Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform on the development of teacher competencies in junior high schools in Mesuji District. In the digital era, this platform is presented by the government to support improving the quality of learning and teacher professional development through access to teaching materials, learning evaluations, and independent training. This study uses a literature review approach by reviewing a number of national scientific articles related to the implementation and impact of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform on teacher pedagogical, professional, and digital competencies. This study found that the use of the Merdeka Mengajar platform significantly contributed to improving teacher pedagogical and professional competencies through the provision of curriculum-appropriate materials and technology skills training. The results of the study showed that teachers experienced increased skills in preparing learning plans based on the Merdeka curriculum, as well as increased competence in utilizing technology for a more effective and efficient learning process. The novelty of this study lies in the focus of the analysis of the impact of the platform on a specific area, namely Mesuji District, which previously received less attention in national research. The contribution of this study is to provide recommendations for policymakers and platform developers to continue to improve relevant features and content and for schools to encourage the use of this platform as an integral part of teacher professional development in the future.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide insight to teachers and students of SMA Negeri 4 Pagar Alam about the industrial revolution 4.0 and share views on the future of Indonesian education through open discussions. The industrial revolution 4.0 referred to in this whorkshop activity includes the development of the industrial revolution itself, opportunities and challenges as well as a paradigm shift in education thanks to the birth of the industrial revolution 4.0. The implementation of this community service uses several methods, namely presentations and open discussions. Participants in this PkM activity are teachers and students of SMA Negeri 4 Pagar Alam. Through the workshops, participants gained insight into the industrial revolution 4.0 and the digitalization of all aspects of life, including the world of education. Through open discussions, participants get the opportunity to share their views on the future of education and how to optimize potential to become productive individuals in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

AbstractAccounting is a compulsory subject given to accounting majors which contains material on the service company cycle.  The pattern of learning which has implemented so far at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang has been optimal.  Based on it, the problem in this study is how is the ability of students to complete the accounting cycle of service companies at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students to complete the service company accounting cycle at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang.  The research method that is used is descriptive statistical method. The results showed that the level of students' ability to complete the service company's accounting cycle in the cognitive domain of students' abilities "Good" in completing the general journal, students' abilities were "Very good", student's ability ledger was "Very good", the balance sheet of students' abilities was "Very good", verse student ability adjustment journal “Good”, student ability balance sheet “Good”, student ability financial report “Good”, student ability closing journal “Good”, trial balance after closing student ability “Good”, reversing journal student ability “Good”. In the affective domain, the student's ability is "Good". Furthermore, in the psychomotor domain, the students' abilities are "Good".Keywords  : Analysis, student ability, accounting cycle, service company

Abstract

Abstrak- Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk menciptakan sumber pengajaran berbasis Prezi yang membantu siswa memahami pelajaran dasar persamaan akuntansi. Penelitian fokus pada pembuatan bahan ajar prinsip-prinsip akuntansi dan lembaga keuangan untuk meningkatkan kedudukan siswa dan meningkatkan hasil belajar dan pengetahuan siswa. Model pengembangan empat dimensi (identifikasi, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi) yang diusulkan oleh Thiagarajan (1976) digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Sumber belajar yang dibuat dengan menggunakan Prezi terbukti sangat berhasil, perlunya pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Prezi berdasarkan wawancara di kelas menunjukkan hal itu berdasarkan temuan peneliti. Investigasi dinyatakan sah dibuktikan dengan keempat auditor memperoleh skor rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 87,61%. Berdasarkan angket individu dengan skor 100 persen dan kategori reliabilitas tinggi, serta angket kelompok kecil dengan skor 89,5 persen dan kategori reliabilitas tinggi, dilakukan uji lapangan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Dan berdasarkan pengembangan media pembelajaran Dasar-Dasar Akuntansi dan Lembaga Keuangan di SMK Negeri 5 Palembang, hasil belajar siswa terbukti efektif. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa 38% sampel berada pada kelompok kurang baik, sedangkan 90% sampel berada pada kategori “sangat baik” berdasarkan statistik post-test. Siswa kelas X mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 57,22%.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the learning difficulties of students in online learning at SMKs in the Kayuagung District are for the 2020/2021 academic year. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning difficulties of students in online learning at SMK in Kayuagung District. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method.The results showed that the average answer of 99 respondents/students from positive negative questionnaire statements was 72.29% with the category "Enough Difficulty" meaning that when online learning students had difficulties with technical obstacles that affected the signal so that there was a lack of reciprocal interaction between students. and teachers, students also have difficulty understanding the material presented by the teacher during online learning activities and delayed responses due to signals that interfere with student-teacher communication. From the results of this study, it is expected that teachers and schools can pay attention to the constraints experienced by students, for example signal constraints that make students late in collecting assignments and absent to provide time slack for students during online learning and is expected to be an evaluation material for the future. Keywords : Learning Difficulties, Online Learning

Abstract

The Golden Indonesia 2045 vision is driving Indonesia's transformation into a developed nation. In order to achieve this goal, education - the primary pillar of human development - is essential. Nonetheless, a number of issues still plague Indonesia's educational system, including insufficient infrastructure, irrelevant curricula, and inconsistent teacher quality. In order to create a golden generation that is capable, bright, and morally upright, this study attempts to develop a complete education transformation approach. This study identifies a number of crucial elements that must be taken into account in education transformation through literature reviews and policy analysis, including the creation of a competency-based curriculum, the application of efficient learning technologies, raising the caliber of teachers, and extending equitable access to education. This report also emphasizes how crucial it is for communities, schools, the government, and the commercial sector to work together to support educational transformation. It is anticipated that the findings of this study would aid in the creation of improved educational policy in Indonesia. This study also comes to the conclusion that enhancing teacher quality, utilizing technology, and cultivating 21st century capabilities must be the main goals of educational change. The secret to a successful transformation is competency-oriented evaluation, active learning strategies, and a pertinent curriculum. This report offers policy suggestions that can help Indonesia Emas 2045 achieve its goals, specifically by boosting educational investment, enhancing collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and communities, and promoting educational innovation.

Abstract

Sangat penting bahwa pendidik menunjukkan orisinalitas dan kreativitas ketika memilih model pembelajaran untuk memenuhi tujuan mulia meningkatkan prestasi siswa di ruang kelas saat ini.  Mengetahui seberapa baik model PMRI berdasarkan berhitung matematis mempengaruhi prestasi akademik siswa kelas lima menjadi tujuan utama penelitian ini.  Studi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif meneliti variasi struktur sebenarnya dari sebuah eksperimen Posttest-Only Control Design.  Kelas V, C, dan V menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Jumlah siswa di SD Negeri 04 Palembang adalah enam puluh tiga.  Kami menggunakan sampel Acak sederhana sebagai pendekatan sampel kami.  Pengujian dan dokumentasi adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penyelidikan ini.  Dalam penelitian ini, skor posttest rata-rata untuk kelompok eksperimen adalah 77,88 dan untuk kelompok kontrol adalah 66,94.  Dengan perolehan data thitung = 2,516 dan ttabel = 0,2480 pada level signifikan sebesar 0,05, Ha disetujui berdasarkan analisis dengan menggunakan Uji-t sampel uji Independen dengan kriteria Ha.  Kesimpulannya, model PMRI yang didasarkan pada berhitung matematis berdampak besar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas lima sekolah dasar.  Dengan menggunakan Model PMRI, pendidik dapat merancang pelajaran yang menarik yang membuat siswa tetap terlibat dan meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka dengan mengurangi kemungkinan kebosanan.

Abstract

His study aims to describe and determine the level of mathematical concept understanding ability of data presentation material in tables of grade III students of SD Negeri 01 Karang Melati. The subjects of this study were grade III students of SD Negeri 01 Karang Melati involving 12 students who were taken based on the criteria of very good, good, sufficient and less. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. In analyzing the data, this study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation of students' daily test results. From the results of the study and analysis, it can be seen that the mathematical concept understanding ability of grade III students of SD Negeri 01 Karang Melati on data presentation material in tables is divided into 4 categories, namely the indicator restating the concept that has been learned is included in the very good category, the indicator classifying objects based on whether or not the requirements that form the concept are met is included in the good category, the indicator applying concepts logically is included in the sufficient category and the indicator presenting concepts in various forms of mathematical representation (tables, graphs, diagrams, pictures, sketches, mathematical models or other methods) is included in the less category. At the end of the study, the results showed that students' mathematical concept understanding ability on data presentation material in tables was included in the fairly good category.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah terbatasnya variasi media dalam sistem pembelajaran yang masih menggunakan metode tradisional. Target penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan sebentuk media pembelajaran berbasis monopoli yang memiliki validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas yang tinggi. Prosedur pengembangan media ini mencontoh pendekatan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil evaluasi terhadap kevalidan media, materi, dan bahasa menunjukkan bahwa media tersebut memperoleh nilai kevalidan sebesar 90,47%, yang masuk dalam kategori "sangat valid". Uji coba One to One Evaluation menunjukkan hasil 91,4%, yang disebut "sangat praktis", sementara uji coba Small Group Evaluation menghasilkan 93,2%, juga dengan penilaian "sangat praktis". Efektivitas media ini dinilai mencapai 76,451%, melebihi ambang batas 76 dengan kriteria "sangat efektif". Atas demikian, bisa dirangkum bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis monopoli ini terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

This study raises the question of what resources are best suited to help students develop their civic literacy and acquire optimal knowledge about their nationality through citizenship education. The research's goal is to gather the information required for citizenship education so that students can learn as much as possible about their nationality.  This study used an exploratory survey strategy in conjunction with a quantitative research method. The sample size was 60 individuals, comprising 10 lecturers and 50 students. The inclusion criteria for students are those who have completed the Citizenship Education course so that students can provide responses based on their experience of attending lectures in nine different study programs at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, PGRI University Palembang. Based on research findings, 92% of teachers and students believe that the analysis of national e-book creation demands meets the Very Good standard. The findings of this research support the assumption that to increase student citizenship literacy, lecturers and students at PGRI Palembang University really need Nationality E-Books.
