Abstract

Natural resources are essential parts of human life, even the technologies continue to grow, natural resources still become a strategic sector for many countries. Many countries that don’t have many natural resources are trying to collaborate with rich countries. How people manage natural resources is very important to get maximum benefits. Local wisdom seems to have a role in managing natural resources with wise ways, get full benefits without destroying it. Natural resources, especially in terms of soil, water, plant and animal diversity, vegetation cover, climate, and ecosystem services, are fundamental for agricultural systems' structure and function. Therefore how farmers are managing their farming can be seen as farmers are managing natural resources. Farmers’ local wisdom on natural resources can be seen in the shape of how farmers managing their farming activities with various ways that they learned or got from generation to generation. Understanding farmers’ local wisdom on natural resources can help stakeholders make a suitable program for farmers' lives and natural resources development.

Abstract

The tourism sector is very important in the country's foreign exchange earnings, a developed tourism sector should be supported by products, prices, and how tourism carries out its digital marketing. However, due to the lack of products, prices, and marketing offered, the tourism sector in Solok Regency experienced a decrease in tourist visits. The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that are considered relevant to influence visiting decisions, namely products, prices, and digital marketing. This type of research is causal research with data collection methods through surveys and questionnaire dissemination, and with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software, Hypothesis Test using SmartPLS 3.0. The results stated that product variables and digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions. However, the price stated that it did not affect the decision to visit. The implication of this study is that tourism managers must also prioritize developments that occur in the tourism industry so that tourist attractions are not left behind in the face of competition with other tourist attractions.

Abstract

Background: The absence of a corn processing machine is one of the problems experienced by Aur Serumpun farmer groups at Nagari Simpang. Methodology: The team of community services from Andalas University handed over a corn grinder that can be used to process dry corn into animal feed. The corn milling machine delivered is an electric machine with a small capacity that can be used for small-scale production. Conclusion: Members of the farming group have expressed their gratitude for the procedure of transferring the grinder. The existence of this tool benefits the community significantly because it allows them to make their own feed and sell it to other villages at a lesser cost.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi resiko terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna aplikasi shopee (studi kasus mahasiswa universitas putra indonesia “YPTK” padang). Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan structural equation modeling menggunakan smartpls. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi kemudahan terhadap kepercayaan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi resiko terhadap kepercayaan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi resiko terhadap keputusan pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kepercayaan memediasi pengaruh persepsi kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kepercayaan memediasi pengaruh persepsi resiko terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar hubungan antara citra merek dan bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli sebagai variabel intervening pada Gemilang Smartphone Andalas. Metode pengumpulan data melalui mengedarkan kuesioner, observasi dan penelitian lapangan, dengan sampel 60 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur menggunakan smart pls. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan citra merek terhadap minat beli. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan bauran pemasaran terhadap minat beli. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan minat beli terhadap minat beli. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli.

Abstract

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan internet telah mendorong perubahan perilaku belanja konsumen dari offline ke online. Salah satu platform e-commerce yang banyak digunakan di Indonesia adalah Shopee, yang memanfaatkan sosial media marketing dan tagline “gratis ongkir” untuk menarik minat konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sosial media marketing dan tagline terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli pada pengguna Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang disusun menggunakan skala Likert.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosial media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian, sedangkan tagline berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Selain itu, minat beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara tidak langsung, sosial media marketing dan tagline berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli. Dengan demikian, semakin efektif sosial media marketing dan penggunaan tagline yang menarik, semakin tinggi pula minat beli dan keputusan pembelian konsumen di Shopee.

Abstract

Consumer loyalty is customer loyalty to a product or service, which is influenced by service quality and trust. Good service quality and high trust increase customer satisfaction. This satisfaction then becomes an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality, trust and consumer loyalty. This research aims to find out what influence Service Quality, Trust has on Consumer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction as an Inteirveining Variable for Consumers at Caffei Kubik Koffiei Padang. The data collection method was through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis methods used are external model analysis, good quality of fit, descriptive analysis, and structural model testing using SmartPLS 3. The results of this research indicate that service quality has a positive and insignificant influence on customer satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. Trust has a negative and insignificant influence on consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. Service quality cannot mediate customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Trust is able to mediate customer satisfaction regarding consumer loyalty to Caffei Kubik Koffiei Padang. This research provides insight for the management of Caffei Kubik Koffiei Padang regarding the importance of increasing customer trust and satisfaction to build consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Penjualan excavator komatsu yang mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan yang tidak stabil, maka diupayakan pemasaran dengan cara membicarakan (word of mouth), mempromosikan, merekomendasikan dan menjual produk atau merek kepada pelanggan. Research ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk, word of mouth, minat beli dalam pembelian excavator komatsu. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan responden 90 orang. Dalam upaya meningkatkan Keputusan Pembelian dan menambah Minat Beli Konsumen bertambah perusahaan harus memperhatikan Word Of Mouth karena terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap Keputusan Pembelian tanpa mengabaikan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Soursop leaf ethanol extract was reported to have immunomodulatory, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, lowering uric acid and cholesterol levels properties. Based on these reports, soursop leaf ethanol extract has the potential to be developed into a standardized herbal medicine. To ensure safety, this extract must undergo toxicity studies before marketing. This study examined soursop leaf ethanol extract acute toxicity. LD50 was estimated using the Reed and Muench method, and the effect of the extract on the kidneys was observed. This study used 50 mice—25 males and 25 females—divided into 5 groups. The control group received sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) 0.5% w/v, and the treatment groups received ethanol extract of soursop leaves at doses of 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 mg/kg bw orally on the first day, then body weight and number of deaths were calculated and the toxic symptoms were observed over 14 days. After 14 days, the surviving mice were sacrificed to examine the relative organ weights, macropathology and histopathology of the mice kidneys. Male and female mice in the 1500 and 2000 mg/kg bw dose groups showed toxic symptoms. There was no significant difference in relative organ weight at 14 days between groups. The results of organ macropathology showed no colour differences in all groups. Based on histopathological examination, mild damage to the kidney organs can be seen at doses of 1500 and 2000 mg/kg bw and the LD50 result was 1819 mg/kg bw. In conclusion, soursop leaf ethanol extract has a mild toxic effect on mice.
