Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SD Negeri 6 Palu, one of the pioneer schools in Central Sulawesi. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved three teachers representing Phase A (grades 1-2), Phase B (grades 3-4), and Phase C (grades 5-6). Data were collected through classroom observations during three learning sessions, semi-structured interviews conducted over three days (60 minutes each), and document analysis of teaching modules, learning objectives flow, and learning outcomes. The findings reveal that curriculum implementation has been carried out effectively across three stages. In the planning stage, teachers systematically analyzed government-provided learning outcomes, developed learning objectives flow, and created comprehensive teaching modules aligned with curriculum requirements. During implementation, teachers employed student-centered pedagogical approaches including differentiated instruction, varied teaching methods, and contextual learning appropriate to students' developmental levels. In the assessment stage, teachers utilized diagnostic, formative, and summative methods through multiple instruments including oral tests, written examinations, and performance-based assessments. The study demonstrates that intensive professional development and institutional commitment enable successful curriculum implementation. However, variations in implementation sophistication suggest the need for sustained professional learning communities to support continuous pedagogical refinement. Future research should examine implementation across diverse school contexts and include student learning outcomes and stakeholder perspectives.

Abstract

The purpose of law is closely related to natural rights, because humans as legal subjects have the right to freedom, the right to life, and the right to property. These rights originate from human nature which is independent of all forms of legal systematics and constitutional practices. The logical consequence that needs to be understood is that the government must be able to provide guarantees to all its citizens, not oppress or exploit them. Automatically, every citizen has the same rights and opportunities in various fields. One of the rights for citizens guaranteed by the constitution is political rights. Of the hundreds of millions of Indonesian citizens there is a group called people with disabilities. Their existence is accommodated through Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities. In Article 13 letter (a) of Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities, it is stated that they have political rights, namely to vote and be elected to public office. These statutory regulations open up the same opportunities as people in general and at the same time confirm that the constitutional mandate in Article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia has been carried out. So the logical consequence is that public office is no longer a privilege for elite groups, so that people with disabilities can elect and be elected as executive officials, members of the legislature or judiciary, as well as positions in other institutions or bodies. People with disabilities are not miserable people whose existence is underestimated. In the siyāsah perspective, they are the same as other humans. Islam never discredits certain groups, but Islam mainstreams justice and generalizes services for its people, including people with disabilities. This article underlines the need for active involvement of people with disabilities in Indonesia in political activities. In fact, they also have the same opportunities and opportunities as people in general to fulfill all kinds of constitutional rights, such as voting and being elected in general elections. Meanwhile, the context of Siyasah Syar'iyyah is strengthened through His words in Surah al-Maidah verse 8 that the command to do justice to humans includes fulfilling all the rights of people with disabilities among us.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan e-commerce telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. UMKM di wilayah Balikpapan menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan dan perkembangan usaha mereka. Kota ini, sebagai salah satu pusat ekonomi di Kalimantan Timur, memiliki potensi besar, namun para pelaku UMKM harus beradaptasi dengan dinamika lokal dan global. Ada beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi, yaitu distribusi logistik, akses permodalan dan kurangnya literasi digital.  Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi UMKM di wilayah RT 37, Kelurahan Telaga Sari, terutama terkait kurangnya keterampilan digital dan pemahaman tentang platform e-commerce, membatasi kemampuan mereka dalam memanfaatkan peluang ekonomi digital. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas digital pelaku UMKM di wilayah tersebut melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan intensif terkait penggunaan e-commerce dan strategi pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan praktis, serta evaluasi berbasis survei dan wawancara. Hasil dari program menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 20 orang peserta pelatihan dan 2 pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Telaga Sari mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan platform e-commerce, yang berdampak pada peningkatan omzet usaha dan perluasan akses pasar. Program ini memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM lokal di era digital, serta memperkuat ekonomi lokal melalui pemberdayaan digital di sektor UMKM. Selain itu, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah daerah dan komunitas lokal dalam pengembangan kapasitas digital di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Keterbatasan contoh-contoh isti'arah pada kitab balaghah membuat santri seringkali merasa kesulitan dalam memahami materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Menguraikan materi isti'arah, 2. mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan materi isti'arah, 3. Menyiapkan literatur dan pendekatan berbasis sains dan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Data yang digunakan meliputi data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Proses pengembangan materi isti'arah di pondok pesantren haji Abdul Karim syu'aib Guguak rendah berjalan efektif, 2. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan materi isti'arah baik secara internal maupun eksternal dan 3. Penyediaan literatur dan referensi bertambah bagi penulis dan pembaca tentang materi istikharah. Kesimpulannya, kesulitan santri dalam memahami bahasa Arab dapat diminimalisir dengan menambahkan contoh-contoh dari Alquran dalam pengembangan materi istikharah. Hasil penelitian ini sangat baik dengan angka 82%

Abstract

Children are basically the next generation of the nation who should ideally grow and develop naturally according to their age, and be under the care and protection of parents, society and the state. In reality, there are children who commit criminal acts, such as theft, sexual abuse and narcotics. Punishment of children who commit criminal acts is carried out by the Special Child Development Institute as an effort to prevent repetition of criminal acts. The problem in this research is: How is the guidance of correctional students as an effort to prevent the recurrence of criminal acts at the Class II Special Development Institution for Children in Bandar Lampung and why are there inhibiting factors in the guidance of correctional students as an effort to prevent the repetition of criminal acts at the Special Development Institution Class II children from Bandar Lampung? The problem approach used in this research is empirical juridical. The data type consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection through literature studies and field studies. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The results of this research show: Guidance for correctional students as an effort to prevent repetition of criminal acts at LPKA Class II Bandar Lampung is carried out in the coaching stages, namely initial coaching, advanced coaching and final coaching. Types of coaching include personality coaching (fostering religious awareness and fostering national and state awareness, fostering legal awareness and fostering intellectual abilities) as well as fostering independence. Factors that hinder coaching consist of statutory factors, namely the absence of technical instructions regarding coaching for children. crime, law enforcement factors, namely the quantity of guidance for correctional students, facilities and facilities factors, namely the limited means and facilities needed to carry out guidance, community factors, namely the negative attitude of the community towards former criminal children who have been released and returned to public.Keywords: Guidance, Correctional Students, Repetition of Criminal Offenses

Abstract

Waste banks are an innovation in community-based waste management which aims to reduce the volume of waste and improve community welfare. This research aims to examine optimizing the role of waste banks in empowering communities in Tanjung Gading Village. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the waste bank in Tanjung Gading Village not only functions as a place for collecting and processing waste, but also as a means of environmental education and economic empowerment for the local community. Through waste banks, people are trained to sort waste and manage it into products that have sales value. Apart from that, this activity also succeeded in increasing environmental awareness and solidarity between residents. However, optimizing the role of waste banks still faces several obstacles such as limited facilities and lack of active participation from all levels of society. To overcome these obstacles, closer cooperation is needed between village governments, communities and the private sector. Thus, the waste bank can be an effective instrument in improving the welfare and quality of life of the people of Tanjung Gading Village.

Abstract

The political situation of a nation (political configuration) very dominantly intervenes in the character of the legal product that is formed, meaning that the two work in harmony. Theoretically, the dichotomous democratic political configuration gives rise to responsive/autonomous legal products. Likewise, the character of conservative/orthodox law emerges from an authoritarian (non-democratic) political configuration. The government's renewal of the Waqf Law in the early reform era is an example of a new legal product that emerged from the political configuration of that time. The renewal of this law is a manifestation of the responsive character of law.

Abstract

Each region has a different potential depending on its natural resources. Therefore, a separate study is needed to determine its potential; for example, it's potential for marine ecotourism. This study aims to determine potential strategies for developing marine ecotourism on Larea-Rea Island. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques included observations and structured interviews. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis by looking at the potential of using the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats found on Larea-Rea Island. The results of this study show that Larea-Rea Island has the potential to develop into a marine ecotourism area. The results of the SWOT analysis show that there are four alternative appropriate management strategies for building marine ecotourism on Larea-Rea Island:1) maximizing the promotion of marine tourism on Larea-Rea Island, 2) improving roads to tourist sites, 3) repairing and equipping facilities and infrastructure for tourism activities, and 4) conducting community development to become tour guides and tourism insights, and the importance of maintaining tourist sites.

Abstract

Efikasi diri merupakan sebuah keyakinan pada diri seseorang pada kemampuan yang dimiliki dalam melakukan aktivitas tertentu untuk memberikan hasil yang maksimal. Tingginya efikasi diri pada mahasiswa dapat menyebabkan rendahnya stres akademik yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan skala Efikasi Diri pada mahasiswa. Skala Efikasi Diri dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 42 Item yang mengukur 3 aspek Efikasi Diri. Dari hasil pengujian validasi isi menggunakan CVI (Content Validity Index) pengujian terhadap 315 responden mahasiswa, dapat terlihat ada 32 item pernyataan dalam skala efikasi diri pada 23 item dengan indeks daya beda < 0,300 serta 9 item dengan indeks daya beda > 0,300. Hasil tersebut menujukan bahwa nilai koefisien reliabilitas > 0,55 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa beberapa kualitas item pada skala Efikasi Diri masih berada di bawah standar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Agribisnis Tanaman Hias melalui Pendekatan STEAM di kelas XI Kompetensi Keahlian Agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura (ATPH) SMK Negeri 3 Maluku Tenggara, Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara,Propinsi Maluku.. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI ATPH SMK Negeri 3 Maluku Tenggara sebanyak 9 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan penugasan berupa proyek setelah melakukan pembelajaran di setiap siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Nilai rata-rata hasil proyek peserta didik pada akhir siklus satu ialah 68,00 dengan kategori rendah, nilai rata-rata hasil proyek peserta didik pada siklus dua adalah 82,04 dengan kategori tinggi dan (2). Hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI ATPH SMK Negeri 3 Maluku Tenggara Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara pada siklus satu ke siklus dua mengalami peningkatan prestasi belajar berupa hasil proyek mata pelajaran Agribisnis Tanaman Hias melalui pembelajaran dengan Pendekatan STEAM
