Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze customer perceptions about the conversion of conventional Nagari Bank to Islamic Nagari Bank, as well as to analyze the obstacles that occur when conventional Nagari Bank converts to Bank Nagari Syariah. The research method is field research (field research), data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the dominant perceptions of Bank Nagari customers supported and loyal to the decision of Bank Nagari to convert to Sharia so that they could apply the Minangkabau philosophy. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by Bank Nagari are from the internal side such as the readiness of human resources, the era of digitalization or the digital ecosystem and it is not easy to provide products that have significant changes, from the external side such as the spread of the corona virus, the impact of the trade war between the United States and China and different views from Public.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the City of Bukittinggi, with the aim of research to determine the effect of general allocation funds on regional expenditures and to determine the effect of regional original income on regional expenditures as well as to determine and analyze the effect of general allocation funds and regional original revenues together on regional expenditures in Bukittinggi City period. 2016-2020. The research method is descriptive and quantitative data analysis with multiple linear analysis, with the help of SPSS 16 software testing. The research findings and the results of the general fund allocation variable have a significant effect on regional spending in Bukittinggi City, with the results of the statistical t test Tcount > Ttable with a significant value of 0.040 < 0, 05, the local original income variable has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure with the result that the value Tcount > Ttable is significant 0.019 and the variable general allocation fund and regional original income simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure in Bukittinggi City in 2016 to 2020 at the value of Tcount > Ttable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolan zakat baik masa Khalifah Abu Bakar sampai sekarang dalam rangka meningkatkan ekonomi ummat, manfaat penelitian mengetahui sebesar apa kontribusi zakat bisa meningkatkan ekonomi ummat dan mengentaskemiskinan. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik literature review dengan ulasan kritis dari teori-teori yang ada. Temuan penelitian dimana zakat yang dikelola dengan manajemen zakat profesional dengan prinsip Good Corporate Governance terdiri dari empat prinsip, yaitu keadilan (fairness), transparansi (transparancy), akuntabilitas (accountability), dan tanggungjawab (responsibility). Hasil penelitian, manajemen zakat dapat meningkatkan ekonomi ummat dan berperang menyumbang sebesar 29,76% dari APBN tahun 2022.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yakni; 1) Bagaimana proses pembelajaran menggunakan media visual pada mata pelajaran IPS Siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tomia, 2) Bagaimana peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tomia setelah menggunakan media visual. Sedangkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini, yakni; 1) Mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran menggunakan media visual pada mata pelajaran IPS Siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tomia, 2) Mengetahui peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tomia setelah menggunakan media visual. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research), Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan pengamatan, wawancara mendalam, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik kualitatif. Teknik analisis data kualitatif ini digunakan untuk menganalisis data kinerja guru dan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 (dua) siklus, setiap siklus dilakukan satu kali pertemuan. Berdasarkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilaksanakan oleh peneliti pada setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan, Adapun rinciannya sebagai berikut: Hasil observasi kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPS menggunakan media visual terlaksana dengan baik dan terealisasi dengan angka pencapaian mencapai 50% pada siklus I. Sedangkan hasil observasi penilaian untuk kategori Sangat Baik mencapai prosentase 7.14%. kategori Baik mencapai prosentase 42.85%, kategori Cukup mencapai prosentase 50%, sedangkan kategori Kurang 0%. Hasil observasi kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPS menggunakan media visual terlaksana dengan baik dan terealisasi dengan angka pencapaian mencapai 100% pada siklus II. Sedangkan hasil observasi penilaian untuk kategori Sangat Baik mencapai prosentase 57.14%, dan kategori Baik mencapai prosentase 42.86%.

Abstract

The research entitled "The Effect of Risk-Based Training on Improving the Competence of State Civil Apparatus" aims to analyze the impact of training focusing on risk management on the development of ASN competencies. In the context of a dynamic public sector, risk-based training provides provisions for civil servants to identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks that may be faced in public services. This study uses a literature study approach with data analysis that highlights the importance of training as a human resource development strategy. The results of the study show that risk-based training not only improves the technical skills of ASN, but also strengthens analytical and responsive decision-making abilities in crisis situations. With training designed based on the identification and simulation of real risks, ASN is better prepared to face challenges, which ultimately has a positive impact on the quality of public services. This training plays an important role in supporting ASN to be more adaptive and professional in carrying out their duties. The study emphasizes that investment in risk-based training is very relevant for the development of competent civil servants, in order to support the achievement of organizational goals and increase public trust in government services.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is one form of organizational environmental strategy to improve business performance. so that with an integrated system, coordination between departments will be right on target. In this practical learning, the focus is on human resource management (HR), especially payroll administration, employee attendance systems, and BPJS management, and focuses on the digitalization system. The manual system is still used at PT. Vesinter Indonesia, especially raw data management and has not implemented an integrated information system, which causes various obstacles, such as time inefficiency, risk of error, and weak employee data protection. Therefore, it is important to provide an understanding of how important the IoT system is to companies engaged in large businesses. A good payroll system will certainly avoid fraud in the company, but if the opposite is true, there will certainly be deviations. PT Vesinter Indonesia is advised to implement a digital-based payroll system (payroll software) that is integrated with attendance and BPJS data. With this system, the process of calculating salaries, overtime, and deductions will be more accurate, faster, and minimize errors. Companies need to develop a personnel information system (Human Resource Information System) that can store employee data centrally and securely. This system will facilitate the recording of work history, contracts, performance evaluations, and BPJS reporting automatically. To support digitalization, companies need to provide regular training to HRD staff so that they can understand and operate digital systems effectively.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology compels organizations to transform their leadership styles, operational systems, and organizational structures. In this context, employee adaptability emerges as a critical factor in ensuring organizational resilience and sustained performance. This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Leadership, Technological Transformation, and Organizational Change on Employee Adaptability. A quantitative approach was employed using a structured survey method, with data collected from 120 respondents working in a digitally integrated organization. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that each independent variable (digital leadership, technological transformation, and organizational change) has a significant and positive effect on employee adaptability, both individually and collectively. Visionary and empowering digital leadership encourages employees to respond more effectively to change. Technological transformation enhances work flexibility and accelerates learning processes. Organizational change, when supported by leadership and internal readiness, strengthens employees’ adaptive capacity in facing uncertainty. This study concludes that the integration of leadership, digital systems, and organizational change is essential to fostering adaptability among employees. The results highlight the importance of a holistic strategy in developing a workforce that is resilient, responsive, and capable of thriving in an era of ongoing digital disruption.

Abstract

Leadership transformation in the digital era has become a critical issue in human resource management, particularly in enhancing employee engagement within modern organizations. The rapid advancement of digital technology demands leaders to adapt not only technically but also strategically and emotionally. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership transformation, digital leadership, and modern organizational characteristics on employee engagement. A quantitative research approach was employed, using multiple regression analysis on a sample of 96 respondents working in digitally driven organizational environments. The results reveal that all three independent variables have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee engagement, with a determination coefficient (R²) of 99.2%. These findings indicate that employee engagement can be significantly enhanced through visionary leadership, technological adaptability, and a flexible, innovation-oriented organizational structure. The study concludes that leadership practices and organizational design aligned with digital transformation play a vital role in fostering strong employee involvement. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of organizational management in the digital age.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen proyek dengan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dan PERT (Project Evaluation And Review Technique) pada proyek pembagunan drainase Paya Serngi Kecamatan Kebayakan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan CV. Andaman Karya Persada. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisa data menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dan PERT (Project Evaluation And Review Technique). Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diketahui bahwa Perhitungan waktu pengerjaan proyek pembangunan drainase Paya Serngi Kecamatan Kebayakan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah menggunakan metode CPM ( Critical Path Method ) memakan waktu selama 98 hari kerja atau lebih cepat 5 hari dari waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh CV. Andaman Karya Persada yaitu 103 Hari. Perhitungan waktu pengerjaan proyek pembangunan drainase Paya Serngi Kecamatan Kebayakan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah menggunakan metode PERT (Project Evaluation And Review) memakan waktu selama 99,7 hari kerja atau lebih cepat 3,3 hari dari waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh CV. Andaman Karya Persada yaitu 103 Hari.

Abstract

Purpose: Startups in Indonesia have experienced rapid growth over the past decade but face significant challenges in retaining talent due to organizational dynamics and evolving employee expectations. This study explores employee retention strategies implemented by Indonesian startups by examining current human resource management practices. Methodology: A qualitative approach was employed, using semi-structured interviews with HR leaders and decision-makers from ten high-growth startups in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. Results: The study identified key retention strategies including meaning-driven work culture, flexible work arrangements, equity-based compensation, and individualized career pathways. Startups that aligned HR initiatives with intrinsic motivation and employee well-being reported higher retention rates. Founder-led engagement, agile feedback loops, and cross-functional mobility were also notable as innovative HR practices in the startup context. Conclusions: Retention in Indonesian startups is significantly enhanced through HR strategies that prioritize intrinsic motivators and employee well-being, particularly in competitive talent environments. Limitations: The study’s qualitative nature and geographic focus on three cities may limit broader generalization across Indonesia's diverse startup ecosystem. Contribution: This study offers practical insights into effective HR strategies for talent retention in emerging market startups, emphasizing founder involvement and adaptive HR innovations.
