Abstract

Abstract

EThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of school principals and the role of teachers in sports, scouts, and school health units in improving extracurricular achievement. A qualitative approach is an approach used and descriptive research is the type of research. Principals, teachers in sports, scouts, and UKS (school health units) are the subjects of this research. Interviews and documentation are data collection techniques used. Data analysis techniques were carried out in three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research at SD Negeri 11 Banda Aceh, the achievements of extracurricular activities continue to increase every year, the interest and curiosity of children to join extracurricular activities also increases due to the appreciation, motivation and support from the school and the children's parents. From the above problems, it is hoped that parents can still accompany, direct, and also guide children during extracurricular activities so that children continue to participate in extracurricular activities to the maximum.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the activities and improvement of student learning outcomes by using interactive PowerPoint on Single and Mixed Substances topic in 5th grade of SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh. The hypothesis that the researcher proposes is that the use of interactive PowerPoint can increase the activity and learning outcomes of students on Single and Mixed Substances topics. The approach used is a qualitative approach with classroom action research. Data collection methods, namely observation, and test. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, the researcher explained thoroughly the conditions in the field and the result of the cycle evaluation. The results showed that the activity of students in the first cycle was in sufficient criteria while the second cycle was in very good criteria. The average value of pre-cycle students is 54,1 with classical completion of 20%. Cycle I became 67,4 with classical completion of 51% and cycle II an average value of 82,9 with classical completion of 92%. The conclusion of the study is that the use of interactive power point-based multimedia can improve learning outcomes for Theme ( Sub-theme 1 with Single and Mixed Substances in 5th grade of SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Picture and Picture Interactive Learning on students' learning motivation in the Sub-theme I and My Goals in the fourth grade of SD Negeri Lampeuneurut. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was grade 4 students, totaling 61 students. The method of data collection was carried out by tests and motivation scales, the results of the research used hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 22. Previously, hypothesis testing, homogeneity and normality were tested with homogeneity of 0.000 below 0.05, meaning the data is homogeneous. While the results of the normality test are 0.200 0.05, the information is normal. The results of hypothesis testing from the test with an R value of 0.729. While the value of R Square is 0.729, which means that students' learning motivation has an effect of 0.532% on learning outcomes using the Picture and Picture Interactive learning model. Because the value of sig 0.05, it tends to be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is recognized. Thus, it is stated that there is an effect of the Endless Picture Intelligent learning model on students' learning motivation in the Sub-theme I and My Goals for the fourth grade of SD Negeri Lampeuneurut. Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Make A Match Learning Model Assisted by Diorama Media on Student Learning Outcomes on Water Cycle Material in Class V SDN 62 Banda Aceh. The formulation of the problem in this study is "is there a significant effect of the make a match learning model assisted by diorama media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SDN 62 Banda Aceh?". This study aims to determine the effect of the make-a-match learning model assisted by diorama media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SDN 62 Banda Aceh. The research uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is True Experimental with Posttest Only Control design. The research was conducted at SDN 62 Banda Aceh in Cot Mesjid Village. Sampling used the Random Sampling technique with a total of 62 students in class VA and VB. The data collection technique used a posttest test, while the data analysis technique used an independent t-test and SPSS Statistics 24. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. Then the decision criteria are H_a accepted and H_0 rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using the Make A Match learning model assisted by Diorama media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SDN 62 Banda Aceh

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model on science learning outcomes on the topic of changing the shape of objects in class V SD Negeri Garot Aceh Besar. The approach used in this review is a quantitative approach. The form of design used is One group pretest-posttest. The subjects of this entire review are all fifth grade students of SD Negeri Garot with a total of 87 students divided into three classes, namely classes VA, VB, and VC. The subject used in this review is class VB with a total of 31 students. This study was conducted in 4 meetings. The data collected is to provide pretest and posttest questions as many as 20 questions in the form of multiple choice. The data analysis technique uses a computer program, namely SPSS Statistics version 23, the data can be tested with a paired t test (Paired Sample t Test) with the hypothesis Sig 0.05 then accept Ho, and Sig 0.05 then accept Ho. Based on the results of the statistical calculation of the paired t test, tcount is -16,219 and Sig 0,000 from the comparison it was decided that accept H1 and reject Ho, this means that it is stated that there is an influence of the TGT type cooperative learning model on science learning outcomes on the topic of changing the shape of objects in class V SD Negeri Garot Aceh Besar.

Abstract

xABSTRAK Pendidikan menjadi salah satu kunci masa depan bangsa Indonesia sehingga diperlukannya upaya dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. Pentingnya peranan guru dalam pembelajaran, maka guru membutuhkan bimbingan, dorongan dan evaluasi dari kepala sekolah. Pembinaan kepala sekolah kepada guru dalam hal kegiatan belajar mengajar disebut supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh pada kinerja guru di SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang. Penelitian ini memakai penelitian kuantitatif dan berjenis penelitian yang sifatnya korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdapat 20 orang guru di SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang. Teknik akumulasi data yang dipakai saat melaksanakan penelitian ini yaitu survei kuesioner. Teknik dalam menganalisa data yang dipakai yaitu uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja guru di SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya adanya pengaruh supervisi akademik pada kinerja guru. Dan nilai pearson correlation adalah 0,912 menunjukkan kedua variabel terdapat tingkat hubungan yang cukup kuat dan bersifat positif. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah supervisi akademik kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja guru di SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang dengan tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan bersifat positif. Saran pada penelitian ini adalah pelaksanan supervisi akademik diharapkan kedepannya menjadi fokus kepala sekolah, guru, dan berbagai pihak yang terlibat di bidang pendidikan sehingga terwujudnya kinerja guru yang bermutu. Jika kinerja guru ditingkatkan, maka kualitas pendidikan akan meningkat. Dan diharapkan agar pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kedepannya lebih baik lagi.

Subjekmpenelitiannadalahnguru PJOK yang berjumlah 1 orang dan beberapa kelas SDN 3 Putri Betung.Teknikmpengumpulanmdata penelitimmenggunakanmteknik observasi,danmwawancara.Teknikmanalisis dataumenggunakanireduksiidata,penyajianidata,dan penarikanksimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan Bahwan Implementasi pembelajaranmPJOK di masa newl normal pandemicovid-19 sudah berjalan dengan baik. proses pembelajaran di lakukan seperti biasanya hanya saja di tambah beberapa peraturan protokol kesehatan, Dalam proses pembelanjaran harus ada protokol kesehatan seperti mencuci tangan sebelum masuk ke kelas, mapun sebelum masuk ke lapanga menjaga jarak 1,5 meter, memakai masker,Peserta didik malakukan protokol kesehatan pada saat sebelum masuk ke kelas masing-masing,pada saat proses pembelajaran,dan pada saat akan melakukan praktik di lapangan,Jika pembelajaran PJOK yang seharusnya di lakukan di lapangan, namun dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perkerumunan dan dapat meningkatkan potensi adanya penularan covid-19 maka pembelajaran di lakukan di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan media gambar dan vidio.

Dengan0demikian0dapat0disimpulkan0bahwa0terdapat00pengaruh0penggunaan0model kooperatif0tipe0Make0A0Matchnterhadapnhasil belajarlsiswa padaimaterimgayamdan gerakmdimkelasmIVmSDNmTeupin Gajah.
