Bullying atas nama senioritas masih terus terjadi dikalangan peserta didik. Bullying adalah suatu bentuk kekerasananak dilakukan teman sebaya kepada seseorang yang lebih ‘rendah’ atau lemah mendapatkan keuntungankepuasan tertentu. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa Hubungan Kepercayaan Diri Dan Dukungan Teman SebayaDengan Jenis Perilaku Bullying Pada Remaja. Metode deskritif analitik dengan jenis studi korelasi. Denganpendekatan waktu yang digunakan crossectional. Hasil uji statistik data uji statistik cramer’s didapatkan nilai ρValue 0,006 ada hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan jenis perilaku bullying pada remaja. Pada nilai ρ Value 0,032ada hubungan dukungan teman sebaya dengan jenis perilaku bullying pada remaja. Hasil analisis regresi logostikvariabel kepercayaan diri diperoleh ρ-Value = 0,016 simpulan ada hubungan antara kepercayaan diri denganperilaku bullying. Hasil OR responden tidak ada rasa kepercayaan diri mempunyai peluang terjadinya perilakubullying terhadap korban 3.282. Hasil analisis regresi logistik variabel teman sebaya diperoleh ρ-Value = 0,089,simpulan ada hubungan antara teman sebaya dengan perilaku bullying. Hasil OR responden tidak adanyadukungan teman sebaya beresiko mempunyai peluang perilaku bullying terhadap korban sebesar 2.329 kali. Hasilpenelitian dinyatakan bahwa masih banyak yang menjadi korban perilaku bullying pada remaja serta dukunganteman sebaya kurang, timbullah kurangnya rasa kepercayaan diri dalam dirinya sendiri terhadap korban.Diharapkan siswa dapat memberikan manfaat dan menambah informasi agar bisa mengenal tentang dampak yangditerima akibat tindakan bullying tersebut serta melatih para siswa dalam memahami, menyelesaikanpermasalahan dialaminya

Vocational High Schools are intended for students who want to work immediately after graduating. Ideally, Vocational High Schools are able to produce graduates who are ready to work. However, statistical data shows that Vocational High School graduates are the highest contributor to the unemployment rate at the level of High School graduates. This research aims to determine the work readiness of students at SMK Muhamadiyah 2 Paleran in entering the world of work. The research subjects were class XII students majoring in Online Business and Marketing. The research uses a qualitative research approach with simple descriptive statistical analysis. Students' work readiness is viewed from a competency perspective consisting of: knowledge, English language skills, and skills in using computers and the internet. Student work readiness is viewed from the perspective of self-motivation, referring to self-motivation and support from the school. The research results showed that in terms of competency, 15% of students said they were very ready to enter the world of work, 72% of students were quite ready, 13% of students said they were still not ready. However, they have weaknesses in English language skills. In terms of motivation, 83% of students said they were very ready to enter the world of work, 12% of students were quite ready. Support from the school also greatly contributes to student motivation. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that students at SMK Muhamadiyah 2 Paleran are ready to enter the world of work after graduating from vocational school.

PGRI Argopuro University Jember is a university with a vision of Quality Higher Education and National Competitiveness Based on Science and Technology in the fields of Local Wisdom, Entrepreneurship and Disability in 2030. The UNIPAR Jember Disability Study and Service Center provides assistance to students with disabilities as evidence of an inclusive education environment. By assisting students with disabilities, they are more courageous to start their own business, which helps them have sufficient human capital after graduating from school. This type of research is qualitative with data collection methods in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews This research was conducted qualitatively using a descriptive approach. The results of the research showed that the mentoring went well and the target fulfillment was in accordance with the steps of the mentoring activities that had been set. Participants already have entrepreneurial planning that will be followed up immediately. The business system management has been prepared in the form of work program instructions that can be used as a reference during the course of the business.

Biyeng Herbal Drink is a brand of MSME product that is in great demand by the public and is already circulating in Banyuwangi Regency. Since the initial launch of the product until now, the marketing of Biyeng Herbal Drink has remained stable and production has increased among the people of Banyuwangi. The increase in production in one week reached 500 bottles, initially only producing 30-80 bottles per week. The marketing strategy used by Biyeng Herbal Drinks is able to face competition with similar products. The marketing of Biyeng Herbal Drink products is circulating amidst the popularity of contemporary drinks. The innovation created by the Biyeng Herbal Drink means that herbal drinks are no longer a drink that is put aside as a drink that is less popular with the public. This research focuses on analyzing the marketing strategy of Biyeng Herbal Drinks. The aim of the research is to determine the marketing strategy used in Biyeng Herbal Drinks. The research method uses descriptive-qualitative methods, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The research results show that the Biyeng herbal drink segment is segmented based on demographics and product benefits. The target market is herbal drink connoisseurs and consumers who prioritize the benefits of products in the age range from teenagers to adults. Positioning lies in highlighting product characteristics, price and product quality. The marketing strategy used is the 4P marketing mix which consists of product, price, place and promotion. Even though there were several obstacles in the production and marketing process, Biyeng Herbal Drinks was able to find an alternative solution. Maintaining product quality, consistently informing about product procurement and maintaining relationships are ways to maintain consumer purchasing interest.

Hiu Lanyam, Carcharhinus sorrah (Valenciennes, 1839) tersebar luas di wilayah perairan Indo-Pasifik, keberadaannya sering ditemukan di hampir seluruh perairan Indonesia. Status konservasi Hiu Lanyam menurut Daftar Merah IUCN dalam kondisi hampir terancam dan diduga populasinya telah menurun. Penangkapan Hiu Lanyam yang semakin tinggi dikuatirkan dapat mengganggu populasinya di alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek biologi Hiu Lanyam yang didaratkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zachman(PPSNZ) Muara Baru, Jakarta. Aspek biologi yang dikaji adalah sebaran ukuran berdasarkan panjang dan berat, rata-rata ukuran pertama kali tertangkap dan pertama kali matang gonad, hubungan panjang berat, nisbah kelamin dan tingkat kematangan klasper. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode acak. Pengukuran panjang tubuh dalam kondisi tanpa kepala (headless). Hasil penelitian diperoleh sampel Hiu Lanyam sebanyak 248 individu. Estimasi panjang total yang didapatkan 61-141 cm (SD : 16,00) dan berat 9,9-14 kg (SD : 2,396). Estimasi panjang maksimum yang didapatkan lebih kecil dari referensi dan hiu yang didaratkan didominasi oleh ukuran muda. Rata-rata ukuran pertama kali tertangkap (Lc) < rata-rata ukuran pertama kali matang gonad (Lm), menggambarkan sebagian besar Hiu Lanyam yang tertangkap belum melakukan pemijahan. Hubungan panjang berat pada kedua jenis kelamin memiliki pola pertumbuhan yang sama, yaitu allometrik positif (b>3).Perbandingan jenis kelamin yang didapatkan ikan betina lebih banyak dari pada jantan, hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan nisbah kelamin Hiu Lanyam dalam kondisi seimbang. Pada tingkat kematangan klasper Hiu Lanyam jantan didominasi kategori not full calcification dan estimasi panjang total Hiu Lanyam jantan yang telah matang kelamin >98 cm. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam menyusun langkah-langkah pengelolaan dan pembuatan regulasi untuk pembatasan ukuran hasil tangkapan.

This research aims to explore information about the profile of the ability of logical thinking of high school students and its effect on student achievement on three levels of representation of chemical dynamics material. This research uses a non-experimental as research design in form of survey. This research involving 242 persons of 11 grade high school students at Ketapang Regency, West Borneo Province. Sampling is done by purposive sampling as a sampling method. There are two instruments in this research, first is Test of Logical Thinking and second is Test of three levels of representations that including 25 multiple choice tests which consist of three levels of representations such as macroscopic, submicroscopic, and symbolic levels. The material raised in this test is chemical dynamics material, including the concepts of reaction rates and chemical equilibrium. The research results is based on the statistically tested findings using the Pearson correlation test, it was found that logical thinking ability had a significant effect on macroscopic, submicroscopic, and symbolic with correlation coefficients of 0.352, 0.684, and 0.564, and significance values is less than 5% each of them.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Quality of Work Life and Organizational Climate moderated by Organizational Culture on Employee Productivity through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative research, the population in this study Customer Sales Representative (CSR) Grapari Telkomsel in the region Jabodetabek, samples taken as many as 153 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SEM analysis with PLS. This research shows that the variables of the quality of work life, organizational climate, have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity through job satisfaction, and the role of organizational culture in moderating organizationalclimate and job satisfaction has a significant effect, while the role of organizational culture in moderating the quality of work life and Job satisfaction directly has no significant effect.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity

Background: Currently, there is a lot of design attachment, and every design has a different laboratory procedure. One of them is retention combination horizontal and vertical synchronization. Purpose: to know the process of making a unilateral overdenture with combination horizontal and vertical attachment (laboratory procedure). Review: Overdenture is artificial tooth receives support and the retention of one or more teeth an abutment or receives the support of an implant. Attachment is a connector owned two or more parts. One part connected with a root, teeth, or implant while the other part connected to protesa. Unilateral over denture is artificial tooth some off who just made was on the side of the jaw just. Conclusion: The manufacture of unilateral overdenture retention combination with horizontal and vertical synchronization attachment in the laboratory has many steps.

Background: Premature loss for deciduous teeth is defined as the teeth that fall out before approaching the time of eruption of their replacement permanent teeth regardless of the reason for the loss of the teeth. The premature loss of deciduous teeth can cause the teeth next to the edentulous area to shift and lose arch space causing permanent teeth to grow abnormally. Prevention can be done by using Mayne's space maintainer so that the negative impact of premature loss does not occur. Purpose: Report the fabrication of Mayne's space maintainer in premature loss case. Case analysis: The laboratory accepted a working model with a case of premature loss in tooth 74 and was asked to make the Mayne's space maintainer. Result: This appliance consists of a molar band attached to tooth 75 with a 0.9 mm loop that is soldered on the buccal of the molar band. Conclusion: It is concluded that fabrication of Mayne's space maintainer in the case of premature loss of tooth 74 includes the preparation of a working model, adjustment of the molar band on tooth 75, making the loop, followed by soldering the loop to the molar band, finally the finishing and polishing.

Pemalang Regency has a mangrove area of around 2,839.44 but has been damaged reaching 453.38 Ha or about 16% of the existing area. This causes ecological functions in resisting abrasion, erosion, sedimentation, and carbon capture to decrease. Government efforts to restore the function of mangroves on the North Coast of Central Java carried out by rehabilitation require input from a water productivity approach. This study aims to determine the content and distribution of chlorophyll-a found in Pemalang Waters, Central Java. This was done by in situ observations in Pemalang Waters to see the fertility level of the waters, by purposive sampling at 20 sampling site, on April 30, 2024. The results obtained will be interpolated with ex situ data, including the Indonesian Earth Map (RBI), tidal data obtained from the SRGI website, flow data obtained from the Batnas website, and wind data obtained from the BMKG website. The next geospatial approach is ODV 4, Ms.Excel, and WR Plot application mapping; current analysis will be performed using ArcGIS 10.8 and Mike 21 applications; while the tidal analysis is carried out by the Admiralty method. The results of research conducted in Mojo Waters, Pemalang showed that the range of chlorophyll-a values was in the range of 1,858 - 41,287 mg / m3. The results were analyzed in sampling areas including rivers, estuaries, lagoons, eastern drift currents, western drift currents, waters still affected by estuaries, and the high seas. The distribution of chlorophyll values in these waters is the impact of nutrient supply from land because it is closely related to human activities, freshwater and seawater resuspension, drift currents, breaking waves, tidal currents. This causes the distribution pattern to occur from northeast to southwest.
