Abstract

The Objective of this research would be to know the effect of celebrityendorser, Agnes Monica, on brand image formation of Honda Vario for student indepartment of management, North Sumatra University. The method of analysisused are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The result of researchindicated that, through descriptive analysis result, it could be seen that almost allstudent agreed that Agnes Monica could form a brand image of Honda Vario. Butthrought multiple linear regression, the result of research indicated that thepositive and significant effects were from variables of visibility, credibility,attraction and power on brand image, based on t-test, variable of power was themost dominant variable in forming the brand image.

Abstract

The objective of the research was tested the effect of economiccontent, resource content, and social content toward trust, satisfaction andcustomer commitment as well as relationship intention of Bank Sumut branchoffice Medan. The population was debtors of Bank Sumut branch office Medanwho took its product for business activities. The purposive sampling methodwas used to determine the samples. The technical analysis applied to test theresearch hypothesis was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of theresearch prevailed that there were positive and significant relationships amongeconomic content and trust, economic content and satisfaction, resourcecontent and trust, resource content and satisfaction, social content and trust,social content and satisfaction, trust and commitment, satisfaction andcommitment, and commitment and relationship intention.

Abstract

Due to advances in technology, now in – store shopping for our needs is the past; we just stay at home to find our needs. Consumers must have access and knowledge of the internet shop online. Once the infrastructure is ready, the internet can give consumers easy access to information and shopping quickly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, regardless of their geographic location. The development of shopping through the online system in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Indonesia is becoming one of the trending countries with an online store presence. The emergence of various online stores such as Kaskus, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee, and Lazada proves the case. The research method used is qualitative - quantitative with descriptive technique. Data collection is questionnaires distributed to 150 people. The results provide empirical evidence that there are significant effects of attitude, perceived behavioural control, and subjective norm variables on online shopping behaviour variable. Abstract

Tourism is a new type of industry that can accelerate economic growth and employment provision, increase income and standard of living, and stimulate other productive sectors. Samosir regency is a tourism destination that has captivated both international and domestic tourists because of the stunning natural beauty of Lake Toba.This study aims to discover and analyze the effect of experiential quality and experiential value on tourist satisfaction in Lake Toba, Samosir regency. The population in this study were tourists of unspecified number visiting Lake Toba in Samosir regency. The number of samples were 140 respondents. The study involved accidental sampling technique, questionnaire in data collection, and multiple linear regression on data analysis. The results of this study indicated that simultaneously experiential quality and experiential value significantly influenced tourist satisfaction in Lake Toba in Samosir Regency. Partial test showed that experiential quality and experiential value had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Lake Toba, Samosir regency. Abstract

Today Social Media is something that you cannot live without. Most of us today addicted to Social Media. Social Media had changed many things in our life. We are communicating, chatting, sharing, inspiring and shopping simultaneously using Social Media. Despite offering so much fun, social Media can be very dangerous. In Aceh Province online shoppers prefer Social Media to Online website for online shopping option. This study is a quantitative research which tested the role of two beliefs of technology usage perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness as determinant factor along with social influence in influencing online buying intention. Purpose of this study is to identify the affecting factor of social media buying intention. The population of this study was Social Media User who experience online shopping and located in Aceh. This study was conducted using 199 respondents as samples which were taken from specific population. This study were using Observation and Questionnaires as data collecting method. Partial Least Square (PLS) used as data analyzing method. This study resulted that online buying intention significant in influencing online buying behavior. Perceived Usefulness is significant in influencing online buying intention. Social Influence found significant in influencing online buying intention.

Abstract

Leadership has an important role in the organization as leader is in charge of supervising and controlling the course of an organization. Ability to lead in mobilizing and empowering employees will affect the performance of the organization. This behavior has a significant impact on the attitudes, behavior and performance of employees. The results of the study showed there is a significant relationship between characteristics such as age (p = 0.004), education(p = 0.034), work experience (p = 0.000), the experience of the organization (p = 0.000), and educational hierarchy (p =0.000) for leadership flexibility. Sex variable is not significant to the leadership flexibility (p = 0.801). There is a relationship with the flexibility of directive leadership style (p = 0.027), supportive leadership style (p = 0.046), and participative leadership style (p = 0.009) with the flexibility of leadership. There is aso a relationship between achievement-oriented leadership style and leadership flexibility (p = 0.000). There is a relationship between the individual characteristics of leadership style and versatility with variable: educational level of leadership (p = 0.021; OR = 19.265). The result suggests that we need more organized seminars / work shop / scientific studies that stimulate the realization of learning about leadership flexibility in improving the performance of the District/City Health Office and it is necessary to study theperformance of the head of the Department of Health assessment intensively and periodically

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, dukungan sosial terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Bethesda Gunungsitoli-Nias dengan kejenuhan perawat sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 84 orang dari perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Bethesda Gunungsitoli-Nias. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan metode sample purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kejenuhan; dukungan sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kejenuhan; beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja; beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kejenuhan; dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat melalui kejenuhan; kejenuhan perawat berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty in PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera Stokis Medan. This research is associative. Methods of collect the data is the primary data using questionnaires and secondary data to study documentation. This research population is 259 distributors, with a sample size of 72 distributors with Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis method used is descriptive quantitatively using simple linear regression. The results showed that the relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Stokis Medan. Abstract

Pengurus BUMDes harus memiliki kemampuan memahami potensi desa, menyusun tata kelola yang baik dimulai dari rencana sumberdaya yang dibutuhkan, jenis usaha yang dikembangkan, proses pelaksanaan secara partisipatif, transparan dan akuntabel. Kondisi eksisting BUMDes Lubuk Kertang masih perlu pembenahan dari pemahaman potensi desa, tata kelola, pemilihan dan pengembangan jenis usaha yang dikelola BUMDes secara berkelanjutan.Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah melalui sosialisasi kegiatan pelatihan penguatan ekonomi BUMDes Lubuk Kertang Melalui Pemetaan potensi desa secara partisipatif, pelatihan penguatan ekonomi BUMDes Lubuk Kertang melalui pemetaan potensi desa secara partisipatif, penguatan tata Kelola melalui pengembangan unit usaha BUMDes Lubuk Kertang, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari program kemitraan kepada masyarakat ini adalah kelompok mitra dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengelola BUMDes dengan memilih dan mengembangkan jenis-jenis usaha yang ada berdasarkan potensi sumberdaya lokal desa melalui pemetaan potensi desa secara partisipatif dalam melakukan tata kelola BUMDes yang baik dan benar, sehingga mampu bersinergi dengan Pemerintah Desa Lubuk Kertang dan masyarakat sebagai pelaku wirausaha desa. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Kemampuan, Tata Kelola, Potensi Desa, Pemilihan dan Pengembangan Unit Usaha ABSTRACT Administrators must have the ability to understand the potential of the village, formulate good governance starting from the resource plan needed, the type of business developed, the implementation process in a participatory, transparent and accountable manner. The existing condition of BUMDes Lubuk Kertang still needs improvement from the understanding of village potential, governance, selection and development of types of businesses managed by BUMDes in a sustainable manner. The method in this activity is through the dissemination of training activities for economic strengthening of the Lubuk Kertang BUMDes through participatory mapping of village potentials, training on strengthening the economy of the Lubuk Kertang BUMDes through participatory mapping of village potential, strengthening governance through the development of the Lubuk Kertang BUMDes business unit, and monitoring and evaluation. The result of this partnership program with the community is that partner groups can improve their ability to manage BUMDes by selecting and developing existing types of businesses based on the potential of village local resources through participatory mapping of village potentials in carrying out good and correct BUMDes governance, so that they can work together. with the Lubuk Kertang Village Government and the community as village entrepreneurs.
