Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Communication, Work Ethic, Work Motivation, and Organizational Culture on the effectiveness of the work of Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto employees and to find out which is more dominant and affects the effectiveness of work. The research sample was 110 Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto employees using a quota sampling technique. The results showed that communication, work ethic, and motivation significantly affected work effectiveness. Conversely, organizational culture has no effect in the negative direction on work effectiveness. These findings provide valuable insights for hospitality industry leaders. And emphasize to employees the importance of optimizing work effectiveness through communication, work ethic, work motivation. Organizational culture needs to be improved.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM), Digital Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, and Brand Image on customer loyalty within the context of TikTok Shop, a rapidly growing social commerce platform. Using purposive sampling, data were collected from 120 student respondents in Purwokerto via offline questionnaires formatted on a five-point Likert scale. The analysis was conducted using SPSS 26 and comprised descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, model fit evaluation, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that EWOM, Digital Marketing, and Brand Image exert a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while Customer Satisfaction shows a negative and significant relationship. These findings suggest that TikTok Shop should enhance its EWOM and digital marketing strategies and reassess its approach to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work-life balance and work environment on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, at Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 130 healthcare workers selected through accidental sampling. The Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error was used to determine the sample size. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach via SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that work-life balance and work environment both have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction significantly influences organizational commitment and mediates the relationship between work-life balance, work environment, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the impact of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance with OCB as an intermediate variable, at PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga Hospital. Using a quantitative approach, the data in this study was obtained from the results of a questionnaire on 121 employees from a total population of 223 people who were selected by aksinally using the Slovin formula. The data was analyzed using SEM-based Partial Least Square (PLS) through Smart PLS 4.00 software. The results revealed: (1) work motivation significantly had a positive effect on OCB and employee performance; (2) organizational commitment significantly has a positive effect on OCB and performance; (3) OCB is able to effectively mediate between work motivation and organizational commitment and performance; and (4) OCB itself has been proven to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 92 respondents comprising teachers and staff at SMK Muhammadiyah Majenang. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that both organizational commitment and organizational support significantly influence OCB, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. The findings highlight the importance of fostering supportive and value-aligned organizational environments to enhance employees’ discretionary behaviors that contribute to educational effectiveness.
