Abstract

The problem in this research is how the learning difficulties of students in online learning at SMKs in the Kayuagung District are for the 2020/2021 academic year. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning difficulties of students in online learning at SMK in Kayuagung District. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method.The results showed that the average answer of 99 respondents/students from positive negative questionnaire statements was 72.29% with the category "Enough Difficulty" meaning that when online learning students had difficulties with technical obstacles that affected the signal so that there was a lack of reciprocal interaction between students. and teachers, students also have difficulty understanding the material presented by the teacher during online learning activities and delayed responses due to signals that interfere with student-teacher communication. From the results of this study, it is expected that teachers and schools can pay attention to the constraints experienced by students, for example signal constraints that make students late in collecting assignments and absent to provide time slack for students during online learning and is expected to be an evaluation material for the future. Keywords : Learning Difficulties, Online Learning

Abstract

Based on the results of observations made by researchers, that students' knowledge of entrepreneurial literacy and economic literacy is quite good. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial literacy and economic literacy on entrepreneurial motivation. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The research population was 98 students of SMA Negeri 8 Palembang for the academic year 2023/2024 even semester, the sample was determined using the Census/Sampling method. The total number was 98 people. Entrepreneurial literacy and economic literacy data were collected through multiple choice test questions and data on entrepreneurial motivation was carried out through a questionnaire. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that entrepreneurial literacy and economic literacy have a simultaneous effect on entrepreneurial motivation assisted by SPSS software with a sig. 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) and the Fcount value is 434.700 greater than Ftable = 3.09 (at the 5% tolerance level and degrees of freedom (df) (k; n-k) = (2;96), Entrepreneurial literacy partially influences entrepreneurial motivation with a sig. value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), and a tcount of 9.377 greater than a ttable of 1.985 (at the 5% tolerance level and degrees of freedom (df) n - 2 = 95) and economic literacy partially influences entrepreneurial motivation with a significance value (sig.) 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.005) and a tcount value of 9.834 more than ttable 1.985 (at the 5% tolerance level and degrees of freedom (df) n-2=95). Keywords: Entrepreneurial Literacy; economic literacy; entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

Abstrak- Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk menciptakan sumber pengajaran berbasis Prezi yang membantu siswa memahami pelajaran dasar persamaan akuntansi. Penelitian fokus pada pembuatan bahan ajar prinsip-prinsip akuntansi dan lembaga keuangan untuk meningkatkan kedudukan siswa dan meningkatkan hasil belajar dan pengetahuan siswa. Model pengembangan empat dimensi (identifikasi, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi) yang diusulkan oleh Thiagarajan (1976) digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Sumber belajar yang dibuat dengan menggunakan Prezi terbukti sangat berhasil, perlunya pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Prezi berdasarkan wawancara di kelas menunjukkan hal itu berdasarkan temuan peneliti. Investigasi dinyatakan sah dibuktikan dengan keempat auditor memperoleh skor rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 87,61%. Berdasarkan angket individu dengan skor 100 persen dan kategori reliabilitas tinggi, serta angket kelompok kecil dengan skor 89,5 persen dan kategori reliabilitas tinggi, dilakukan uji lapangan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Dan berdasarkan pengembangan media pembelajaran Dasar-Dasar Akuntansi dan Lembaga Keuangan di SMK Negeri 5 Palembang, hasil belajar siswa terbukti efektif. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa 38% sampel berada pada kelompok kurang baik, sedangkan 90% sampel berada pada kategori “sangat baik” berdasarkan statistik post-test. Siswa kelas X mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 57,22%.

Abstract

This study explores elementary students’ perceptions of the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in explanatory text instruction. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 234 Palembang and involved 24 sixth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of students’ learning experiences. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the credibility and trustworthiness of the findings, methodological triangulation was applied. The findings demonstrate that students generally perceived the PBL approach positively. They reported that learning became more engaging, meaningful, and interactive compared with traditional teacher-centered instruction. The implementation of PBL encouraged active participation in discussions, increased students’ confidence in expressing ideas, and strengthened collaboration among peers during problem-solving activities. Furthermore, the use of real-world problems helped students better understand explanatory text structures and identify cause-and-effect relationships within texts. The learning process also stimulated critical thinking and supported deeper comprehension of instructional content. Overall, the study concludes that PBL is an effective pedagogical approach for explanatory text learning at the elementary school level, fostering student engagement, collaborative learning, and improved conceptual understanding.

Abstract

The complexity of insurance topics in high school economics often creates learning difficulties due to the dominance of text-based instructional media with limited visual representation. This study aims to examine students’ perceptions of the use of e-comic media in learning insurance material in Grade X at SMA PGRI Betung. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving 110 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, covering aspects of ease of use, visual attractiveness, usefulness, content depth, and accessibility. The results indicate that students showed a highly positive response to the implementation of e-comic media. The ease and clarity aspect reached 81.38%, while visual attractiveness scored 81.21%, reflecting strong acceptance of the media. Students reported that narrative visualization and communicative language helped them better understand key insurance concepts such as premiums and claims. In addition, the media supported independent learning and was accessible across various digital devices without technical difficulties. These findings suggest that e-comic media can function as an effective instructional tool to support students’ comprehension of complex economic concepts in a more engaging and meaningful way.

Abstract

Technological development demands innovation in elementary school learning so that the learning process becomes more effective, efficient, and attractive. This study aims to develop educational game learning media based on local wisdom for Grade V students of SD Negeri 118 Palembang that is valid and practical. The study used the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The trial subjects consisted of 4 students for the one-to-one test and 10 students for the small group test. Data were collected through interviews, observation, expert validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. Validation was carried out by media experts, material experts, and language experts, while practicality was measured from students' responses after using the product. The validation results showed that the media was declared "Very Valid" with an average of 89.44%, consisting of from media validators 85%, material experts 93.33%, and language validators 90%. The practicality test results at the one-to-one stage were 91%, small group 87.2%, and large group test 89.29%, thus included in the “Very Practical” category. During the trials, students appeared enthusiastic, active, and spirited. Keywords: Educational game, local wisdom, ADDIE, validity, practicality.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the less than optimal student grades, especially in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 72 Palembang which is marked by 20 students not achieving (KKM) and 13 students achieving (KKM) for science learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Froggy Jumps-based Educaplay media on the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 72 Palembang. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 72 Palembang. The research sample consisted of classes IV C and IV D which were determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests and documentation. The average value of the experimental class was 83.28, the average value of the control class was 69.22. Hypothesis testing in this study used an independent sample t-test. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t-value is 4.285 > t-table 1.999 and the significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, so that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the Educaplay media based on Froggy Jumps has an impact on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of SDN 72 Palembang.
