Abstract

Having a quota of women in parliament is an important step to increase women's political participation and also reflects the commitment to gender equality, and becomes an opportunity for women to be able to provide their aspirations directly in public policy. Since the presence of female representatives in the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), the party's internal atmosphere has changed. This is in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning general elections, which stipulates that the list of legislative member candidates from Political Parties must contain at least 30% of the female quota. This applies to the provision of quotas for the DPR, Provincial DPRD, City DPRD and also in several other institutions. The existence of female representation, including currently many have contributed, one of which is by attending the "Women's Political Friends" meeting in Central Java. The affirmative action policy with the issue of female representation has brought many women to the political realm. This research was compiled using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using interviews and literature studies.

Abstract

Compared to traditional-based advertising, innovations in digital advertising techniques by e-commerce players have now attracted repurchase interest from various generations, including millennials. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the influence of Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers on repurchase interest, mediated by purchase decisions. Using purposive sampling, this study involved 300 millennial respondents who are Shopee “COD Cek Dulu” consumers and employed a quantitative approach based on data analysis through Smart PLS. The results revealed that Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers significantly positively affect purchase decisions. Moreover, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on repurchase interest and were found to mediate the relationship between Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers with millennials' repurchase interest. However, while celebrity endorsers showed a significant positive effect on repurchase interest, advertising had an insignificant effect on repurchase interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of Blue Economy that has been applied in the development of marine tourism at the Teluk Penyu Beach Cilacap and the concept of Blue Economy at the Teluk Penyu Beach Cilacap in realizing Sustainable Development Goals. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity test using the source triangulation method and data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the development of marine tourism on the Teluk Penyu Beach Cilacap based on the Blue Economy is almost well implemented. This is seen from the implementation of three principles, namely nature’s efficiency, social inclusive, and multiple revenue that can realize several Sustainable Development Goals, namely the first goal without poverty, the second goal without hunger, the eighth goal of decent work and economic growth, the thirteenth goal of handling climate change, and the fourteenth goal of maintaining marine ecosystems. One principle that is still being worked on is the principle zero waste, which if it can be implemented properly can support the realization of the third goal of a healthy and prosperous life and the twelfth goal of responsible consumption and production which will be realized 2030

Abstract

Pasien TB paru mengalami penurunan berat badan yang drastis. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan memperbaiki pola asupan nutrisi khususnya protein dan menjalani pengobatan. Asupan protein tersebut bisa didapatkan dari ikan termasuk mujahir yang memiliki komposisi dan asam amino esensial. Namun bila dikonsumsi secara langsung terasa bau amis.  Untuk menutupi bau dan rasa amis itu perlu dibuat ekstrak dan dikaji kandungan dalam ekstrak Ikan mujahir tersebut.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan ekstrak ikan mujair (Oreochromis mossambicus) sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan status gizi bagi penderita tuberculosis. Metode penelitian pembuatan ekstrak ikan mujair  dilakukan dengan proses       ekstraksi / hidrolisis melalui mesin ekstraksi dengan ditambahkan pelarut aquades dan etanol 96%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa    kandungan kadar air sebesar 1,33 %, kandungan abu 3,16 %, kadar lemak 16,87 %, kadar protein 54,08 % dan kandungan karbohidrat sebesar 24,56 %. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil analisa terhadap cemaran logam berat seperti pb, Cd, Hg dan As tidak ditemukan atau tidak terdeteksi. Cemaran mikroorganisme salmonella spp, shigella sp dan clostridia juga menunjukkan hasil negative. Kadar air dan kadar abu ada pada kategori rendah masing-masing sebesar 1,33 % dan 3,16 % yang  berarti kualitas ekstrak ikan mujair sangat layak untuk dikonsumsi sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan status gizi bagi penderita tuberculosis.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of finding out and understanding how legal protection is for workers who are not given compensation money at the end of a certain time work agreement (PKWT). Based on the research results obtained, it shows that compensation money at the end of the certain time work agreement (PKWT) must be given by employers as a form of respect for employees' rights after the contract ends at the company where they work. If the company does not provide compensation to employees who work based on a Specific Time Work Agreement, the company may be subject to sanctions in the form of fines, payment of outstanding compensation obligations, or demands for compensation. for losses suffered by employees.Keywords: PP No.35 of 2021,PKWT compensation,PKWT Protection

Abstract

Processed rubber material (bokar) is a commodity that has been the mainstay of the Indonesian government. In order to realize the hegemony of production, the government organizes a transmigration program. This is at the same time to overcome the population problem on the island of Java. This qualitative type of research was carried out using the Bogdan and Taylor field approach using time series data. Patton's data analysis process, presented with manageable data. The data interpretation uses ideal types, path dependency and contingency strategies and Neuman's domain analysis. Research in Rimbo Bujang, in the 1980-2020 period, shows that the rubber trading system in the ex-transmigration sites of Jambi Province can be classified into three phases: first, trade between transmigrant farmers and the government. Second, farmers trade with cooperatives and middlemen. Third, farmers trade with middlemen using an auction pattern. Although the transmigration program in Rimbo Bujang was successful, it still left socio-economic problems, triggered by the trade system which tends to ignore Islamic economic principles. Findings in the field indicate that the absence of the state in plantation smallholder commerce contributes to the moral hazard of market participants. The change of plantation varieties from rubber to oil palm in the last decade does not rule out the possibility of repeating the previous cycle of rubber trading patterns.

Abstract

Diversity in Indonesia can be seen from the many ethnic groups that exist, while social disasters are a very complex phenomenon and have a broad impact on society. Social disaster mitigation is very important to create community resilience. The aim of this Community Service is to instill pluralism values ​​that are relevant to be applied in the context of social disaster mitigation in Sidadadi Village. The results of this Community Service activity show that instilling pluralist values ​​in Sidadadi Village is very important in efforts to mitigate social disasters. In diverse social contexts, the values ​​of pluralism function as a bridge to create harmony between citizens. Data from the Central Statistics Agency shows that Sidadadi Village has significant religious and cultural diversity, with the majority of the population being Muslim. This creates challenges as well as opportunities in handling social disasters. Community Service also found that communities that are more pluralist tend to be more resilient to social disasters, because they have stronger social networks and support each other in crisis situations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeksripsikan gaya bahasa perbandingan dalam kumpulan cerpen Arum Manis Karya Teguh Affandi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah prosedur analisis isi. Analisis isi dalam penelitian ini bersifat pembahasan mendalam terhadap isi suatu informasi tertulis dalam karya tulis dan dapat menggambarkan karakteristik isi dari suatu pesan. Kumpulan cerpen Arum Manis ini terdapat 22 judul dan 4 judul yang diteliti. “Aroma Dapur Tetangga”, “Aroma Kenanga”, “Perut Kueni” dan “Naga Dalam Mulut Kartika”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah ditemukan sejumlah 54 gaya bahasa perbandingan dalam keempat judul cerpen Arum Manis. Gaya bahasa perbandingan perumpamaan sebanyak 9, metafora 3, personifikasi 32, Depersonifikasi 4, pleonasme 1 dan hiperbola 5. Gaya bahasa perbandingan yang paling banyak adalah personifikasi. Pengarang ingin bercerita secara menyindir agar pesan tersampaikan melalui penggambaran menarik ketika benda seolah-olah hidup secara sederhana unik dengan metafora flaura, fauna tetapi tidak berlebihan.Kata kunci: Gaya Bahasa Perbandingan, Kumpulan Cerpen Arum Manis

Abstract

Identity politics and social polarization are growing challenges in Indonesian society, including at the village level. These phenomena can lead to social fragmentation and hinder community development. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to socialize Islamic values as a solution to prevent identity politics and social polarization in Cipancuh Village, Gantar District, Indramayu. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach with a community-based counseling model through lectures, group discussions, and educational media. The results indicate an increased understanding among community members regarding the dangers of identity politics and the importance of unity in Islam. Participants have also begun adopting the values of brotherhood (ukhuwah), justice, and tolerance in their social lives. This activity recommends follow-up programs involving village governments, educational institutions, and religious leaders to strengthen religious moderation and build a harmonious and inclusive society.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas Undang-undang Nomor 23 tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan dan pemberdayaan zakat untuk mengurangi kemiskinan. Zakat adalah "maaliyah ijtima'iyah" agama, ibadah yang terkait dengan properti, yang memiliki posisi yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, jika dikelola dengan baik, dapat dipercaya, transparan Islamiyah yang sesuai dengan Syariah, baik pengumpulan dan distribusi. Diduga zakat tidak optimal karena pemerintah tidak memiliki kebijakan khusus untuk menjadikan zakat sebagai sumber penerimaan negara. Namun, jika amal telah menunjukkan fungsi yang luar biasa sebagai alat kemiskinan dan kesejahteraan rakyat, pemerintah dapat mulai melihat amal sebagai instrumen utama dalam perekonomian negara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris yuridis. UU No. 13 tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan dan distribusi zakat sampai saat ini tidak cocok untuk mengurangi kemiskinan. Karena hingga kini hanya profesi zakat yang dipertahankan dan hanya beberapa Unit Pemerintah Daerah saja di Jawa Tengah. Kemiskinan tidak hanya disebabkan oleh faktor alam saja, tetapi juga faktor pembangunan yang adil mempengaruhi masalah ini. Salah satu solusinya adalah memberdayakan amal berbasis komunitas. Dampaknya, mengentaskan kemiskinan berarti mengurangi penyebabnya, baik individu atau kelompok dalam masyarakat.
