Abstract

The operational task of the police is a duty directly related to the community, and the benchmark for its success is the establishment of public trust in the Indonesian National Police (Polri). In the jurisdiction of the Semarang Metropolitan Police (Polrestabes Semarang), there is still a prevalence of aggravated theft crimes. Many people suffer losses due to the frequent occurrence of such criminal acts, including physical harm, economic losses, and psychological disturbances. The implementation of motor vehicle patrols by the Satuan Samapta (Security and Order Maintenance Unit) and the factors influencing the activities of the Satuan Samapta motor vehicle patrols in preventing aggravated theft crimes need to be optimized. Management theory, crime prevention theory, organizational resource theory, patrol concepts, and the concept of aggravated theft crimes are applied to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Satuan Samapta motor vehicle patrol implementation. The Satuan Samapta patrols still face various obstacles from internal and external factors within the unit, thus requiring organizational resources to support the success of patrol implementation.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is expected to be able to produce human beings who are always trying to perfect faith, piety, and have noble character, noble character includes ethics, character, or morals as a manifestation of Education. Within the family there is also a process of internalizing Islamic Education Values, namely the process of transferring behavior that is controlled externally to behavior that is controlled internally. Where everything can be done through the habituation process. So habituation does not only stop at school, but is also applied at home. If at school the teacher is the controller, then when at home the task is transferred to the parents. Even when the child has not yet entered school, this task has become the obligation of the parents. With the inductive method, parents place more emphasis on understanding than coercion without reason and focus children's attention on the consequences that can impact themselves, others, and the environment, so parents have been able to provide moral nutrition to help contribute to the success of character education.

Abstract

In the rapidly digitizing landscape of Islamic banking, innovation is imperative for competitiveness and delivering top-tier services to customers. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) emerges as a key solution, streamlining interactions between banks and customers in the digital realm. This study delves into how E-CRM and Service Quality affect Customer Loyalty within Islamic banks, with a focus on Shariah Compliance as a moderating factor. The aim is to decipher how the Islamic banking sector can cultivate and enhance customer relationships in the digital age. Employing a quantitative approach, the research collects survey data from 212 Islamic bank customers through random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), executed using IBM AMOS V.22 software, scrutinizes the collected data. Findings indicate a significant, positive contribution of E-CRM to Customer Loyalty. Interestingly, Service Quality doesn't wield a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, suggesting the presence of other influential factors in the Islamic banking arena. Notably, Shariah Compliance emerges as an important moderating element, bolstering the connection between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty, though it doesn't moderate the impact of E-CRM on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Solving word problems with a thought jump shows flexibility and the ability to use alternative procedures that are important for students to master. The thought jump is a feature of the lateral thinking process and is needed to overcome the various difficulties in solving mathematical word problems. However, lateral thinking has not been widely linked with adversity quotient and reflective cognitive style. This study aimed to describe students' lateral thinking processes in solving word problems in terms of adversity quotient and reflective cognitive style. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were junior high school students in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research instrument used the MFFT diagnostic test, ARP questionnaire sheet, word problem text, and interview guidelines. The results of this study indicate that climber-reflective subjects can think laterally and use them to solve the first and second-word problems well. Camper-reflective subjects can only think laterally for situations that are still within reach, while for more complicated cases, camper subjects are easily distracted and even stop solving problems. Quitter subjects solve word problems very procedurally, follow rigid algorithms, and cannot work backward when faced with difficulties.
