Abstract

Loyalitas merek dianggap sebagai kunci kemenangan perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh antara Product Differentiation terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen jamu herbal Madu Sumac Cap Eyang Kakung, menguji pengaruh antara relationship marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen jamu herbal Madu Sumac Cap Eyang Kakung, menguji pengaruh antara kepuasan terhadap Brand Loyalty konsumen jamu herbal Madu Sumac Cap Eyang Kakung. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program AMOS. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Madu Sumac. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu Purposive Sampling dengan cara mengambil sampel pelanggan jamu herbal Madu Sumac Cap Eyang Kakung secara acak namun memili kriteria tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa (1) Product Differentiation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (2) Relationship Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (3) Product Differentiation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty (4) Relationship Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty (5) Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty (6) Kepuasan Pelanggan memediasi Product Differentiation terhadap Brand Loyalty (7) Kepuasan Pelanggan tidak memediasi Relationship Marketing terhadap Brand Loyalty di jamu herbal Madu Sumac Cap Eyang Kakung.

Abstract

This study is used to identify components that can influence purchasing decisions through product quality, price perception and brand ambassadors. This study uses a quantitative approach with examiners sending questionnaires via Google Form to one hundred respondents. Multiple linear regression tests based on SPSS 25 statistics are used in the purposive sampling method. This study tracks consumers who have purchased Ventela products in the city of Semarang. The results show that price perception has no influence on purchasing decisions. Product quality and brand ambassadors influence purchasing decisions. Ventela shoe products in Semarang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the influence of organizational culture and personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by organizational commitment on Traffic Unit of Pati City Police Resort. The population used in this study were 102 members of Traffic Unit of Pati City Police Resort. The sampling method in this study used census. Data analysis technique used regression using SPSS program and Sobel test. The results of this study can be concluded that organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Personality has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive effect on OCB. Personality has a positive effect on OCB. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on OCB. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of personality on OCB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green product, green advertising, dan corporate social responsibility terhadap keputusan pembelian produk PT. Unilever Indonesia,Tbk di Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling karena menentukan kriteria tertentu dalam menarik sampel. Terdapat 100 responden yang berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen produk PT. Unilever Indonesia,Tbk di Semarang serta memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang disebar secara online menggunakan sosial media. Dalam pengukuran variabel penelitian menggunakan Skala Likert lima poin dan akan diisi responden sesuai dengan indikator variabel. Untuk mengolah data sebagai upaya mendapat jawaban dari permasalahan menggunakan teknik analisa data regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat IBM SPSS Statistik 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green product, green advertising, dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian serta berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi ( Adjusted R Square) keputusan pembelian adalah 0,614, yang berarti green product, green advertising, dan corporate social responsibility secara simultan mampu mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 61,4% dan sisanya sebesar 38,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Digital technology makes hotel bookings through online travel agents more attractive and more and more people want to make online travel booking agents create more attractive features for hotel bookings. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of E-WoM on E-repurchase, especially in hotel bookings through Online Travel Booking Agent.com in Semarang City. The method used is an experimental research method using 56 participants using a different test-One Way Annova. The results of the study show that there are differences in the effect of E-WoM on e-repurchase in the form of positive and negative customer reviews from Online Travel Booking Agent XYZ customers. So with these positive reviews, consumers will make repeat purchases at the same e-commerce company. If the previous transaction was unsatisfactory, the customer who will make a repurchase will become less trusting, thereby reducing the intention to repurchase from the e-commerce company.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to examine the influence of Psychological Capital, Person Job Fit (P-J Fit) on Employee Performance and Organizational Commitment as mediating variables at the Regional Secretariat of Batang Regency. The results of the analysis show that there is an insignificant influence of Psychological Capital on organizational commitment, and Person Job Fit has a significant influence on Organizational Commitment, with an Adjusted R-square value of 0.362, a significance value of 0.110 and 0.000. This shows that Psychological Capital and P-J Fit have a significant influence. For the second analysis, there is an influence of Psychological Capital, P-J Fit and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with an Adjusted R-square value of 0.541 with significance values ​​of 0.000 and 0.008 (significant) and 0.775 (not significant), respectively. This shows that Psychological Capital and P-J Fiti are significant to employee performance, while Organizational Commitment is not significant to employee performance. For the mediation test, the organizational commitment variable was unable to mediate the influence of Psychological Capital and P-J Fit on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Dengan perkembangan fashion saat ini pastinya sudah menjadi gaya hidup orang masing-masing dalam menentukan kebutuhan nya. Hal ini membuat perusahaan untuk meningkatkan brand image. Dalam mengatasi persaingan,perusahaan menetepkan strategi mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli suatu produk sesuai dengan target yang dipasarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Lifestyle, Brand Image dan Influence Sosial terhadap Keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Erigo Store. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan ukuran sampel 100 responden yang diperoleh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah lifestyle tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Influence sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Gaya Hidup, Citra Merek, Pengaruh Sosial. AbstractWith the development of fashion today, it must have become the lifestyle of each person in determining their needs. Abstract

Abstrak Pada umumnya skincare atau perawatan kulit sepertinya kini menjadi salah satu tren di masyarakat yang paham betul akan pentingnya  menjaga kesehatan kulit kita. Tidak hanya itu, kulit merupakan salah satu bagian tubuh kita yang berfungsi melindung tubuh kita dari paparan sinar UV  atau surya, untuk itu penting sekali bagi kita untuk merawat tubuh kita sebelum terlambat. Dengan hal ini perusahaan meningkatkan kualitas skincare mereka contohnya Scralett Whitening. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan populasi yang berdomisili perempuan dengan 100 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan google from dan di olah menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan kriteria tertentu.  Variabel yang digunakan yaitu variabel independent yang terdiri dari brand ambassador dan brand image, sedangkan variabel dependen itu sendiri adalah keputusan pembelian produk Scralette Whitening yang berdomisili di Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci : Brand Ambassador dan Brand ImageAbstractIn general, skincare or skin care seems to have become one of the trends in society who understand very well the importance of maintaining the health of our skin. Not only that, the skin is one part of our body that functions to protect our bodies from exposure to UV or solar rays, for that it is very important for us to take care of our bodies before it's too late. With this, companies improve the quality of their skincare, for example Scralett Whitening. This research is quantitative by using purposive sampling method with a population living in women with 100 respondents obtained using google from and processed using SPSS version 25 with certain criteria. The variable used is the independent variable consisting of brand ambassadors and brand image, while the dependent variable itself is the decision to purchase Scralette Whitening products who are domiciled in the city of Semarang. The results of the study prove that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords : Brand Ambassador and Brand Image

Abstract

Motorcycles are now not only a means of productive transportation for Indonesian people, but motorbikes have become part of a hobby and lifestyle. This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and corporate image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable (a study on customers of PT. Astra Motor Mranggen Demak). The data used in this study are primary data collected through a survey. The sample used in this study was 100 Honda motorcycle customers at PT. Astra Motor Mranggen Demak. The method used to take samples is Purposive Sampling. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that product innovation has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, corporate image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, product innovation has no effect on customer loyalty, corporate image has a positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product innovation on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction mediates the effect of corporate image on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the influence of organizational development and social capital on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. To analyze and describe resistance to change moderating the influence of organizational development and social capital on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. The population in this study were KPP Pratama Demak employees. The sample for this research was all KPP Pratama Demak employees, totaling 75 employees. Sampling was taken using census sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that organizational development has a positive effect on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. Social capital has a positive effect on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. Resistance to change was unable to moderate the influence of organizational development on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. Resistance to change was unable to moderate the influence of social capital on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees.
