dan motivasi belajar siswa adalah sebesar 57,9%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Human resources need to be managed properly so that they can play a role in accordance with their functions. That is why there is a need for human resource management. Human resource management is a process related to the implementation of human resource management or management functions which are directly handed over to the school education unit to be developed in accordance with the potential possessed by the school. The scope of human resource management includes: employee planning; employee procurement; employee coaching and development; promotion and mutation; dismissal of employees; compensation, and employee assessment. Abstract

This study aims to explore the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at Christian Private Vocational High School, Christian Education Foundation in Manado, Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa, with a specific focus on the Computer and Network Engineering department. The research is grounded in the reality that many key learning facilities—such as computer laboratories and internet networks—have not been managed effectively. However, the availability of appropriate resources is essential to support technology-based learning, especially in vocational education settings. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that although planning for facility procurement has taken place, there are still significant challenges in the areas of organization, implementation, and supervision. The lack of a structured management system and limited technical personnel have led to poorly maintained facilities. Moreover, the involvement of teachers and students in reporting issues and maintaining equipment remains minimal. This study highlights the importance of applying the POAC management principles (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) in the administration of school infrastructure. The results are expected to serve as strategic input for the school, helping to create a more supportive and efficient learning environment that prepares students to compete in a technology-driven workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum through the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model at SMA Frater Don Bosco Manado and identify the problems faced by teachers in the implementation process. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PBL has provided space for students to increase creativity through contextual projects, although there are still challenges in student independence, time management, and assessment mechanisms. The conclusion of this study is that PBL can be an effective strategy to implement the Independent Curriculum optimally, with the note that there is increased support for teachers and students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the intensity of playing online games and the role of parents on students' interest in learning at SMA Negeri 3 Manado. This study uses a quantitative method by taking a sample of 50 students. The techniques used in data collection are observation, questionnaire techniques (questionnaires) and documentation. The analysis of the instruments used is the validity and reliability test. The data analysis technique used, multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a significant effect of the intensity of playing online games on students' interest in learning at SMA Negeri 3 Manado. (2) There is a significant effect of the role of parents on students' interest in learning at SMA Negeri 3 Manado. Abstract

Usaha perdagangan ikan asin di Desa Pasalae telah berkembang selama 20 tahun dan telah menjadi salah satu sektor penting dalam mendukung ekonomi masyarakat pesisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pemberdayaan, menganalisis pelaksanaan program, serta mengevaluasi hasil dan dampak dari pemberdayaan usaha ikan asin di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang mengandalkan teknik pengumpulan data seperti pengamatan, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa pelaku usaha sangat membutuhkan pelatihan teknis berkelanjutan, dukungan alat produksi, penguatan kelembagaan, serta akses pasar yang lebih luas. Program pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan rutin 2–4 kali per bulan dan diikuti oleh 2025 peserta per sesi, mampu meningkatkan keterampilan, efisiensi produksi, kualitas produk, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dampak dari program ini mencakup peningkatan kapasitas produksi, kemampuan manajerial, serta adaptasi terhadap pemasaran digital. Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan usaha ikan asin di Desa Pasalae memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kapasitas usaha dan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha lokal.Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan, Usaha, Pendapatan Nelayan

Abstract

This study explores the management of cross-cultural research projects in education, focusing on bridging sociological perspectives and methodological approaches. It aims to address the challenges and potential applications of cross-cultural research to promote inclusive education in diverse cultural settings. The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, analyzing data from journals, books, and policy documents published between 2015 and 2022. Findings reveal three key aspects: the significance of sociological perspectives in understanding cultural influences on learning, challenges in managing cross-cultural research methodologies, and the potential application of research findings in curriculum development and teacher training. Sociological theories such as structural-functionalism and conflict theory provide insights into cultural dynamics, while methodological challenges highlight the need for adaptive strategies and international collaboration. This study recommends integrating research findings into practical educational policies to foster inclusivity and cultural competence. Teacher training programs and culturally responsive curricula are crucial to achieving these goals. Future research should focus on developing frameworks that bridge theory and practice, ensuring the sustainability and scalability of cross-cultural education initiatives. By addressing the complexities of cross-cultural education, this study contributes to the development of equitable and inclusive educational systems, preparing students to thrive in a globalized world.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze knowledge-sharing patterns within collaborative research networks in higher education institutions, focusing on sociological aspects. The research employs a qualitative methodology through a systematic literature review, examining scientific articles published between 2019-2024. The analysis reveals three key findings: First, there is a significant transformation in communication patterns towards a more horizontal model, facilitated by digital platforms and changing academic hierarchies. Second, social capital plays a crucial role in knowledge-sharing effectiveness, with strong networks and trust relationships contributing to enhanced research collaboration. Third, institutional factors significantly influence collaboration dynamics, including organizational policies, digital infrastructure, and resource allocation. The results demonstrate that while digital transformation has democratized research collaboration, social and institutional factors continue to shape knowledge-sharing practices. The study identifies gaps in existing collaborative frameworks and recommends developing an integrated approach that addresses technological, social, and institutional dimensions. This framework aims to foster more inclusive and productive research networks in higher education. The findings contribute to understanding the complex interplay between digital transformation, social dynamics, and institutional structures in academic collaboration. The study suggests practical implications for higher education institutions seeking to enhance their collaborative research capabilities and provides directions for future research in this evolving field.
