The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, organizational commitment, organizational communication on the performance of administrators among members of the PDIP fighting community corps in Demak Regency. This research consists of 3 independent variables, namely self-efficacy, organizational commitment and organizational communication and 1 dependent variable namely management performance. The data collection technique used a questionnare of 45 responden using the method saturated sampling. Using research quantitative. The results of this research can be conclude that : 1. self-efficacy has no effect on management performance 2. organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on management performance 3. organization communication has a positive and significant effect on management performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Country of Origin, Brand Ambassador dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Innisfree di Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research yang mana pengguna produk Innisfree di Kota Semarang adalah populasi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang responden, dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode analisis yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Country of origin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) Brand Ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (3) Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel yang memiliki nilai paling mendominasi terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah variabel citra merek, diikuti oleh Brand Ambassador dan Country of Origin.

Customer satisfaction is an important element in improving marketing performance in a business. Satisfaction felt by customers can increase the intensity of buying from these customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, perceived price and location on customer satisfaction at cliq plus Semarang. To determine the sampling of a predetermined population calculated using the Cochran formula. The data collection technique used in this study uses a questionnaire. In the use of questionnaires, measuring respondents' perceptions using 5 Likert scale. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, price perception has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and location has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination test prove that the variables of Service Quality, Perceived Price and Location can contribute to changes in customer satisfaction by 53% and the remaining 47% are influenced by other variables outside the research.

This research aims to explore the influence of competence and professionalism on audit quality, by considering the role of auditor ethics as a mediating variable. The research method applied is a quantitative method, and data analysis is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that auditor competence and professionalism have a positive and significant impact on audit quality, both directly and through auditor ethics as a mediator. These findings provide an important contribution in understanding the complex relationship between individual auditor characteristics, aspects of professionalism, and ethical integrity in the audit context. The conclusion is that the implications of the results of this research can provide deeper insight for practitioners, regulators and researchers in developing more effective and quality audit practices. This research aims to explore the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle, sales promotions, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions, with a focus on purchasing Nevada products at Matahari Plaza Simpang Lima Semarang. The research method applied is survey research using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are consumers of Nevada products. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques to measure the extent to which independent variables influence purchasing decisions. The research results show that a hedonistic lifestyle, sales promotions, and word of mouth have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for Nevada products at Matahari Plaza Simpang Lima Semarang. The implications of these findings can be used by business people to improve marketing strategies, increase sales promotions, and utilize word of mouth as an effort to strengthen consumer purchasing decisions. In conclusion, this research provides important insights for decision makers in the retail industry regarding the factors that influence consumer purchasing preferences. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work stress and workload on employee performance at the Mijen Semarang Community Health Center partially and simultaneously. The location of this research is the Mijen Semarang Community Health Center. The research sample consisted of seventy-two people according to the total number of employees at the Mijen Semarang Community Health Center using the census method. The analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis, f test, t test and coefficient of determination. Based on multiple regression analysis, it shows that work stress has a significant negative influence on employee performance. The higher the work stress, the lower the employee's performance. Workload has a significant negative influence on employee performance. The higher the workload, the lower the employee's performance. The results of the f test show that the work stress and workload variables simultaneously influence employee performance. The t test results show that the test results are in accordance with the proposed hypothesis and can be accepted. The coefficient of determination shows the magnitude of the influence of work stress and workload on employee performance. Keywords: Workload, Employee Performance, Work Stress

Hallyu that is marked by the proliferation of entering South Korean culture into Indonesia has become a phenomenon for especially young Indonesian people. This culture includes Korean films and dramas, Korean music and songs, as well as the use of South Korean artists as brand ambassadors for local products. The influence of South Korean culture thoughtfully results in psychological changes of the generation Z in Indonesia especially those who are in the development from adolescence to adulthood. The purpose of this research is to develop a measurement scale on the aspects that are considered to have a significant influence on the psychological condition of fear of being outdated in young women of the generation Z in Indonesia. This research started by looking for the results of relevant studies. Upon the collection of the references, items that were tested for validity and reliability were formulated. The pre-test was conducted by involving 50 young women of the generation Z in Indonesia. After being declared valid and reliable, further tests was conducted to find indicators that have high loading factor values by involving 100 respondents. The study results in three constructs comprising interest on the Korean culture, social circle acceptance, and intention to consume Korean cultural products. Business people can use the questionnaire for increasing the sales figure.

Abstrak Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap career plateau dengan dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Data yang digunakan oleh penulis merupakan data kuantitatif sedangkan data yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari daftar hasil kuesioner yang disampaikan kepada anggota Satlantas Polres Pekalongan. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 63 anggota. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji dan uji Sobel. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial kecerdasan emosional dan karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial kecerdasan emosional, karakteristik pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Career Plateau. Kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap career plateau. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Kepuasan Kerja dan Career Plateau Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and job characteristics on the career plateau mediated by job satisfaction. The data used by the author is quantitative data while the data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained from a list of questionnaire results submitted to members of the Pekalongan Police Traffic Unit. The number of research samples is 63 members. The analysis technique used is regression analysis, hypothesis testing with Sobel test and test. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that partially emotional intelligence and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially emotional intelligence, job characteristics and job satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on Career Plateau. Job satisfaction as a variable mediating the effect of emotional intelligence and job characteristics on career plateau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, citra bank, dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Obyek penelitian dalam penulisan ini yaitu nasabah tabungan BritAma X Bank BRI Cabang Kendal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 98 responden. Pengambilan data primer menggunakan metode kesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert 5 (lima) alternatif jawaban. Alat analisis data yang digunakan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), regresi linier berganda, uji model ( uji koefisien determinasi dan uji f), adapun untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (2) Citra Bank berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Equity and Price Perception on Repurchase of Yamaha motorcycles in Kendal district. This research was conducted throughout the Kendal district. The analytical tool used is multiple regression, as for testing the hypothesis that is using the t test. Collecting data through a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale of 1-5 for alternative answer points. This sampling method is purposive sampling and the number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. The results showed that Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase, Price Perception had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase, but Brand Equity had no positive and significant effect on Repurchase.
