Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk. The data used is secondary data and uses data collection methods, namely documentation techniques. The data used in this study is the financial report data of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk which is reported to Bank Indonesia and has been published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is concluded that CAMEL is an analysis of the soundness of a bank using the CAR ratio on capital, the KAP ratio on Asset Quality, the NPM ratio on Management, the ROA and BOPO ratios on Profitability, and the LDR ratio on Liquidity. From the results of research on financial performance and its relation to financial ratios using the CAMEL method, then it can be said that during the last four years (2017-2020) which shows that the financial performance achieved by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk, is in the healthy category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional reputation on students' decisions to choose management studies at Makassar State University. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used in this study amounted to 88 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing used a partial test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that Institutional Reputation had a significant value of 0.001 less than 0.05 and with a regression coefficient of 0.724 in a positive direction, it means that Institutional Reputation has a positive and significant effect on Student Voting Decisions.

Abstract

Bankruptcy prediction using the springate method is one way that companies can do to determine company bankruptcy. The goal is that the company can find out the potential for bankruptcy of the company in a certain year or period and also the company can find out what things can put the company in the danger zone or have the potential to go bankrupt. In this study, the type of research used is descriptive quantitative and the research method used is the springate method with the variables consisting of 4 ratios, namely the ratio of working capital to assets (X1), the ratio of earnings before interest and taxes to total assets (X2), the ratio profit before tax to total current liabilities (X3) and ratio of sales to total assets (x4). The results of the calculations from this study are that from 2016 to 2019 the company is in the danger zone or has the potential to go bankrupt but in the last 2 years, namely in 2020 and 2021 the company started in fairly good condition or there is no potential for bankruptcy at the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and compensation on the performance of Makassar City Education Office employees. The subjects in this study were 94 employees working at the Makassar City Education Office. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that job training and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the t-value of -2.984 where <t-table (1.66177) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the study show that job training and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 25.204 > 3.10 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap saham syariah sektor kesehatan pada Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII 70). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dan menggunakan regresi data panel untuk mengukur pengaruh inflasi dan kurs terhadap harga saham emiten sektor kesehatan yang termasuk dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII 70). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif analitik. Populasi penelitian dalam studi ini adalah seluruh emiten saham sektor kesehatan yang terregistrasi di indeks saham syariah JII 70. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh emiten saham sektor kesehatan yang terregistrasi di indeks saham syariah JII 70 periode 2018-2022. Secara parsial, ditemukan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap saham syariah sektor kesehatan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga mengindikasikan bahwa terhadap hubungan negatif antara nilai tukar dan harga saham, namun pengaruh ini tidak signifikan secara statistik. Secara simultan, semua variabel makroekonomi yang diteliti (inflasi dan kurs) memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap nilai ekuitas syariah dalam sektor kesehatan. Meskipun terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara variabel makro yang diteliti dan harga saham, investor tetap perlu memperhatikan indikator tersebut sebagai bahan pertimbangan karena kondisi perekonomian sewaktu-waktu dapat berubah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan dalam meningkatkan laba bersih pada PT.Bank Sulselbar tahun 2016-2020. Dengan menggunakan rasio profitabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT Bank Sulselbar dari tahun 2016-2020. Sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah neraca dan laporan laba rugi PT Bank Sulselbar tahun 2016-2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dan laba bersih pada PT.Bank Sulselbar tahun 2016-2020 dapat dilihat dari pendapatan yang meningkat setiap tahunnya, akan tetapi perusahaan tidak dapat mengefesiensikan beban operasionalnya, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai laba bersihnya yang mengalami fluktuasi setiap tahunnya.Kata Kunci : Pendapatan , Laba Bersih, ProfitabilitasAbstract: This study aims to determine the effect of income in increasing net profit at PT.Bank Sulselbar in 2016- 2020. By using the profitability ratio. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis technique. The population and sample in this study are the financial statements of PT Bank Sulselbar from 2016-2020. While the research sample is the balance sheet and income statement of PT Bank Sulselbar for 2016-2020. The data collection technique used is documentation. The results of this study indicate that the income and net income of PT.Bank Sulselbar in 2016-2020 can be seen from the income which increases every year, but the company cannot streamline its operating expenses, this can be seen from the value of its net income which fluctuates every year.Keywords: Income, Net Profit, Profitability

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension requires regular and controlled treatment to stabilize blood pressure and prevent complications. Many hypertensive patients do not comply with hypertension treatment procedures, including medication. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the determinant factors influencing medication compliance in hypertensive patients. Methods: The research method used was observational analytic with a cross-sectional design. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 67 hypertension patients. Data analysis used the chi-square test. Result: The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the level of knowledge (p = 0.045), motivation to seek treatment (p = 0.000), and family support (p = 0.000) on medication compliance in hypertensive patients. Conclusion: Motivation to seek treatment is the most dominant variable on compliance with the treatment of hypertension patients. Health workers must develop an educational strategy focusing on increasing patient motivation.

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja pegawai merupakan faktor krusial dalam menentukan kualitas pelayanan publik, terutama di sektor kesehatan seperti Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Puskesmas Maros Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap seluruh populasi sebanyak 53 orang ASN sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS 13.0, serta data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja (X₁) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X₂) secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y). Stres kerja memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,007 dan lingkungan kerja fisik sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Uji F menunjukkan pengaruh simultan yang signifikan dengan nilai F-hitung 31,216. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,555 menunjukkan bahwa 55,5% variasi produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Kesimpulannya, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik merupakan faktor penting yang perlu dikelola secara terpadu untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai. Peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja serta manajemen stres yang baik sangat dianjurkan untuk mendukung efektivitas kinerja di Puskesmas

Abstract

The problem statements of this research were whether the factors of LAR, PAR, CCr, and ROI gave significant influence on aid fund repayment at BKM Maccini Salewangang PNPK Makassar, and which factor that influences the aid fund repayment dominantly. This research aims to analyze the role of LAR, PAR, CCr and ROI variables on aid fund repayment at BKM Maccini Salewangang, Makassar City as wellas to analyze the dominant variable which influences aid fund repayment at BKM Maccini Salewangang, Makassar City. The result reveals that the partial influence among LAR, PAR, CCr, and ROI variables on the aid fund repayment particularly at BKM Maccini Salewangang demonstrating that LAR and PAR variables give negative influence on the aid fund repayment as high LAR and PAR causes the aid fund repaymentbecome low. The result of the regression test indicates that the dominant variable which influences the aid fund repayment is ROI as the higher the ROI, results in more current aid fund repayment particularly at BKM Maccini Salewangang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, earning per share dan reputasi underwriter terhadap tingkat underpricing saham. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2021-2023. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 130 perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui program Econometric Views (E-Views) versi 13. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap underpricing saham pada saat IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Earning per share memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap underpricing saham pada saat IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Reputasi underwriter memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap underpricing saham pada saat IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Secara simultan ukuran perusahaan, earning per share dan reputasi underwriter berpengaruh signifikan terhadap underpricing saham pada saat IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
