Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to identify and analyze optimal strategies that can be implemented by PT. XYZ to improve Islamic economic and financial literacy through a system dynamics modeling approach. Methodology/approach – A case study approach was applied to PT. XYZ (Sharia Business Unit) using a mixed-method qualitative and quantitative design. Primary data were obtained through surveys and in-depth interviews, while secondary data came from official reports and the national sharia literacy strategy document. The system dynamics model was developed using Vensim software. Findings – There is a 30.5% literacy gap between employees and customers. Simulation results indicate that simultaneous interventions involving employee training, digital information access, and National Sharia Board (DSN) socialization can increase employee literacy to approximately 70% and customer literacy to approximately 50% within five years. Novelty/value – This research integrates a system dynamics approach to formulate Islamic financial literacy strategies, which is still rarely applied in Indonesia's Islamic financial ecosystem.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 membawa dampak besar terhadap sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, terutama di wilayah pedesaan yang memiliki keterbatasan akses teknologi dan sumber belajar. Keterbatasan akan akses teknologi dan sumber belajar akan menyebabkan rendahnya literasi dan sulitnya pembentukan karakter dalam melestarikan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran komunitas Angkring Sinau sebagai solusi alternatif dalam menanamkan literasi, membentuk karakter, dan melestarikan budaya lokal di tengah kebijakan pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Angkring Sinau berhasil mengembangkan ekosistem pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal dengan memanfaatkan pos ronda sebagai ruang belajar. Kegiatan seperti membaca dongeng Nusantara, mewarnai tema budaya, menyanyikan lagu daerah, dan permainan tradisional mampu menumbuhkan minat literasi dan rasa cinta tanah air. Selain itu, kegiatan seperti Angkring Sinau Mencari Bakat dan Festival Anak Negeri berperan dalam memperluas jangkauan pendidikan berbasis budaya secara nasional. Dengan demikian, komunitas Angkring Sinau terbukti menjadi model pendidikan nonformal yang efektif dan berkelanjutan, sejalan dengan tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) nomor 4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas.

Abstract

Raja Ampat adalah salah satu daerah di Papua yang memiliki kualitas pendidikan yang kurang baik. Situasi tersebut mendesak adanya inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran agar siswa di sana tetap memperoleh pembelajaran yang bermakna dan terpantau secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode evaluasi portofolio dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek materi teks drama bagi siswa di daerah terpencil Raja Ampat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek 12 siswa kelas VII SMP CAP yang berada di Distrik Meos Mansar. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, analisis portofolio, dan dokumentasi hasil proyek. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan selama tujuh minggu, dengan tiga kali pertemuan setiap minggu, dan terdiri atas enam tahapan: pengenalan materi, pengembangan ide dan penulisan naskah, latihan peran dan ekspresi, persiapan properti, perekaman video, serta refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode evaluasi portofolio mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan, kreativitas, dan rasa tanggung jawab siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri saat tampil di depan kamera dan mampu bekerja sama dalam kelompok. Guru juga memperoleh kemudahan dalam melakukan evaluasi autentik karena setiap tahap pembelajaran terdokumentasi dengan baik. Metode evaluasi portofolio terbukti sesuai diterapkan dalam konteks sekolah terpencil, karena fleksibel, kontekstual, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif seluruh siswa. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode ini dapat menjadi strategi evaluasi alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis proyek di wilayah 3T, khususnya di Papua.

Abstract

Within the world of gaming, there has been a move from diversions being utilized exclusively for excitement, to recreations being utilized as a medium to teach. For this matter, there are two strategies of making amusement which are gamification or game-based learning. The previous is the utilization of diversion components, such as wellbeing focuses or pioneer sheets, and they are connected to a non-gaming stage. The last mentioned, game-based learning, incorporates creating a full-fledged amusement where the means towards the conclusion, that's to say triumph, are set in a world where the player needs to apply the lessons given to progress. Since typically an IT-related investigation, the subject chosen for this study is Blockchain, an ever-expanding division over the past decade. Diverse parts of Blockchain's makeup have been dismembered into little, comprehensible pieces of data within the applications made, which innovative understudy to the frame can take in at their claimed pace. Should this study transcend this research, it might be beneficial for the experiments to possess two games designed and created by someone who has the artistic and technical capabilities of making their own assets. This is able to leave a far better impression with the test subjects and ideally receive a far better data set for examination.

Abstract

This research aim to analyzes cross-sector risk management based on ISO 31000 in the Jatiluhur I SPAM PPP project. Using qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews and focus group discussions. The results showed that the principle of risk management needs to adopt collaborative as an addition, which show intergation, coordination, synergy and synchronization for all entities involved to achieve national development goals. Emphasizing functions and responsibilities of 3 lines in the design of the risk management framework. Risk assesement was conducted and there were 20 risks identified: 1 strategic, 11 operational, 3 policy and 5 financial risks. This research contributes significantly to the integration and effectiveness of national project risk management.

Abstract

This research analyzes risk management related to "TEF Operations on MRT Jakarta's Underground Trains and Stations" using HIRADC, referencing AS/NZ4360 standards and its derivatives in ISO 31000, as well as root cause analysis such as fishbone and 5 why analysis. The objectives are as follows, identify potential risks due to changes in TEF operations, provide recommendations to mitigate these risks, and establish suitable and safe TEF operational methods for underground trains and stations. The study identified 33 potential risks from changes in TEF operations on MRT Jakarta's underground system. Additionally, 17 managerial actions were recommended to minimize these risks. Manual TEF operations are deemed more suitable since the automated TEF operation poses a high-risk category that requires control.

Abstract

Pujasera Melawai is one area in implementing the DKI Jakarta tourism office program. There are many traditional cuisine menus to choose from, one of which is Restaurant XYZ. This study determines the effect of the product, service quality, & customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Restaurant XYZ. This study was based on quantitative methods with data collection using a questionnaire by accidental sampling and qualitative method by interviewing the owner of Restaurant XYZ. Quantitative data was taken by anyone who met the purchase requirements at least two times at Restaurant XYZ. The sample was 100 respondents that were analyzed by regression logistics. Based on the questionnaire result and interview with customers and key informants, the three indicators of product and service quality most influential to customer satisfaction and loyalty are response accuracy, product uniqueness, and employees' attention that makes customers happy and want to return restaurant. Based on the results, customer loyalty has a probability of 76.8 percent affected which product quality and customer satisfaction, service quality affects customer loyalty in Restaurant XYZ.

Abstract

This research was triggered by the phenomenon of an increase in people adopting a healthy lifestyle during the COVID-19 pandemic. People who adopt a healthy lifestyle are assumed to consume healthy food such as gluten-free food. Meanwhile, as people grow older and their income improves, the desire to consume gluten-free food also increases. This research aims to analyze healthy behavior, age, and income on the desire to consume gluten-free foods that Logit Model constructed. Gluten-free foods can be defined as foods that do not contain gluten substances such as wheat, and they can be classified as healthy food because people who consume this food can avoid some diseases. The study determined Logit Model and used quantitative methods and convenience sampling based on the SPSS application. From 10 to 12 October 2021, research collected 193 respondents, mainly from the Jabodetabek area. Using Wald Test, the study formed a Logit Model for this relationship. In conclusion, healthy living behavior, age, and income partially and simultaneously influence gluten-free food consumption. By observing this study, entrepreneurs in the food sector are expected to produce gluten-free food.
